hello I'm Linda 44 years old my life is
busier than most people could imagine
three kids three big dogs and one
husband my house is noisier than a

know Sedona it's a small city in Arizona
which is not too far just a short 30
minute drive the rocks in
Sedona they are taller than buildings
and redder than roses it all looks so
unreal every time I visit I feel like
I'm in the film The Martian with Matt
Damon you must see it and here's a
secret I found the quietest spot in
Sedona quieter than a library tourists
never go there I go up there look around
to make sure I'm alone and then I
scream just let it all out the stress
the anger all of it shouting there makes
me feel calmer than meditation all right
