community to restore connection bear in
mind that conflict doesn't just belong
to the people who appear to be in
conflict it belongs to the cult of the
community within which it's evolved

and safety rather than punishment number five

establish trust with them so you can
find out the meaning of what happened to
them and say you couldn't explain the
process if you're going to be followed
and check if they're willing to go ahead

then invite those people to the mainland
number seven in the main circle focus on
hearing and understanding so support
each person to speak and to be heard
number eight when everyone has been
heard invite each person to take
responsibility for how they've acted
