1:03 cluster of neurons in your brain that
1:05 researchers call the abundance network.
1:07 And when this abundance network is
1:10 activated, it literally changes how you
1:12 perceive and attract opportunities. And
1:15 most people go their entire lives with
1:17 this network of neurons completely
1:19 dormant. But I'm going to show you
1:21 exactly how to flip that switch once and
1:23 for all. And once you do, you'll

1:56 Now, let me say that I have been
1:59 obsessed with manifestation for well
2:02 over a decade now. And specifically why
2:05 it seems to work sometimes but not all
2:08 the time. Or why some people try so hard
2:11 with seemingly little success and other
2:12 people just seem to manifest things with
2:15 ease. What is the real truth behind this
2:18 kind of woo woo esoteric concept of
2:21 manifestation? So I decided to dig a
2:23 little bit deeper into the brain science
2:25 behind manifestation and what I have
2:28 found over the years has completely
2:30 changed how I understand this whole
2:32 entire process. You see there's a
2:34 specific area of your brain that I talk
2:35 about all of the time called the
2:37 reticular activating system or you can
2:40 call it the RA for short. But this is
2:41 the part of your brain that actually
2:44 filters information and decides what's
2:46 important enough for your conscious mind
2:48 to really notice and pick up on. But
2:50 here's what most people don't know.
2:52 There's also another network that works
2:55 in conjunction with this RA that I call
2:58 the abundance pathway. And this pathway
3:00 actually connects your RA with your lyic
3:02 system, which is responsible for
3:04 controlling emotions and your prefrontal
3:06 cortex, which handles decision-m and
3:08 future planning. And I promise I'm not
3:10 going to go deep into some kind of
3:12 neuroscience lesson, but basically when
3:15 this pathway is activated, there's three
3:17 things that happen all at the same time.
3:19 First, your brain starts noticing
3:21 opportunities and resources that were
3:23 probably always there, but maybe they've
3:25 just been invisible to you because you
3:27 haven't been focused on them. And the
3:29 second thing is your emotional state.
3:31 your emotional state starts to shift
3:34 into expectancy and openness rather than
3:37 being caught up in lack and resistance.
3:39 And the third thing is your decision-m
3:42 becomes aligned with abundance rather
3:44 than scarcity. And the result is that
3:46 you start attracting and creating
3:48 abundance effortlessly because your
3:50 brain is literally wired to see and act
3:53 on abundance opportunities. But here's a
3:55 problem. For most people, like I said,
3:57 this pathway is dormant. It's kind of
3:59 like having a Ferrari in your garage,
4:01 but then never turning on the engine.
4:03 Yeah, it's nice to look at, but why
4:05 don't we use it? So, the good news is is
4:07 that you can activate this pathway using
4:09 this specific technique that takes
4:10 advantage of your brain's
4:13 neuroplasticity, its ability to form new
4:15 neural connections. And the best time to
4:17 do this is actually at night, right
4:19 before you go to sleep, because your
4:21 brain is kind of most receptive to
4:23 understanding new things and creating
4:25 new neural pathways. So, for the sake of
4:27 time, I don't want this video to go on
4:28 too long. Let me show you how to
4:31 activate your abundance pathway tonight
4:33 or today or whenever you decide to try
4:35 this. So, this technique is based on the
4:37 principle of targeted neural activation
4:40 through visualization and specific brain
4:41 wave entrainment. And here's the
4:43 step-by-step process. It's really
4:46 simple. So, step one is you're just
4:48 going to create the optimal environment.
4:50 You want to do this in kind of a quiet
4:52 space with no distractions. perfect
4:54 right before you go to sleep because it
4:56 tends to be quiet and dark and you
4:57 aren't being pulled in a million
4:59 different directions. But if you want to
5:01 do this during your day, that is totally
5:03 fine, too. Do what works best for you.
5:04 Just make sure you're in kind of a quiet
5:07 place with not a lot of distractions.
5:09 Step one, easy. And step two is you're
5:11 going to get into the activation
5:13 position. So, you're going to lie down
5:15 or sit comfortably with your arms at
5:17 your sides with your palms facing up.
5:19 And this positioning is important
5:21 because it signals to your nervous
5:23 system that you're in a receptive state
5:25 rather than a defensive one. You don't
5:26 want to be sitting there like this. You
5:27 don't want to be sitting there like this
5:28 or with your palms down. You want to be
5:30 with your palms up because it triggers
5:32 your brain to believe that it's in a
5:34 receptive state. And once you get into
5:36 this state, again, you can be sitting or
5:38 laying down, just palms facing up.
5:39 You're going to close your eyes and
5:42 you're going to take seven deep breaths,
5:46 fully inhaling, fully exhaling. And with
5:48 each exhale, I really want you to focus
5:51 on releasing any tension or resistance
5:53 within your body. You're basically
5:54 getting yourself into kind of a
5:56 meditative state, calming your nervous
5:58 system and getting into that really nice
6:00 receptive state. And once you're there,
6:02 let's move on to step three. And step
6:04 three is to access the abundance
6:06 pathway. So, here is kind of where the
6:08 real activation begins. And this is kind
6:11 of like a meditative visualization. But
6:12 what you're going to do is you're going
6:14 to close your eyes and you're going to
6:16 imagine a golden thread of light
6:18 starting at the base of your skull and
6:20 traveling up through the center of your
6:23 brain and out. And this thread is going
6:24 to represent the neural pathway that
6:27 we're activating. And as you visualize
6:29 this golden thread going up through your
6:32 head, I want you to repeat this phrase
6:34 silently in your mind. I am activating
6:36 my abundance pathway. Now, you're going
6:39 to say that slowly. You can say it once
6:41 or twice. I am activating my abundance
6:43 pathway now. And while you're seeing
6:45 this golden thread going through your
6:48 head, you might feel a slight tingling
6:50 sensation or just kind of a different
6:52 sensation in your head and that's all
6:54 normal. It just means the activation is
6:56 really beginning and your your mind is
6:58 kind of getting on board. So now you
6:59 have the golden thread and you've
7:01 started the process. And step four, we
7:04 are going to program the pathway. So
7:05 once you've established that golden
7:07 thread visualization, you're going to
7:10 program this pathway with specific
7:12 abundance frequencies. So from here,
7:14 you're going to imagine that golden
7:16 thread beginning to kind of pulse with
7:19 light, sort of like a heartbeat. You're
7:20 just going to see it pulsing, going up
7:22 through your head. And with each pulse,
7:24 you're going to keep repeating these
7:27 three activation phrases. I always get
7:30 what I want or better. every day in
7:32 every way my life is getting better and
7:35 better and my success is inevitable. And
7:36 if it's too much for you to repeat all
7:38 three, you can pick one and just keep
7:39 repeating it. You want to you don't want
7:41 it to take you out of it. You want to be
7:43 in it. But I like using all three. But
7:45 if you want to use one, that's okay,
7:46 too. You're going to spend about 30
7:49 seconds saying these phrases as you see
7:51 this light pulsing through your head.
7:53 And the key is to really connect with
7:56 these phrases as if it's already true.
7:57 You're not trying to make them true.
7:59 You're not trying to force anything.
8:01 Feel them. Feel it. Be authentic. And
8:04 then step five, you are going to seal
8:06 the process. You're going to end by
8:08 placing your hands over your heart and
8:11 having a moment of gratitude. However
8:13 that feels to you. I feel like gratitude
8:15 can be this tricky thing because so many
8:17 people feel like it has to be this like
8:20 over-the-top like big big feeling. But
8:22 sometimes it's just being grateful for
8:24 like the way that the chair feels
8:26 underneath you or the way your clothes
8:28 feel against your skin or just how you
8:30 feel in that moment or the sunlight on
8:31 your skin. It doesn't have to be this
8:33 big grand thing. What do you feel
8:34 grateful for in this moment? Because
8:37 this gratitude seals the activation and
8:39 it signals to your subconscious that the
8:41 process is complete. And then here's
8:43 what you can expect after activating
8:45 your abundance pathway. Within the first
8:47 24 hours, you'll likely notice that
8:49 you'll start seeing opportunities or
8:52 resources that you maybe hadn't noticed
8:54 before. And this could be as simple as
8:57 maybe finding money on the ground or
8:58 someone mentioning exactly the
9:00 opportunity that you needed to hear that
9:02 day. See what comes up for you. And then
9:04 within 48 hours, you'll probably
9:07 experience what I like to call abundance
9:09 synchronicities. It's meaningful
9:11 coincidences that seem to be kind of
9:13 guiding you towards your goals. And then
9:15 within about a week, you should notice
9:17 that you're making different decisions
9:19 or choices that are more aligned with
9:22 abundance rather than scarcity. And then
9:24 within a month, you'll likely be able to
9:27 see tangible changes in your financial
9:29 situation or relationships or
9:31 opportunities. But here's the most
9:34 important part. You need to maintain
9:36 this activation. Just like any other
9:38 neural pathway, if you don't use it
9:40 after a while, it sort of starts to
9:43 weaken. So, I personally recommend doing
9:45 this activation process about every
9:47 night for the first week and then maybe
9:49 once a week to maintain that once or
9:51 twice a week to maintain that strength
9:53 and that new neural pathway. And you can
9:55 also kind of reinforce and strengthen it
9:57 throughout the day by consciously using
10:00 something I called your abundance lens.
10:02 Whenever you find yourself thinking from
10:05 a place of scarcity or worrying about
10:08 money or focusing on lack or not enough,
10:09 you're going to go ahead and pause and
10:12 ask yourself this question. How would I
10:14 see this if everything was exactly the
10:16 way I want or better than I expected?
10:17 And then you are going to consciously
10:20 shift your perspective to look for the
10:22 opportunity, the lesson or the potential
10:24 blessing in that situation that's
10:26 causing you to feel that lack or fear or
10:28 worry. This daily practice really
10:31 reinforces those neural pathways and it
10:34 makes abundance your default rather than
10:35 something that you kind of have to work
10:37 at. And here's something really
10:39 important to also understand about this
10:41 process. Activating your abundance
10:44 pathway isn't just about attracting more
10:46 money or material things. It's about
10:49 fundamentally changing how you interact
10:51 with the world. And when this pathway is
10:54 active, you start to see abundance
10:56 everywhere in relationships, in
10:59 opportunities, in experiences, and yes,
11:02 financial resources, too. But you begin
11:04 to operate from a place of trust rather
11:07 than fear, expansion rather than
11:09 contraction, and possibility over
11:12 limitation. And that shift in your
11:14 internal state is what creates the
11:16 external changes that you want to see.
11:18 Because here is a truth about
11:20 manifestation that most people miss.
11:23 It's not about forcing the universe to
11:24 give you what you want. It's about
11:27 aligning yourself with the abundance
11:29 that's already available to you and
11:31 training your brain to kind of recognize
11:34 and act on it. Your abundance pathway is
11:36 kind of like a radio antenna. When it's
11:38 not activated, you're just picking up
11:40 static. But when it's fully activated
11:42 and tuned in, you start receiving clear
11:45 signals about where the abundance is,
11:47 what opportunities are available to you.
11:49 You're always seeing kind of best case
11:51 scenarios. And once you start receiving
11:53 those signals clearly and taking action
11:55 on them, it becomes really kind of
11:57 natural and effortless. You don't have
11:59 to force anything because you are simply
12:01 following the guidance that you already
12:03 activated within you. And this is truly
12:05 why some people seem to manifest
12:07 effortlessly while others struggle and
12:09 struggle and don't see results. So go
