Hello and welcome to the Voice of Wisdom. This meditation session
is designed to deeply experience your inner journey. In this meditation you
will move towards finding the peace and joy of your soul. Our mind
keeps flowing in the flow of thoughts like the waves of the ocean but through this meditation we
will learn to control these thoughts and experience spiritual peace.
Before beginning this journey please sit in a comfortable posture, gently close your eyes and
bring your body into a state of complete relaxation. Let go of any tension and Let your
breath flow naturally Take a deep breath and on the exhale
let all worries go away Now we
will move on to finding the peace within yourself Breath and Relaxation Paramahansa Yogananda Ji often spoke about the power of the breath
Breath is life Breath carries our thoughts and emotions but it
can also lead us to deep peace and clarity We begin
by focusing on your breath without trying to change it Simply feel the breath as
it enters through the nostrils and into your lungs
Now imagine your breath passing
through your body as if it is flowing
from the head to the soles of your feet.
As this breath enters your body it
dissipates all stress and brings peace to the mind. Focusing on the Spiritual Eye
Now we will deepen the meditation and focus on our
In the middle of the forehead, between the eyebrows, is what is called the spiritual eye. Paramahansa
Yogananda described it as the gateway to the highest consciousness. Imagine that
in this place there is a small bright light that is radiant with perfection and purity.
As you breathe in, slowly focus your attention on this light.
If your mind wanders, bring it back to this light because this
practice is the key to your self-realization. As you concentrate, you
will feel a deep peace within and you will feel Now we will do another
exercise. Visualize the divine light entering from above from the top of your head.
This light is like the rays of the golden sun slowly entering
your body and purifying it. Feel this light
spreading through your
entire body through your neck, chest and abdomen.
Feel this light as it is filling every organ and cell with energy. Every space that
was previously filled with stress and anxiety is now filled with peace. And this light is filled with joy. This light
is not just in the body but it is a symbol of the divine nature within you that is being realized.
As this light expands within you, feel that you
are becoming one with the divine and this light is a symbol of your true being. Blessings for inner peace.
We will now pronounce some powerful blessings that we
will feel deeply. I am peace, I am still, I am one with the divine. The peace of God
fills my heart and mind. I am a bearer of light and love.
With these blessings, these words Feel to the deepest level of your soul Know that peace
is always within you and is your true nature Silent meditation Now I
invite you to sit in a peaceful silent meditation No words, no thoughts Just experience being
Just feel the presence of the peace that surrounds you Your attention
is now being absorbed only in this peace In this silence your connection with the divine
is deepening Spend this time with just your soul and feel that you

Having entered the depths, we
will move on to make this experience more detailed and intense. Feel the flow of your breath naturally while maintaining awareness of the breath.
Experience deep peace within yourself with each breath and each
Release all mental and physical tensions with the exhale. We
will now focus on the spiritual eye within you, which is located between the eyebrows.
Try to fix your consciousness in this place. Slowly
imagine a divine light that is calm, clear and extremely soft. This light is
illuminating you from within, energizing you and
awakening the peace and joy that exists within you. Keep your mind still in this divine light and if thoughts
wander, slowly bring your attention back to this point. Now
feel yourself filled with the divine love and blessings of God. Now we
will awaken the spiritual vibration within you. Try to listen to the inner sound, the
sound that flows continuously, which is full of peace and silence. This sound
is a form of cosmic consciousness. To listen to it, keep your mind quiet and
try to experience it more deeply with each moment. Now
feel your mind filled with the feeling of supreme bliss and love within, the divine love which is infinite,
limitless and is the true nature of your soul. This love is It is not only within you but
is present all around. This love is being transmitted in every person, every living being, every particle.
Let this love of yours flow towards the world. Pray in your mind that this love
reaches everyone and brings happiness and peace in everyone's life. Now to deepen the meditation,
we will enter into complete silence. No thoughts, no imagination, only silence and
the pure feeling of existence. In this silence, allow yourself to integrate with the divine power
that is always present within you. Stay in this state for some time and
gradually experience complete self-realization. Coming out of this deep meditation,
focus again on your breathing. Feel your body and hold this peace still within you.
Open your eyes whenever you are ready and hold this peace in your heart so that
it remains as a permanent energy in your routine and life.
Entering the depths of silence. We will now descend into a deeper silence. Experience the peace within you more deeply.
Do not try to hold on to any thoughts.
Let them drift off like clouds. As you settle into your inner presence, feel that The sense of time and
space is gradually disappearing. Only consciousness remains. An infinitely pure silent
existence. This silence is becoming deeper with every breath. If the mind
tries to hold on to any thought, let it go gently and return to this infinite peace. It
is in this silence where the vibration of God can be heard most clearly. Just
absorb into it without any effort. The expansion of love and compassion. Now expand this meditation further and
awaken within yourself the feeling of love and compassion
at your heart center. Concentrate and imagine that it
is being filled with a beautiful golden light. This light is filled with love, kindness and compassion. Now
feel this love first within yourself. Let this divine love flow into every part of your being.
Then slowly spread it to your loved ones. Imagine this divine love
reaching out to your family, friends and all the people in your life. Then
expand it even further and spread it to the entire society, nation and the entire earth. Let
every being be illuminated with this love and compassion. See this love that
emanates from God flowing throughout the universe. This love itself
is your true nature. Harmony in the whole soul. We
will now balance every level of our being. Feel the body, mind and soul in harmony, keeping your breathing simple.
Just as the surface of a calm lake is undisturbed,
feel your inner being in perfect evenness. There is no longer any conflict within you,
no conflict, only a feeling of divine harmony, completeness and joy. You
have become completely situated in your Self. If If a thought arises,
allow it to be seen naturally but do not get entangled in it, just remain stable in your presence. This
is the ultimate state of meditation where the distinction between the seeker and the practitioner disappears, only the experience of oneness remains.
Positive resolution and conclusion of the meditation. Now slowly
repeat your resolutions. Feel these sentences strongly within yourself. I am a part of the divine consciousness.
My mind is calm, stable and full of love. I
will maintain joy and balance in every situation. I will spread this divine peace to others in my life. Concluding the meditation
, slowly bring your awareness back to your body. Feel your breath.
Reawaken the energy of your body. Lightly
move your arms and legs. When you are ready, slowly open your eyes. Sit for a few moments and enjoy this experience.
Fully embrace it. Know that this peace is always present within you.
You can return to this state at any moment, whenever you wish. Entering the deepest level of meditation.
We will now enter the final state of meditation where only pure existence remains.
In this part we will experience complete surrender, blissful identification and oneness with the divine energy.
A complete surrender. Now let go of all thoughts, desires and identities.
Just be still in silence. Feel as if you are flowing in the flow of a river.
No obstructions. No effort, just flow. Imagine that you
are merging into a divine light. Just as ice melts and merges into water, your
consciousness is merging into the cosmic consciousness. Here the distinction between 'I' and 'Thou' ceases to exist
. Only pure existence remains. If any thought comes, observe it with a witnessing attitude
and leave it. Experience only the presence of God. This is the very moment when in meditation,
the seeker and the achieved all merge into one. Second feeling of infinite bliss. Now feel that infinite
bliss within yourself which is not dependent on any external cause. No, this bliss is without any conditions,
pure, free and infinite. In this state, there are no limits, no dualities, only
an expanse of unbroken bliss. Just as there is complete peace in the depth of the ocean, similarly this bliss
is manifested in the depths within. Paramahansa Yogananda Ji used to say that true bliss
does not come from external things but from inner self-realization. Now
let this bliss flow throughout the body and consciousness. Fix it in your heart. This is the same bliss which the
sages had experienced as self-realization. The complete experience of the three divinities
is now final. In the step we will process making this divinity a permanent state in your life
Imagine a light circle of divine energy
being formed around you This light is filling you every moment with inner strength peace and love This light
will guide you not only in meditation but also in your waking life
Repeat this affirmation within yourself I am the eternal soul I am the source of love peace and joy I
can experience this divinity in every moment Now slowly
bring your consciousness back to this moment. Feel your breath, the energy flowing through your body. Gently shake your hands
and feet. Four Conclusions of Meditation When you are ready Slowly
open your eyes Sit in silence for a few moments and take in this profound experience Know that
this meditation is not just for a few moments but it
can become a new form of your entire consciousness Now you are established in your true nature, completely
calm and blissful May this divinity be manifested in your every breath, in every action and in every thought
