I mean I dream about different sports
too but I definitely run in my dreams
it's the Olympics it's the semi-finals
of the 100 m on a blue
track and I the gun goes off and I start
running and I cross the line and on the
941 that's a new world record by the way
yeah Noah is doing more than just
dreaming about world records at the 2023
World Championships in Budapest he
captured gold in the 100 meter 200 met
and the 4x1 100 relay a feat last
achieved by Usain Bolt in 2015 as the
Olympics and Paris approached lyes the
reigning fastest man on earth is not
only eyeing multiple gold medals but a
potential world record into 200 meters
legacy we title the story on the cover
world's fastest nerd would you be okay
with that I had I'd be perfectly fine
with that nerd or geek what what about
anime appeals to you the hero story the
hero of the main syndrome
complex the you either have the hero
that started from zero or you have the
overpowered hero that only reveals
himself when
needed all right coach everybody relates
to that cuz everybody wants to be that
as a child ly's battled severe asthma
that often required hospitalization and
he's been outspoken about challenges
that include his mental health in 2022
lyes became the American record holder
for the 200 meter dash his time is just
12 hundredths of a second shy of the 200
meter world record time of 19.19 seconds
that is held by Usain Bol this part of
the Season we talked about earlier the
data looks good for you big face on
indoors is that an exciting feeling you
can't rest on your laurels like how do
you process that data yeah I mean kind
of just like I know that just because
data looks great doesn't mean that the
outcome will always happen so my goal is
to be as consistent as possible the more
consistent I am the more likely it'll
happen and that's just the mindset that
I constantly have and I'll take that
into practice and I'll take that into
the weight room and that takes care of
more and more variables that I can't
control so I know when the day AR is I
will be ready awesome I have had so many
adversity throughout my life you know
technically I'm not even supposed to be
here I'm supposed to be on you know
medication trying to get over asthma or
struggling to get through school because
of ADD and dyslexia or being a depressed
kid because I had to deal with bullying
but I felt like in every opportunity
instead of saying you know what I don't
think I'm the one I was brave enough to
say I'm willing to take the step forward
and because of that I've met tons of
people with different gifts and I've
been blessed enough to be given a lot of
gifts myself and I feel that I'm a very
good manager at being able to use those
gifts to the best of my ability and I
love it to see when a story comes
together and a moment is made ly's
already has won six World titles and a
bronze medal in the 200 meters at the
Tokyo Olympics his ambition for the
Paris games just listen pretty excited
about Paris I'm a lot more excited than
last year so shoot let's get to the
action are you going to win one gold
medal of comparison no I'm going to win
many medals are you going to win two
maybe more are you going to win three
now we're talking are you going to win
four I don't know but I'm willing to
find out they're probably going to see a
lot of smiling a lot of funny
interactive moments they're going to see
as much fashion as I can possibly do
cool hairstyles some cool nail
