Speedy is enhancing its business process management strategy by integrating a new platform, "Speedy Connect," built on Microsoft technology, to improve operational efficiency, ensure process consistency, and elevate customer experience.

Business processes are the foundation for the way that we deliver customer value.
Whether we are hiring equipment, off- hiring equipment, moving equipment. Selling services,
selling sales. All of these are Core Business processes that add value to our customers and
that's why Process Management is so important to Speedy and our strategy.
About four years ago we started a process to upgrade our ERP system from Microsoft Dynamics
AX12 to Dynamic 365. One of the really important things for us was to be able to manage processes
and process compliance within our new system, because we have so many different ways of doing
things and so many different processes that we need to manage on a day-to-day basis. So
we chose Mavim primarily because it's built on the Microsoft Technology stack. A lot of
the technology we use internally; things like Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint,
Excel. All of those things are built on the same technology. Even our ERP of Microsoft Dynamic 365
is on the same technology. Things like we're going to be building in the future Power-BI,
Power Platform all of these things will integrate seamlessly with the Mavim technology.
So we're going to relaunch Mavim in the new year and it's going to
be called Speedy connect. The reason that it's called that is that we want
to connect our business processes, our people and our systems all together.
One of the really exciting features about Speedy connect is our ability to integrate
with the Microsoft Technologies like Copilot. Using the generative AI to really just ask
questions and get value straight out of the system. With process mining
just to be able to ask the questions; where are the bottlenecks? Where are
the problems of this process? Just ask the questions and get the response instantly.
Process consistency is fundamental to our success. We need to provide the same high quality service
throughout all of our locations no matter where our customers go. Speedy Connect is important to
our colleagues in the operations Network and our hire desk. It provides a clear understanding of
our systems with a direct link to D365 providing our colleagues with clear processes. Meaning less
errors and an overall Improvement to our systems providing an overall better customer experience.
So process effectiveness in Speedy is really important that we follow this
and monitor it to work out how efficient we can be going forward. Speedy Connect
has really helped us understand where we fall short in our processes and address
the key areas to make us more efficient. And with data mining technology allows
us to look at the bottlenecks and really address them and make us more effective.
