The first people who mastered Google ads
built empires. The first people to run
Facebook ads, they got rich. And the
people who were running Tik Tok ads,
they became overnight millionaires. And
now it's ChatGpt's turn. And this update
is your early access to dominate the
next AI gold rush. Ads are coming to
ChatGpt. And if you understand what this
really means, this could be your unfair
advantage in 2026 and beyond. So, in
this video, I'm going to be going
through what's changing, how you can
capitalize on it, and why this could be
bigger than Google, Facebook, and Tik
Tok ads combined. So, last month, OpenAI
announced on their website that Chat GBT
will now be running ads. Now, they are
rolling this out first to US customers,
and this is going to be going out to the
free and the go plans. Now, the Go plan
is a new one that they've introduced.
It's basically $8 a month and you can
get a lot of the features that you would
get on the pro plan, but you're going to
be shown ads. If you're on the pro, the
business, or the enterprise plan, you're
not going to be shown ads. So, that's
the kind of main differentiator between
this new go plan and the pro one. So,
how these ads are actually going to look
is at the bottom, you're still going to
have your whole threads. You'll still
have your normal chat GPT. Nothing's
going to change with your experience
there, but at the bottom of the screen,
you're going to get a really clear
advert. So, it's not like suddenly all
the answers are going to be sponsored.
There's a really clear advert at the
bottom and it's going to be recommending
things that are suitable for you. So,
here's an example of how these ads will
work. You will be asking away. You'll
say, "Hey, can you create me a chicken
recipe for my air fryer? I've got
tomatoes. I've got whatever." And it's
going to come up with a recipe. So, your
normal thread is going to look exactly
the same. Then, at the bottom, it's
going to say, "Hey, do you want to buy
this hot sauce?" and you're like, "Oh,
that does look like a hot sauce that I
want to add on that chicken. I think
that's a great idea." And so, you can
then just purchase that, purchase it
directly through JBT, and those are the
kind of ads that it's going to do. It's
kind of like, you know, when you're on
Amazon or something and you go and buy
something and it says other people are
buying this, and you're like, "Yes, I do
want that extra thing that you've just
suggested that I didn't know that I
needed, but now I definitely need." So,
it's going to be more like that. It's
not going to be interrupting. It's going
to be kind of like the add-on, kind of
like that upsell um after you've decided
what you want. So, why this is so
different is that normally on Facebook
or Google, they are the ads are
interrupted. So, they are relying on you
going on your screen and the ads are
trying to like grab your attention like
that. I always think of this. When I was
a kid, I used to go on holiday in Spain
and we always used to go down to we'd go
down to like the place where all the
restaurants were and there was a long
stretch and we'd walk along the stretch
of the restaurants and everyone would be
trying to get out and get our attention.
They were like, "Hello, hello pretty
lady, pretty lady. Here's my menu.
Here's my menu." And I'm like, "Ah." And
everyone was just trying to like
literally get in your path and show you
their menu to try and grab you into
their restaurant. That's what I kind of
think Facebook and Google is like
sometimes. it's very interruptive and
they're trying to grab your attention.
Whereas with chat GPT, they're going to
be very different. So, the flow is still
going to be the same. Um, but the ads
are going to be down the bottom. So,
you're going to be recommended things
which are suitable for you. And it's
much more conversational. It's personal.
It's very trustbased. So, it's not going
to have that same kind of pattern
interrupt that you're used to. Now, I
want to just talk about why chat GPT ads
are going to be so powerful. I honestly
think this is going to be the most
powerful form of advertising that we
have ever seen. And that's because the
number one reason is that chat GBT has
so much data. They know everything. Chat
GVT knows everything about us. Now, I
don't know about you, but I use my chat
GBT like it's a therapist. I'm like,
"Oh, I'm feeling like this today or blah
blah blah." But your chat GBT knows
everything about you. It knows whether
you're having marriage problems. It
knows whether your kid is struggling in
school. It knows where you want to go on
holiday. It knows if you're thinking
about a new business opportunity. You
are constantly feeding it stuff. And by
the way, if you're one of those people
that freaks out about that and you're
like, "No, I don't want anyone to know
any of my stuff." There are features
where you can make sure that your data
isn't being shared and it can't be used
in that way. So, don't stress about that
if you've just had a little minor
freakout. For me personally, I actually
kind of don't care. I probably should
care more, but I'm like, if they're
going to show me ads about something
that I really want and is actually good
for my life, then let's go for it. I'm
here for the recommendations. But this
is so powerful because on Facebook, we
can target people by saying, you know,
they're part of this group or they're
part of this community and we do have
like a lot of knowledge about them, but
nowhere near as much kind of
psychological and emotional knowledge as
what Chat Gvc has about us. And same
with Google. So with Google, the way
that you would run ads is very much
through keywords. So as long as you have
a really good keyword strategy, you can
get your ad in front of that person. But
with chat GBT ads, it's completely
different. This honestly levels the
playing field for advertisers and for
business owners across the board because
with chat GBT, we're now not looking at
SEO, we're looking at AEO, which is
answer engine optimization. So now the
way that you create an amazing ad and
the the way that you get that ad in
front of the exact person that you want
to get it in front of is by not thinking
what words is this person typing in,
what keywords are they using? You're
thinking what questions is this person
asking and how can I provide the answer
to that? It's a completely different way
of thinking. So actually all the people
that are used to normal SEO and are
absolute keyword magicians, it kind of
becomes redundant because this is a
completely different way of thinking
about SEO. So I think this way of
advertising is going to be so powerful.
We already know that Google is is still
getting more hits. People are still
searching more through Google but the
conversions are so much higher on chat
GPT. So this we already know that this
is a super powerful platform and that's
why when you amplify that with ads this
is going to go crazy. And another reason
why this is super cool is that it
doesn't actually matter. So far by what
chat GBC have said, it doesn't actually
matter how much you spend. So with
Google and Facebook, the the higher the
budget you have, the more your ads are
going to be shown to people. So it's
kind of like the big players win. If
you're a small fish and you've just got
a small budget, you're never going to
stand up against these big players that
got that have a massive budget. Whereas
with chat GPT, they are saying that they
are not going to prioritize spend. So it
means that even the beginners, even the
people with a small budget, all they
need to do is make sure that their
product is really optimizing that AEO,
that answer engine optimization, and
really making sure that, you know, the
targeting is right and it understands
exactly who their ideal client is, and
it really understands what it is that
they need, then they can get their ads
in front of that person just as much as
these big giants can. So, I think that's
super cool and as I said, I think it
completely levels the playing field for
everyone. So this is, if I haven't said
it already, this is a huge, huge
opportunity. There are currently 900
million users on chat GBT. This is the
fastest adopted platform by a mile. This
thing is not slowing down. So that is
900 million people who can have eyes on
the products that you need to sell. And
I see this as a huge opportunity for two
types of people. So, if you are a
business owner right now, you get to
capitalize on the old school Google days
and the old school Facebook days where
you could have a small budget. You could
spend a little bit of money on your ads
and you would get leads for pennies.
With Chat GBT, not only are you going to
get leads for pennies, you're going to
get really high quality, high converting
leads for pennies. This is why it's
different to Facebook and Google, but it
means you are right at the forefront. We
are all starting from blank here. This
is what's so exciting about it is that
no one knows how to do these yet. No one
knows what these are going to be like,
what you need to do, how you're going to
set them up. So, everyone is starting at
the same point. So, if you feel like you
missed the boat with the Facebook Ads
rush and the Google Ads rush, you can
totally jump on this and you can take
advantage of it. So, it means you can
get leads for a lot less. But also, if
you are someone that is looking to
capitalize on this as a business
opportunity, perhaps you're looking to
run these as a service, you're an agency
owner or something like that. This is
wide wide open. The reality is people
are spending a lot of money right now on
Google and Facebook and they are not
getting the kind of results that they
used to. They are spending more. The
number and the quality of leads is
getting less and a lot of business
owners are getting fed up with spending
so much money and not getting the
results. So they are looking at
alternative methods. So if you can
figure out how to do this, if you can
become the master at chat GBC ads, you
have a huge opportunity ahead of you. So
let's talk about how we can prepare for
this. Now if you are a business owner,
the way you can prepare for this is
first of all get a visibility audit of
your whole business. You need to see how
your business is showing up on normal AI
search on the LLMs like chat GBT and
Claude and Perplexity. When someone is
searching for your business, what comes
up? you really want to know where you're
standing because you first of all have
to optimize your organic strategy
because if these large language models
are not already recommending you, then
putting ad spend behind it is not really
going to help it too much. You want to
make sure that your organic strategy is
solid and then you can amplify that with
chat GPC ads. So, the way you want to do
this is I've actually put together an AI
visibility prompt. You can take this
prompt, add in all the bits about your
business, and then it's going to give
you a report and show you what your
visibility score is, how you're showing
up on these large language models, and
how discoverable you are within AI. So,
all you need to do is just click the
link below. You can download that
prompt. You can also get all the other
resources that I give away in all my
other videos as well. There's loads of
prompts and templates and everything
like that. You can get it all for free.
Um, so you're going to take that prompt,
do a visibility audit of your business,
and see what your score is. Then based
on what the recommendations are, get to
work on those first. I actually have a
whole video coming out which is going to
teach you how to optimize your business
so that you can get the large language
models like Chat GBZ and Claude to start
recommending you. But here's just a
couple of points I want you to think
about. You really want to make sure that
you have a super clear value
proposition. It needs to be so clear in
such simple language what it is, who you
serve, and why you're better than anyone
else. Your value proposition needs to be
super clear. Your website needs to get
rid of all the fancy language, all those
big paragraphs of text when you're using
all this, you know, fruity marketing
jargon. No one wants to hear that. You
need to now start thinking about your
website as kind of like an answer
engine. So that if someone asks a
question and says, "Who is the best at
this?" Then it's going to go and search
through and your website is going to
come up because it would have picked up
a little bit of text on your website.
So, instead of having big paragraphs of
text, you're going to have headlines,
bullet points, really simple, natural
conversational language. You're also
going to go on an absolute mission to
get reviews. And and as I said, I'm
going to be breaking down all of this in
a whole video. I'm going to show you
exactly how you can automate this whole
process of getting reviews, exactly how
you can switch out your website and do
all of these. But credibility is a
really big piece because ultimately AI
is going to look for credibility first.
They really care about that. And also
start thinking about how you can take
the FAQs on your website and turning
them into blog posts. The more you can
expand on FAQs and thinking first of all
what are the questions that people are
answering and you answer those, the more
you can do of that and the more content
you have around those frequently asked
questions that your clients and
customers have, the better your content
is going to land in terms of AI search.
So if you're a business owner, that is
what I would be doing to prepare right
now. If you are looking to run this as
an agency, if you want to run this as a
service, this is what I would be doing
right now. First of all, you need to
commit to being a master of this. Now,
the thing that I love about this is that
a, as I said, everyone is starting on a
on an equal playing field. So, everyone
is a beginner. But also, it doesn't
matter if you don't have any experience
in SEO or anything like that before
because AI doesn't care about keywords.
So all of that knowledge that these
people have is not going to apply to
what we're doing right here. So everyone
is starting as a beginner, all you need
to do is become a master of how these
chat GPT ads run and you'll be able to
thrive in this space. So if I were you
and you want to run this as a service,
the number one thing I would be doing is
offering visibility audits as a lead
magnet. So create a landing page, have
people opt in to get a visibility audit
of their business, and then run the
audit of their business. Then you are
going to be gathering an email list of
people that are very much aware that
they need to get this thing sorted out
and that they want help running these
chat GPT ads. You're going to be piling
together this list. If you don't want to
do that, at least create a weight list.
But right now, your number one focus
should be on learning how they work. As
soon as they come out, become a master
of that. Test them, try them, play
around with them yourself so that as
soon as they go live, you are ready
straight out the gate to start
delivering this service. So, you can
probably tell I'm pretty excited about
this opportunity. I really feel like,
you know, those times where you think,
"Oh, I just wish I knew about this back
in the day. I wish I knew about Google
back in the day. I wish I knew about
Facebook ads in the back in the day."

constantly refreshing OpenAI's website
and checking out when the new
announcements are coming out. If you are
