0:29 [Music]
0:38 video okay we're back at the computer
0:41 here I uh played for you because I can't
0:43 get anybody to come hear me play I don't
0:45 play that well so I tricked you into
0:46 thinking I was just going to answer a
0:49 Bible question I got to perform okay I
0:51 do that every morning evening and before
0:53 every meal I just really enjoy I've been
0:56 playing that about 6 months and so it's
0:58 it's lots of fun anybody can do it it's
1:00 not a sophisticated instrument so you
1:01 might want to get one of those called a
1:04 mountain douer if you like music and
1:07 can't play a real instrument uh okay
1:09 let's get into our subject how to lose
1:11 your forgiveness in the Kingdom of
1:13 Heaven now this is something that
1:15 troubles a lot of people it troubled me
1:18 when I was young and hadn't what wasn't
1:21 much of a Bible student like 17 18 years
1:24 old and uh I hear preachers preach
1:26 around it I thought man that's just not
1:28 what the Bible says and they would try
1:30 to make it sound like a a Christian
1:33 Bible Doctrine he speaks of delivering
1:35 him to the tormentors till he should pay
1:38 all that was due him so likewise shall
1:40 my heavenly father do also unto you if
1:43 from your hearts you forgive not every
1:45 one his brother their
1:49 trespasses now according to that if you
1:52 don't forgive other people God will not forgive
1:54 forgive
1:59 you now on face value you say well that
2:01 encourages us to forgive everybody yes
2:05 it does but have you forgiven
2:08 everyone throughout your life is there
2:14 forgiven according to this passage if
2:15 this is written to the church you'll
2:18 lose your salvation and be damned if you
2:21 haven't forgiven them now I'm so glad
2:24 this applies to the kingdom of heaven
2:27 not to the kingdom of God I'm not in the
2:29 Kingdom of Heaven you're not in the
2:30 Kingdom of Heaven
2:32 no one is in the Kingdom of Heaven as
2:36 ruled by heaven right now I am in the
2:38 kingdom of God so let's look at the
2:40 difference can a servant of the Kingdom
2:43 lose his forgiveness for failing to
2:47 forgive another this has been argued by
2:49 the church because they don't know the
2:50 difference between the kingdom of God
2:53 and the kingdom of heaven now the 12
2:56 Kingdom of Heaven parables in the Book
2:59 of Matthew every single one of them the
3:03 man man or the king the man doing the
3:06 initiating the actor the one at the top
3:09 is always God without exception and the
3:12 servants are always Israel the bride is
3:15 always the Church of Christ so let's
3:18 look at this Parable Jesus said
3:21 therefore is the kingdom of heaven like
3:24 unto a certain king that's God which
3:27 would take account that's a judgment of
3:30 his servants and that's Israel if you
3:33 depart there and think that's the church
3:35 then you're surely going to go astray on
3:37 this and when he'd begun to reckon one
3:39 was brought unto him which owed him
3:43 10,000 talents now that's money nothing
3:45 else but money that's like it's a weight
3:49 of gold a whole lot of weight of gold
3:51 but for as much as he had not to pay his
3:53 Lord commanded him to be
3:56 sold and his wife and children and all
4:01 that he had and payment to be made
4:04 now this is in a this is an illustration
4:06 Jesus is pulling out of current
4:09 circumstances in the social political
4:12 and judicial order of that day people
4:15 were familiar with this if you borrowed
4:17 money and didn't pay it
4:21 back you could be taken to court found
4:23 guilty cast into prison until the money
4:26 was paid there's similar laws to that in
4:29 the United States today if a if a man
4:31 doesn't pay his child support he's put
4:33 in prison most of the people I think in
4:36 prison are there for debtor prison for
4:38 not paying their child
4:40 support the servant therefore fell down
4:42 worshiped him saying Lord have patience
4:44 with me and I'll pay thee all then the
4:46 Lord of that servant was moved with
4:49 compassion and loosed him and forgave
4:54 him the debt so he he's not going to go
4:56 to get DT's prison but the same servant
4:58 went out and found one of his fellow
5:01 servants which owed him a 100
5:04 Pence and he laid hands on him and took
5:07 him by the throat saying pay me that
5:09 thou owest and his fellow servant fell
5:11 down at his feet besought him saying
5:12 have patience with me and I will pay
5:16 thee all and he would not but he went
5:18 and cast him into prison till he should
5:22 pay the debt so here's a man that owed a
5:25 lot of money more than he'd ever be able
5:28 to pay and that's during that day and
5:30 age and the master came and said now pay
5:33 me what you owe me and he said well I
5:35 don't have it to pay and he said well
5:37 okay I'll forgive you forgive you all of
5:42 it it's done slate WIP clean and then
5:44 the man went out to a man that owed him
5:48 20 bucks and said pay me what you owe me
5:51 he said no can't don't have it I'm broke
5:53 no food on the table nothing to feed the
5:56 wife and kids he said okay you're going
5:58 to the debtor's prison and he cast him
5:59 into prison so the torment ERS would
6:02 torment him until he paid what he was
6:04 owed a subject they were familiar with
6:07 now the question is in this Parable what
6:09 do all these things represent we know
6:11 that there's there's not going to be a
6:14 time when uh maybe not it could be in a
6:16 millennium when there's going to be a
6:19 Deb in prison and wife and children are
6:21 tormented because a man doesn't pay his
6:25 debts but this does have a message
6:27 either for the church or the kingdom of
6:30 heaven so let's see what it is so when
6:32 his fellow servants saw what was done
6:34 they were very sorry and came and told
6:37 unto their lord all that was done then
6:39 his Lord now this Lord would be like a
6:42 king with absolute Authority uh maybe
6:44 over a smaller District not over a
6:47 country but he would be a ruler and his
6:49 Lord after he had called him said unto
6:51 him oh thy Wicked servant I forgave thee
6:54 all the debt because thou desirest me
6:57 should us not thou also have had
6:59 compassion on thy fellow servant even
7:02 even as I had pity on thee and his Lord
7:04 was wroth and delivered him to the
7:06 tormenters till he should pay all that
7:11 was due unto him so likewise so here's
7:13 where he draws a spiritual application
7:15 from this carnal
7:18 illustration of events that were current
7:21 in their day and age so likewise shall
7:25 my heavenly father do also unto you if
7:27 you from your hearts forgive not
7:31 everyone his brother their trespasses
7:34 now what will the heavenly father do the
7:37 heavenly father forgives your
7:39 sins and then finds out that you won't
7:42 forgive others so the heavenly father
7:44 comes back and takes that forgiveness
7:47 away and cast you to the tormentors
7:50 which we know would is a representation
7:54 of Hell till you paid the uttermost
7:56 Farthing it's still kind of
7:59 strange so deliver him to the Tormentor
8:02 till he should pay what was due unto him
8:04 now you can get Purgatory out of that or
8:08 all kinds of things is it possible if
8:10 we're going to take this as applying to
8:13 the kingdom of God to the church is it possible
8:14 possible
8:17 that Christians who don't forgive others
8:20 will be cast into hell and stay there
8:23 until they've paid for their sin of not
8:26 forgiving the others and then they're
8:30 released if you take this as kingdom of
8:33 God Parable you got some real problems
8:35 and I can understand why some people
8:37 just put the Bible down and say I don't
8:39 understand it doesn't make any sense it
8:42 doesn't make any sense because in the
8:46 last 50 to 75 years the church has lost
8:48 contact with the difference between the
8:50 kingdom of God and the kingdom of heaven
8:53 they've started allegorizing it it
8:55 really began with the with Augustine way
8:57 back in the fifth century and then it
8:58 was filtered down through the Catholics
8:59 and the Puritans
9:03 and came down to us in modern times with
9:06 the so-called exegetical preaching that
9:09 allegorizes or spiritualizes the text
9:11 since God forgave you if you don't
9:12 forgive others he will take his
9:14 forgiveness away that subject has been
9:17 argued and debated and taught and
9:20 created confusion for nearly 2,000 years
9:23 but see Christ died for the
9:27 ungodly this is the Salvation that is
9:29 that I've got this my Sal is not based
9:32 on forgiving others Christ died for the
9:35 ungodly and it's through faith in his
9:39 blood that my sins have been washed away
9:41 once and for all forever and the blood
9:44 of Jesus Christ his son cleanses us from
9:48 all sin you see I deserve the torment
9:50 the debtor's prison the hell not just
9:54 for not forgiving people but I deserve
9:56 it for all manner of sin that I've
9:58 committed throughout my life and if I
10:00 were just judged and stood before God
10:04 right now and had to give an account for
10:07 the way I've lived my life the the whole
10:10 trial would last about 5 seconds and I'd
10:12 be cast into hell because I've done
10:15 nothing I am nothing I have nothing to
10:18 give God that would give me any place in
10:20 heaven so what happened Jesus came and
10:24 died in my place paid for all of my sin
10:26 and through that blood that was shed it
10:28 became a substitute for my blood being
10:32 shed he took my place in prison Isaiah
10:36 53 who was delivered for our offenes and
10:38 was raised again for our
10:41 justification so the righteousness of
10:45 God is now placed on me so when God sees
10:49 me he doesn't see my sin any longer he
10:52 sees the righteousness of Christ and as
10:55 to it being taken away if I don't
10:57 perform properly he said I'll be
10:59 merciful to their unrighteousness and
11:01 their sins and iniquities will I
11:06 remember no more and so nothing I can do
11:08 will cause God to remember those sins
11:11 that he's forever put away I give unto
11:12 them eternal life and they shall never
11:15 perish neither shall any man pluck them
11:17 out of my hand my Father which gave them
11:20 me is greater than all and no man is
11:23 able to pluck them out of my father's
11:26 hand so there's a contrast here between
11:29 the Kingdom of Heaven which will be
11:31 instituted during the millennial reign
11:34 of Christ at which time people were not
11:36 the people in the on the Earth at that
11:39 time will not be born again they'll not
11:41 be saved as you and are they'll not be
11:43 part of the body of Christ they'll be
11:45 like the uh saints were in the Old
11:49 Testament for a thousand years they can
11:50 be in God's favor through their
11:54 obedience and Faith or they can be cast
11:57 out of God's favor and damned if they
11:59 fail to continue in in faith and failed
12:02 to obedience so you might call it
12:04 salvation by works it's not really it's
12:07 still salvation by grace but that Grace
12:11 is bestowed upon those who believe and
12:13 remain faithful to God during that
12:15 thousand years and at the end of the
12:17 Thousand Years there'll be lots of
12:19 unregenerate people on the Earth uh
12:22 Revelation 20 through 22 that will be
12:25 cast out but those of us who are born
12:27 again will be in glorified bodies during
12:29 that Millennial reign of Christ
12:31 and though we'll be there during the
12:33 kingdom of heaven we will not be under
12:35 it we will be in the kingdom of God the
12:36 kingdom of Christ and at the end of the
12:39 Millennium it'll become the kingdom of
12:41 our Lord and his Christ the kingdom of
12:44 God forever the kingdom of the father so
12:48 uh this book that I wrote some time ago
12:51 and spent 30 years I don't know 40 years
12:54 spent my whole life really uh preparing
12:58 it goes into great detail and I go into
13:01 every Parable every use of the word
13:04 Kingdom and show clearly uh an
13:06 interpretation a Biblical interpretation
13:08 of all of those passages can you see
13:11 that right there uh it's it's easy to
13:12 understand but you have to apply
13:16 yourself to get it so I would suggest do
13:18 that and by the way those um those
13:19 pictures that I used in there came from
13:21 this this book right here the good and
13:25 evil it's in about 85 languages it's the
13:29 Bible story Illustrated for adults it's about
13:30 about
13:34 320 pages I think something like that
13:38 and uh so if you want to see that in but
13:40 you can get it online free too if you
13:41 want to read it just look up the good
13:43 and evil what is it look up good and
13:45 evil comic book good and evil comic book
13:47 and you can read it in any one of your
13:49 favorite 85 languages I don't know maybe
13:52 it's not that many in that how many we
13:55 got in that I think about 60 got about
13:57 60 you can read from or or you can share
14:00 it with the someone when you go in and
14:04 find someone speaking Indian and uh H
14:06 Hindi and you don't you can't
14:08 communicate with them hit your cell
14:12 phone show it to them they scan the code
14:13 and they've got it on their phone so
14:16 it's like a digital gospel track okay
14:18 that's all I'm going to go back and play
