The return of Maitreya, the future Buddha, is not a future event tied to a specific person or date, but rather an internal awakening within humanity characterized by awareness, compassion, and love, which can manifest in the present moment.

People have been waiting for the return
of Buddha for 25 centuries. They have
carved his images in stone and gold,
built temples in his memory. And yet his
silence has not returned. They wait for
Mre, the future Buddha, the one who
shall come again when humanity is ready.
But do you know when he said he would
return? He said when the true dharma is
lost when the world is again filled with
ignorance then shall I return as matray.
It was not a date on a calendar. It was
a condition of the human heart. The loss
of dharma does not mean the loss of
scriptures. It means the loss of
awareness. Whenever awareness
disappears. Whenever humanity lives
again like a machine, repeating rituals,
worshiping dead words, fighting in the
name of gods, the soil becomes ready for
the seed of Matray. So do not look for
Matray in the clouds. Look within the
clouds of your own mind. The next Buddha
will not descend from heaven. He will
rise from within humanity itself. Metray
means the friend, not the master, not
the conqueror, not even the savior, just
the friend. The Buddha came as a
teacher. Matray will come as a friend.
The first Buddha sat beneath a tree and
kings came to him. The second Buddha
will walk among the people invisible
perhaps not recognized because his
revolution will be of the heart not of
doctrine. When the first Buddha walked
on earth, there was silence in his eyes
and peace in his steps. When Matray
comes, there will be laughter in his
voice. The first Buddha renounced the
world. The second will embrace it. The
first withdrew from palaces. The second
will enter your marketplace. Because the
world has changed and yet not changed.
Technology has grown but consciousness
has not. The wheel has turned but the
sleeper still dreams. Humanity has
reached the moon yet cannot reach its
own being. This is precisely the time
Matray must come. And if you are waiting
for someone else to appear, you will
miss him. Matray is not a person. He is
a possibility. He will not be born in a
palace or a forest. He will be born
wherever a single human being becomes
silent, compassionate, aware. He is born
each time love takes the place of fear.
Each time understanding replaces belief.
Do you see the irony? People wait for m
as if they were waiting for the sunrise.
Not knowing that the sun rises only when
they open their eyes. Mray cannot come
to a blind humanity. He is the opening
of the eyes. The coming of Matray is not
an event in time. It is a flowering in
consciousness. When one man becomes
awakened, he is the matray for that
moment. The Buddha himself hinted this
many times. He said, "After me there
will be many Buddha." He was not
speaking of lineage but of awakening.
The seed of enlightenment has already
been sown in every human heart. Matri is
simply the blooming of that seed. Some
have searched the scriptures and
calculated this will happen after 5,000
years. Others have said when the dharma
completely decays. But tell me, has it
not already decayed? Have we not already
traded awareness for ideology? Do we not
worship the Buddha statue and forget his
silence? Is this not the right moment
for Metray to arise? Perhaps he is
already here, not as one man, but as a
wave of consciousness spreading quietly.
You may find him in the eyes of a child
who has not yet been corrupted. You may
find him in a poet who loves without
condition. You may find him in a madman
who has dropped the logic of society.
You may find him even in yourself if you
dare to look beyond the dust of thought.
Matray is not coming to establish a
religion. He will destroy them all not
with anger but with laughter. He will
not create followers. He will create
mirrors. Each person will be their own
light, their own master, their own path.
And that is the beauty of this prophecy.
The future Buddha is not a future
person. It is the awakening of the
present. Whenever you are utterly here,
utterly now, the matray has come. The
first Buddha was the dawn. The light
appeared on the horizon. Matray will be
the sunrise. Light everywhere. No
horizon left. The first Buddha taught
silence. Matray will teach song. The
first Buddha renounced. Matray will
celebrate because truth once realized no
longer needs to escape from life. It
dances through it. You may ask when will
he come? He comes every moment and he
goes every moment. He comes whenever
someone drops the burden of becoming and
rests in being. He comes whenever
someone smiles without reason. He comes
whenever compassion flows without
effort. You do not have to wait. You
have to awaken. The waiting itself is
the barrier. The one who waits cannot
see what is already here. Matray is the
eternal presence. The Buddha within
every heart waiting not to be woripped
but to be lived. And perhaps right now
as you listen something in you becomes
still. That stillness, that silent
awareness is the beginning of his
return. He is not coming to you. He is
coming through you. You are his doorway.
You are the womb in which the new Buddha
