and these attacks like allergies lasted 2 to 3 days and during all these years I always
spent it with pills like loratadine to calm those allergies but it never worked
always in my family there was the theory that it is not that you are allergic to dust or that you are
allergic to pollen oax things and well we never gave anything until I stop breathing through the mouth
to be able to through the mouth is necessary that it is open, which means having a
drooping tongue, teeth and lips separated to allow air to pass, the incorrect oral posture began to cause
me to have a long face, a droopy face, and as a consequence As a result, we have a larger analysis

narrower and deeper. Also for a few years, I completely lost my body posture due to the issue of
playing video games in a bad position since my setup did not it was well conditioned to have one

more along with lousy hours of sleep since I practically did not sleep because I was
glued to the computer or the xbox leaving high school around 2018 until 2020 I went
through a somewhat serious depression which made me neglect myself even more in those years I practically
ate about twice a day and it was pure junk food and I continued with bad oral habits
and posture because I like my profile at that time I began to separate the di and

that allows me to swallow only with the tongue and keeping the teeth in contact, so
what I do after having chewed and crushed my food well, I clench my teeth a little
and push completely with the tongue that is, obviously I continue to accompany my food
with liquids, either for flavor or to moisten my mouth but not to use it as a vehicle for
