Scorecards are powerful. CRMs are
powerful. But when you connect ScoreApp
and GoHighLevel together, it becomes a
lead generation machine. In this video,
I'm going to show you exactly why this
combo is completely underrated, and I'm
going to show you exactly how you can
integrate the two. Okay, so let's just
be honest for a minute. Getting clients
for your agency or your SaaS can
sometimes feel like you're just shouting
into the abyss. You're like, "Hello? Is
anybody out there?" You send hundreds of
cold emails. You're sliding into
people's DMs. You do all the things that
all the gurus tell you to do. But then
you're just met with like complete
silence. Or even worse, people start
getting pissed off with you cuz they
feel like you're being spammy. Now, I
know exactly how this feels. When I
first started my agency 2 years ago, I
felt like I was just shouting and no one
was listening. And it didn't matter how
much I did. I did more and more and
more, and it seemed like people went
more and more silent. And I didn't get
it. I was trying to sell GoHighLevel,
this incredible tool, and it just seemed
like no one cared. But the reason why
was because I was trying to do
everything that everyone else was doing.
I was just swimming in the same stream
that they were. And what I got
completely wrong was I was just trying
to sell the tool. I was selling
features. I was like, "Hey, do you need
a website? Hey, do you need this fancy
automation built for you? Hey, do you
need XYZ?" I was literally like, you
know when you go on holiday and you got
those guys with the jackets and they're
trying to sell you all these watches or
all these random things. I was like,
"Hey, what do you want? Do you want any
of these things?" And it was just so
icky, the whole process. But what I
didn't realize was the business on the
other end of that, they don't want
tools. They don't want features. But the
business owner on the other end of that
email, they don't care about getting a
new website. They care about getting
clients in the door. They care about,
you know, not having to spend their
evenings replying to leads or, you know,
worrying like, "Oh, did I get back to
that person?" And you see, the thing is,
the reason why so many agency owners are
struggling is because they're trying to
sell it backwards. So, what if instead
of trying to sell a solution completely
out of the blue and then just crossing
your fingers and hoping that that's what
they need, instead you could show that
business owner exactly where their
marketing is broken. What if you could
give them this personalized report that
highlights all the gaps and then the
very same gaps that HighLevel is
designed to fill. So, that's when the
conversation changes completely. That's
when you stop being a salesperson and
instead you start becoming a doctor. You
become a consultant. So, today I'm going
to show you the combination of two tools
that do exactly that. We're talking
about ScoreApp and GoHighLevel. And to
be honest, I think this might be the
single most powerful sales and marketing
combination that I've seen in a really,
really long time. So, in this video, I'm
going to show you exactly how it works,
why it's so incredibly effective at
cutting through that noise, and exactly
how you can set up this entire system
yourselves so that you can start getting
warm up more personalized leads who are
practically begging you to use your
services. So, the biggest mistake that I
see, and look, I did I made this exact
same mistake myself for years. The
biggest mistake I see is leading with
the solution. So, imagine you went into
a doctor's surgery and you had a really
bad knee. And you went in there and you
were just hobbling in there, and then
you sat down and the doctor went,
"You're going to need brain surgery."
And you're like, "What? I just I came
here for my knee. What do you mean any
brain surgery?" And they're like, "Yeah,
you know, brain surgery is really
powerful. It's like, you know, it's
really, really good. It can really,
really help. And I think we should get
you booked in. Let's get you booked in.
Let's just kind of uh, you know, let's
get get the ball rolling. Let's get you
booked in for that surgery and we'll
start operating on your brain." You'd be
like, "Hello? I don't need brain
surgery. I don't I have nothing wrong
with my brain. It's my knee. I'm coming
for my knee." You would literally be
like, "Okay, thank you very much, crazy
doctor. I am out of here. I'm going to
go find someone who knows how to deal
with knees." Like, you would run a mile.
And that's what's happening with agency
owners. People are just sitting in their
chair. They're sitting on that discovery
Zoom call and they're like, "Bang, bang,
bang, bang, bang. This is what you
need." before they've even diagnosed
what the problem actually is. They don't
know anything about you. They don't know
what your symptoms are. They don't know
what you actually need. And so, it's a
completely blind prescription. And yet,
80% of business owners and SaaS owners
are doing exactly this. So, they'll send
out this spammy email that's like, "Hey,
I can build you a website or I can build
you an AI chatbot." And it's the
equivalent of saying to a stranger,
"Hey, you need surgery." And then the
business owner thinks, "Um, I've already
got a website. I've already got an AI
chatbot. Why is this person emailing it
to me?" And you instantly lose
credibility as an agency owner. And the
problem is, people don't know what they
don't know. So, even though you know
that they maybe do need an AI chatbot,
they haven't connected the dots and
thought, "Hmm, if I get an AI chatbot,
that's going to get me more leads. And
more leads is what I'm struggling with
right now." And to be honest with you,
you just sound like everyone else who is
just sliding into their inbox. You build
no authority. You've added no value. And
you just look like you're in there to
take, take, take. [music] And that never
feels good. So, we need to flip this on
its head. We need to diagnose before we
prescribe. And that is exactly where
ScoreApp comes in. So, if you don't know
what ScoreApp is, ScoreApp in its
simplest terms is a tool that enables
you to build customized quizzes and
scorecards. And then what happens is a
business can take this really quick
2-minute quiz or this 2-minute
scorecard, answer a load of questions,
and these questions are all designed to
get the insights that you need as that
business owner. And then it's going to
generate a personalized report and tell
that business owner exactly what it
needs. That means that that next
conversation where it says, "Hey, you
need a website. Let's build this website
for you. Hey, you need to get more
leads. This is going to be the best
thing for you." It means that that next
conversation feels so much more
personalized and so much more natural,
and you're going to hit the spot with
that person every single time because
you know exactly what they want, and
you've already diagnosed the problem,
and now you're prescribing the solution.
Now, the coolest thing about this is
that once you have these insights, once
you know exactly what that ideal client
needs, you can then go ahead with your
follow-ups and your nurture sequences
and everything like that, and you can
really move them through a real
personalized process so that that
person, when they're reading your
emails, when they're reading those next
steps and they're in your funnel, they
feel like this agency was built directly
for me. This is exactly what I want.
This is the service that I've been
looking for. And it all comes down to
the fact that everything can be so hyper-personalized.

So, this is where we're going to combine
the two. We've got ScoreApp over here,
which is like extracting all of the
data, extracting all of that knowledge. >> [music]

>> Then we package that up, and then we can
generate all of the sales and marketing
aspects based on that data that we've
got, and now we can be super
personalized. So, what I'm going to do
in this video is I'm going to show you
exactly how we can have this ScoreApp
set up, >> [music]
>> [music]
>> and then how we can integrate it so that
it seamlessly moves through GoHighLevel
and then connects [music] into all of
your sales and marketing tools. So,
let's dive over into the tutorial. So,
first of all, what we want to do is
connect GoHighLevel. So, if you go to
integrate in the main settings, you'll
see here, mine's connected already, but
you'll see HighLevel down here. You can
integrate it with lots of other things.
You can just click here. It's going to
prompt you to go through and sign into
your HighLevel, and then that's what's
going to connect the two. And then once
you've done that, you're going to be
able to connect it here.
And then, I like to know when someone
started a scorecard, and I also like to
know when someone's finished a
scorecard. So, in order to do that, we
want to add a tag. The reason why I like
to know when someone has started is that
[music] if someone if I have an influx
of people that go on to buy something, I
can go back and I can see, "Oh, they
started the the scorecard." I know that
they come from that channel, which is
super cool. So, what we want to do here
is the first step you want to do in
order to add these tags is you need to
add the tag in GoHighLevel. So, we're
going to head over to HighLevel, go to settings,
settings,
go to uh tags,
and then we're going to go here. So,
we're going to go add new tag. You can
type in um
started scorecard, and then click
create. It's probably going to tell me
that I've already got it. That's fine.
Um, and then you're going to do another
one for finished scorecard.
So, once you've got that, head back into
ScoreApp. You may just need to refresh
it so it can find it for you. And what
you're going to do is click on started
scorecard. It's going to scroll through.
You're going to be able to see all your
tags that are there. It's pulled that
from HighLevel, and then you're going to
select um [music] started scorecard.
Perfect. And then you're going to do the
exact same one for for finished
scorecard. So, then you can click save.
The next thing we want to do is you're
going to map your lead form fields. So,
by default, ScoreApp is going to ask for
their name and their email. Now, you may
want to get them to also ask for a phone
number. So, you can change those
settings in the lead form when you're
actually building your scorecard. But
what you're going to do is go here. So,
if you want to add the phone, for
example, you can just add phone. And
then if you've actually added this into
your lead form, then it will show phone
um underneath there as well. Okay, so
another thing that you might want to do
is you might want to take the result of
that person's scorecard and add that
into the contact record in HighLevel.
So, for example, if we go over to
HighLevel, you can see we've got John
Doe here.
You can We've got loads of information
here about them. We've got general
information. We've got um additional
information. And you may want to have
their result also within this kind of
main general information section.
So, if you want to do that, all you need
to do is go add field. We're going to
select the ScoreApp field. The ScoreApp
field might be category score tier or
highest category or total score or
whatever it is that you want to see. You
may want to see a specific answer to um
a question that you've asked them. So,
you can put that in there. And then what
you're going to do is go into the
GoHighLevel field that matches that
thing. So, for example, if we go into
HighLevel, we go back to settings,
you've got custom fields. You could
actually create a new field for if you
wanted to put in the question in there.

Then you can select where you want that
to be shown. Do you want it to be shown
in their main contact details, their
general info, or their additional info?
Say we're going to put it in additional
info. Um, and then when you click save,
that means that once you come back into
ScoreApp, you may have to just come out
and refresh it cuz it's not going to
pick it up straight away, but when you
go into here and you do refresh it, then
you could type in
uh score up result, for example, and
then that's going to mean that it's
going to take that information and put
that into your contact record in
HighLevel. So, then you can use that for
anything. In your automations, you could
have a workflow that says, "If they have
this contact field, then we want to send
them this stuff."
In a second, I'm going to show you
exactly how you can build out your
workflows in HighLevel based on the
information that we got here, but that's
just if you want to really have a really
rich [music] contact record that's got
kind of all their answers in there and
lots of different information like that.
So, then we go to audience tags. Now,
audiences are really powerful. As I
said, this is where I kind of tend to
group some people together and I create
an avatar for them. Because for me, I
have various different offers that I
offer. So, I have a membership and also
uh my kind of GoHighLevel affiliate
things. So, if someone is very early
stages in their business and they
they're not looking to audit a $5
million business, then I don't want to
start talking to them about the audit. I
really want to push them down the path
of my membership, cuz that's going to be
a much better fit for them.
So, I put people in here and I call them
builder fit. We've then got uh audit.
So, if someone answers specific
questions, I know that they're a really
good candidate for my audit. So, I wrap
them up into the audience that's called
audit. And then I also have operator
fit. This would be someone that doesn't
necessarily want to join HighLevel and
build an agency or build on there, but
they are perfect for my own white label
SaaS, which is made for Mor AI. So, I
package them together and then I put
them in that audience. So,
if we just go over to audiences here,
I'm going to show you exactly how you
can build those audiences. So, you can
see I've got my three here. If we go to
create audience,
we could call it something, so we'll
just call it
avatar one.
You can choose a condition, so you might
say, "If they answered this question,
for example, what would you rather spend
time on?" If the answer is this one, [music]
[music]
then they are going to be wrapped up
into into that audience. Or you might
say, "They need to have answered that
one and they need to have also answered
this one >> [music]
>> [music]
>> with this response." So, you could have
it as an and, so you say they need to at
least have those two, or you could do it
as an or, so you could say, "If they
answered this one or they answered
answered this one, then I can wrap them
up into that particular avatar." So,
that's a really great way of how you can
start to build those audiences. Then
just click save and then you're in there.

So, if we just go back to integrate a second,
second,
I'm going to show you what we're going
to do with those. So,
down here,
we've got the audiences and now we want
to add a tag to those audiences. So, add
audience tag, we're going to choose the
audience that we've just selected. So,
for this one, let's just say [music]
it's this one, and then we're going to
add a tag to that. So, it might say uh
scorecard builder fit membership. So, I
know in HighLevel, if someone has got
that tag, scorecard builder fit
membership, I know that they are a good
fit for my membership and then I want to
send them off onto, you know, my whole
nurture sequences that are based for them.

Same as with any of the other ones
there. And you And again, you can have
lots and lots and lots of these tags.
I've broken it down into kind of three
different areas, but you could break
this down even further and have five,
six, seven, 10 different tags and have
really fine avatars for each uh specific
thing that you're looking at.
And then, of course, the last thing I
just want to show you, again, I do do a
whole video on this, but based on the
tags that they have, they also have uh
different results pages. So, they're not
all just going to one generic results
page. I have a specific results page for
every single person, for every different
uh avatar that I have. So,
let's just head over into HighLevel
again, and now what I'm going to do is
I'm going to just going to show you how
you can actually now build a workflow
which is relevant to that audience or
that avatar that you just created in
Score App. So, if we go to create
workflow, you can do this building, you
know, you can build with AI if you want
to do this, but if you click start from
scratch, then what we want to do is
first of all, we want to use this
trigger. So, the trigger is going to be
contact tag.
The filters will be when a tag is added.
And the tag is going to be uh
uh
scorecard audit fit. So, this is someone
that I packaged together in an avatar,
in an audience, and I said these people
are relative are relevant for my audits
that I sell. So, we're going to put this
here and then click save trigger. When
that tag is added, so as soon as that
person goes through the scorecard, they
will be automatically added to that
audience as soon as their results are
populated based on the criteria that
I've set, and they're going to get given
that tag. As soon as that tag is here, I
can then start my whole marketing
automation specifically for that type of
avatar. So, we're going to go Maybe I'm
going to send
an email. So, for example, the email
might say something like this, "Thanks
for taking the business growth scorecard
or AI and automation scorecard. Your
report is attached. I had a good look at
your results and your score was a little
lower than average, but please don't
worry. The report highlighted,
especially around lead nurture, are
actually really common and surprisingly
easy to fix. I actually recorded a
2-minute video showing the number one
thing that businesses in your position
can do to fix this and start converting
more of their existing leads per week.
Would you be open to me sending that
over?" So, you can see, this is a really
nice email that's then getting them to
raise their hand. It's opening up a
conversation. It's taking that process
further. You're not just spamming them
with like, "Hey, I can help you." You're
actually saying what you can help them
with and you're offering them even more
personalization based on this Loom video
or something like that. Now, that video
could then be you, a video of you going
back and saying, "Oh, hey, you know,
thanks thanks so much for saying that I
can send this over. Just wanted to
record this quick video for you um to
say that, you know, I went through your
results and this is what I found and I
really think that the audit is going to
be a good fit for you." Like imagine if
you took that test and then you got a
video from the founder
that feels really personal coming back
to you and saying, "You know, I've had a
little look through and I think this
would be a great fit for you." That's a
completely different experience to you,
"Hey, do you want a website?" Um and it
just kind of creates so much more uh
personality and, you know, connection
and it really feels much more
personalized. So, there's loads that you
can do in here. I also have like
WhatsApp messages that I send out, where
I'll send a voice note and I'll say,
"Hey, it's Carleigh. Just wanted to let
you know, I just looked through your
results and I I was having a look at it
and what I really think you could do
with right now is an AI audit. I think
this would really work well for you. Or
what I really think would be great for
you right now is to take a look at our
membership. I do weekly coaching in
there. I think it would be a great fit
for you. These particular modules I
think would be great for you. Would love
to, you know, give you a a little free
trial so you can try out for yourself."
So, this is why when you combine Score
App and HighLevel together, you are
playing a completely different game to
what everyone else is playing. This is
where you can stop shouting into the
abyss and just hoping that someone
listens and instead you are cutting
through and piercing right through to
the heart of it, where you can say,
"Based on what we diagnosed, here is
your personalized prescription and this
is exactly how we can help you." When
you do that, you have authority. You
level up as the leader in your space and
that's when people really start to pay
attention to you. So, if you are fed up
of just shouting into the abyss and
[music] crossing your fingers and just
really hoping that someone wants what
you've got to offer, instead of playing
that game, open up the conversation and
become a doctor. Become a consultant and
you're going to give them exactly what
they want when you do that. And when you
do that, that is when you start playing
a completely different game to a 90% of
the other agency owners out there. So,
as you can see, the integration is
super, super simple. What you want to do
is link it with HighLevel. You're just
going to follow the steps as soon as you
log in in that integrate button, then
you're going to add the tags. You're
going to group people together based on
the questions that they answer and based
on the insights that you get from the
report and create avatars. From those
avatars, you create the audiences and
with those audiences, you can then
create tags. And with those tags, you
can get super granular with all of your
workflows and all of your marketing, so
that the only emails that are going out
to your leads are ones that feel like
they're specifically written for them.
So, let's just recap really quickly what
we've covered. When you combine these
two together, you are not a box standard
agency owner or a box standard SaaS
owner, you become a marketing
diagnostician. That is a super fancy
word. I like it. Get it on your LinkedIn
profile ASAP. But that is completely
different. You are a consultant. You're
the one with the X-ray machine. And
because of that, you can charge so much
more as a surgeon than you can as the
man who sells the plasters. [music]
Secondly, it automates your lead
qualification. You're no longer chasing
people who have a problem that they're
not even aware of. The scorecard does
all of that heavy lifting for you. So,
now you can focus all of your valuable
time on people who have actually raised
their hand. They've said they have a
problem and they are ready to move
forward with a solution. And thirdly, it
creates a really great foot in the door
offer. The scorecard itself actually
becomes your lead magnet. So, instead of
just doing this really boring ebook,
which no one's going to download or no
one's going to read, instead, you're
going to offer them clarity. Now, you
can run ads to it if you want to. You
can put it in your email signature. You
could put a keyword automation in your
Instagram. Comment the word I have mine.
Comment the word clarity to get your
full AI and automation roadmap. There
are so many ways that you can share this
and this is the perfect top of funnel
tool to attract as many people as
possible, but then filter them out into
the right buckets. And finally, it makes
the sales so much easier. The
conversions with these things, with this
powerhouse combo, are so much higher
because, as I've said a million times,
it [music] feels like your offer was
specifically created for that person.
And when you get that connection, when
someone feels like, "This is exactly
what I need, that's when they are
motivated to move faster and also pay
more for that service because it feels
like it's a specialized offer. So, in a
nutshell, what we are doing is using
ScoreApp to diagnose the problem and
then HighLevel to deliver the cure. And
it turns the entire acquisition model on
its head from being this outbound, super
pushy, super salesy, like used car
salesman into a frictionless inbound
consultative one. And for me, that is
the future of selling services. So,
there you have it. That's the strategy.

about working smarter, and it's about
changing the frame of the conversation
from the very first interaction. So,
