0:03 Hello. Thank you for watching this
0:07 video. Uh these are the instructions for
0:21 What we're going to be doing is going
0:25 over uh the interface uh of getting the
0:27 D where you're going to obtain the data
0:30 and then I'm going to get into the
0:31 spreadsheet and how I'd like it to have
0:35 be filled out. I also have examples in
0:39 this document as well. So, the first
0:41 thing we're going to do is we're going
0:44 to be scraping data for a couple of time
1:01 you're going to first go to this website.
1:04 website.
1:07 And when you're faced with this screen,
1:08 you're going to go to the green one.
1:10 You're going to click on this one, log
1:13 in. Now, I will tell you this. There's
1:17 two ways that I can
1:20 pay for this. One is a monthly fee of
1:23 $275 for unlimited access for the month,
1:25 but I don't anticipate this scrape job
1:27 taking that long. Therefore, I would
1:31 rather pay a series of $15 per day uh
1:34 and in the hopes that this will be cost
1:37 me less than it would if I used a whole
1:39 month. So, it's important that you let
1:41 me know when when you start and when you
1:45 stop and I'll make sure that I pay for
1:48 each subsequent day that is needed. So,
1:50 you're going to go to this website.
1:51 You're going to go to this button here,
1:54 log in.
1:56 You're going to be faced with this. And
2:03 Now, I will be sharing all of these
2:06 documents that you see. So, don't worry
2:13 So, when you log in, you're going to be
2:15 faced with an interface such as the one
2:23 this button, I want this button to be
2:25 selected for all.
2:27 That's probably the way you're going to
2:29 do it.
2:31 Recorded date. This will be a date
2:33 range. Now, you're limited by 5,000 results.
2:36 results. So
2:39 So
2:41 this is the document type. So again,
2:44 we're only concerned with this one.
2:48 Date recorded date range,
2:51 document types, and subdivisions. I'm
2:53 going to show you each one of these in a
2:57 minute. Now, when you come in here,
2:59 you're not going to find any results. I
3:02 don't want any results before January
3:06 1st, 2009.
3:08 I want results all the way up to the
3:14 These are where you can select different
3:16 document types. I'll be going over these
3:18 different document types. If you don't
3:21 select any of them and you have the
3:24 correct subdivision selected, which I'm
3:26 going to show you, it'll return results
3:29 for every single one. every single one
3:32 of these and there are about 30 or 40
3:35 maybe 50 different document types. So if
3:37 you don't check any of these, it'll
3:40 return results for every single one that
3:42 it finds subdivisions
3:44 subdivisions
3:46 and then you would click search. So
3:49 again, don't search before January 1st, 2009.
3:51 2009.
3:59 We only are going to search Grand Lodge
4:02 on Peak 7 and Grand Lodge on Peak 8 subdivisions.
4:04 subdivisions.
4:05 I'm going to want separate spreadsheets
4:08 for each subdivision.
4:10 Right here is how it's going to be
4:12 displayed. So, when you click on this dropdown,
4:14 dropdown,
4:17 you're going to see different choices.
4:19 And in this example, I've selected
4:23 warranty deed uh in this screenshot. Okay.
4:26 Okay.
4:28 And again, this is a date range that
4:34 Now, there are going to be a number of
4:36 different document types that we're
4:37 going to need. I'm going to show you
4:40 some of these over here. So, this is the
4:41 spreadsheet. This is a good time to go
4:51 We're going to have an ID. This is going
4:54 to be like a primary key. and it'll say
4:58 peak 7-1, peak 7-2, and so on and so
5:01 forth throughout the list. Peak 8 will
5:04 be much the same because
5:06 because
5:09 because in this
5:11 uh the way results are displayed which
5:14 I'm going to show you the grantor's
5:18 names appear first andor the grtor
5:21 corporation. So there may be granters
5:29 There's going to be grantee names. There
5:31 might be a grantee corporation like a
5:36 trust or an LLC or a corporation.
5:37 We're going to be concerned with the season,
5:43 the number of bedrooms, whether it's
5:46 annual or bianual,
5:48 what the unit number is, whether it's
5:51 fixed or floating, what type of deed it is,
5:53 is,
5:56 what's the recording date, are there
6:02 and then we're going to show the address
6:04 for the grantor, the street address,
6:06 We're going to go into all of this. And
6:09 then the grtor city, state, zip code.
6:11 And then the grantee, street address and
6:16 their city, state, and zip code. Now,
6:18 let's look at some abbreviations here. So,
6:20 So,
6:26 L when you see L like you see over here,
6:44 So what you're going to see here uh on
6:47 this the bedrooms you're going to see 2
6:52 L for example. LO means lockoff.
6:55 It's a two-bedroom lock off and that'll
6:56 be something that you will scrape from
6:59 the deeds which we'll look at later. SH
7:02 is standard height ceiling.
7:06 So 2 L O SH is a two-bedroom lockoff
7:10 with the standard height ceiling.
7:14 W the abbreviation W is winter season
7:17 and we can see that in the season here.
7:21 This is a winter season. WP is winter plus.
7:28 Now there are fixed weeks and floating
7:32 weeks. Now that's in this column here.
7:34 There are fixed and floating weeks. If
7:42 they will be noted as such here
7:46 and as such here where it says season.
7:49 So if it's fixed, I don't want it to say
7:51 winter or winter. I don't want it to say
7:55 W or WP. I wanted to show fixed and the
7:57 weak number that it's fixed that you'll
8:01 scrape from the recorded data. Okay.
8:14 Okay. Now, we're going to look at the
8:16 different deed types. We're going to
8:17 look at the different abbreviations for
8:19 the different deed types, which is over
8:23 here in this column. Okay. This is I
8:25 don't know that this is a comprehensive
8:27 list. What I'll do is after this video
8:29 I'll make sure that I have all of the
8:32 different deed type abbreviations
8:37 represented in this box. But SWD
8:40 is a special warranty deed.
8:44 WD is a warranty deed.
8:52 UCD is a quick claim deed.
8:58 B E F D is a beneficiary deed.
9:03 B and S is a bargain and sale deed.
9:06 Most Oh, S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S S
9:06 S S S S S W S W S W S W S W S W S W S W
9:11 S W S W S WD H is
9:14 represented down here. It's a special
9:16 warranty deed owner enhancement
9:19 agreement, no cancellation of promisory
9:21 note. So we can abbreviate that with S swd.
9:24 swd.
9:28 Okay. And these words will appear as the
9:31 the heading of the document. So the
9:34 heading of the document will show
9:36 whether it is
9:38 a special warranty deed with an owner
9:40 enhancement agreement, no cancellation
9:43 of promisory note,
10:03 So, here it says I do not want peak 7 or
10:06 peak 8 LLC's address
10:08 scraped. I don't need their address.
10:10 It's going to be We're going to get into
10:13 this later on as we go over addressing
10:16 examples, but we're not going to need to
10:19 scrape their address. I'll show you what
10:22 to put in in its place where the
10:25 addressing is is located. So,
10:33 okay, we'll go over all that. So, again,
10:34 this is going to be all of the
10:37 information. The first name
10:41 and middle name andor initial.
10:44 Floyd M is his M is his middle initial.
10:54 Floyd Raymond. Floyd is this man's first
10:57 name. Raymond is his middle name. This
11:00 is his last name.
11:03 This is his wife, Lisa Traml Dissinger. Now,
11:05 Now,
11:07 Traml is not a common middle name. So,
11:10 we know that this is hyphenated.
11:13 Now, I will make a note here. I want all
11:17 hyphenated names to show up as the grtor
11:23 too. So if there is a man who shows up
11:25 uh in in the first position as either
11:28 the grtor or the grantee and his last
11:31 name if if he's first and his last name
11:34 has a hyphen in it, I want him to be
11:38 placed in number two. Also, if a if this
11:41 lady Lisa Traml Dissinger, if she was
11:46 first and he was second, I want this
11:51 name to be here. I don't want her to be
11:53 in this position. This is because I'm
11:54 going to be doing things with this list
11:56 and this is going to save me a lot of
11:59 work. So, let's keep all of the
12:03 hyphenated names. Usually, it's women.
12:05 Okay, let's keep all of the hyphenated names.
12:07 names.
12:12 as grtor or grantee 2. If there are two
12:15 grantees or two grantors, obviously if
12:18 there's only one grantee or one grtor,
12:21 then they're going to go in the first
12:23 name and the last name slots, and we
12:30 Now, in this one,
12:33 Marie is obviously a middle name. An is
12:35 the middle name. So it's not Marie-Heckman,
12:50 Earlier I mentioned I would show you
12:53 what to do with Peak Seven LLC's address
12:58 or Peak 8's LLC address. If peak se Peak
13:00 7 LLC
13:06 is the grantor, I would want this these
13:08 addressing. I would want it to represent
13:10 like this. I do not need their address.
13:14 It'll all be the same.
13:18 I want the grant's address 1 2 3 any
13:21 street, any town, California, and then a
13:24 zip code. That's how I would want this
13:29 formatted. If there is a box number,
13:31 you know, if there is an apartment, I
13:36 would want it on this line. Okay.
13:45 All right. Let's get back to this sheet. So,
13:46 So,
13:50 I'm going to go over once again date range.
13:52 range.
13:54 You can select different ones, but this
13:58 has to be chosen. Okay? You can't choose
14:01 both Grand Lodge 8 and seven at the same
14:02 time. They're going to have to be done.
14:04 You can only choose one subdivision at a time.
14:10 So, this would be a document type of a
14:14 quick claim deed. Now, I searched all
14:18 quick claim deeds for peak 7 from this
14:22 date to this date, and there are 3,593 results.
14:24 results.
14:26 So, for a quick claim deed, I'm going to
14:30 need the grtor names, their addresses,
14:33 and the inventory information found
14:35 that's found on the spreadsheet. I'm
14:38 also going to need the grant the address
14:46 This is what a quit claim deed may look
14:50 like. Now, quit claim deeds are going to
14:51 be prepared by different attorneys and
14:55 so their formatting will be different.
14:56 So, you'll need to pay attention to
14:59 that. But if again the title of the deed
15:03 will be represented in the screen uh in
15:07 the reorded document
15:12 and it talks about the names. The first
15:15 names are going to be the grantors.
15:17 The second names are going to be the grantees.
15:19 grantees. Now
15:20 Now
15:23 these are the same people. We can tell
15:26 that because of the names Robert and
15:29 Carmen. Robert and Carmen obviously,
15:33 right? Oops.
15:36 And so they didn't put this address
15:38 twice. They didn't put the address here
15:40 like some of them will have it in both
15:43 places. So in this case, we know that
15:46 these people's address is 1721 Mitchell
15:50 Street, Laram, Wyoming 82072.
15:52 I don't need the county of Albany, the
16:01 Now, warranty deeds. So, in the two
16:04 examples in the screenshots below, these
16:06 units are incorrectly labeled as
16:09 warranty deeds. Okay? So, I did a search
16:14 for warranty deeds. And it shows that
16:16 this is a warranty deed and this is a
16:23 When you click into it, it's mislabeled.
16:25 The person who entered this information
16:28 into the system mislabeled it
16:30 because when you click into it, the
16:33 title is a special warranty deed. This
16:36 special warranty deed will always be superior
16:38 superior
16:42 to what is reflected here
16:45 or here. Right? So, if you select this
16:48 and you click into it, this will this
16:50 part, this title will need to be scanned
16:51 and that's what you're going to rely on
16:54 to populate the spreadsheet. Also, let's
16:56 look at something else. There's some
16:57 really valuable information here as
17:00 well. This tells us it's Grand Lodge on
17:04 Peak 7. Now, where it says lot
17:08 1204 A and B, week three. Okay.
17:21 That's actually going to be unit
17:29 Okay, I've just resumed. Uh, if the video
17:32 video
17:34 looked different, that's why. So, what I
17:36 was saying is when you're looking at
17:37 this, you're going to be able to find
17:39 valuable information here. You're going
17:42 to see a whole series of results perhaps
17:44 and we're only going to be concerned
17:46 with certain weak numbers.
17:48 Okay, I'll tell you the week numbers in
17:51 a second, but I was explaining this. It
17:57 says lot 1206 AB B C D week 12.
18:00 This is definitely a fourbedroom
18:01 because there's four letters. There's
18:03 commas in between these and then it says
18:07 week and 12. It repeats itself over here.
18:09 here.
18:11 lot is actually the unit number and the
18:13 way I would want that represented in the
18:14 sheet is I would want to remove the
18:18 commas. So for example this might say
18:24 lot 131 a comma b comma ca d and then it
18:27 might say week col 12. This is our
18:30 abbreviation for that. This is the four bedrooms
18:32 bedrooms
18:36 1203 unit lot 1203
18:42 a week 8 week 51 week 10 week 9. The
18:43 week numbers are important as well.
18:45 We're going to get into the important
18:53 The week numbers that we're going to be
18:57 concerned with are going to be 1 through 15.
19:00 15.
19:12 Again, we're going to want weeks 1
19:17 through 15 and again 47 through 52.
19:18 Those are the ones that we're interested
19:21 in. Those are the winter and the winter
19:26 plus and the fixed weeks that we want
19:29 scraped. Okay. So, you're going to see
19:31 different results depending on how you
19:33 set up your scraper. You may see a lot
19:35 of different week numbers for certain
19:37 different quick claim deeds, for
19:39 example. We're only going to want those
19:41 particular weeks, and I think you can
19:48 Now, up here, this is the recording date.
19:50 date.
19:52 Now, this may be hard
19:55 for your optical character recognition
19:57 to to scrape.
20:01 Uh perhaps
20:06 it's right up here as well. Okay. So,
20:10 um you can go by you can go by this date
20:13 here. Yeah, you can always go by this
20:15 date here. You don't need to read it
20:17 from here.
20:21 And so this shows the information here.
20:25 So it says Peak 7 LLC. Their address is
20:27 100 South Main Street, 2nd floor,
20:31 Lincoln West Mall, Box 6879, Breenidge,
20:34 Colorado 80424. That's a lot. I don't
20:37 want that scraped. I Th these are the
20:40 grtors. We know that they're the grtors
20:42 because they appear first and because
20:44 they're selling, transferring, and
20:47 conveying. conveying means to give
20:50 something. And so when I'm a grtor, I'm
20:52 giving something to the grantee who is
20:55 receiving it. Okay? So the grtor is
21:06 Now the grantee's address it's in this
21:08 one. It says care of Grand Lodge on Peak
21:11 7 and it gives that long address. I
21:14 don't want this as I don't want this
21:16 entered as these people at as their address
21:18 address
21:20 on this sheet.
21:24 Okay, I don't I don't want it I also
21:26 don't want peak 7's lengthy address. I
21:30 just want this to appear whenever peak 7
21:40 now
21:41 this is a description that we're
21:42 interested in. It's going to be
21:45 basically the second paragraph after
21:48 this information up here
21:50 and it's going to talk about floating.
21:54 Oops. Floating. Okay. It's a floating.
21:57 So it's not fixed, it's floating. This
22:00 is not a onebedroom. This indicates one
22:03 unit. There's just one unit. It's a
22:08 floating. It's a WP winter plus season.
22:13 It has four bedrooms. So, it's a 4 L
22:16 and it's unit 1206.
22:20 A A got cut off, but
22:23 you can see A
22:28 up here. So it says lot unit 1206 ABCD
22:32 week 12. So it's going to say unit 1206
22:36 AB C D. So AB or cut off here week 12.
22:41 We would abbreviate that as 1206
22:45 AB C D space 12.
22:48 Sometimes there's multiple units in here
22:49 that you're going to need to pay
22:50 attention to and we're going to go over that.
22:57 So,
23:00 the following warranty deed document
23:02 types are going to have different
23:03 formats because different attorneys will
23:05 prepare the documents differently and
23:07 they have their own forms.
23:10 The official peak 7 warranty deeds will
23:13 be standardized.
23:16 So, the first deed down below shows a
23:19 peak seven warranty deed. The next two
23:22 deeds are from different attorneys.
23:24 Okay, so this is peak seven and then
23:26 these are two different attorneys.
23:28 Again, we have good information here.
23:31 Unit 1303A,
23:33 week 7.
23:41 Actually, I do need the phase number and
23:42 I'm going to add that to the
23:44 spreadsheet. I need that because I don't
23:46 know if I need it or not. I'd rather
23:49 have it. So, I do want the phase scraped
23:52 and entered. It'll be obvious the column
23:59 the phase column is column Y like yesterday.
24:02 yesterday.
24:04 Why? It's at the very end of the
24:09 spreadsheet. I just added it. So
24:11 again, this is the warranty deed. This
24:13 is peak 7. It's going to look very much
24:16 the same. Peak seven. This has their
24:18 regular address and the lengthy address
24:22 here. Um, and so
24:24 they're saying that Peak 7 is the grtor
24:28 and these people here
24:30 are the grantees.
24:32 It doesn't have their address. It has
24:35 the the business address of the resort.
24:37 I don't want this for these people's
24:39 names. You would leave it blank. And
24:41 where it says Peak 7 under the grantor's
24:45 addressing, you would just write Peak 7
24:48 LLC or Peak 8 LLC.
24:50 And then it goes on to describe that
24:53 this is a bianial.
24:57 It's an odd week. It is floating. The
25:00 season is WP winter plus. The unit
25:02 number is 1303A
25:10 So
25:14 in the screenshot below here there had
25:17 there's an address here.
25:19 This is not the correct address to
25:21 scrape. This is the address of the party
25:23 that filled out and completed this
25:26 document, like an attorney or another
25:28 business that may have done this. The
25:31 addresses will be contained within the
25:34 document. So,
25:39 um, so the grantor's city is Castleberry
25:40 and the state is Florida and that's the
25:43 zip code and we're going to see that
25:47 right here. Castleberry, Florida.
25:48 Florida.
25:50 I hope this is recording my mouse
25:53 because I'm circling it in the paragraph
25:55 at the at the top of the screen, but it
25:59 says Garen Bills, a married man whose
26:02 address is 372 Kingsley Drive,
26:03 Castleberry, Florida. That's the grtor
26:05 cuz he appears first. And it also says
26:08 that he's the grtor. Now, who is he
26:10 giving it to? He's giving it to Scott
26:12 Schiff and Christian Schiff.
26:15 Their address is 330721
26:18 County Road Einire.
26:20 I it got cut off, but it's it says
26:22 Nebraska. The state would be Nebraska,
26:24 and that's the zip code. So, we would
26:33 And then it talks about here, it's a
26:36 floating winter plus season, a
26:39 two-bedroom lockoff, standard height. So
26:43 this would be abbreviated 2 space L
26:46 space SH
26:49 and it gives you the unit numbers 1114 C
26:52 and D week 13.
26:55 This is another one prepared by a
26:59 different company, a different lawyer
27:01 and so their form looks different than
27:04 this one, doesn't it?
27:07 And it is different. Again, the grtor is
27:09 first, Frank Clifford and Michelle Anne.
27:12 They are the grtors. This is their
27:14 address, which I would want their
27:17 address scraped and logged. And then
27:18 this is the grantee. These are the
27:22 people receiving this property.
27:23 I don't need to know if they're joint
27:26 tenants with right of survivorship. And
27:28 this would be the grant's address that
27:31 you would put on the spreadsheet. Again,
27:34 this is actually a bianial even floating
27:36 vacation unit. This one is in the spring
27:39 fall season. This is just an example
27:40 that I took. We are not going to have
27:43 any spring fall seasons in the scrape.
27:45 Uh those are the weeks that we don't
27:51 want. But this is a two-bedroom 2 L
28:01 If you select special warrant like I
28:03 selected special warranty deed I I did a
28:07 year I did January 1st 2009 to the end
28:11 of that year uh December 31st 2009 and I
28:13 selected this one only and it returned
28:15 no results but believe me there are
28:18 thousands of results that will be
28:21 appearing later in later years. So, I'm
28:22 just letting you know that if you select
28:24 special warranty deed as the document
28:26 type, it may have zero results depending
28:34 I wanted to show you something bianial.
28:36 bianial.
28:39 I want to go over
28:41 is it
28:54 Is it annual or bianual? If it's annual,
28:57 I just want the word annual to appear.
29:00 If it's e if it's even years, I want it
29:02 capitalized as even. That's all you have
29:05 to put is even. And if it's odd, you
29:07 would just put odd. Okay,
29:17 this is a bargain and sale deed. B and S
29:20 is the abbreviation.
29:25 Now, I only found 27 results for this
29:26 for this date range. So, there's not
29:28 that many of them yet. They're still
29:30 important, and I'd still would like to
29:32 gain the information from these. So when
29:35 I did that search, this is an example. B
29:37 and S is the document type. This is the
29:40 recording date. This is the recording date.
29:42 date.
29:45 These are the grantors.
29:48 Donna Reeves Page. Now, Donna Reeves
29:50 Page, she would actually be in position one.
29:56 Daniel O Page would be in position two.
29:58 Now, just to remind you, because she has
30:01 a hyphenated name, Reeves is not a
30:03 middle name for a lady. This is a
30:05 hyphenated last name. So it would be
30:12 Donna under grantor name two and then
30:14 for it would it would be Donna under grantour
30:17 grantour
30:22 first name two and under grtor two grtor
30:25 last name two it would be Reeves dash
30:31 page Daniel O page would be granty one
30:35 first Daniel O would be in that slot
30:37 page would be in that last name slot for
30:39 the grantor
30:43 grantor wand. So this example people
30:45 would they would be flipped on the
30:48 spreadsheet like I mentioned as if
30:51 you'll recall I want I want any
30:53 hyphenated names no matter their
30:56 position I want them to be in in in
31:05 they're these people are simply what
31:07 they're doing here in this bargain and
31:09 sale deed is they are basically these
31:11 two individuals have established a
31:15 trust, a corporation. So this page trust
31:19 would actually appear under the
31:29 It would appear here. So the grantor
31:33 would be here, you know, as I described.
31:38 Now over here their names
31:40 would not appear because they're
31:43 granting it to a corporation. So it
31:45 would be the page trust would be the
31:48 name over here. Okay. So this is who's
31:50 receiving it. This is who is giving it.
31:51 And this is all the information. This is
31:54 the week three right here. This is the
31:57 same type of thing. Glenda Jensen
32:02 established a trust. It's called the
32:06 the They've got it mixed up, but you can
32:08 you can you can scrape it exactly as it
32:10 is as it shows here. The Jensen Trust
32:12 Glenda. You can scrape it just like that.
32:13 that. So,
32:15 So,
32:19 actually, actually, you can do that, but
32:22 I would prefer you scraping it from the
32:25 actual deed because this shows you the
32:28 way it's correctly labeled, titled. It's
32:32 the Glenda Jensen trust and she is the
32:34 grantee. Now Glenda Jensen, an
32:38 individual is giving this to a trust
32:41 that she has established
32:44 and she's put both of her she's put her
32:47 correct address both times as both the
32:50 grtor and the grantee.
32:53 In this one, this is an odd
32:55 floating. This is a summer season.
32:57 Again, I don't want summer because
32:59 summer is not in that weak range that I want.
33:01 want.
33:10 twobedroom
33:13 2 L.
33:22 Here's another bargain and sale deed.
33:25 Again, these are these are completed by
33:26 different attorneys and they all have
33:28 their own different differences in the
33:30 forms that they use. Once again, I don't
33:33 want this information up here. I do not
33:37 want anything from here. This only shows
33:39 the address and the information of the
33:41 company that did this for this this person.
33:43 person.
33:54 conveys he gives to his trust.
33:57 That's the grantee. Now the address of
33:59 his where this is located is right here.
34:02 And this is what I would want scraped.
34:04 Again, this shows the information here
34:12 This information down here is the
34:15 address of the resort itself, which I
34:17 don't want.
34:22 It does have the unit number up here as
34:24 it shows up here. Here's another bargain
34:27 and sale deed. Donna Reeves page and
34:30 Daniel Opie. So, Donna Reeves page is in
34:32 first position, but on the spreadsheet,
34:34 because this is hyphenated, she will
34:38 appear as grantor 2.
34:42 Daniel would appear as grant tour one.
34:44 Now they are giving this they're
34:46 conveying this to the page family trust
34:48 and this is their address which I want
34:50 scraped and again this has the
34:53 information that we need. Now
34:56 beneficiary deeds are important too.
34:57 Notice that there's two different ones
34:58 here. So if you're looking at
35:00 beneficiary deeds make sure you have
35:03 both of these selected. Now I only found
35:06 83 results during this date range. Okay.
35:08 Okay. So, there's not that many of them
35:10 yet. There are there is important
35:12 information that I'm going to need here.
35:14 So, there abbreviations will either show
35:18 up as BFB or BEF.
35:21 So, one of these one of these has one of
35:22 these abbreviations and the other one
35:26 has the other abbreviation. But I I want
35:28 each of these selected and I want them
35:30 scraped. Again, they're going to be
35:31 prepared by different attorneys. They
35:35 will appear differently.
35:37 This is what one looks like. Now, this
35:41 is the recording date up here. We're not
35:43 It's much better right here. It shows
35:46 much better here.
35:49 But again, I think I have it down here.
35:51 No, I don't have any. I I don't have any.
35:57 Never mind. Forget what I was saying.
35:59 So, anyway, this is the beneficiary
36:03 deed. The this these are the grtors and
36:05 this is the trust that is the grantee
36:08 the beneficiary and that's their address
36:11 and this is the description again
36:13 different entity completed this so
36:15 therefore it looks different but the
36:19 grtors the grantees their address the
36:21 address is very important to me and
36:25 again this describes two so there's two
36:26 units here we're going to get into two
36:28 different units as well you're going to
36:30 need to be paying attention
36:33 whether there is any language that says
36:37 also or and. So, we're going to want to
36:38 see we're going to want to make sure
36:40 that we log each unit that these people
36:43 own. And each unit that these people own
36:45 will occupy
36:48 its own row,
36:52 its own row
36:56 as I'll describe later. So again, this
36:59 shows Oh, this shows a fixed unit. Now,
37:02 in this example, once again, I chose a
37:04 summer season by accident. I would have
37:06 preferred to have chosen a winter season
37:08 just for simplicity. We're not
37:09 interested in summer season, but pretend
37:12 this says winter season. So, this would
37:14 be a W season. If it was winter, it
37:18 would be 2 L and then I think I have an
37:22 abbreviation of V for vaulted and C for ceiling.
37:24 ceiling.
37:25 I'll look at this in a minute here.
37:34 Um,
37:36 I'm going to add vaulted ceiling to this.
37:41 Okay, I'm just resuming and we've
37:43 switched screens here as I wanted to
37:45 show you that I've added this detail
37:47 here to the abbreviations and the
38:03 So 2 L VC is a two-bedroom lock off with
38:06 a vated ceiling as it says here. Okay,
38:09 let's get back to this these examples here.
38:11 here.
38:14 This is a CO document type. It's a correction
38:15 correction
38:17 and it also has some valuable
38:18 information. Yeah, there's only 31 of
38:33 and this is a trustees deed
38:50 I will choose TD as a trustees deed.
38:53 TD we'll use that abbreviation. It'll appear
39:31 Okay.
39:33 So, please remember when you start the
39:35 scrape, please let me know so that I can
39:38 pay $15 for a 24-hour window for the
39:46 I'm going to be paying $15 per day as I
39:48 mentioned earlier instead of the $275
39:51 for the month because I expect that to
39:53 be cheaper doing it that way. It's very
39:56 important that you let me know the day
39:58 and the time you would like the scrape
40:00 to begin
40:03 and it runs for a 24-hour period. I will
40:05 assume, unless I hear from you, I will
40:08 assume that I need to renew this every
40:10 day until I hear differently when you
40:13 tell me that the scrape has stopped.
40:15 It's very important that you let me know
40:17 as soon as the scrape is done so I don't
40:20 have to pay any more money for access to
40:23 this data.
40:24 I'm not sure how this recording is going
40:26 to turn out. Um, if there's any
40:28 questions, please let me know. Thank you
