1:11 Now, I would say probably everybody here
1:14 has heard of the term acting as if, but
1:17 like what does that even mean? How do I
1:19 act as if I have something that I'm
1:22 seemingly not even close to having? Or
1:25 how do I act as if if my entire reality
1:27 is telling me the exact opposite? I
1:29 mean, raise your hand if you've ever
1:31 felt personally victimized by this
1:33 complicated and esoteric concept of
1:36 asking as if because this kind of ties
1:38 into what I want to talk about. But I
1:40 want to break this all down in a way
1:42 that actually works, not this act as if
1:44 type thing. Because the truth is most
1:47 people get this acting as if completely
1:50 wrong. They think it's about these big
1:52 grand gestures or these fake
1:56 performances. But real acting as if is
1:58 actually about tiny subtle shifts and
2:00 how you move through the world every
2:02 single day. And here's kind of where
2:04 most people go wrong. They think it
2:06 means pretending to be someone that
2:08 they're not or doing things that don't
2:10 actually align with their current
2:12 reality. They end up going out and
2:13 buying expensive things that they can't
2:15 afford or quitting their jobs without a
2:18 backup plan or just taking random
2:20 meaningless actions that they think
2:21 they're supposed to do to try and prove
2:23 something to the universe. But the good
2:25 news is is that's not actually what's
2:27 required and it's definitely not going
2:29 to make your manifestation work. But
2:31 here is what will change everything.
2:33 Starting to see things through the
2:36 perspective of already having what you
2:38 want. And it doesn't require you to do
2:41 anything at all except start seeing
2:43 things differently. And what do I mean
2:45 by that? Imagine you're walking past a
2:48 store and you see your dream car or your
2:50 dream bag or something that you just
2:52 really really want very much. And right
2:53 now you might look at that thing in the
2:56 window and say, "Wow, I wish I could
2:58 have that, but it's too expensive." Or,
3:00 "I don't know if I'll ever be able to
3:02 afford that." Or, "Yeah, I could have
3:04 that if I was rich." But what I want you
3:07 to do is be able to begin to interrupt
3:09 thoughts like that. Instead of seeing it
3:11 through the lens of can't have, what if
3:14 you looked at it from a natural place of
3:16 of course I could have that if I want a
3:19 lens of if I want it, I can have it
3:21 versus making it this big separate thing
3:23 from you. Cuz the more you separate it
3:24 from yourself, the harder it is to
3:27 manifest. That subtle shift right there
3:30 changes everything. Seeing things
3:32 through the lens of it being possible
3:34 opens up doors and opportunities and
3:36 starts putting pieces of the puzzle
3:38 together so that you can actually have
3:40 the things that you want because your
3:43 perspective and how you see things
3:45 actually shapes and forms how you move
3:47 through the world. It shapes and forms
3:50 your entire reality because it shapes
3:52 your actions, your behaviors, how you
3:54 speak. It changes everything. So when
3:56 you believe it's possible, it becomes
3:59 possible. But true acting as if isn't
4:01 about denying your current reality or
4:04 making any reckless type of decisions.
4:06 It's about making small sustainable
4:08 choices that align with the energy of
4:11 your desired reality while still being
4:13 connected to your current circumstances.
4:16 So, right now, and I mean right now
4:18 while you're watching this video, I want
4:21 you to start choosing to embody the
4:24 energy, the mindset, and behaviors of
4:26 the person you're becoming, even while
4:28 you're still in the process of getting
4:30 there. Does that make sense? It's not
4:32 about lying to yourself. It's about
4:33 recognizing that you have a choice in
4:36 how you show up in every moment, and
4:38 consistently choosing to show up as the
4:40 version of yourself who has what you
4:43 want. This is where the magic happens.
4:45 Instead of referring to it as acting as
4:48 if, I like to think of it as a lens
4:50 change or a perspective change. Because
4:52 is it really actually true that all of
4:55 these things that we choose to accept as
4:57 concrete facts and evidence are real and
5:00 can't be changed? No. It's just your
5:02 current beliefs now. And when you can
5:04 change those beliefs, everything around
5:07 you starts to change. Everything is
5:10 responding to you and how you show up.
5:12 So, how do you choose to show up? The
5:14 key is understanding that your external
5:17 reality is always a reflection of your
5:19 internal reality. And when you start
5:22 embodying the internal reality of having
5:24 what you want, your external reality
5:26 begins to shift and match it. But this
5:29 embodiment has to be authentic. It's not
5:30 a performance. You're not going to get a
5:32 gold star. It's not about putting on
5:35 some type of show. It's about genuinely
5:37 shifting your identity and your energy
5:39 to align with your desires. Do you hear
5:41 the thunder outside? It's like the
5:43 universe is agreeing with me. But back
5:45 to that example of looking in the window
5:47 and seeing something you want instead of
5:49 looking at it as expensive. You could
5:51 change your lens to see that other
5:53 people have this so you can have it,
5:56 too. Make it a choice versus a limit. I
5:57 choose to have this. Maybe not today,
6:00 but I can have it. It's not impossible.
6:02 Nothing is off limits. That right there
6:04 creates the shift. And when you start
6:06 thinking and behaving like the person
6:08 you want to become, you begin to feel
6:11 like that person. And when you feel like
6:13 that person, you naturally start making
6:15 choices that align with that identity.
6:17 Do you see how it's all kind of tied
6:19 together? So start by asking yourself
6:21 the question, how would the person who
6:24 has my desired reality handle this
6:26 situation? And then choose to handle it
6:27 that way. Even if it feels slightly
6:30 uncomfortable at first, commit to it.
6:32 And if you ever just feel stuck, always
6:34 choose to look at the situation and say,
6:37 "How can I see things differently? What
6:39 would be better to believe because it's
6:41 always, always, always a choice.
6:43 Everything only has the meaning that you
6:45 give to it." And here is why changing
6:47 your lens and your perspective is so
6:50 powerful. Small behaviors compound over
6:53 time. So when you consistently make
6:55 choices from the energy of your desired
6:57 reality, you literally form and become
7:00 that person. Your nervous system starts
7:01 to recognize confidence as your new
7:04 normal and your brain begins to filter
7:06 for opportunities that match your new
7:08 identity. And then everything starts to
7:10 respond to that energy that you're
7:12 putting out, that new different type of
7:14 energy. And most importantly, when your
7:16 manifestation does show up in your
7:18 physical reality, you're ready for it.
7:20 You've already been practicing being the
7:22 person who can handle that level of
7:24 success or abundance. I mean, this is
7:26 why people who win the lottery often
7:28 lose it within a few years. But people
7:30 who build wealth gradually tend to be
7:32 able to keep it and maintain it. Those
7:34 lottery winners didn't develop the
7:36 identity and habits of someone who can
7:37 manage wealth. They got the external
7:40 result without the internal preparation.
7:42 But when you can change your lens
7:44 consistently, you're prepping yourself
7:46 energetically for what you want. So that
7:48 when it arrives, it feels natural and
7:51 sustainable instead of overwhelming or
7:54 scary or temporary. So, I invite you
7:57 right now to think of one thing that you
7:59 really want. Maybe it's something that
8:01 feels big or something that you're
8:04 trying for. And I want you to see it as
8:06 possible from of course you could have
8:09 it. See it from a perspective of being
8:11 able to have it and intentionally
8:12 choosing it because it's already an
8:14 option so you can have it. But do you
8:16 choose to have it? This right here will
8:19 shift everything. Stop waiting for
8:20 permission to be the person that you
8:23 want to be. start being them today. One
8:25 small choice, one small action, one
8:27 small thought, one small behavior at a
