benchmark survey. Um, again, you know, I
think we need to manually push out the
email reminders to take these surveys.

since the first team assessment by
taking the original assessment. Um,

any um strong feedback here that I
haven't already given. Um, so I'm just
going to go I'll put strongly agrees and

all these just so we can see some increase.

Um, I will say I I do wish the coloring
was different for the strongly disagree,

Uh, but I'll go ahead and complete.
So, historical complete. Um, it's always
vital to reflect on progress and
celebrate wins in progress. Your
leadership team and engagement leader
will be communicating this progress
report and any additional next steps to
continue growth and progress.
So, we probably need to update some of
the language um around these surveys and
the directions and and what pops up here
once you do complete surveys um like
things to be looking out for,
next steps. Um, but I'll go ahead and
return home here. And I've now completed
all the assessments.
