1:23 water. It barely dissolves. Imagine you
1:25 can't even swallow that. How are you
1:27 going to swallow cocoa powder? Or don't
1:30 not not even mention to trying to to
1:33 bite into a raw cocoa fruit. I'm going
1:36 to leave a link of a video where a kid
1:39 tries some cocoa powder cuz I don't want
1:41 to put that in my video. Anyway, I could
1:44 make a long video how cocoa powder is
1:47 toxic. It has heavy metals inside that
1:50 are clearly bad for you. And chocolate
1:52 for the first time when it was
1:54 introduced, it was introduced as a
1:57 medicine. But the patients and the
2:00 doctors liked the taste of u of
2:02 chocolate. So they placed it in grocery
2:05 stores. But chocolate is not cocoa
2:08 powder because you use basically animal
2:11 products like animal fat, lactose, and
2:14 all the good things that milk has. and
2:17 adding sugar and flavor enhancers and
2:19 who knows what feeling, strawberry
2:22 filling or whatever. And that completely
2:26 changes up the the toxicity feeling of
2:28 cocoa powder. You're no longer eating
2:30 cocoa powder. You're basically eating
2:33 like a like a milk thing that was
2:36 seasoned with cocoa powder to give it
2:38 some type of so-called interesting
2:41 taste. Yes, dark chocolate with 80%
2:44 cocoa powder or 95% cocoa powder is out
2:48 there in the market, but still it has
2:50 sugar inside. Now, if there is something
2:54 like a 100% cocoa powder, chocolate bar
2:56 or whatever, and they added some type of
2:59 chemical to make it look like it's a
3:01 chocolate bar or whatever. And there's
3:03 zero sugar, zero milk inside. And you're
3:06 saying how good it is and how tasty it
3:08 is. Even then, you would eat just a few
3:12 pieces of it. You wouldn't eat like bar
3:14 like bars of chocolate after bars of
3:16 chocolate just like you would do it with
3:18 a milk chocolate. Even a milk chocolate,
3:20 I don't know, man. It to me it's it
3:22 tastes kind of disgusting. Anyway, I'm
3:25 not going to make a long video how bad
3:28 it is for you to eat chocolate cuz
3:30 seeing something it's not the same as
3:33 feeling it. And once you eat our natural
3:35 food, you have some nice raw liver from
3:38 a healthy animal, your perception of
3:41 reality changes. And try some chocolate
3:44 after some nice raw liver, some nice raw
3:47 milk, and have some nice sweet citrus
3:49 fruit like a blood orange. I'm telling
3:51 you, the chocolate is going to taste so
3:54 bad. And it won't just taste bad. It it
3:57 also going to look disgusting. At least
3:59 this is my reality. Like I I'm not going
4:01 to buy chocolate ever again. That's
4:03 100%. If I would have to rate
4:07 chocolates, everything with cocoa powder
4:09 can just go to garbage. Like the brown
4:11 chocolates. And the best chocolates
4:14 would be the white ones. Especially the
4:17 ones that have more milk inside. Like
4:19 it's made out of more milk. Like the
4:21 ratio of the milk is higher. You know,
4:23 yes, some of it is going to have cocoa
4:26 butter, but that's not the same. And I'm
4:27 not saying that that is hurting the
4:29 cocoa butter. And maybe it's going to
4:32 have like soy lectins or I don't know
4:34 what else to make it more thicker or
4:36 more crumbly or give it like a flavor
4:39 enhancer. But anyway, if you would make
4:42 it at home like some dehydrated
4:45 milk powder or I don't know what else
4:48 and maybe whey protein and add some
4:51 sugar or some nice honey to it and just
4:54 make it into a like a chocolate bar or
4:56 something. I I would say that's that's
4:59 pretty solid. But but I'm just not a fan
5:01 of pasteurized dairy overall. My point
5:03 is that once you would remove all this
5:07 that that good things from from from
5:09 chocolate, it just wouldn't taste as
5:11 good. Even something like a like a
5:14 martyan bar, you know, it's like it's
5:16 basically some almond paste or whatever
5:19 and it's with sugar and and vanilla
5:21 extract and it has like chocolate on on
5:24 top. The moment you remove sugar, it it
5:26 just doesn't taste the same. Anyway,
5:27 back to white chocolate. The reason why
5:30 I placed it number one, it's because it
5:32 almost tastes like you're eating animal
5:35 fat because of high ratio of milk and no
5:38 toxic powders from a toxic fruit. But
5:40 but like I said, it's impossible for me
5:42 to explain it. You you need to
5:44 experience that you have some natural
5:46 food and after that you have some
5:48 chocolate. And normally you would you
5:51 would have to be able to just walk away
5:54 from chocolate without missing it even a
5:56 little bit. I think it's very difficult
5:58 to change to eating our natural diet
6:01 when you all you think about is all my
6:04 days now I just must eat muscle meat all
6:07 day and organs and I'm going to miss out
6:09 on chocolate. I I think you should just
6:11 just have everything have everything
6:13 that you crave just so you can do a
6:16 comparison in your your uh in your mind.

6:21 to cut out chocolate but secretly I'm
6:23 missing it and I'm craving it and when I
6:25 see someone eating chocolate I'm I I
6:28 feel envy or something. It's easy to
6:30 walk away from chocolate when you live
6:32 in a reality like I do. That's the
