Hey there and welcome to this very
special training, how to attract
unlimited clients through YouTube. So
today you're going to discover the five
YouTube secrets to consistently attract
highquality leads and clients on
autopilot without any fancy equipment,
influencer status, or endless content
creation. I'm excited to show you how
you can stop wasting time on traditional
marketing methods that just don't cut it
anymore. Instead, you're going to learn
how to leverage YouTube to grow your
service or information-based business
and confidently generate a steady stream
of ideal clients who don't just want to
work with you, but who are genuinely
excited to work with you. In this
training, I'm going to walk you through
my proven YouTube system that covers
every aspect of creating a successful
channel. By the end of our time
together, you're going to have a really
clear road map to create engaging videos
that resonate with your target audience,
optimize your channel for maximum
visibility, and convert viewers into
loyal clients. And the best part, you
don't need any prior video experience or
a big budget to make any of it happen.
Everything I'm sharing today is
incredibly doable, regardless of your
current skills or resources. So, you'll
be able to establish a presence on
YouTube, the world's second largest
search engine, and connect with your
ideal clients in a way that builds
trust, credibility, and ultimately a
thriving business. And I will be sharing
something really exciting that I've been
working on a little later. But whether
you choose to join me on that or not,
you're definitely going to get what you
came for today. This training will be
helpful to any service business, but
there are a few scenarios that this is
especially useful and profitable for.
So, this training is for you if you know
your stuff. You know, your knowledge and
experience make you the perfect person
to create valuable YouTube content that
attracts and engages your ideal
audience. Your background means you can
give out thoughtful, trustworthy, and
useful advice, which is key for building
trust and credibility on YouTube. Now,
this doesn't mean you have to be the
biggest expert in your niche. You just
have to know more than your audience
does. or you want to expand your
business and find new ways to bring in
highquality leads. You know, maybe
you're thinking about offering new
products or services that can help more
people, expanding beyond your local
area, or spending less time working
one-on-one with clients. You can work
with clients no matter where they live.
You know, while it's not a must-ave,
certainly many local businesses have
done well on YouTube, the most
successful ones who have the easiest
time with it aren't limited by location.
So, if you can already work with people
anywhere or if you're local now but
considering adding remote coaching or
consulting to your current services,
YouTube can be a gamecher for your
business. But why listen to me in the
first place? Well, picture this. So,
it's 2010 and I'm just starting my web
design and consulting business. I
thought I had it all figured out. I
mean, how hard could it be to get
clients? I would just rank on Google and
boom, clients would come knocking on my
website. And it worked sort of. I did
manage to rank for web design Los
Angeles. You know, back then it was
surprisingly easy. So, I had people
finding my website and scheduling
consultation calls, but those calls felt
more like interrogations. Potential
clients just grilled me about pricing
and threw out objections to me left and
right, even though my rates as a
freelancer were pretty reasonable. And
let's just say I was no smoothtalking
salesman. You know, I was lucky to close
20% of those calls. And to make matters
worse, I ended up moving to Chicago in
2015 and things got real at that point.
So SEO had gotten way tougher and
ranking for web design Chicago just
wasn't happening. But I had heard that
if I had a blog and included video on my
blog posts, I could rank higher. So I
had a new plan. I started creating short
videos answering common questions that
business owners had about getting a new
website. Then I uploaded them to YouTube
and embedded them on my blog. But then
something unexpected happened. So people
started finding my videos directly on
YouTube. And I mean way more people than
those who found my blog. They'd watch a
few of my videos that answered their
questions. And then they would reach out
already ready to work with me. And these
leads were different. They felt like
they already knew me, like we were old
friends. And they'd say things like,
"I've watched all your videos. I can't
believe I'm actually talking to you. And
guess what? Because I'd given them value
in advance, they were already bought in.
And I started closing 80% of my
consultation calls, doubled my rates
within a year, and completely stopped
worrying about SEO, blogging, social
media, all of it. YouTube had become my
ultimate client magnet, and my calendar
was at 100% capacity. Since then,
YouTube's been my secret weapon. It's
allowed me to add $1,000 an hour
consulting to my service lineup and then
pivot to even more scalable income
streams like info products, digital
courses, and affiliate offers. Now, that
may or may not be your goal, but whether
you want to leverage YouTube to create a
truly scalable business like I have now,
or do you just want it to attract more
of your perfect clients who are already
pre-sold and working with you, the doors
YouTube can open give you the freedom to
choose any of these options as you grow
your business. Because here's the thing,
making YouTube your main marketing
channel will not only consistently
attract the kinds of clients you love
working with into your service business,
it'll also elevate you above your
competition into a market of one in your
niche. When done right, it can increase
desire for your services, shorten your
sales cycle, and automate client and
lead generation every single day,
consistently and predictably. But it's
not just about making whatever videos
you want to make or think you should
make. Your channel and the videos you
make need to follow a specific system to
see these kinds of results. And today's
training is all about the system. So now
let's dive right into the road map so
you can see how you can create your own
automated client pipeline on YouTube.
Starting with our first behindthe-scenes
secret, which is people don't look for
service providers on YouTube, but they
still find them every day. And it's not
an accident. The thing is, whenever I
make a video about using YouTube to get
clients, I get comments like, "But Wes,
nobody's looking for an accountant or
dog trainer, window washer, fill-in-
thelank on YouTube." And they're not
wrong. People are not searching YouTube
to find businesses like they do on
Google, for instance. But they do search
for expert tax advice, dog training
tips, and better ways to clean. And when
you're the one teaching them, they found
you in the most organic, natural way
possible, right? When they're going
through the problem that you can help
them with. So, here's how it all works.
When you create videos that answer
common questions or pain points that
your ideal clients have, you're tapping
into YouTube's search algorithm. This
algorithm is doing nothing but working
to match viewers searches with relevant
video titles and descriptions. So when
someone types in their question or their
problem, your video pops up, ready to
help them out. So they click on your
video and they start watching. You
deliver great advice and value and
they're interested in what you have to
say. Some of those viewers will watch
another one of your videos right after.
You know, YouTube's pretty smart like
that. It'll suggest more of your content
to them in suggested videos along the
sidebar here or on their homepage later
on. But the real magic happens when
someone watches not just one but
multiple videos from you, right? YouTube
notices that and keeps showing them more
and more of your stuff. The thing is,
most people aren't going to be ready to
work with you after just one video. But
when they start binging your content
video after video, that's when the trust
builds. they start to see you as an
expert, you know, someone who really
knows their stuff and wants to help them
succeed. That kind of repeated exposure
to your advice and expertise is the key.
But here's the secret to moving more of
your viewers into action. As you teach
what you know, you sprinkle in little
mentions and stories about clients
you've worked with and the results that
they got, making your teaching much more
tangible and less theorybased. So, after
getting all this value from you, a
percentage of viewers are going to start
to think to themselves, "Hey, this
person really knows what they're talking
about and they say they work with
clients. Maybe I could be one of those
clients." Then they'll head over to your
website to learn more. And because
you've already built that trust and
connection, they're way more likely to
book your service or at least a
consultation with you. Search is what
makes YouTube so powerful for service
businesses specifically. You've probably
heard it's the second largest search
engine in the world, but it's so much
more powerful than Google because it
lets you just concentrate on making
helpful videos without having to have a
PhD in SEO like you would need to master
all the skills it takes to rank your
website. And let's face it, AI is making
traditional SEO pretty obsolete anyway.
Plus, video comes with the additional
benefit of accelerating the no love and
trust factors which just can't be
replicated in written content on your
website. When it comes to YouTube
videos, there are three main types to
pay attention to. Entertainment,
education, and what we call edutainment.
So, let's take a closer look at each one
of these. First up, we have
entertainment videos. You know, these
are the ones that are all about making
you laugh or just pass the time. They're
the cat videos, the crazy stunts, and
the viral challenges. If these channels
make any money at all, it's usually
through ad revenue or sponsorships. But
here's the thing. Entertainment videos
might get you views, but views don't pay
the bills. Next, we have one where we
split the difference. The edutainment
video. Now, a lot of YouTube experts
have really been pushing this format,
saying that you can't just teach people,
you know, you need to make it funny or
use full-blown storylines or a bunch of
fast-paced editing tricks just to keep
people interested. And sure, that can
work if you're going for tons of views
from the masses, but virality isn't the
goal here. So, what's the winning format
that attracts the people that are most
likely to pay for your services? Pure
education. Yep, just good old-fashioned
teaching does it best. A full 86% of
YouTube viewers say that they use
YouTube to learn new things or get
information before starting on a task,
activity, or event. They don't want to
be distracted by gimmicks. They just
want to learn what they need to know.
Marketing and business expert Alex
Hermoszi recently very publicly said
that he's not going to focus on
edutainment style videos like this
anymore for one simple reason. They
don't bring in business. You know, think
about it. If people are watching your
videos just for the spectacle and the
fast pace, they're not usually all that
serious about taking the next step.
They're there to be entertained. So,
Alex pivoted to this much more
straightforward teaching style video. No
more crazy edits, hardly any graphics at
all other than his whiteboard. Just
good, solid information that his
audience wants because they can use it.
And guess what? His views haven't gone
down at all as a result. If anything,
they've gone up a bit simply because
people who want to learn kind of just
want to learn without distractions. And
I saw this firsthand on my channel, too,
because now and then I like to
experiment with different formats that I
think, you know, might have more broad
appeal, like this one, where I reacted
to bad marketing advice that I found on
Tik Tok. And this challenge style video
where I paid web designers I found on
Fiverr to see if they'd make a good
website for me or not. And I wouldn't
say these were complete flops or
anything, but the views I got on these
videos were pretty average to slightly
below average for my channel. Now,
compared with the videos where I just
concentrated on teaching, the
edutainment style videos just didn't
perform. And for these reasons, sticking
to pure education in your videos is the
smarter move. Not only will that make
things easier on you to make them,
you're just going to attract more of the
serious people who are more likely to
turn into paying clients. Okay, so now
it's time for YouTube secret number two.
You don't have to become a YouTuber to
make YouTube work for you. You've got a
business to run. It would be completely
counterproductive to go into YouTube
only to have it take over your life. The
good news is you don't have to become a
full-time content creator to get all the
benefits you want for your business. You
just need a smart strategy to get it all
done in as little time as possible. But
before I get to a few time-saving
strategies you can actually use, let me
just say this. Every minute you spend on
creating videos for your business is
leveraged time. Meaning, you're not
wasting hours making a social media post
that might get some attention today,
then disappear tomorrow. YouTube doesn't
work like that. The videos you make
today have the power to work for you for
years. Every video I've ever made is an
evergreen pathway into my business. I
have videos that are 5 years old that
still get over a 100red views every
single day. So yeah, YouTube is very
much worth the time investment. But now
let's look at how you can work it into
your already busy schedule. First, you
want to use AI as your assistant to help
you get more done in less time. Now
notice I said assistant. It's not going
to do everything because if you just had
ChatGBT write your script for you, guess
what'll be missing? Your experience,
your opinions, your hard-earned
knowledge. If ChatGBT writes it all for
you, it's kind of like you just hired a
writer to write a report on a topic that
they know nothing about. So, here's how
to do it instead. For every video you
make, you want to start with your own
knowledge, including the points you know
you want to make, your expert opinions,
your experience, and even stories of how
this worked out for a specific client.
So, you start with the stuff that only
you could bring to the table. Then, you
ask the AI to organize your ideas and
maybe even add some extras to it through
its own research and write your first
draft for you. And of course, you'd want
to clean up what it gives you a bit and
make it sound like how you'd speak, but
starting from a first draft is way
better than from a blank page. When you
do it this way, you're getting the
benefit of getting to a final script way
faster and possibly better written than
you would do it yourself. And since you
brought all your own unique ideas and
experiences to the table, you're
avoiding the common AI trap of soulless
writing with no point of view. And when
you do it this way, you can go from just
some rough ideas in your head to a
full-on shooting script in, you know, 30
minutes to an hour. And my other tip for
saving time in videos is to never create
one-offs one at a time. Why? It just all
comes down to hacking your productivity.
The thing is, video creation goes
through several stages. We got
brainstorming, writing, shooting,
editing, and publishing. And each of
these stages is a very different task.
So, if you were to work on one video
start to finish every week, your brain
has to switch from one kind of task to
another. We call this task switching,
and it's a complete productivity killer.
A study from Psychology Today says that
fully engaging and becoming productive
in the new task can take around 20 to 30
minutes because the brain needs time to
switch over from the old task to the new
task. So, the best way to avoid task
switching and get the most productivity
power is to not make one video at a time
and batch produce your videos instead.
And batching is just working on multiple
videos at the same time. You know, that
way you're not thinking of just one
video title. You're thinking of four or
five in the same brainstorming session.
Then, when you're in the writing zone,
using AI to help, of course, while
you're still in that frame of mind, you
just write a few more. And the same goes
for recording, editing, and publishing.
Think about if you were going to make
just one video separately every week. It
would probably take you two days of
every week of your life to go through
all the steps only to have to repeat it
all again next week. But when you batch
a whole month's worth at once, here's
what that could look like. You could get
it all done within 5 days of the month
like this. Or you could spend a few
weekends every month. Or you could do it
like Dr. Anna Ple does it. She's a
doctor who talks about the Mediterranean
diet on her channel. And being a doctor,
she's pretty busy herself. So, she
started by making those one-off videos,
but she pretty quickly started to get
burned out by that weekly process of
going through all of that. So, she
started batching her whole month's worth
of videos, just working on them in the
evenings for about 5 days every month.
And that's gotten her to over 20,000
subscribers in just over a year. and her
average video gets over 12,000 views.
And when you multiply that by four
videos, think about how many leads that
could bring into your business every
single month. Now, I don't know about
you, but that seems pretty worth a few
evenings of extra work to me. But it
gets even better because those videos
that Anna makes, not only do they get
their own views, but when she had a
library of videos built up, she had a
pretty cool idea to combine some of her
individual videos on Mediterranean
breakfasts, lunches, and dinner ideas
into a longer supercut video to get even
more mileage out of the work that she's
already done. And guess what? That video
is her top performer with over 270,000
views as of now. And since it's longer,
it gets her channel a ton more watch
time, which helps grow her channel even
more. So, it really goes to show that
YouTube's much more about working smart
than hard. Okay, now it's time for
YouTube secret three. YouTube isn't as
fancy as you think. Thinking you need
high-end equipment, a big, beautiful
studio, Hollywood level editing, and all
the bells and whistles stops 95% of
wouldbe YouTube creators dead in their
tracks, so they never even start. So,
let's look at why simple is almost
always better. Starting with your
equipment, you don't need any camera
other than your smartphone. Don't
believe me? Take a look at these videos.
every one of them is just using their
iPhone or Android. Assuming the content
is good and you're getting good advice,
would you leave any of these videos
based on the camera? I didn't think so,
and neither would your viewers. And
lighting, well, prolevel lights could
run you a few hundred bucks, but all you
really need is a good window. You know,
take a look at these videos just using
natural lighting. The trick, though, is
to just get about 5t or so away from it
so it's not too harsh. The one thing you
probably should buy is a good
inexpensive microphone. You know,
smartphone mics aren't that good, and
people will put up with bad video way
more than they will for bad sound. And
I'd recommend something as simple as
this that just plugs into your phone,
then you clip the other piece to your
shirt, or one like this that you just
plug into your phone and you point it
right at your face. And both of these
options are under 30 bucks and you're
ready to go. But what about your
background? Do you need to set up a
dedicated room or redecorate to get good
results on YouTube? Not at all. Again,
just look at all these examples of
videos where they're literally just
working with what they've got. You know,
these are just these guys home offices,
living rooms, possibly even basement.
And you can tell that most of these
spaces aren't dedicated decorated sets.
But guess what? It doesn't matter one
little bit. But there are just a few
things you want to keep in mind with
your background. So, first try to clear
away any clutter in the background just
because you know it can be distracting
if people are trying to make out what
you had for dinner last night because
the takeout box is still on your
countertop. And the other thing is I
would try not to record yourself with a
bed in the background. You know, that
can just come off as a little too
unprofessional and which is not the
impression you want when you're trying
to reel in clients, right? Other than
that though, recording in your home with
normal things people would expect to be
in a real home behind you is fine. It
just makes you more human. And as it
turns out, people like that. In fact,
many studies have been done that point
to the simple truth that viewers care
about the quality of your content much,
much more than the production quality of
your videos. And that's also great news
when it comes to editing your videos.
For the longest time, the trend was what
we called retention editing, where
something new had to be, you know,
flashing on the screen every other
second just to keep viewers watching.
But viewer behavior is shifting away
from all that flashiness to more genuine
content. Take a look at these videos
from Jillian Perkins, A Life Engineered,
and Amy Johnson Crow. Look at how simple
they are. You know, they may cut to
footage other than their face from time
to time or use subtle zoomins and text
on screen, but they're not bombarding
your senses every second and a half with
something new to look at. And guess
what? Each of these videos has well over
a 100,000 views. But you don't even have
to go viral like this to get all the
clients you want from YouTube. You just
need the right viewers. And nobody's a
better example of that than Jay Hail.
Jay owns a personal training gym in the
Bay Area and he's got a YouTube channel
with under a thousand subscribers as I
record this and most of his videos get
between a 100 to 200 views. Not exactly
viral numbers, but I think you're going
to be shocked by what those numbers
actually mean for his business. So
before YouTube, Hail Fitness did around
$400,000 a year in revenue. He relied
heavily on local Google searches to
bring in new clients. But over time,
that just got harder and harder. And
even when people did still find him
through Google, he had a really hard
time differentiating failitness from
other gyms. People just thought, "Hey, a
gym's a gym. Why go with this one?" So,
he'd waste a lot of time on the phone
with these prospects trying to sell them
on his gym. But closing members was a
pretty tough numbers game. So, he ended
up turning to Facebook ads. But if
you've ever done that, you know how it
goes. You know, his cost per lead went
up from five bucks all the way to $40 a
lead. And with his low close rates, it
just didn't add up. So, with everything
getting harder, he saw that other
businesses were using video to engage
with clients. And he noticed that he
himself would want to buy stuff based on
videos that he watched. So, he figured
he could do the same thing. He started
making simple podcast style videos where
he'd interview his training clients
about what their original problems were,
whether they wanted to lose weight, they
had back or shoulder problems, whatever
that was, and where they are now. Those
videos made Hail Fitness not just
another gym, but the gym that their
viewers wanted to join, which shortened
his sales calls from 45 to 15 minutes on
average, increased his close rates on
those calls from 17% up to 60%, and that
translates to over a million dollar a
year in revenue. So, if Jay could get
those results for his business with less
than 200 views per video, what could it
look like for your business if you could
get a few thousand, which is a
completely realistic goal, by the way.
Okay, YouTube secret number four. Your
clients don't want influencers. They
want someone they can trust. Now, you
might be thinking, "I can't go on
YouTube. I'm not 22 anymore. I've got a
dadbod. Nobody wants to watch someone
like me." Well, I'm here to tell you
that couldn't be further from the truth.
So, let's play a little game here. I
want you to think about a few of your
favorite YouTubers that you love to
watch. Now, tell me honestly, do you
watch them because you think they're hot
or because you like their content. Maybe
they give out great advice that you
always know you'll be able to use, or
they seem like someone you could be
friends with in real life, or they make
complicated things seem easy. Whatever
it is you like about the people you
watch, it probably doesn't have anything
at all to do with their looks, their
voice, their age, their weight, how much
hair they still have, anything like
that. So, why would anyone not watch you
for those reasons? If you meet with
clients in real life or on Zoom, why
wouldn't you want to meet with a whole
bunch of prospects at once on YouTube?
Remember, you're not talking to the
masses here. You're talking to the
people who are specifically searching
for your help. To not go on video
because you're afraid of putting
yourself out there is to put your own
fears before your client's needs. And
that would be a shame, not just for you,
but for them, too. Every one of these
videos features a real person with real
experience that their perfect clients
will relate to and trust. And each of
these videos is getting real views from
real leads as a result. So, this is
wedding planner Jamie Wolfer. She comes
across as super relatable and she really
feels like she could be your friend and
that just makes you trust her great
advice and people being able to relate
to her and trust her that's helped her
come a long way in a pretty short time.
Before she started on YouTube, she had
to spend five figures a year on these uh
trade show booths at San Diego wedding
expos to get clients. And that was
really hit or miss. You know, sometimes
she got enough bites to make it worth
her time. other times just crickets. But
as she started making more and more
videos, her stars started to rise to the
point where when she went back to those
wedding expos, brides literally ran up
to her and started crying because they
were so excited to meet her. Needless to
say, she booked way more weddings as a
result of that to the point where she
didn't even need to go to those shows
anymore. You know, brides just looked
her up from YouTube right to her
website. couples, not just in San Diego,
but across the country, reached out to
hire her. Now, she didn't take on all
those weddings. She did have kids at
home, but she was able to pick and
choose the clients that she wanted to
work with the most because she had
options now. And to take it even
further, she now only works with a
handful of clients a year, you know, the
ones that she really wants to with the
budgets to hire her. and she makes up
the difference by offering one to many
wedding planning consulting through a
$29 a month membership. So she now makes
four times her old income doing less
while helping more couples. So I just
want you to remember that your unique
personality and your expertise are your
greatest assets on YouTube and will
impact your success way more than how
you look. And when I talk about
personality, that doesn't mean you have
to be the life of the party or funny or
overly animated if that's just not you.
Take these guys for example. This is
Anna Hickman, Ben Kuza, and Clear Value
Tax. They're not trying to be anything
other than truly helpful for their
audience. They may come across as
serious, but their viewers like that. It
makes it easy for them just to come and
get the information that they were
promised by the title of the video. And
that probably means their audience is
more serious, too. Serious about getting
their problem solved and I'll bet
serious about paying money to get it
solved faster. That's the power of
YouTube for businesses like yours. Okay,
time for another YouTube secret. Your
niche may be crowded, but not on
YouTube. Because let's face it, unless
you've invented a new business category
or you offer something super unique,
you've got competition. You know, maybe
you're competing in a local market
against a few other businesses. Or if
you can help people anywhere, you're
competing against every other business
like yours in the whole country, maybe
even the world. The way most businesses
deal with that is to put a ton of time,
effort, and maybe even money into trying
to outrank their competition on Google,
which is quickly being made irrelevant
thanks to AI, or they run expensive ads
or even try to slash rates to compete on
price. The problem is all your
competition is doing the same things.
So, it's really just a race to the
bottom. But no matter how much
competition you have in real life, the
competition is a lot less intense on
YouTube. Take Bobby Krill for example.
So he runs a landscaping business in St.
Louis. And in his pre-YouTube days, he
relied on sites like Angie's List and
Home Adviser for clients. And he was up
against a ton of local competitors who
would almost always win the kinds of
projects that Bobby wished he could get.
We're talking high-end hardscaping jobs
that he was actually skilled at and
really passionate about. But competition
that had been around longer and had, you
know, more of a reputation and more star
ratings on Angie's list, they would
snatch all those jobs up for themselves.
And Bobby had to settle for the less
lucrative projects like mowing lawns,
mulching, and leaf removal. Meanwhile,
Bobby had slowly been dipping his toes
into video. you know, uploading short
clips of his projects to his Facebook
and Instagram, and he'd gotten some
positive feedback on it. So, between
that and knowing that he needed a more
standout approach to win him more
hardscaping projects that he wanted, he
turned to YouTube. Now, he started just
making videos showing simple DIY advice
and tutorials for homeowners, and they
started racking up views slowly but
surely, and he got enough of an audience
in his local area to get more
hardscaping projects like he wanted. But
he also caught on across the country to
the point where some clients actually
fly Bobby out to consult on their
projects. and he now has such a big
national audience that he can monetize
by offering planning and consulting
services where, you know, he'll just
meet with homeowners on Zoom and then
give them a plan that a local landscaper
can execute on. So, he went from taking
the scraps left by his local competitors
in St. Louis to being the top choice for
enough people nationwide to give him as
many high-end projects as he wants. all
from just making these 2 to 10 minute
videos once a week. Now, don't get me
wrong, there are probably plenty of
other channels talking about what you'd
be talking about on your channel. Bobby
certainly wasn't the only one on YouTube
talking about landscaping, but let's do
a little experiment here. When we're
done here today, I want you to search
for a few topics that you think you
might be covering. Then, look into the
biggest channels that come up. How often
do they post? Do they seem to come out
with a video every week or was their
last one from 3 or 4 months ago? When
you watch their videos, do they grab
your attention right away or do they
introduce themselves and ask you to
comment and subscribe before rambling on
for a few minutes? And at the end of
their videos, do they get you to watch
another one right away? Or do they say
something like, "Okay guys, I hope that
was helpful. If you got something out of
this video, go ahead and give it a
like." My point is, 99% of your
competition isn't on YouTube at all. And
of the ones who are, they're probably
not using the right strategy to keep
people engaged and watching more. Now,
that's bad news for them, but very good
news for you because you can easily
outdo them with the right plan and just
swoop in and get more than your share of
the views on your topics. And the plan
I'm talking about here is what I call
the perfect YouTube script formula. Now,
of course, there are a million ways to
script an educational YouTube video, and
I used to wing it each time, and my
results were all over the map because of
that. But when I finally figured out
this super simple way of structuring my
videos and saw what it did to my
audience retention, views, and watch
time, I never use anything else now, and
I doubt I'll ever need to. So, here's a
really high-level overview of the
formula. First, we have the hook,
followed by the sneak peek, then the
story intro, your main teaching points,
and finally your call to action. So,
let's kick things off with the hook. So,
this is the first 5 to 20 seconds of
your video, and it's absolutely crucial.
The hook is just a short, compelling
introduction that grabs the viewer's
attention. It should include the
potential positive result that the
viewer will want from watching the
video. And it should also include the
possible negative consequence of not
watching or not following the advice.
Now, here are a few of my favorite hook
formulas that work for just about any
video. First, we have the question hook,
where you ask a pointed question,
usually about your viewers's pain
points. For instance, I want you to
watch this hook from hair stylist Summer Beauty.
Beauty.
Ever feel like your hair has a mind of
its own and always looks bad?
I'm just going to shave my head. Welcome
to the club, ladies. After 17 years in
the hair business, I have spotted a tiny
but mighty culprit that keeps killing
the potential of your look. And guess
what? It's not you, it's your hairbrush.
This is a great option to quickly
communicate that you know what's
bothering them and you know how to help
them fix it. Then we have the imagine
hook. So, this paints a picture of the
viewer's ideal scenario. Check out this
video by personal finance coach Joshua
Mayo. Your life could be forever
transformed by just one big idea. And
the idea doesn't even have to be an
original idea. In fact, most
millionaires made their fortune by
starting very simple businesses. And
this formula is great if you do truly
provide some type of transformation to
your clients that they can get
emotionally invested in. Lastly, there's
the shocking statement hook. So, this
one's great for grabbing attention with
a surprising fact. Check out how AI
expert Liam Evans used this one.
We generated 134 leads in 48 hours using
this one automation. It's so simple.
Anyone can do it. And in today's video,
I'm going to show you exactly how you
can have this set up from today. This
can either be a great result you got
like Liam did, or it could be more of a
general fact or statistic. I love this
type of hook, especially if your video
is a bit more on the analytical side.
And this works especially well if you're
in a B2B niche talking to other
businesses. But it can also do great for
anything to do with health or money. And
the best part is you don't need to get a
100% of the views on your topics, not
even close to fill your pipeline with
your perfect clients. People will
naturally gravitate toward who they feel
the most trust with. And to those people
who trust you, you're the only one who
matters and the first one they'd
consider working with. So, are you
seeing how doable all this actually is?
Can you see yourself putting in five to
10 extra hours a month to attract your
perfect clients into your business
knowing it's the only marketing you'll
ever have to do? But here's the thing,
just getting started on YouTube will get
you results. But for big-time results
that won't take you away from your
business, you need a start to finish
roadmap. So now I have a question for
you. How would you like my step-by-step
guidance to effectively leverage YouTube
as your primary marketing strategy to
attract pre-primed leads and convert
clients automatically, consistently, and
predictably with no step left out? Now,
I can't be 100% sure why you're here
with me today, but since you're
incredibly busy with your business, I
bet it's for a specific reason. Now,
I've got three guesses. You're tired of
chasing unqualified leads and you dream
of clients who are ready to commit
before they even reach out. Or you're
done with marketing that feels like a
waste of time and you're ready for a
strategy that actually elevates you
above your competition. Or maybe you're
ready to stop trading time for money and
you want to shift from done for you
services to scalable consulting or one
to many revenue streams. At this point,
the way I see it, you've got two
options. You do what you've always done,
and you figure out how to make YouTube
work for you because you can. You've
gotten yourself this far in your
business, and you've proven yourself to
be resilient and capable of doing hard
things and getting scrappy when you need
to and being resourceful. But I know
you're here with me today because you
know how hard it can be to put together
the right strategy without the right
resources, education, or system. And
trust me, I've dedicated a huge part of
my career to offering free content that
can help you. The problem is the actual
start to finish roadmap isn't easy to
put together from a bunch of free
10-minute videos. So, yes, you could do
it yourself from here. Just know that
it'll probably take you longer because
you'll need to piece together the
content frameworks, the strategy, and
the tech, and some key pieces will
probably get lost along the way. or you
know you want YouTube working for you
sooner than later. You don't want to
miss anything crucial to your success
and you want to feel confident in your
process using a proven step-by-step
system and me as your guide. So, if
you're ready to finally harness the
power of YouTube for your business and
you want that roadmap to get you there,
I want to personally invite you into the
newly re-imagined YouTube to clients
academy experience. YouTube to clients
academy experience is the only
implementation program of its kind that
helps service businesses leverage
YouTube as their primary marketing
strategy to generate organic leads and
convert clients week after week without
expensive equipment becoming a full-time
content creator or going viral. Part
video training, part weekly small
groupoup coaching. That's the experience
part. This straightforward system gives
small business owners like you
everything you need to build a
sustainable, effective strategy so you
can post consistently for new clients
every single week. So, let me tell you
not just what you'll get when you enroll
in the brand new YouTube to clients
academy experience, but what you'll
actually accomplish by the end of the
program through the training and my
direct guidance and feedback on your
work. By the end of the program, you'll
have created a content calendar full of
the topics your ideal clients are
searching for and perfectly packaged
them to maximize views. You'll also
expertly set up your channel to
encourage binge sessions and seamlessly
lead viewers into your business.
Professionally scripted your first five
videos using the perfect script formula.
Confidently recorded your first five
videos without any expensive gear and
edited your first five in minutes and
uploaded them so they're ready to
attract leads and primed and ready
clients. Now, YouTube to clients comes
with 10 modules. So, let's go through
them one by one here so you know what
you're getting into. Starting with
module one, foundations. So, this is
where I'll introduce you to the overall
system that we're going to be using to
get clients directly from YouTube
without the need to become a full-time
content creator. You'll learn to create
a strategic foundation for your YouTube
success, focusing on identifying your
target audience and developing content
that attracts them and warms them up
through your videos. Module two is
setting up your channel for success.
From choosing the perfect name to
optimizing your channel's features for
client conversions. In module three, the
video creation process, you'll learn my
efficient process to consistently create
high quality strategic content without
working overtime or increasing the
overhead in your business. Module four,
pre-production. So, this is where you
learn how to craft compelling video
topics and package them up to grab your
audience's attention and get more views.
Module five, scripting. So, here's where
you're going to learn that perfect
script formula start to finish, which
makes it really easy to turn out those
engaging videos that people will watch
all the way through. And I'll show you
plenty of examples every step of the
way. Module six, getting camera ready.
This is super important. So, here's
where you're going to learn how to set
up your recording space without spending
hundreds of dollars and even boosting
your on camera confidence so you can
come across as likable and charismatic,
even if you've never done this before.
Module seven, recording. So, this is
where you'll learn how to efficiently
record your first five videos,
overcoming those last minute jitters,
and capturing really engaging content.
Module eight, post-prouction. So, this
is where I'll show you how to edit your
videos using a super simple app that
takes just a few minutes per video and
adding all the professional touches that
keep your viewers engaged. Module nine,
analyzing your results. So, I'll show
you how to interpret your YouTube
analytics to keep improving your content
strategy and grow your audience faster.
You know, this is something you don't
have to do right away, but it can
definitely help you once you're ready
for it. Then, finally, in module 10,
what happens next? I'm going to show you
how to maintain the long-term YouTube
success that you want by adding an even
more powerful ongoing content strategy
and optimizing your YouTube to clients
bridge that turns viewers into paying
clients. But even with all my proven
formulas, frameworks, and step-by-step
guides, sometimes you need a bit more
help, right? And that's where our
included support package comes in. So,
as a YTCA member, you're not on your
own. You'll get access to expert
support, live Q&A, small group sessions,
and a community that's got your back
because I want you to have all the
support you need to start and sustain
your channel with confidence. So,
joining up today means you'll get
unlimited ongoing access to the
exclusive YTCA Facebook group for peer
support, engagement, ideas, and relevant
news. This is great for bouncing ideas
around with other small business owners
on the same path as you are. Next, as a
part of the program, you're going to get
roundthe-clock unlimited access to
Westbot, your personal AI YouTube
assistant that I personally trained on
all the course materials, frameworks,
and top student questions. It's kind of
like having me on demand anytime you
need guidance, whether it's lunchtime or
2 a.m. And honestly, it gives better
advice than I do most of the time. So,
it's a great resource anytime you need
to brainstorm ideas or just get unstuck.
And again, you get lifetime access to
this. But as good as Westbot is,
sometimes you need the real deal. So,
here's the part you're really going to
love. The YouTube Declines Academy isn't
just a video-based training program. I
know you want accountability and to be
able to come to me with your questions
and to get real feedback on your ideas,
topics, and videos themselves. That's
why when you enroll, you're going to get
six whole months of weekly small
groupoup coaching calls with me. So, you
can get custom answers to your questions
and feedback directly from me on your
progress, your scripts, your videos
themselves, your channel, whatever you
need me to look at. So, you'll get all
that one-on-one help from me, somebody
who's been going to the YouTube rodeo
for almost a decade now. And I want to
be clear here when I say small groupoup
coaching. There are usually fewer than
10 students in any given session. So we
always have time for everyone's
questions and feedback. So you'll really
be getting personal one-on-one attention
from me in here. Okay. So now let's talk
about a few extra special bonuses that
I'm including as part of the YouTube to
clients academy to give you a boost and
make your YouTube journey faster and
easier. So, bonus number one is my
entire plug-and-play funnel kit. Because
if you want clients to find you through
YouTube, you can't just rely on great
videos. You also need a really simple
system that moves those viewers off of
YouTube and into your business. And
that's exactly what this kit's designed
to do for you. So, inside of it, you're
going to get ready to use assets in a
specially trained AI wizard that custom
makes every single asset you need to
successfully turn your YouTube channel
into a consistently refreshing client
runway based on your own business and
your own perfect client avatar. All
right, bonus two is for all you
non-designers out there. So, thumbnails
are super important to getting people to
click on your videos, but unfortunately,
most YouTube beginners don't really know
how to make the kinds of thumbnails that
capture attention, and their videos
completely flop because of that. But
thanks to the latest AI systems out
there, it's incredibly easy now to make
amazing thumbnails in just a few clicks.
So, rather than having to find a
designer and pay them, I'm including
this video workshop where I'm going to
walk you through the process of making
thumbnails just like these or like any
style that you happen to like. You can
even feed your own photo into it and
it's going to put you in any scenario,
any facial expression or any clothing
just like that. It's crazy what we can
do now when you know how to use AI the
right way. And I've definitely got you
covered in this workshop. And bonus
number three is going to answer that
nagging doubt that you may have right
now. What if I'm bad on camera? And
again, I've got you. This one-page cheat
sheet is going to give you all my best
practical tips and mindset shifts to
help you speak naturally and in the most
engaging way possible. Speaking on
camera is a learned skill that takes
practice, but this cheat sheet is going
to help you get there faster by starting
off on the best foot possible. Plus,
you're going to get these extra guides
to help you even further. So, first we
have the repurposing made simple guide
where I'm going to show you how you can
get even more mileage out of your
YouTube videos by repurposing them into
shorts on YouTube as well as on other
platforms for even more exposure. This
is completely optional, but once you've
done the work, why not make it work even
harder for you, right? Next, I'm going
to include my easy background setups
guide that's going to give you 10 super
easy to reproduce inspiration recording
spaces that easily work in even just a
single corner of your home or office.
And they're all affordable, so you can
just quickly move past that. But where
will I record voice in your head? And
finally, for those of you who want to
add fuel to the fire, I'm including my
YouTube Ads accelerator guide so you can
buy even more attention for your
business if you want to through
strategic and highly targeted YouTube
ads. This could almost be its own course
by itself. It's really good and thorough
as a next step once you've got this
YouTube thing down. Now, the total value
of the program is $2,997.
The YouTube to Clients Academy
experience is not only incredibly
powerful at attracting your best clients
to your business just when they need you
the most, but it's actually the only
program like it on the market that is
specific to what service businesses need
to make this work for them. But right
about now, I know you're wondering what
it actually costs. You might be
wondering if I'm actually charging
thousands for this. And I probably
should. It's that powerful and
actionable. And the results you can
create with this program can change your
business forever. And I've seen YouTube
courses that are a lot less specialized
than this sell for well over $5,000. But
I know you're here with me today because
you're serious about making YouTube your
primary marketing and sales tool for
your business. But that price point
would be tough for you at this stage in
your business. So I cut the price by $2,000.
$2,000.
I want this program to be a no-brainer
for you. I want you to be able to enroll
today, jump in and get started on your
YouTube journey. That's why I decided to
price it much less than I should. But it
gets even better. Because you're here
with me today in this special master
class, you can get in today for only $797.
$797.
But here's the thing. The special deal
is good this week only and will be gone
Friday night, October 10th at midnight
central time. and you won't get another
chance at it until our next open
enrollment, which we only do two times a
year. So, if you're ready to get
started, you've got some options. To
make it even easier on you, I decided to
give you the choice to break your
payments into three installments if
you'd rather. So, you can get started
for just 297 today with two more
payments of 297 to follow each a month
apart. Or if you want to make things
easier, just one payment of 797 today
and you're good to go. So, if you get in
this week, you're saving money off of
the regular price. And if you pay in
full, you actually save 10% more than
you'd pay if you went with the payment
plan. All you need to do is go to wesmdowell.com/ytca.
Now, I know going for a program like
this can be nerve-wracking because
you're thinking, you know, what if I
don't like it or what if it doesn't
work? Well, I want to eliminate that
fear for you right now. So, if you
enroll and you aren't satisfied for any
reason within 14 days of enrollment, I
will gladly give you a refund, no
questions asked. If it's not for you, I
don't want to take your money. I'm
confident, however, that you'll love the
program, which is another reason why I'm
totally okay with this policy. So, if
you want to confidently take that next
step and start today, just go to westmdow.com/ytca.
From there, just pick the pricing option
that works best for you and you're good
to go. Now, we're going to be getting
into the Q&A section in just a minute.
But before we get there, I know what you
might be thinking right about now. One
thing you might be wondering about is,
are people actually going to watch
videos about what I do? So, let's talk
about that. Maybe you think your niche
is boring to most people or you just
can't see them wanting to watch videos
on your topics. But here's the thing. If
you solve a problem for clients or if
they have questions before working with
you or if they ever attempt a DIY
version of what you do for themselves,
YouTube will work for you because people
are searching for these things on
YouTube every single day. So, even if
you're a life coach, an insurance
company, a local law firm, an industrial
engineering company, roofer, or tree
service provider, just as some examples,
there is a market for the videos you're
going to make. Just take a look at these
view counts. Every one of these videos
have thousands of views. Some have over
a 100,000, even though they might be
considered boring topics. Boring to me
and probably 99% of the population. But
guess who these aren't boring to? The
people who actively need this
information and your services. In other
words, your videos aren't boring to your
future clients. And sure, if your niche
is sexier than these are, even better.
But the point is, overall topic sexiness
isn't a predictor of YouTube success
when you're following this strategy. Or
you might be thinking, I am scared to
death or at least very nervous about
going on camera. And I 100% feel you on
that one because so was I when I first
started. And honestly, so is just about
every person you've ever watched on
YouTube. In fact, it's a little
counterintuitive, but it turns out in my
own experience talking to other
YouTubers anyway, that the overwhelming
majority of YouTubers are actually
introverts at their core. But the good
news is on camera charisma is an easily
learned skill. All it takes is practice.
I can't think of a single YouTuber whose
first videos didn't make him cringe. And
it'll probably be that way for you, too.
And that's okay. It's actually more than
okay. It's expected. This is Ali Abdal.
He's got a really calming presence on
camera, and he seems completely genuine,
and he's a true productivity expert. But
if you go back to one of his very first
videos, he's much more awkward and a lot
less sure of himself on camera.
So, what is section one? Uh, section one
is 35 questions and you get 60 minutes
to do them. This comes out to about 1
minute and 42 seconds per question. See
what I mean? It feels like he's reading
and he's kind of nervously moving around
to the point where it's actually a bit
distracting. Or what about Amy
Porterfield? She's actually one of my
favorites to learn marketing from and
she's so smooth with her delivery. It
must just be hardwired into her, right?
Nope. Take a look at her first video.
You can go and check it out there. So,
you want to make sure that on Twitter
you're sending out great information
because, as we all know, it's about
adding value. And so, these three sites
will really make sure that you're adding
some great value.
It's such a far cry from how confidently
she presents herself now. And no, I'm
not here just to throw other people
under the bus cuz then there's me. Let's
take a look at where I started.
Now, I know you probably want to get
more followers. That's a common thread I
see with a lot of my clients. they
they're very into their social media and
they want people to know that they're a
part of all those forums. So, uh, super
wooden, right? But the only way that I
was able to move beyond that initial
awkward stage was through it. But of
course, I'm not just going to say go out
there and fumble your way through it.
YouTube to Clients Academy has lots of
proven tips that's going to make it way
easier on you than it was for me when I
was getting started. These are all
designed to help you shortcut your way
around that awkward phase that almost
every beginner YouTube has to face in
their first videos. There's some mindset
stuff, sure, but beyond that, I've
included some super actionable exercises
and techniques that you can start using
right away. There's even a whole lesson
in module six all about increasing your
on camera charisma and confidence. So,
if you can even just fake the stuff that
I show you in that lesson, you're going
to look like you've been at this for
years. And the good news is, while
you're at your newest and feeling your
most vulnerable, hardly anyone's
watching you anyway yet. Then, as your
confidence grows from repetition, your
audience grows at the same time with
you. Or you might be thinking, "I'm busy
enough. I don't have the time to take
this on, too." And I hear that running
your own business can definitely have
you burning the candle on both ends.
Believe me, I've been there myself. But
for any business to thrive, you have to
put a certain amount of time into
marketing. Right now, marketing can come
in many different flavors. You could do
SEO to get found in Google searches,
which honestly is not even that
effective anymore with AI. Um, you could
run paid ads or you can post to social
media. YouTube is just a much smarter
use of the time that you need to spend
on marketing if you want to grow. That's
because every video you make lives on
for years and years and is a new pathway
into your business. Social media won't
do that and you can really only do so
much with SEO. Plus, if we're uh talking
time here, YouTube's going to help you
not only shorten your sales cycle. You
know, how long it takes for viewers to
become clients because they'll very
quickly grow to know, love, and trust
you, but it'll save you a whole lot of
selling over the phone or over Zoom
time. That's because they're going to
come into those calls 80% of the way to
buying. All you have to do then is
answer their questions and you've got a
new client. But the YTCA program is
actually going to help you save a whole
lot of time making your videos through
my collection of proven AI prompts to
help you with everything from ideiation
to titles, thumbnail ideas, all the way
through final shooting scripts and
YouTube descriptions. Also, my perfect
script formula is going to take out all
the guesswork so you can have a really
clear blueprint for the way every single
video you ever make should be structured
for maximum views and view time. my
bonus video workshop where I'm going to
show you how you can easily use AI to
make really eye-catching thumbnails in
minutes with zero design capabilities
needed. All my best efficiency hacks,
including exactly how I batch produce a
whole month's worth of videos at once,
and example calendars that you can
follow to get it all done in days
instead of weeks. I'll even give you all
my best practices for outsourcing things
like editing. And if you wanted to edit
your videos yourself, I'm going to show
you the super simple app that uses AI to
help you get a whole video done in under
an hour. Not to mention, you're going to
be able to get quick answers if you ever
get stuck directly from me in our weekly
small groupoup coaching sessions and
anytime, day or night, from Westbot,
which is my personally trained AI
assistant that knows everything I know.
So, if you're ready to finally launch
the only marketing and sales strategy
you'll ever need for your service
Okay, so now I want to take the rest of
our time together to answer some common
questions that you likely have as well.
So, my goal here is just to get you off
the fence one way or the other. So, if
the program is going to benefit you and
your business, I want you to know that.
And if it's not for you or if you're
just not ready for it yet, I want you to
feel good about that decision, too. And
if you have any other questions that I
don't answer here, just go ahead and
leave it as a comment below, and me and
my team are going to try to get to as
many of them as possible to help you
figure it out. If I don't think it's
right for you at this stage of your
business, I promise to be straight with
you. So, go ahead and leave your
question as a comment and we will do our
best to answer it. Okay, here we go. And
this is a big one. Isn't it too late to
start a YouTube channel? Now, listen, I
get this one. There are literally
millions of channels already on YouTube,
so it may feel like it's really crowded
there. The thing is though, YouTube
averages about 70 billion with a B daily
views. And those view sessions are 36
minutes each on average. That's a lot of
engaged eyeballs. And that number just
keeps going up every single year. And
the cool thing is, you don't need to be
the number one expert in your niche on
YouTube or to even get all the views on
it or even 10% of the views on a given
topic to grow your client list like
crazy. So, a niche channel like yours,
even if you've already got other
channels talking about the same things,
will attract the niche audience that
needs the info you've got and likes the
way you present it. We all gravitate
toward, you know, different people based
on all kinds of factors. So yes, your
audience is still out there waiting for
you to come along. We haven't even come
close to the point of YouTube peaking
and it's definitely a good idea to beat
your competition to the party when it
comes to starting on YouTube so that you
have the head start on them, right?
Okay, here's a question you may have as
well. I'm not techy between recording,
editing, and uploading. How can I do all
this myself? Well, if that's been on
your mind today at all, I've got great news. There's honestly no part of this
news. There's honestly no part of this process that I would even call
process that I would even call technical. I'm not technical myself,
technical. I'm not technical myself, right? And I'm not recommending that you
right? And I'm not recommending that you use any complicated equipment, mostly
use any complicated equipment, mostly just your smartphone. And I'm sure
just your smartphone. And I'm sure you've recorded some kind of video on
you've recorded some kind of video on that at some point, right? Um, the most
that at some point, right? Um, the most technical piece of this is probably
technical piece of this is probably going to be editing your video, but I've
going to be editing your video, but I've included a start to finish tutorial
included a start to finish tutorial using the easiest editing software on
using the easiest editing software on the market. Now, that actually uses uh a
the market. Now, that actually uses uh a lot of AI to handle most of it for you.
lot of AI to handle most of it for you. And I walk you through every step. I'm
And I walk you through every step. I'm telling you, it's really easy to pick it
telling you, it's really easy to pick it up in just a few minutes. Not to
up in just a few minutes. Not to mention, if you wanted to, I'm going to
mention, if you wanted to, I'm going to show you how you can just outsource that
show you how you can just outsource that part to a pro very affordably. So, even
part to a pro very affordably. So, even if you're super scared off by tech,
if you're super scared off by tech, there's just not a lot of it in here.
there's just not a lot of it in here. And what is is avoidable if you want to
And what is is avoidable if you want to get it off your plate. Okay, what about
get it off your plate. Okay, what about this one? How long is it going to take
this one? How long is it going to take to actually start seeing results? And
to actually start seeing results? And this is such a great question and I'm
this is such a great question and I'm not going to lie to you. It doesn't
not going to lie to you. It doesn't happen overnight, right? This isn't
happen overnight, right? This isn't about posting a video or two and then
about posting a video or two and then now they're knocking down your door. It
now they're knocking down your door. It takes some time for your work to
takes some time for your work to compound and for your perfect clients to
compound and for your perfect clients to actually find you. And truthfully,
actually find you. And truthfully, there's no one-sizefits-all timing. But
there's no one-sizefits-all timing. But in my experience with myself and from a
in my experience with myself and from a lot of other service business YouTubers
lot of other service business YouTubers that I've worked with about this, it
that I've worked with about this, it seems like three months is about when
seems like three months is about when you might start noticing the first few
you might start noticing the first few clients reaching out because they found
clients reaching out because they found you on YouTube. And then it starts
you on YouTube. And then it starts slowly growing over the next 3 months or
slowly growing over the next 3 months or so. But the more it grows, the more it
so. But the more it grows, the more it starts to snowball and it picks up
starts to snowball and it picks up speed. So for me personally, right about
speed. So for me personally, right about at the year mark was when I was pretty
at the year mark was when I was pretty much booked up with as many clients as I
much booked up with as many clients as I could handle. And that's also about the
could handle. And that's also about the time that I raised my rates for the
time that I raised my rates for the first time. So yeah, this is something
first time. So yeah, this is something you need to stick with for a bit to see
you need to stick with for a bit to see the full potential. But the really cool
the full potential. But the really cool thing is it just keeps growing. And for
thing is it just keeps growing. And for me and for just about everyone else I've
me and for just about everyone else I've talked to about it, it's never stopped
talked to about it, it's never stopped growing. And once you've got your rhythm
growing. And once you've got your rhythm down for creating your weekly videos, it
down for creating your weekly videos, it gets easier. and it just becomes this
gets easier. and it just becomes this perpetual growth machine for your
perpetual growth machine for your business. It's honestly a pretty amazing
business. It's honestly a pretty amazing and exciting thing to watch. Okay, next
and exciting thing to watch. Okay, next question. And this one's huge. I
question. And this one's huge. I actually pulled my YouTube audience
actually pulled my YouTube audience about what's holding them back the most
about what's holding them back the most from getting started on YouTube. And
from getting started on YouTube. And almost every answer was some version of
almost every answer was some version of I'm waiting for this piece of equipment
I'm waiting for this piece of equipment or I'm getting my background all set up
or I'm getting my background all set up or I just don't think I know enough to
or I just don't think I know enough to get started yet. In other words, what if
get started yet. In other words, what if I'm just not ready? You know, and a lot
I'm just not ready? You know, and a lot of us, myself included, are kind of
of us, myself included, are kind of perfectionists, right? And we have this
perfectionists, right? And we have this need to feel like everything is lined up
need to feel like everything is lined up in a row before we can start on a new
in a row before we can start on a new project. So, if you feel like that, too,
project. So, if you feel like that, too, the good news is this program is that
the good news is this program is that missing piece that's going to show you
missing piece that's going to show you every single step, including what gear
every single step, including what gear you need, what do you not need, you
you need, what do you not need, you know, where can you get it, and more
know, where can you get it, and more importantly, how can you turn those
importantly, how can you turn those vague ideas in your head about what you
vague ideas in your head about what you could make videos about into fully
could make videos about into fully written scripts that are going to convey
written scripts that are going to convey all that great information and keep
all that great information and keep people interested the whole time? Well,
people interested the whole time? Well, it's all covered in YouTube Declines
it's all covered in YouTube Declines Academy. So, even if you're a
Academy. So, even if you're a perfectionist at heart like I am, you'll
perfectionist at heart like I am, you'll feel much more ready to pull the trigger
feel much more ready to pull the trigger and press record once you see the path
and press record once you see the path laid out so clearly in front of you.
laid out so clearly in front of you. Okay, this one's about what I consider
Okay, this one's about what I consider to be the most valuable part of the
to be the most valuable part of the program, and that is the weekly small
program, and that is the weekly small groupoup coaching calls with me. And
groupoup coaching calls with me. And there are a couple big questions that
there are a couple big questions that come up around this part of it. So,
come up around this part of it. So, first you do get six months of access to
first you do get six months of access to those calls. But what if you're like,
those calls. But what if you're like, "Well, I'm not ready to start just yet,
"Well, I'm not ready to start just yet, and I don't want that timer to start
and I don't want that timer to start when I'm not able to actually do the
when I'm not able to actually do the work." Well, we actually made it so that
work." Well, we actually made it so that you can start your clock whenever you're
you can start your clock whenever you're ready to start it. So, you're going to
ready to start it. So, you're going to get an email how to do that when you
get an email how to do that when you sign up. So, don't worry. You can get
sign up. So, don't worry. You can get going today if you want to or next
going today if you want to or next month, anytime in the future. And these
month, anytime in the future. And these calls are all Zoom video calls. So, as
calls are all Zoom video calls. So, as of right now, we're doing them every
of right now, we're doing them every Thursday at 11:00 a.m. Central time. So,
Thursday at 11:00 a.m. Central time. So, what if you can't make it to those?
what if you can't make it to those? Well, the good news is you can always
Well, the good news is you can always submit your questions in advance. We've
submit your questions in advance. We've made it easy for you to do that. Then, I
made it easy for you to do that. Then, I would answer your question or take a
would answer your question or take a look at your channel, whatever you asked
look at your channel, whatever you asked about, whatever you need. Then, you just
about, whatever you need. Then, you just watch the replay of it later to get my
watch the replay of it later to get my feedback. We record all these sessions
feedback. We record all these sessions for that very reason. And these truly
for that very reason. And these truly are small groups, by the way. We've
are small groups, by the way. We've never really had more than 10 or so
never really had more than 10 or so members in there asking questions in any
members in there asking questions in any one session and we do go for a whole
one session and we do go for a whole hour. So there's plenty of time for you
hour. So there's plenty of time for you to get the personalized attention from
to get the personalized attention from me each and every week. Okay. Will there
me each and every week. Okay. Will there be any other support available? Yes, in
be any other support available? Yes, in several ways. So you definitely want to
several ways. So you definitely want to join the membersonly Facebook group
join the membersonly Facebook group that's going to have other students of
that's going to have other students of the program in there, many of whom will
the program in there, many of whom will be further along in the process. So,
be further along in the process. So, that's great for bouncing ideas around
that's great for bouncing ideas around and for brainstorming. And of course,
and for brainstorming. And of course, there's Westbot, which I personally
there's Westbot, which I personally trained to not only answer any questions
trained to not only answer any questions you have as you work your way through
you have as you work your way through it, but it can actually weigh in on your
it, but it can actually weigh in on your topic ideas and your scripts to make
topic ideas and your scripts to make sure that they're properly structured to
sure that they're properly structured to keep your viewers watching all the way
keep your viewers watching all the way to your next video. And honestly, it
to your next video. And honestly, it gives better answers than I do most of
gives better answers than I do most of the time. My students are absolutely
the time. My students are absolutely loving it. They use it all the time. All
loving it. They use it all the time. All right, next question. What if I enroll
right, next question. What if I enroll and decide it isn't for me? So, this
and decide it isn't for me? So, this one's easy. I've made it really easy on
one's easy. I've made it really easy on you. Within 14 days, if you decide you
you. Within 14 days, if you decide you aren't getting what you want out of it,
aren't getting what you want out of it, you just don't like it for any reason,
you just don't like it for any reason, you don't like me, whatever it is, um
you don't like me, whatever it is, um you can get a refund, no questions
you can get a refund, no questions asked. The last thing I want is for you
asked. The last thing I want is for you to feel trapped here. And I'm confident
to feel trapped here. And I'm confident that you will love it. So, I don't even
that you will love it. So, I don't even mind offering. So, um there's really no
mind offering. So, um there's really no risk if you decide to go on this journey
risk if you decide to go on this journey with me today. So, if you have any
with me today. So, if you have any questions you want answered that I
questions you want answered that I haven't covered here, leave it as a
haven't covered here, leave it as a comment below this video and we will get
comment below this video and we will get to it as soon as we can. Finally, a big
to it as soon as we can. Finally, a big thank you for joining me here today. I
thank you for joining me here today. I hope I got you excited about what's
hope I got you excited about what's possible when you commit to YouTube. And
possible when you commit to YouTube. And I really hope you'll decide to take me
I really hope you'll decide to take me up on my offer to help guide you toward
up on my offer to help guide you toward the finish line. So, think about it, but
the finish line. So, think about it, but just know that that clock is now ticking
just know that that clock is now ticking for your enrollment and for locking in
for your enrollment and for locking in the limited time discount. But whatever
the limited time discount. But whatever you decide, just know that I am rooting
you decide, just know that I am rooting for your success. The fact that you
for your success. The fact that you stuck around till the very end shows me
stuck around till the very end shows me just how committed you are to making
just how committed you are to making your business work. You've got what it
your business work. You've got what it takes to do great things, and if you're
takes to do great things, and if you're ready to level up, I'd love to be the
ready to level up, I'd love to be the one to help you get there even faster.
one to help you get there even faster. Hope to see you on the inside
