As protests rage on in Minneapolis this
morning, a major update to a case that's
fueled outrage here and nationwide. A
federal judge ordering the release of
5-year-old Liam Ramos and his father

driveway by federal officers last week.
In a scathing rebuke to the Trump
administration, the US District judge
writing, "The case has its genesis in
the ill-conceived and incompetently
implemented government pursuit of daily
deportation quotas. Apparently, even if
it requires traumatizing children after
hearing the news, Liam's uncle Luis Kone
telling Telmundo, "We are filled with joy."

The order coming even as another federal
judge declined to block ISIS operation
in Minneapolis. Homeland Security
Secretary Christy Gnome praising that decision.
