English so I left Kenya when I was seven
and then I went to live in London and I
lived there until I was 12 so um I was
there for primary school I made so many friends
friends
and then I moved to America when I was
12 and started middle school and high
school and it's really helped me be a
well-cultured well-rounded person I've
gotten to meet people from all over the
great well I started acting when I was
14 in my freshman year of high school I
used to be really shy so I wanted to
kind of put myself out there so I
decided to join drama club and theater
and I just fell in love with it I fell
in love with telling a story with making
people feel emotions whether it's happy
sad angry and I just think that movies
and plays and TV shows really inspire
people and help them escape and uh it
changes the world I definitely would
consider doing a Kyon movie I think it's
important for us to support one another
in our community and I'm actually going
to be working on a Kenyan movie that's
uh based in Los Angeles and I can't say
too much about it but make sure you stay
that uh my favorite childhood memories
are just spending time with my mom and
dad and my sister and my brothers um in
London we used to go to the park a lot
my dad taught us how to ride a bike
taught us how to play soccer um we would
always go out and get pizza after church
on Sundays just spending time with
family I got to meet Tom Cruz a few
weeks ago and take a picture with him
and I've loved him my whole life and um
crush I think my strongest personal
quality is that I'm a compassionate
person I genuinely care about people and
their well-being I'm always ready to
help if I can and um I'm very empathetic
people okay so the worst date I've ever
been on this guy came and picked me up
and we're in his car on the way to a
restaurant and he started talking about
how women are inferior to men and that
they should obey their masters and they
need to be programmed like a computer
almost like from a young age and it was
really bad I just wanted to get out of
the car and the best date I've been on um
um
we ended up hanging out for 3 days
straight and it was cool because I've
never had a connection with someone
where like I'm just fine with hanging
yeah I would absolutely give a homeless
person CPR if they were dying I love all
people no matter what you know what kind
of person they are whether they're
homeless a prison inmate um you know
know I just think we should all show
another um I'm not too familiar with the
Kenyon film industry but I do know
there's a lot of passionate and talented
individuals in Kenya that are working on
Amazing projects and I plan on going to
Kenya in December to learn more about it
and just immerse myself in it I love my
fans in Kenya you guys are amazing um
can't even believe I have fans but I
really appreciate all the messages you
send me and all the love that you've
shown me and I'm coming in December so I
would love to work with you guys that
are in the entertainment industry and I
you when I become successful um I
definitely want to go back to Africa and
start production companies or mentorship
programs where um young filmmakers and
actors can go to learn about their craft
and be able to practice [Music]
