1:37 resellers online social media reselling
1:39 tickets reselling VIP tickets so when
1:41 the tickets are resold you would have
1:43 thought that a ticket would be you can
1:45 only use it once yeah but this would
1:48 suggest that the technology isn't
1:49 working so people are reselling one
1:51 ticket three four five times people are
1:53 reselling tickets over and over again
1:56 trying to make money not realizing it's
1:59 unsafe we approached the O2 for a
2:01 comment they haven't responded to us
2:03 although the security firm have said
2:05 they're working with the authorities to
2:08 provide any information needed there may
2:10 also have been people who just chanced
2:13 it and pushed in the security clearly
2:15 failed it I don't want to speculate
2:16 until we actually know what those
2:18 arrangements were and if they were
2:20 adequate we have gone through a lot of
2:22 these things that we've shown our
2:23 constant resilience and this is a point
2:25 again where we have to come together and
2:27 pull food together
