0:02 what if in this lifetime you can achieve
0:03 everything that you ever wanted but you
0:04 didn't even reach for it because you
0:06 didn't even try my video has found you
0:08 just in time for you to start because
0:10 what you are is what you do I want you
0:12 to level up so high that you have to
0:14 reintroduce yourself but I also need to
0:16 warn you once you become this new ideal
0:18 version of yourself you can't slip up
0:20 you cannot afford to go back to your old
0:22 self so let's stop wasting time I'm
0:23 going to get straight into it you're
0:25 going to want to work in silence so that
0:27 your success is the Noise by the time
0:28 you're done implementing all the
0:29 concepts in this video you're going to
0:30 shock everything one you're even going
0:32 to shock yourself but don't be too
0:34 surprised when that happens because you
0:36 deserve it basically what's going to
0:37 happen is you're going to stay very
0:39 low-key for a bit you're going to set
0:41 some time aside during this 90 days to
0:43 work on yourself and I mean really work
0:44 on yourself which inevitably you're
0:45 going to improve and then you're going
0:48 to come back and become unrecognizable
0:50 but in the meantime as you grow in
0:53 silence let people talk let them wonder
0:54 about what you're up to because they
0:56 have no idea what your plans are and
0:58 honestly that's for the best you don't
0:59 need anyone else's opinion about this or
1:02 have anyone doubt you or question you in
1:04 sunzu The Art of War this is exactly how
1:07 you sneak up on the enemy to win the war
1:08 because you're not giving them
1:10 intelligence keep that to yourself I
1:12 don't know your life but let's just
1:14 pretend that the enemy refers to
1:16 everyone that gets in your way of your
1:18 own self-improvement Journey don't tell
1:20 anyone your plans and stay lowkey about
1:22 it so you can come booming down like a
1:24 lightning strike and come up on top and
1:26 win I'm going to teach you the exact
1:28 90-day plan that I follow to crawl all
1:30 of my rock bottom and find success in
1:32 the best version of myself so last year
1:35 I went from an absolute mess in my rock
1:37 bottom to becoming a very disciplined
1:38 and productive person in only a few
1:40 months but I was in the dumps I was
1:42 going to bed at 8:00 a.m. waking up at
1:44 400 p.m. I was binge watching Tik Tok
1:46 eating junk food and basically I was
1:48 wasting my time and my life away it
1:50 wasn't a sustainable way for me to live
1:53 so I knew that something had to change
1:55 one of the first things that I started
1:57 with was changing my diet and any kind
1:58 of change is always the hardest in the
2:00 beginning so one way to make habits
2:02 thick is to make it as easy for yourself
2:04 as possible and one of the ways that I
2:05 make it easier on myself so I can focus
2:07 on me is with a food delivery service

3:12 hellofresh for sponsoring this video and
3:13 if anybody around you has called you a
3:16 weirdo or Spazzy or obnoxious or
3:17 anything similar to that those people
3:19 definitely don't matter they definitely
3:21 don't deserve your energy and they're
3:22 going to keep putting you down
3:24 regardless of anything that you do about
3:26 it I promise and by the way if those are
3:28 the same words that you use to describe
3:30 yourself try to speak more kindly
3:31 towards yourself which I'm going to
3:33 explain why in a bit and maybe put a
3:35 positive spin on it like for example I
3:38 may be loud but I'm also easy to talk to
3:40 and people find me comforting or I may
3:42 be high energy but I'm the life of the
3:44 party or even I may be shy but I'm very
3:46 observant and I'm very self-aware I
3:48 think that when you finally find a
3:49 confidence out of your own Rebrand and
3:51 being more comfortable with yourself and
3:53 also generally becoming a more positive
3:55 and less serious person that's what
3:57 really helped me level up if you are
3:59 comfortable with who you are people will
4:01 definitely know this and appreciate that
4:03 Rebrand okay let's start with my biggest
4:05 and most important chapter and this is
4:07 the key to become so secure in life and
4:08 everything that you do you don't even
4:11 need to Rebrand so much as expanding
4:12 your current brand it depends on who you
4:15 want to become so you own the things you
4:17 cannot change but always look to improve
4:20 it's like how Apple sold computers and
4:21 then they added smartphones and then
4:24 tablets and watches and AI or whatever
4:26 they don't need to change who they are
4:28 completely just to sell new products
4:30 they're still Apple they use their same
4:32 brand and design identity but then they
4:34 also expand on it they're creating their
4:37 own universe so create a universe of you
4:39 become your ideal version of yourself
4:41 and think deeply about what that looks
4:44 like and then visualize it to your best
4:46 ability because your entire reality
4:49 hinges on this so ignore your current 3D
4:51 World for a second because this is the
4:52 ideal world that you're going to be
4:54 creating for yourself your
4:57 interpretation of life is a projection
5:00 of your self concept so make it a really
5:02 good one and then forget about taking
5:04 action for now we're going to save that
5:07 for later focus on changing your beliefs
5:09 first from the deepest parts of yourself
5:11 people who are so concerned with taking
5:14 action non-stop they don't realize that
5:16 your belief system is way bigger than
5:19 taking action because it's how you see
5:21 your entire life so once your beliefs
5:23 change you're not going to feel like
5:25 there's anything else to do because you
5:27 see everything based off of the
5:29 self-concept that you've created the
5:32 keyword here is to be it will always go
5:35 back to who you are being because at the
5:36 end of the day every single thing is
5:38 just the story that you've decided to
5:41 live and you are the source for that you
5:44 are the author of your own biography so
5:46 take this really seriously this is your
5:49 life to be or not to be this will make
5:51 it easier to dismiss any kind of lies
5:53 that people say about you or gossip when
5:55 you understand that you're the only
5:57 source and it's about forming your
5:59 identity only you have the truth about
6:01 yourself you and your reality are just
6:03 the result of what you have accepted as
6:06 the truth so once you set your beliefs
6:08 into stone everything else is going to
6:11 follow you don't wait for reality to
6:13 happen reality is waiting for you to
6:15 take the lead so understand that your
6:17 whole life is a projection of your
6:20 self-concept it's the foundational
6:21 beliefs that you interact with on a
6:23 daily basis meaning the way that you see
6:26 the world and that becomes your entire
6:28 life when an aspect of your self-concept
6:31 changes your reality shifts and it
6:32 shifts immediately because your views
6:34 about everything is going to change for
6:36 example an insecure person interprets
6:38 everything in an insecure way and that
6:41 identity creates even more insecurity
6:42 and since this is how they view
6:44 themselves the assumptions and thoughts
6:46 that go along with it is going to also
6:48 naturally happen and because they are
6:50 insecure they will say things that an
6:52 insecure person will say and they will
6:54 do things and an insecure person does
6:56 like for example I don't believe that
6:58 person deserves success I don't think I
7:00 deserve to have that kind of
7:02 relationship they will constantly
7:04 undermine themselves and also other
7:06 people around them and that's just the
7:10 end result of being an insecure person
7:11 if they change that part of themselves
7:13 and stop getting in their own way
7:15 constantly then they are going to stop
7:17 focusing on whether or not other people
7:19 deserve success or whether they think
7:20 that they deserve the best relationship
7:22 and those are just examples but you see
7:24 this everywhere with people that you
7:26 know change your self concept and your
7:29 views on everything will automatically
7:31 shift you're not gaining anything from
7:34 your own current physical reality you're
7:36 creating it constantly in real time by
7:38 your feelings by every single thing that
7:40 you think and what you believe and how
7:41 you feel about yourself but I have to
7:44 tell you something you can feel what you
7:46 feel but you don't have to accept it as
7:48 the truth shocking right I don't listen
7:51 to my feelings anymore I empathize with
7:53 it I understand it and I understand why
7:55 I feel the way that I feel but I don't
7:57 let it lead me and if I know that my
7:59 reality is what I've accepted as the
8:02 truth then I should only be focusing on
8:04 what I want to achieve and accept that
8:06 as the truth so tell me why do you keep
8:08 focusing on the things that you don't
8:09 want the only reason why it's still
8:11 there or whatever whether it's your
8:13 insecurity or your people pleasing
8:15 Behavior or the people around you is
8:17 because you keep validating it with your
8:19 thoughts and your awareness of the
8:21 situation this applies to every single
8:23 thing like for example in my video about
8:25 finding Financial Independence I notice
8:27 this one thing that keeps coming up with
8:28 a lot of people in the comments is that
8:31 they keep validating that lack mindset
8:33 for money saying things like I have to
8:35 work three jobs in order to secure food
8:38 for my family I cannot save money if I
8:40 don't make enough or you're wrong that
8:42 money is unlimited it's actually very
8:45 limited and rich people take everything
8:47 away from me like are you reading back
8:49 your own comments sometimes I just I
8:51 don't even want to waste energy my
8:53 energy continuing to explain something
8:56 that you're not going to want to undo in
8:58 your head because unfortunately that's a
9:00 youu issue I'm just being honest if
9:02 you're not hearing what I'm saying why
9:03 are you even wasting time watching my
9:04 videos like I'm here to hopefully help
9:06 you realize things about yourself so
9:08 that's why I'm like this it's also crazy
9:10 to me how some of the most beautiful
9:12 people in the world have the most awful
9:13 self-concepts I don't mean just
9:15 physically I mean like the kindest
9:17 sweetest people in the world please just
9:19 like no more of this bad self-concept it
9:21 must be abolished right now like there's
9:23 no way that you're so cool and
9:25 interesting and pretty and funny and
9:27 creative and there's no one else like
9:29 you and yet you get so sad when someone
9:31 doesn't text you back and you think that
9:34 it's not a privilege to date you or to
9:36 be friends with you and you think that
9:37 if someone doesn't text you back within
9:39 a day that they don't like you I'm kind
9:41 of going into specific things here but
9:42 you need to realize this thing about the
9:45 physical world your physical reality is
9:47 created by both your past decisions as
9:49 well as your past circumstances things
9:51 that happened to you things that you
9:53 decided to do but everything in it is
9:54 actually neutral it can't tell you
9:56 anything it can't validate you you can
9:58 create thoughts right now about it it
9:59 makes you think that it's telling you
10:01 something is giving or it's taking away
10:02 value from you but you are the only
10:04 person attaching a story to everything
10:06 your perception of the physical reality
10:09 is what gives it life it's 100%
10:11 dependent on you things show up the way
10:13 they do because of what you accepted as
10:15 the truth and when it comes to things
10:17 like manifestation that is all
10:20 imagination when you embody the state of
10:21 your wish already fulfilled you
10:24 instantly manifested your desire in your
10:25 imagination already and that's what
10:27 makes it real that's why there's no need
10:29 to convince yourself that you have it in
10:31 the physical reality when focusing on
10:33 your imagination is what it's going to
10:35 take you to your goals if you have it in
10:37 your imagination the physical world will
10:39 bend to you it will reflect everything
10:42 back to you and the irony is that the 3D
10:44 realm your physical reality is going to
10:45 start giving you everything that you
10:48 want instantly the second that you stop
10:51 focusing on your current reality and
10:52 that includes all of your negative selft
10:54 talk like I don't deserve this I'm not
10:56 good enough for this I'm not whatever
10:58 enough yes you are so before we even
11:00 talk about this discipline don't ever be
11:02 afraid to start anything there's no
11:04 reason to be afraid because nobody will
11:05 ever say all the right things to the
11:07 right people everyone has said something
11:09 very embarrassing and it's better to say
11:11 something than nothing at all everyone
11:13 has made mistakes and that shouldn't
11:15 scare you into becoming a Hermit and not
11:17 do anything with your life take
11:19 calculated chances meaning that with
11:20 anything that you do make sure that all
11:22 the upsides are better than the
11:25 downsides and move on if you need to you
11:27 will know in your heart if you will
11:29 regret it if you didn't take that chance
11:30 on your yourself life is too short you
11:32 guys there is really no reason to hold
11:34 back on anything and don't ever take
11:36 yourself too seriously be a bit
11:38 unserious the specific person that
11:40 you're so into for example is probably
11:42 just afraid of coming off awkward and as
11:43 nervous as you are and so much easier
11:45 set than done but just by putting
11:47 yourself out there and taking the first
11:49 step to do anything at all you're doing
11:51 way better than the other 90% of people
11:53 who are just too afraid to even try but
11:55 guys let's face it once you start you
11:57 need to have discipline and discipline
11:59 is all about the habit for performing
12:02 game that's really what it is discipline
12:03 is what's going to carry you through
12:05 even when you don't feel like it you are
12:07 the gamer and every time you choose
12:10 discipline you win that day and day by
12:12 day you build it up incrementally but
12:14 you can't have it if you don't mentally
12:17 and internally shift sometimes you just
12:18 have to stop feeling sorry for yourself
12:21 like whatever it is that you're lacking
12:23 everyone lacks something but so what
12:25 stop the victim mentality and actually
12:27 change in the inside so that you can
12:29 move on and focus on the discipline
12:31 aspect of it so after I read these two
12:32 books and they're called Atomic habits
12:34 and the slight Edge I was totally sold
12:37 on the idea of incremental progress It's
12:38 the only thing that has ever worked for
12:40 me and it makes sense forget about all
12:43 these magical Quantum leaps that solve
12:45 everything overnight the only overnight
12:48 solution is your self assumption your
12:50 self-concept that's the true Quantum
12:53 Leap everything else is just straight BS
12:55 if you're waiting for motivation to get
12:58 you started stop it it's too fickle
13:00 motivation can be good if it's there
13:01 already but it shouldn't be the entire
13:03 foundation of the habits that you're
13:06 creating because motivation doesn't last
13:08 and it definitely won't be there for you
13:10 every single day and when it's gone you
13:11 also lose all the habits that you buil
13:14 on top of it so build habits based on
13:16 discipline and willpower the key
13:17 distinction isn't telling yourself I'm
13:19 going to exercise for 30 minutes every
13:20 day because I want to be healthy but
13:22 rather it's saying I'm going to
13:24 discipline myself to work out every day
13:25 because that is simply who I am and
13:27 that's my purpose and because I have
13:30 purpose I also have enough willpower to
13:32 always be doing that whatever your goals
13:33 are make it so that the only way you
13:35 can't lose is if you don't do it even if
13:37 it's just doing one pushup a day make
13:40 your goals so achievable and so easy
13:42 that there's no way you can fail as long
13:44 as you try and you see progress some
13:45 might even say well doing one pushup
13:47 won't make a difference I mean maybe if
13:50 you only do it one time but the reality
13:52 is that you probably go beyond doing one
13:54 push-up so there's this one trick I
13:56 learned from Atomic habits is where if
13:57 you just put on sneakers to go to the
13:59 gym you will already have won half the
14:02 battle that alone will make you want to
14:03 be at the gym once you have the
14:05 willpower to get down the push-up stance
14:06 and complete one you will often find
14:08 yourself thinking well I can do another
14:10 one and I can do another one so you'll
14:12 probably exit your target which not only
14:13 will boost your confidence to do even
14:15 more but it will also give you a sense
14:16 of accomplishment if you remember
14:18 anything at all just remember the one
14:20 thing that I'm saying in this video You
14:22 Can't Fail unless you don't do it
14:24 there's no reason to be afraid of
14:26 failure like the most successful people
14:29 that we all know has failed harder than
14:30 anyone and guys I'll let you in on a
14:33 huge secret I'm a loser I lose a lot but
14:35 what matters is and the only thing that
14:38 matters is I win a lot more than I lose
14:39 and of course in this journey of
14:41 rebranding I'm also naturally very
14:43 interested as to how our brains can
14:45 affect our self-improvement most people
14:47 think that dopamine is the pleasure
14:49 chemical but it's really more about
14:51 wanting or the way that your body
14:53 creates that motivation and that all
14:55 becomes desire and it's well and good
14:57 but what if you can actually use that
14:59 dopamine to your advantage and the
15:00 achieve whatever your goals are it's
15:02 really simple imagine you have an animal
15:04 brain because you do make the things
15:06 that you want to do less of more
15:08 unappealing to you so you can get less
15:09 dopamine from it in fact try and find
15:11 ways to make yourself dislike doing
15:13 those things and then the things that
15:15 you want to do more of make yourself
15:17 love those things so that you can do
15:18 more of what you love and less of what
15:21 you hate the whole theory is easy but
15:22 there are a lot of things that we're
15:23 always doing some consciously that's
15:25 kind of getting us hooked on things like
15:27 social media being chronically online
15:29 things like that sustained exposure to
15:32 elevated dopamine levels is what happens
15:34 when you play a video game for 12 hours
15:36 which will lead you to fewer dopamine
15:39 receptors and those fewer receptors will
15:41 result in less motivation for you worse
15:44 concentration levels and decrease mental
15:46 sharpness and wittiness and quickness of
15:49 thought you literally become nummer
15:51 dumber and slower I remembered when I
15:53 was so addicted to video games I would
15:55 lock myself in my room for a week and 12
15:58 hours a day was like the minimum I was
16:00 also full falling behind on school I was
16:02 feeling hopeless and depressed all the
16:04 time and I was also so tired and so
16:06 drained all the time and it's like I
16:08 wonder why given that there's so many
16:10 activities and substances around us that
16:12 spike out dopamine levels to like
16:14 unnatural levels we need to become so
16:16 much more mindful of the things that
16:18 we're consuming and also our consumption
16:20 patterns the things that we eat the
16:22 things that we drink what we do about
16:25 time corporations and industries entire
16:28 Industries exploit this all the time to
16:30 keep you hooked on their products to
16:32 have you ivd in and become addicted like
16:34 I always say think about this monkey for
16:36 example this is the perfect illustration
16:39 of what I'm talking about rate his setup
16:41 go ahead because it's all about setups
16:43 we need to break out of this matrix it's
16:45 hard because our constant flow of
16:47 dopamine keeps us so comfortable and we
16:49 love Comforts right that's not the point
16:51 of this video if you want to Rebrand and
16:53 transform in 90 days and you have
16:54 something ruling over your life that's
16:57 slowing you down identify what that is
16:59 and then break his grip on you if you're
17:01 like oh no how do I do that change your
17:02 self-concept go back to the first
17:04 chapter of this video and then use your
17:05 discipline that's how you're going to
17:08 Rebrand limit the daily activities that
17:09 constantly flood your system with
17:11 dopamine but don't actually add more
17:13 value to your life in any kind of
17:15 meaningful way keeping yourself from
17:17 being bored and then doing nothing is
17:19 not really the kind of value ad that you
17:21 think it is for example I used to love
17:22 looking at Instagram memes all the time
17:25 my friends would like send me stuff and
17:26 I'll would be like looking at memes all
17:28 day like haha it's this you like really
17:30 what's the the point of that is that
17:32 really adding more value to my life
17:35 aside from like a quick haha you know
17:37 now I actually unfollowed most if not
17:38 all of those accounts because why do I
17:40 even care what is it adding to my life
17:43 is it worth it usually not tell those
17:45 friends sorry I got to focus if they
17:46 really care about you they're going to
17:48 be like oh okay you do you you know I
17:49 support that by doing baby steps like
17:51 this you're going to eventually get back
17:53 to a more natural balance of dopamine
17:55 receptors and making easier to focus on
17:57 other tasks like reading or learning to
17:59 play an instrument the things that
18:01 actually matter to you what if we
18:03 replace our dopamine addictions with
18:05 flow so flow is itself a form of
18:08 meditation where you're doing something
18:09 and you're so engrossed in it that you
18:11 spend hours passionately just working on
18:13 it and this could be a painting could
18:15 even be homework but you don't even want
18:17 to stop until you're done the concept of
18:19 flow is actually lifechanging when
18:21 you're in Flow State you're completely
18:23 so absorbed in whatever you're doing and
18:24 there's a book called flow the
18:26 psychology of optimal experience that
18:28 really drives home the importance of
18:30 having specific challenges for ourselves
18:32 that actually match our skill sets it
18:34 also helped me differentiate between
18:35 things like what's giving me pleasure
18:37 and what's actually giving me enjoyment
18:39 pleasure is very easy come easy go but
18:41 superficial and doesn't give us real
18:43 value hours of Doom scrolling for
18:45 example enjoyment on the other hand it
18:47 helps you grow it gives you Joy it gives
18:50 you purpose so these days I fill my days
18:52 with activities like reading and making
18:54 YouTube videos and working out and all
18:56 that can become my flow experience and
18:59 each day I do extremely basic bullet
19:00 journaling where I write down my goals
19:02 for the day and how I'm feeling so
19:04 bullet journaling is basically just like
19:06 writing down bullet points of how my day
19:08 went super simple but the magic happens
19:10 when I list all the positives and all
19:12 the negative activities that I've done
19:14 if I give it a basic color code like red
19:16 and green for example it lets me see at
19:17 a glance how my day went where I did
19:19 good where I slipped up what can I do
19:21 better there are a ton of journaling
19:22 apps out there that are free by the way
19:24 and the minute of journaling a day will
19:25 help you identify whether you're
19:27 trending towards progress or not so if
19:28 you're stuck in the Rut know that change
19:30 as possible you just need to become
19:31 aware of what you're doing and it
19:32 doesn't even need to be overwhelming and
19:33 you can make it as simple as you want
19:35 you can even use a Notes app you can use
19:37 a physical Journal if you work on small
19:39 steps consistently it can take you very
19:41 far eventually but if you have no
19:43 willpower or even the slight motivation
19:45 to get even started and get going you
19:47 literally cannot have discipline when
19:49 people say have discipline it means to
19:51 like have the mindset that even when
19:53 things are uncomfortable or they suck
19:54 just continuing to go through the
19:56 motions and do the action anyway and
19:58 stick to the plan the issue with this is
20:00 that usually it requires a bit of
20:02 incentive to keep going that's kind of
20:03 one downside of it and hopefully you can
20:05 relate to this like I remember when I
20:07 used to have chronic depression and I
20:08 went from someone who was extremely
20:10 disciplined like I would be somebody who
20:12 would R miss a workout into becoming a
20:14 person that literally would have zero
20:16 motivation or absolutely no willpower to
20:18 even get out of bed in the morning and I
20:20 had zero incentive or motivation or
20:22 ability to move forward despite how many
20:24 be more disciplined quotes or running
20:26 through my head and this is why this
20:28 advice doesn't work universally and you
20:30 really need to find out what works for
20:32 you or why a certain thing doesn't work
20:34 for you find out why that is because for
20:37 a person who is severely and chronically
20:39 depressed just saying become more
20:41 disciplined might not always work for
20:42 you there's always underlying
20:44 neurobiochemical and structural changes
20:46 that will happen to your brain
20:47 especially when you're under depression
20:49 and the severity of it can vary very
20:50 drastically depending on your own
20:53 individual biology and all of that which
20:55 can in some instances quite literally
20:57 prevent you from having any ability to
20:59 be disciplined so this advice is nice
21:01 and will likely work for a lot of people
21:02 but generally I realize that something
21:04 like this will not work for everyone and
21:07 the fact that reality is very nuance and
21:08 things are generally a bit more
21:10 complicated than just catchy onliners
21:12 and self-help advice and yeah I also
21:14 think that a lot of people who have
21:16 never been depressed before have no idea
21:18 what it's like to have zero motivation
21:20 or zero you know ability to become
21:23 disciplined and in those cases it's so
21:25 individualized that quite honestly the
21:27 best thing you can do is to just get
21:28 professional medical and mental health
21:30 help I know it sounds cliche but it's
21:32 cliche for a reason that's what they're
21:35 there for the strategies the medication
21:36 therapies and all the medical
21:38 interventions they're required to tackle
21:40 each person's situation at that level
21:42 are so nuanced and so individualized
21:44 that a lot of generalized advice may not
21:46 be helpful or accurate or applicable or
21:48 even detailed enough to address them
21:50 there is a thing from Atomic habits what
21:52 they say to show up on the bad days
21:53 let's just say that you have an
21:55 existential crisis for example or
21:56 depression and all you want to do is as
21:58 sleep and do nothing do you think that
22:01 people can go on with willpower in that
22:04 case I disagree personally discipline is
22:05 what I really have to rely on when my
22:07 motivation is flagging and any type of
22:10 sudden changes won't last forever it
22:12 really needs to be built on momentum and
22:14 purpose and the secret to getting that
22:16 momentum is to have patience and to be
22:18 kinder to yourself always remember you
22:20 are a human being you're not a machine
22:22 every day will look different for you
22:25 and your best is going to look different
22:27 every day some days if I go for a walk
22:28 around the block and I say to myself
22:30 that's the best I can do for now that's
22:33 the best I can do no state is ever
22:35 permanent including all the bad States
22:36 including the depression and all that
22:38 but the real way to work towards your
22:40 goals and do that rebranding is by
22:43 forming habits through discipline it can
22:45 be hard I know but it's very worth it
22:47 it's worth everything because the
22:49 difference is motivation says I'm really
22:51 feeling this right now so I'm going to
22:53 do it and I feel inspired to go after it
22:55 but discipline says I'm not feeling this
22:58 right now but I still want whatever this
23:00 is I'm going to keep pursuing it and I'm
23:02 going to do it anyways despite how I
23:03 feel with discipline you ignore your
23:05 feelings about anything and you ignore
23:07 how you feel and whether you can get up
23:09 in the morning yeah I mean becoming
23:11 disciplined requires a total shift in
23:13 mindset before anything else personally
23:15 for me learning psychology and
23:17 philosophy help me understand why I need
23:18 to be disciplined and get all of my is
23:20 together you need to break the cycle
23:22 especially if you're going through
23:24 depression or trauma you need to break
23:26 that cycle and the first step is
23:28 realizing and doing the inner work and
23:30 if you can't do it at least try to fake
23:33 it till you make it at least try it's a
23:34 new study that actually shows that
23:37 babies learn to imitate others because
23:39 they themselves are imitated the more a
23:41 mother is sensitive and empathetic to
23:43 the baby and imitates and mirrors her
23:45 six-month-old child for example the
23:48 greater that child's ability at age 18
23:50 months to be able to learn to imitate
23:53 others so imitation is the start of the
23:55 cultural process towards becoming more
23:58 human isn't that so interesting I
23:59 mentioned the this in a lot of my videos
24:01 but always seek to have role models in
24:03 your life even if they're not literally
24:05 in your life and learn to imitate any
24:07 aspect of what you like about them so
24:09 that you can give yourself the first
24:10 push to expand on yourself and
24:12 eventually reach that rebranding moment
24:14 that you're aiming for so guys I'm
24:16 hoping that a combination of all of
24:17 these tips and all of these knowledge
24:19 I'm passing on to you can help you in
24:21 your rebranding Journey because really
24:23 at the end of the day it is all about
24:26 what you want and getting the motivation
24:28 and the focus and the discipline to
24:30 starts as well as the knowledge of what
24:31 all of these things mean and what the
24:33 difference is between all of these words
24:35 right anyways I wish you guys all the
24:37 best and restarting your journey of
24:40 building a new self-concept for yourself
24:42 and as and as always I appreciate you
24:46 all and I'll see you in the next video [Music]
