0:13 salutations and greetings ego hackers my
0:15 name is Ben and welcome to today's video
0:17 where we're going to be discussing the
0:21 ESTJ the judicator estjs are past
0:22 focused Duty based types who value
0:25 security routine and achievement they
0:27 tend to choose safe careers that others
0:28 approve of which offer a guaranteed
0:31 payoff no matter how long it takes
0:33 usually geared toward Faith religious or
0:35 otherwise and high tolerance for
0:37 difficult work they strive tirelessly
0:39 for security and order they search for
0:41 positions relationships and Pursuits
0:43 that increase their status as they wish
0:44 to become authorities who dictate
0:46 standards and seek to give others a
0:48 better future examples of famous estjs
0:51 include Brad Pit Elizabeth olssen Henry
0:55 caval Tulsi gabard and Jeff Bezos as
0:58 with all types the SJ lies at an
0:59 intersection between one inter
1:02 interaction style and one temperament
1:03 they have the structure interaction
1:05 style meaning that they are direct
1:08 initiating it outcome and the guardian
1:10 SJ temperament meaning that they are
1:13 concrete affiliative and systematic
1:15 direct means that they say what they
1:17 mean and mean what they say and prefer
1:19 to choose their role in a conversation
1:21 estjs are sparse with their language and
1:23 usually prefer short and clear
1:25 communication initiating means that they
1:27 prefer to go to other people and start
1:28 conversations rather than let people
1:30 come to them they're more comfortable
1:32 creating interactions than responding to
1:34 them and outcome when it comes to
1:37 relationships work or play estjs prefer
1:39 to make a plan before acting as opposed
1:41 to jumping into action and letting the
1:43 plan reveal itself This Is How They
1:46 control outcomes they are concrete
1:48 meaning they care more about what's real
1:50 and tested than the purely theoretical
1:52 however out of all the concrete types
1:54 estjs are more comfortable with the
1:56 abstract than other Guardians and
1:58 especially more so than The Artisans the
2:01 SP types some esjs can even become
2:03 philosophy professors esjs are
2:05 systematic and systematic types have a
2:07 variety of procedures for almost every
2:09 task they do systematic types are
2:11 focused on finding the absolute best way
2:13 to complete a task this can be as simple
2:14 as having a procedure to fill the
2:17 dishwasher to having a systematized
2:19 strategy for winning a court case and
2:21 estjs are affiliative they're most
2:23 comfortable when being interdependent
2:25 and part of a team they're focused on
2:27 doing what they believe is right less
2:29 developed ddjs can get swept up in what
2:31 Society thinks is right and they can
2:33 allow Society to dictate whatever truth
2:36 the ESTJ operates by the a cognitive
2:38 functions of the ESTJ extroverted
2:41 thinking hero te hero is very aware of
2:44 how they are perceived by others estjs
2:46 are naturally equipped to look the part
2:48 they're very concerned with their image
2:50 and their status around social groups
2:52 they're also very competent at gathering
2:54 information they can read research and
2:56 store a high volume of information
2:57 extroverted thinking understands what
3:00 other people think so ESTJ J can help
3:01 others refine their Thinking by giving
3:03 input and asking pointed questions to
3:06 sharpen others thinking te is also
3:08 rational meaning they justify an
3:09 intellectual position with reasoning
3:11 data and reference points as opposed to
3:14 Pure logical processing estjs developed
3:17 te Hero by dedicating time to reading
3:19 researching and Gathering a wide variety
3:21 of high quality reference points over
3:22 several topics and disciplines
3:25 introverted sensing parent SI parent is
3:27 all about endurance strength memory
3:30 comfort and my experience
3:32 SI parents are cautious and responsible
3:33 about what they allow themselves to
3:35 experience but their SI is also
3:38 extremely powerful allowing the ESTJ to
3:39 endure uncomfortable experiences for
3:42 long periods of time or persevere
3:43 through a journey such as seeking a
3:45 difficult degree from University when
3:47 they Embrace and develop their strength
3:49 they become more open to new experiences
3:52 and actively seek them esjs developed
3:53 their SI parent by committing to
3:55 becoming strong and reliable you'll see
3:57 a lot of esjs at the gym or in
3:59 endurance-based sports where they're
4:00 constantly testing and refining their
4:03 strength with their SI parents memory
4:04 combined with their te Heroes database
4:07 of information ejs can have one of the
4:08 best long-term memories out of all the
4:12 16 types exerted intuition child any
4:14 child is very innocent about giving
4:15 people what they want and providing
4:18 others with choices often regarded as
4:20 hard asses estjs are actually very
4:22 giving regarding others desires this
4:24 also means that estjs are hoping that
4:26 other people will want them they don't
4:28 care about what they want as long as
4:30 they are comfortable esjs are basically
4:32 down for anything a great way to make an
4:34 ESTJ loyal to you is to consistently
4:36 communicate how much you want them any
4:38 child also sees consequences though
4:40 their NE isn't as strong as the 4np
4:42 types they can become very good at
4:43 avoiding bad consequences when they
4:45 build up and store a lot of life
4:47 experience with their SI parent
4:49 introverted feeling inferior estjs walk
4:51 around afraid that they are unworthy
4:54 they're afraid that they are bad useless
4:55 and don't know how to properly weigh out
4:57 things they use external achievements
4:58 and status to validate that they're a
5:00 good and useful person the reason many
5:02 estjs seem shallow is because they're
5:04 afraid to look within and actually
5:06 determine what they think is good or bad
5:08 and true or false estjs often have an
5:10 overabundance of information with their
5:12 te hero they have to learn to use their
5:14 intermitted feeling inferior to weigh
5:16 out what information is good and worth
5:17 remembering and what information is
5:19 either wrong or trivial and can be let
5:23 go of introverted thinking Nemesis estjs
5:25 walk around worried that they're dumb
5:26 this is one reason they go out of their
5:28 way with their te hero to gather as many
5:30 reference points and conduct as much
5:32 research as possible estjs like to
5:34 surround themselves with ti users
5:37 especially stps and nfjs who are more
5:38 equipped to process the information The
5:42 estjs Have and the stps and nfjs love
5:43 all the input and research that the
5:45 estjs have at their fingertips and they
5:47 can refine each other's thinking
5:49 immature estjs don't verify their
5:51 research they don't process the
5:53 information they have and instead rely
5:55 on the he said she said technique as a
5:57 substitute for accuracy if someone
6:00 important said it it must be true wrong
6:03 why Z sjs comb through information to
6:05 verify its accuracy and utility
6:08 extroverted sensing critic SC critic is
6:10 very critical of other people's
6:12 appearance Fitness fashion and
6:14 performance it is also internalized by
6:17 the ESTJ through SI parent making the
6:19 esj seek an attractive appearance
6:21 impressive Fitness excellent performance
6:24 Etc even though the ESTJ is an SI user
6:26 SEC critic still makes them care a lot
6:27 about how they come across to other
6:30 people SEC critic leads the ESTJ to keep
6:33 things neat they often have neat homes
6:35 neat workspaces and neat environments
6:37 they're driven by a compulsion to keep
6:39 things orderly around them if you can't
6:41 match this orderliness or demonstrate
6:43 that you even care about the experience
6:45 you give off it'll be hard for an ESTJ
6:47 to respect you introverted intuition
6:50 trickster estjs have no idea what they
6:53 want ni trickster tells the ESTJ I could
6:55 want anything this means the ESTJ thinks
6:57 they know what they want they think they
6:58 know where their future is going but
6:59 they really have no clue
7:01 one reason any child is so innocent and
7:03 tireless about giving other people what
7:05 they want is because the ESTJ Z
7:08 trickster has no idea what it wants Be
7:09 watchful for your ESTJ when they make
7:12 decisions for their future by themselves
7:14 especially with things like buying a car
7:17 house or marrying somebody if you think
7:19 they should want something else tell
7:21 them they could probably use your help
7:23 extroverted feeling demon Fe as a
7:25 standalone function cares about fairness
7:27 and compassion but when slotted in the
7:30 demon it becomes demonic the demon is
7:32 where a types hate resentment bitterness
7:35 and repression lie Fe demon comes out
7:38 when the ESTJ is fi inferior is attacked
7:40 Fe demon dehumanizes others it's as if
7:43 the FI inferior and Fe demon are saying
7:45 if I don't get to feel valuable then no
7:48 one gets to feel valuable Fe demon takes
7:51 on the quality of demonic fairness where
7:54 every human being is reduced fairly to
7:56 an object think of Harvey Dent after he
7:58 falls in the Dark Knight the value of
8:00 human life is left to chance watch out
8:02 for Fe demon and don't stomp on the FI
8:05 inferior unless absolutely necessary
8:06 there are often bad consequences on the
8:08 other side of triggering anyone's
8:10 inferior with respect to the four sides
8:13 of the Mind the ESTJ ego has infp
8:17 subconscious istp unconscious and ENFJ
8:19 super ego a closer look into each of
8:21 these will reveal their path to growth
8:24 in maturity so in the ego the biggest
8:26 source of their maturity comes from the
8:28 parent function as is the case with all
8:30 types for DJ is developing their
8:32 strength physically and mentally their
8:34 capacity for endurance persevering
8:36 through tasks and being reliable in
8:37 fulfilling their Duty that is the
8:38 fastest way for them to build
8:40 responsibility and therefore maturity
8:42 others look to estjs to be an example of
8:45 orderliness discipline and at times
8:47 leadership a developed SI parent is
8:49 essential for an ESTJ to become
8:51 respected and respectable infb
8:53 subconscious reveals the estjs path to
8:55 happiness the subconscious for all types
8:57 is our Pathway to happiness when we
8:59 break through the fear of our inferior
9:00 it becomes aspirational and we become
9:02 strong and capable where we were
9:04 previously weak and Afraid the ESTJ is
9:06 on a journey to discover their own Worth
9:08 to stand for the principles they hold as
9:10 convictions and find their authentic
9:11 voice which leads to genuine
9:13 self-expression they want to become
9:15 moral philosophers and Educators within
9:17 their infp subconscious they want to
9:19 share their philosophy with others this
9:21 development can take on many forms from
9:24 writing to music painting and acting to
9:26 certain uses of Athletics religious
9:27 studies and a variety of academic
9:30 Pursuits yes s need to let go of their
9:33 te Heroes obsession with looking good
9:35 and instead actually become good by
9:37 embodying the values that their fi
9:39 inferior has carefully weighed out the
9:42 irony is that in the long run if they
9:44 Place their values over their status
9:45 they will actually gain more status at
9:48 the end of the day istp unconscious or
9:51 Shadow reveals the estjs path to wisdom
9:54 so the ESTJ can become wise through
9:56 developing their istp subconscious the
9:59 Gateway is TI Nemesis using t Nemesis to
10:01 become TI Ally the ESTJ accepts that
10:03 they don't feel smart and realizes that
10:05 their thinking isn't always thorough TI
10:07 Nemesis and its underdeveloped form
10:09 often rushes to conclusions or avoids
10:12 logical processing altogether TI Ally
10:14 frees estjs to become independent
10:16 thinkers where they aren't imprisoned by
10:18 what others think or the mere pursuit of
10:21 their status TI Ally is made evident
10:23 when the ESTJ stands up for the truth
10:25 regardless of what the other people
10:27 around them think the istj's wisdom also
10:29 lies in the development of ESS critics
10:31 where they become very wise about
10:32 performance and appearance but more
10:35 importantly about how and when and how
10:38 much pressure to apply to others ESS
10:39 critic through the istp shadow can make
10:43 others very very very strong when
10:46 utilized in a wise manner ENFJ super ego
10:49 reveals the estjs path to love so the
10:52 ENFJ super ego led by Fe demon starts
10:54 out hateful about the worth and Humanity
10:57 of other people over time as the ESTJ
10:58 begins to realize that the reason they
11:00 feel bad bad about themselves through fi
11:03 inferior is because they treat other
11:05 people like numbers they can start to
11:08 develop Fe demon to become Effy Angel
11:10 and learn not only to tolerate but to
11:12 embrace the humanity of others ENFJ
11:14 super ego in its Angelic form is one of
11:17 the purest expressions of compassion
11:18 capable of a human being psychologically
11:21 speaking but developing Fe demon into an
11:23 angel can take a lifetime but it starts
11:24 with acknowledging the importance of the
11:27 demon to learn more about how to develop
11:29 your demon and experience a deep dive
11:31 into the tools to master your demon
11:33 check out season 29 in the membership
11:36 portal at CS joseph. lifee estjs have a
11:38 bad reputation within the mbti community
11:41 and most personality spheres most of it
11:42 is because people don't understand them
11:45 estjs can be bossy know it alls and hard
11:47 asses sure but they're also deeply
11:49 sensitive people who constantly worry
11:51 about their own worth as a human being
11:52 they feel incomplete without their
11:54 status achievements and trophies but if
11:56 they are honest with themselves no
11:58 achievement or position fills them up
11:59 for very long
12:01 the best estjs come to recognize that
12:03 they don't need achievements to be a
12:06 worthy human in fact their deepest
12:08 Humanity lies behind the confrontation
12:10 of their vulnerability as with all the
12:13 16 types the fact is that the ESTJ has
12:14 the potential to become remarkably
12:16 Humane if you enjoyed this video be sure
