0:39 the more you indulge in fatty foods, in
0:42 his opinion, the more fatty foods you're
0:45 going to crave. And after his logic,
0:47 it's just going to lead to weight gain.
0:50 So I believe there is truly no escape
0:53 from for him uh from veganism because
0:56 for me the moment I u quit seed oil
0:59 products as a vegan I started craving
1:02 eggs and I I went and bought eggs well
1:04 not really in the moment cuz you know I
1:06 still tried to stay so-called discipline
1:09 as well but after few weeks not few
1:12 weeks maybe months I I have no no clue
1:14 how much time it was it was long ago I
1:16 went to the store and bought the eggs

1:22 fat like crazy. You crave raw fish cuz
1:24 yeah, you just had sushi, vegan sushi,

1:36 what are you eating nowadays? You said
1:39 you have juice, sugar, sugar, water,
1:43 rice, bread, potatoes with legumes and sodium,

1:54 high carb, lowfat vegans are just liars
1:58 because they do eat oily foods. I mean

2:06 where you're having vegan sushi. So, why
2:08 don't you mention that? Are you like
2:10 ashamed of yourself? Do you feel like
2:12 guilty for having some some type of oily
2:15 food just because you crave animal fat?

9:13 food. I eat exactly what I want and raw
9:17 meat and organs and raw cheeses and raw
9:20 eggs or the best type of foods I can
9:22 find. There's there's nothing else to
9:24 eat. If I would want a pizza, I would
9:26 order a pizza right now. But why would I
9:29 order a pizza that is going to have some
9:32 type of pasteurized pasteurized dairy
9:34 cheese on top or whatever when I can
9:37 just eat the best type of cheese that I
9:39 can find and the fourth. So yeah, bro
9:41 doesn't even know that pizza is a scam.

10:32 me that you're having vegan sushi. Okay,
10:35 if it has avocado or don't come here
10:37 that that that you you are having vegan
10:40 sushi with just cucumber and carrots.
10:42 But yeah, that cuz cuz that would be
10:45 like a waste of money cuz you could just
10:47 make that at home instead of u
10:49 overpaying for it. You could just have
10:53 some rice, carrots, and whatever low-fat
10:56 veggies instead of buying some small
10:59 overpriced sushi. Veganism is just so sad.
