In this video, I'm going to show you
exactly how to do Pinterest affiliate
marketing in 2025. So, you'll learn
exactly how to design pins with free
tools, how to do Pinterest keyword
research so you're targeting the right
topics, how to join affiliate programs,
add affiliate links, and by [music] the
end, how to use AI to speed up this
whole process. Now, before we dive in,
if you want a free launch plan, it's a
training where I help you pick your
niche, build your entire content plan so
you can finally get started, make sure
to click the link in the description,
and let's get into it. So, first of all,
why Pinterest? Well, Pinterest is a
great visual search engine. You can
create pins, image-based objects, right?
Get people to click on affiliate links
in them or get to your own content. And
also, it ranks for years. So, sometimes
it can sit there for a really long time
and get tens of thousands, if not
hundreds of thousands of views because
affiliate marketing is a numbers game.
The more clicks on our affiliate links,
the more commissions that we can make.
Pinterest users also have search intent.
So, they're actually actively searching
for things, which is a key in affiliate
marketing. we have to be actively
looking for products to make money. And
it's perfect for evergreen creators that
want to make affiliate income without
being on camera like YouTube or Tik Tok
or something like that. And it's a good
replacement for Google because Google
traffic has been harder to get lately.
Also, Pinterest traffic is only
increasing. So, it's still increasing.
It's getting a ton of visitors. And you
can even talk about new and emerging
stuff. I just searched like AI tools and
it's showing a new thing. So you can
always with affiliate marketing you want
to stay on the cutting edge of topics
sometimes you know not think talking
about things that are 10 20 years old
but things that might be newer new
keywords that we can find new ideas
everything from AI tools to the old
school stuff living room ideas fashion
all kinds of different topics we can
make money with affiliate marketing. So
let's talk about how affiliate links
work on Pinterest. Well it's actually
Pinterest itself is super simple. You
have this is how you create a pin right
here. So you upload the image which we
can create in Canva based on tons of
free templates. We create images. We add
a title, a description which we can have
chat GPT, right? Then we add a link.
This can be an affiliate link directly
or it can be a link to a blog post or a
piece of content which has affiliate
links on it. So there's two ways to do
it. You add it to a board, you tag
topics and you're pretty much done. So
if we look at Pinterest itself, I
searched like best modular sectional,
right? So something furniture related
and we can see there's some shopping
ideas Amazon like these are paid spots
there and then we get to this. So like
this is ultimate guide for every home.
So I'm going to visit the site and
you're seeing this links to a blog. So
this is a good blogging strategy to get
traffic here into an article about these
things and this is number two the
modginal sectional and this is an
affiliate link right here. So I click on
Amazon, right? So that's an affiliate
link on the actual piece of content not
in in the pin itself. and we can
continue looking on and we'll see some
ads here. There's ads from different
sofa makers here. Joybird, if you just
click that link, it's going to take you
to the individual company site. But as
an affiliate, the key is we're creating
goodlooking, bold, striking pins. Like
you can see here, there's a reason this
one's probably doing so well because of
the design. Like look at that black
background with white text. Nice looking
design with the sectional right to a
blog post. Now the blog post, it looks
like a very simple low DR low
competition blog, right? It's in for
easy home. It's just an Amazon affiliate
kind of site, but it's doing really well
because of Pinterest. This article would
not rank on Google. It wouldn't stand
probably a chance of ranking on Google
because it's talking about a wood stove
and modular section. All those two
different topics. Google wouldn't know
what it's about. But on Pinterest, you
don't have to create the perfect SEO
optimized article. You're creating a
good landing page, a good experience to
build trust and get people to click on
affiliate links. For example, here's a
blog post of mine set to rank on Google
for best website builders. My blog has
made $5 million of affiliate revenue
primarily through Google, but this is
like it's optimized for SEO, right?
There's a a table here with all the
different companies. This is an H3
heading. It has to be formatted in the
correct way. It has to be a certain
exact structure when you're doing it for
Google. Not necessarily true when you're
doing it for Pinterest. You're simply
optimizing the article to get people to
click on affiliate links. All right. So,
we're going to dive into a Pinterest
keyword strategy to come up with things
that people search for because they're
actively searching Pinterest, things
that are low competition that we can
rank for and all of that. But first, we
have to think of affiliate programs in
general. How do we find and join
affiliate programs? Well, I was an
affiliate manager in my career. So, I
managed a company, a big software
company's affiliate program. And then
I've made $5 million with affiliate
marketing. At one point, I was in over
280 affiliate programs across all types
of different things. And now I've kind
of simplified it down to like the top
three or five performers. I have a
YouTube channel, a blog, post short
videos, all kinds of different content
strategies. However, you have to join
affiliate programs first. So there's two
types of things that you can do. You can
either join an affiliate programs
directly. So some companies just have an
affiliate program. You you search for
the company affiliate program. You can
join it. You grab your link. Simple.
Some are in affiliate network. So like
this is partner stack affiliate network.
You can see how much money I've made
here through different companies in the
list. Everywhere from 6,000, 3,000 up to
1.1 million. But you can see like
discover partnerships. Every network has
a place where you can find different
ones. Now, this is a software specific
affiliate network. So, you can see like
Snapchat for businesses right here. I
can click on it. I can apply. If I were
to apply, I would earn and get approved.
I would earn 20% on ad spend for 30
days. That's a unique one. I've never
heard something like that. Or like this.
So, this one add creative AI generate
blah blah blah. earn 30% commission on
every transaction. So, every month
someone remains a customer, I would get
30% plus I don't know what the 2,000
rewards is. But anyways, there's ways to
find these programs. If you join Impact,
like I have 12,000 pending in Impact
that has to get paid out, but I can find
Discover, find brands. So, Impact's a
big one, Share a Sale, Partner Stack,
CJ, lots of them. Ultimately, think
about not necessarily the network you're
going to join first, but the individual
like niche, which we're going to get
into with keyword research. what niche
do we want to choose? Then we'll find
three affiliate programs we can join.
Even Amazon being a catchall if we need
to, right? We can do Amazon at first,
which might only make us a 3 or 4%
commission, but then over time, maybe we
swap that link out from Amazon to the
brand directly, make 8 to 10%. So
ultimately, there's ways to find
different brands. The components of
affiliate marketing are really simple.
You get people to click your affiliate
link. So they click it either directly
from your pin or from the pin to your
blog post. And then they click an
affiliate link. Now they then after that
they have to actually make a purchase.
So to make money online a purchase has
to be made somewhere typically. So if
they have to make that purchase then
it's a numbers game. So how many
affiliate link clicks do you need to
send to make a purchase? Well typically
50 because if it's a 2% conversion rate
to sale once they click the affiliate
link and you need about 50 clicks on a
single affiliate link to make a sale.
So, it's also a numbers game because if
you think about it, making a 10%
commission, it's kind of standard across
the board for physical products. So, if
the physical product is only $10 that
you're promoting, now all of a sudden
you've made a dollar with your 10%
commission. But if it's a $5,000
product, you've made $500 every single
sale. So, typically how the internet
works is the more expensive products
are, the more money that can be made,
the more popular the category, the more
people search for it, the more
competitive it is. That's why things
like best credit cards, best laptops,
best uh, you know, iPad things, things
that are really well-known and expensive
are going to be the most competitive
when it comes to content. So, as a
Pinterest affiliate marketer, you are a
content creator. You're using Pinterest
as visual medium to get people to click
on links to content to help them make
purchase decisions. So, things to look
for in good affiliate programs is good
commission rates. If it's physical
products, at least 8 to 10%. If it's
software, 30% recurring. We don't we
want evergreen offers things. Some some
companies say you'll get 30% recurring
for the first year and then it just goes
away. I don't join any of those. You
want to have a popular company because a
lot of the times you uh they have to
convert, right? It has to convert into a
sale. You can send them the click then
it has to convert into a sale. So
usually popular products can do that.
Ultimately that's what you're looking
for. Now beginners can get approved even
if you don't have a website. Even if you
are new to the game and you only are
doing Pinterest, you still can get
approved in affiliate programs. Usually,
you might not get approved right away.
You know, you might say, "I do
Pinterest. Here's my thing." Or, "I'm
just starting in your application." And
then you get denied. So, ultimately,
what you do then is you email the
affiliate manager. You say, "Hey, I'm
starting a new content strategy on
Pinterest. I'd really love to promote
you." Then you'll probably get approved.
Most affiliate managers are looking
through individual applications
manually. And what they're going to do
is they're just looking for like scams
and there's a lot of spam out there. So
they want to like get rid of people that
they think is going to just scam them.
And so if you're saying, "Hey, I want to
help out. I'm creating a new content
strategy." They're probably going to
approve you. But you probably will have
to send an actual email or a note to the
affiliate manager specifically. Okay,
let's get into Pinterest keyword
research. So there are keyword research
tools for Pinterest much like Google. So
you can see how many times people search
for specific topics and keywords on
Pinterest, right? Right? And then we can
look at that and say, "All right, we
want good search volume. We want a lot
of people searching for it. We want the
competition to be low. We don't need
millions of people creating pins on this
topic, making it too hard." So, we want
to find things with high search volume,
low or medium competition. But one tool
that I like for that. There's a number
of different tools. The one that I like
the best is called Key Search. So, Key
Search, it's $24 a month. I have an
affiliate link below for it. You can
sign up uh and get like a 7-day free
trial. And it's really good to just do
all of your keyword research for
Pinterest because you can choose
Pinterest as the search engine. You can
search anything and then it will give
you all the different keywords on the
right side with a score, difficulty
score. So the higher the number, the
more difficult it is. Search volume,
which is searches per month. This is
CPC, cost per click. That's if you're
doing ads, Google ads. So ultimately, it
can give you some good ideas. So what we
can see is I just put in living room
ideas, right? So people, if you think
about what's visual on Pinterest and
what can make money with affiliate
marketing, well, there's two types of
content. There's top offunnel content,
things like living room ideas, patio
ideas, backyard ideas, novel writing
ideas, right? Business ideas. Any niche
has this top offunnel just I just want
some ideas. I'm kind of getting my feet
wet. I'm a beginner. Show me some ideas.
Those are more top of funnel. And then
the second type is more transactional.
I'm ready. I already understand that. I
want best modular sectional. Now, to get
to best modular sectional as a search, I
already kind of need to probably know
living room ideas and I know I need a
modular sectional. So, we also need
transactional content. So, in a
Pinterest pin strategy, you need those
two types. Top of funnel ideas, broader
tutorial posts, and then into the
transactional affiliate posts. You can
do both. And when you think about how
many possible things there are, well,
it's like living room ideas has a ton
underneath it. But what about like best
sofa? If I just put in best sofa, you
can see there's 211 different ideas. So
like best sofa covers, low competition,
best sofa pillows, low competition,
fabrics, upholsterries, mattress, best
sofa bed, mattress. So there's hundreds
and hundreds and hundreds of different
potential pins that you can create
pieces of content or, you know, write to
affiliate links that way. So every
single niche has these. So like you have
to kind of start brainstorming what's a
niche that I like? What are some pins
that I can design that I I could do this
for a period of time? You have to stay
consistent with your content strategy
because it's a numbers game. So, what's
what's a niche that I enjoy? What can
actually make me money? What's something
where I could eventually get to 500 or
a,000 pins over the course of a year or
two? Think long term? Because what's
nice about Pinterest is you can rank a
bunch of them and then it's just a
numbers game. Every month you're getting
they're still sitting there getting
clicked on, getting affiliate income for
you. So, it's a long-term strategy. It
kind of sits there. So the power is in
the backlog. The power is getting to a
hundred pids, not just one or two, but
getting to a lot of them. But every what
I'm saying here is every niche has
hundreds of keywords that you might not
have thought of. So would I have thought
of best you know sofa with shayes like
Sha's lounge? Probably not on my own. So
that's why you need keyword tools to
help you come up with this stuff. Same
thing is true of living room ideas or
I'll I'll put in kitchen ideas. So it
seems like all right, how many potential
pins could I create around kitchen
ideas? Well, if we look at it, you know,
there's 378 here. I could then filter it
and I'm going to say score 1 to 50. I
went under 50. Okay. So, we have cream
kitchen ideas, Minecraft kitchen ideas,
kitchen zones ideas, kitchen with brown
cabinets. So, when you start coming with
living room stuff, then it's like, well,
what colors are included? You could have
gray living room ideas, blue living room
ideas, right? Blue living room ideas
with the the brown couch. I've searched
for these things before. you're trying
to color scheme thingy farmhouse,
rustic, all those different types and
design styles. So, every niche has a ton
of keywords. So, what you're mainly
looking for is high volume, low
competition. So, cream kitchen ideas
would be the one I would do first.
There's 2400 searches a month on it. The
difficulty is low. We're looking at it
here. Search trends are looking pretty
good across the board. And Pinterest is
ranking number one on Google. So, even
even, you know, Pinterest traffic also
comes from Google. So, like you can
Google something. Someone will Google
cream kitchen ideas. They'll see
Pinterest number one. They'll click
Pinterest. Then they'll see you in the
top spot. They'll click that, right? So
it's all a numbers game. So then let's
think of another one. So like let's do
best software. Something that's pretty
competitive, right? Really competitive.
Let's try to filter it down again from 0
to 50 in key search. And we can see if
we filter it by score and then rank it,
you can see something like novel writing
software, best novel writing software is
lower competition, best rendering
software, embroidery. So, we start to
brainstorm like in a niche there's two
types of content. There's the
transactional best products and then the
actual how to do stuff. So, we're
starting to kind of think like I could
best kitchen. So, best signifies buyer
intent. They're looking for comparisons
of the best things. That is the
transactional search you need for
affiliate revenue. It's the most
powerful affiliate search. So, you can
see there's tons of different things you
can create pins around. Kitchen knife
set, cabinet paint, kitchen knives,
appliances, gadgets, hoods, sinks,
cabinets, colors, paint colors, layouts,
tiles. You get the point. So ultimately
we're doing keyword research and when
when we think about Pinterest as the
platform it's more visual right so
things like interior design is really
good food and cooking is really good
things that are more visual it is a
little bit more female dominated so
those niches tend to work better so for
example like kitchen stuff and you know
maybe knitting because you can show the
the patterns and stuff are going to be
better than something like fishing right
I don't know how many dudes are looking
up fishing stuff on Pinterest now it
does exist 100% and even that could work
because a lot of people might not even
think about it. Ultimately, you need to
think of a niche. What's one that I can
come up with 50 potential keywords here?
So, do like half these best keywords,
half either ideas, how-to, tutorials,
and put them into a spreadsheet and
that's where you can start your content
strategy. So, when it comes to creating
pins, go to Canva, search Pinterest
pins, pin templates, whatever it is. You
can find so many of them. There's 15,000
here. So many of them are free. So, for
example, find one you like. I like ones
that have more contrast and stand out to
me, like this one. This one really stood
out amongst all of them. So, I'm going
to click this. This is not a free one.
This is a pro one. So, if you get, you
know, I think it's worth it if you're
really diving into to Pinterest and a
serious strategy probably to get Canva
Pro cuz you could get the best. You
know, what's the value of using a better
template to get, you know, 50 pins that
are ranking better than what you would
have before. So, ultimately, find one
you like. I'm going to find a free one
for this example. You click customize
and then you can just change everything
on it. So, it's very simple drag and
drop type of editor. We can change the
text here, the name here, all of this.
You put your own thing on here, the
image, change it all, and then you can
just kind of keep this. You can you
always can export. So, you go to share
and then you'd go to download. That's
how you do it. And then, or you can
share directly to Pinterest even. Boom.
Right there. So, that can just upload
itself. And then, you know, if you
wanted to, you can add more here in the
same thing or you can uh duplicate
duplicate this. So then you start having
multiple ones. So it's there's fast ways
to kind of do it. You're like, you know,
if I have a food one and there's
different things, I'll just change this
image. I'll change the number. I'll
change, you know, it might be seven, it
might be this. I'll change the title.
I'll change the background. And then
I'll upload upload upload. And when
you're uploading, so it says we
recommend highquality JPEG file. So
download as a JPEG less than 20
megabytes, which is freaking huge, by
the way. So you can make, you know, high
quality images. You just download it
from Canva, upload it here, and then you
add title, description, add your link,
choose the board to add it to. So you
can have multiple boards for multiple
topics, tag any products. You can add a
product link directly here as well, and
then you're pretty much good to save it.
Now, when we add a link, we can either
add an affiliate link, but we can add a
link to our own blog post. So if we want
to go a little bit deeper on the topics,
I do recommend you have blog posts for
each individual topic. They don't have
to be fancy Google SEO optimized one,
but simple landing pages. It's good to
get people to your actual website with
your name on it and actually find your
content that way. So, it's a good way to
get tens of thousands, if not hundreds
of thousands of visitors to a blog. What
you want to do is kind of have some
visual consistency amongst the pin and
your own blog post. So, you can have
like similar im images, similar look and
style to the actual pin. So, you want to
have a brand identity when it comes to
all of this stuff. Especially when it
comes to your pins, you want some
consistency, brand identity, so that
when people see it, they're like, "Oh,
that is that person. I' I've seen those
before." All right, so let's talk about
automation, AI, and scheduling all of
this. So AI can help you with a lot of
different things. It can help you with
the titles, the descriptions, even the
text if you have more text on the pin
itself. And then it can also, when
you're thinking about it, posting
something was get into a consistency.
Posting even three to five pins a week
is something that can build consistency
into your schedule. So for example, I
can use chat GPT to say write 10
Pinterest descriptions for different
living room furniture and then you know
if you have or you say write it for a
modular sectional pen write the
description for a living room ideas post
and it'll give you the exact thing kind
of cleaned up SEO friendly easy easy to
read. So like velvet love seat. Create a
lux bill with a velvet love seat stuff
is stunning. Ideal for small living
rooms, cheek apartments, the perfect pop
of color and comfort. It'll just write
these things for you. So you can write
the titles, the descriptions, it can
write for you as well. One other note
too, if you click the link in the
description below, I will send you this
free content generator prompt. It works
for writing full blog posts. So how you
do is you copy it and you paste it in
and then it will say give me a keyword.
I'll write a full optimized outline for
it. So I'm going to say like living room
ideas. I'll say like a farmhouse living
room ideas. Make it a little bit more
specific. Then it'll give me it's giving
me two responses. Should give you one.
It's kind of optimized to be good for
SEO. You know, it says target year in
there numbers. It sounds like a, you
know, really good title. Gives you the
description. Writes the full
introduction. Writes like a human. Then
it gives you the individual outline
sections. So I can say, okay, this is
good. I like this. If it does it based
on search intent in the right order. So
I can say I could select this correctly.
All right. Copy this. So what it's going
to do, it's going to be then it writes
the full conclusion and that gives you
50 semantic keywords as well for things
that you can add in. I'm going to say
stop. I'm going to say write this full
section for me. And then you select one
of the main paragraph sections. This is
what's to farms it. And then it'll write
that as well. So again, I don't if you
want the full full full content
strategy. I don't recommend you publish
this. I recommend that you edit it,
optimize it, humanize it, add your own
take, add your story, add your
authority, do a bunch of things. But
again, you can get started on the full
content process. Pick your niche, niche,
however you want to pronounce it. Figure
out your content plan by clicking the
link in the description below. So
ultimately, what we do is we start with
keyword research. We figure out our
niche, what we want to talk about, what
we want to create pins on. Then we look
at keyword research tools to figure out,
is this viable? Are there enough pins
that I can create? Then we come up with
our keyword strategy based on best
transactional affiliate pins and posts
and theformational ideas, how-to
tutorial type of guides. So then we have
our content strategy. Then we think of
joining three to five affiliate programs
based on good commission rates. Join
them, fill out the forms, add your
affiliate links into the actual pins
themselves or within your content and
continue to do this strategy over time.
So Pinterest is rising in traffic,
especially with Google kind of being
tougher. Pinterest is a great place to
go. It's about picking the right
products, ma matching search intent,
having an easy system to design these
with Canva that are striking, that
actually look really good, knowing the
right color schemes and contrast and
things that match how maybe they stand
out in your niche more. Maybe
everything's kind of cursivey looking
and you can stand out with more bold
text. So, affiliate marketing is a
numbers game. It's a long-term strategy.
It's a way to make money for products
that you do not have to sell yourself.
And it is a way that I've made $5
million over the last six years. So, not
typical, right? But it's a way that I
like to teach. It's one of the uh the
main ways to make money online. So, if
you're interested in building a full
system around this courses, programs,
communities, everything like that, make

description below and I'll send you my 0
to10k launch kit so you'll get a full,
you know, plan with AI to develop your
niche, your content strategy. We'll go
