0:01 So, in today's video, I'm going to tell
0:03 you some stuff that will either
0:05 infuriate you or liberate you. The
0:07 choice is yours because quite frankly,
0:09 most of you guys know how to work hard.
0:11 It's not like hard work is the reason
0:12 you're not where you want to be in life.
0:14 The reason you're not where you want to
0:15 be in life is because you don't
0:17 understand how to take time and just
0:20 squeeze everything out of it possible.
0:21 And this is what the top 1% of people
0:23 do. The top 1% of people can accomplish
0:24 more in 1 hour than it takes you 10
0:26 hours. And until you learn those same
0:29 abilities, you will forever be behind
0:31 them. And that, my friend, is exactly
0:32 what I'm going to reveal in today's
0:34 video. So, let's get into it. Now, this
0:36 leads us into our first point of
0:38 discussion. You see, there is someone
0:40 out there doing 10 times better than
0:42 you. Not because they're smarter than
0:44 you, but because they have learned to
0:47 say no more often. Let me explain. The
0:49 first secret of the ultra wealthy is
0:52 they are professionals at saying no.
0:55 They know how to say no to make space
0:57 for the few yeses, but those few yeses
0:59 are the reason they are in the position
1:01 that they are in. In the exact same way
1:03 that a garden becomes beautiful not by
1:05 planting everything, but by weeding out
1:07 what doesn't belong. You see, you guys
1:08 think that if you keep planting more and
1:10 more and more that you'll be successful,
1:12 but if you don't remove the weeds, well,
1:14 then none of what you are planting will
1:16 ever even come into fruition. You have
1:17 to remember that in life, you can have
1:19 anything you want, but you just can't
1:21 have everything you want. Let me repeat
1:22 that once again because I think a lot of
1:24 people really do misunderstand this. In
1:25 life, I'm being serious right now.
1:27 Anything you want, you can have it. But
1:29 you can't have everything you want. The
1:30 people you look up to the most,
1:32 including myself, we all have our
1:33 shortcomings. We all have areas of our
1:35 life where we're lacking, where maybe
1:36 we're not as strong at. And quite
1:38 simply, you have to pick your battles.
1:41 So, just like a gardener who prunes away
1:43 at the overgrowth, so that way only the
1:46 best flowers can thrive. So too do
1:48 productive people say no to good
1:50 opportunities so that way they have
1:51 space for the great ones. I forget who
1:53 said it but I read it 10 years ago. In
1:56 life, unless it's a yes, it's a no. And
1:58 what that means is you really don't have
2:00 to say yes to that many things. You know
2:02 when something is right for you. You can
2:03 feel it in your gut. But the biggest
2:04 shame in life is when you have things
2:07 that are absolute yeses, like home runs,
2:08 but you just have too much clutter in
2:10 your life. You've added too many things.
2:12 So that way you can't go all in on the
2:13 things that actually matter. Quite
2:16 simply, every yes is a seed. But if you
2:19 plant too many, your focus gets choked
2:21 by clutter. Let's imagine another very
2:24 visceral example. A sword is only sharp
2:26 because the blacksmith chips away at the
2:28 excess metal. That's the only reason it
2:29 commands the power that it does, by
2:32 removing excess, not by addition. And
2:34 because of that, a warrior doesn't win
2:36 battles by swinging wildly. A sharp
2:39 sword is the result of precision, not
2:41 excess. Similarly, your time and energy
2:44 gain cutting power when you say no to
2:46 unnecessary meetings, distractions, and
2:48 obligations. That gives you the space to
2:51 go all in on the yeses. You know, it's
2:52 funny. When I think about being more
2:54 productive, the first thing I think of
2:56 is what can I get rid of? What can I say
2:58 no to? And funnily enough, in my life,
3:00 the biggest seasons of growth have been
3:02 the seasons where I removed stuff. I
3:04 didn't add new things. So life usually
3:06 gets bloated and then you need to start
3:08 cutting things off. Because when you cut
3:10 things off, you then have the space and
3:12 the clarity and the focus to actually go
3:14 for the home runs. Speaking of, that is
3:16 why I made another video for you that I
3:17 want you to watch right after you
3:19 completed this video. These are the
3:21 laziest ways to make money online in
3:23 2025. And by the way, when you hear the
3:25 word lazy, I want you to think efficient
3:26 because that's really all it is. Lazy
3:28 people are some of the most successful
3:29 people in the world cuz they have learn
3:31 efficiency. So, in that video, I'm going
3:32 to give you the blueprint on how to make
3:34 money online as quickly and efficiently
3:36 as possible. No email, no opt-in, no
3:38 landing page. I'll leave that video in
3:39 the description. Watch it right after
3:41 this one. Anyways, going back to my
3:43 productivity principles, the second
3:46 thing that the top 1% performers do is
3:48 they guard the first hour. This is your
3:50 sacred start to the day. You need to
3:52 remember this crucial concept. How you
3:55 start is how you spiral. The first hour
3:57 is your anchor. If you drift in the
3:59 morning, you will be lost by noon. Now,
4:01 on the flip side, I see some people with
4:02 like 5 hour morning routines and
4:04 everything is just like and that's also
4:06 not success. I'm not saying that you
4:08 need to have a 15step morning routine or
4:10 this or that. I'm just saying that first
4:12 hour, that's your sacred hour. That's
4:14 your power hour. Okay? That really sets
4:16 the tone for the rest of the day. So,
4:17 I'm not saying for the, you know, first
4:18 six, seven hours of your day, don't
4:20 check your phone or this or that. If you
4:22 can even just have that first hour as
4:24 your sacred hour, that really sets the
4:25 tone for the rest of the day. So please,
4:27 as you are learning how to be more
4:29 productive, the first hour of your day,
4:31 no phone, no people, and no dopamine
4:33 drip. Your morning ritual is your mental
4:35 armor. That first hour sets the
4:38 trajectory of your nervous system and
4:40 sets the tone for the rest of your day.
4:42 The third thing that ultra successful
4:44 people do is they remove any guesswork.
4:47 They design their defaults. Most people
4:50 live by reaction. The top 1% live by
4:52 default. So what do I actually mean by
4:54 this? Well, you want to set up your
4:56 calendar so everything important is
4:58 automatic. Default meals, default wake
5:01 times, default gym times equals zero
5:03 cognitive load. Anything you can
5:04 standardize, the better. Now, for some
5:06 people, they love food so much that
5:07 every day they need to eat something
5:08 different. Whereas, if you're a person
5:10 that isn't the biggest foodie in the
5:11 world and you can just eat the same
5:13 breakfast every single day, then amazing
5:14 because now you don't need to think
5:16 about what you're eating first thing in
5:17 the morning. Now, for some people, they
5:19 wear the same clothes every single day.
5:20 That way, that removes cognitive load. I
5:22 don't do that personally, but what I do
5:24 do is I lay out my clothes the night
5:25 before. So that way in the morning, I
5:26 don't need to think about it. I just put
5:27 on my clothes that are already pre-laid
5:29 out and that's it. And even better, if
5:31 you can plan your day before your phone
5:33 wakes you up. So plan your day the night
5:35 before. So that way, even while you're
5:36 sleeping, you're thinking about, okay,
5:38 what needs to get done tomorrow? And
5:39 your brain's just ticking over and it
5:41 knows the mission for the next day. And
5:42 it's a shame because I see everyone
5:44 talking about, oh, I'm not motivated
5:46 today. I just don't feel like uh, you
5:48 know, I know what needs to be done. I
5:49 don't feel like doing things, blah,
5:51 blah, etc., et, etc. And it's like,
5:52 well, yeah, listen, at the end of day,
5:54 you can never rely on emotions. You can
5:55 never rely on feelings. But you know
5:57 what? You can rely on systems. And
5:59 that's why quite simply, if you need
6:01 motivation, your systems are trash. And
6:03 you haven't set things up in the correct
6:04 way. Now, speaking of setting things up
6:06 in the correct way, we all have
6:08 different cadences. I don't believe that
6:09 you have to wake up at 4:00 a.m. or 5:00
6:11 a.m. to be successful. For example, for
6:13 me, my home base is in the UAE in the
6:14 Middle East, whereas most of my
6:17 companies operate out of the US. So, for
6:19 that reason, I'm up at about 9 or 10:00
6:21 in the morning. no 5:00 a.m. club, but I
6:23 also go to bed at 3 to 4:00 in the
6:24 morning. So, that works for my personal
6:27 lifestyle. And with that, I manage my
6:29 energy cadences throughout the day to
6:30 accommodate for it. And that's what you
6:32 need to do as well. And that's what most
6:33 successful people do because you don't
6:35 have a time problem. Most people have
6:37 enough time. They have energy management
6:39 problems. Okay? You don't have enough
6:41 energy to actually accomplish everything
6:42 that's on your list. So, what elite
6:44 performers do is they optimize their
6:46 cycles, not their schedules. Sleep,
6:49 diet, sun, and people affect performance
6:52 more than tools. So, step number one is
6:54 cut one energy vampire from your life
6:55 this week. Whether that's a person, a
6:57 habit, or a food. You're going to start
6:58 to look in your life and you're going to
6:59 start to see, okay, what is draining
7:01 energy? Whether that be a specific
7:02 activity, whether that be a person,
7:04 whether that be a habit, whatever it is.
7:05 And then also, you're going to learn
7:07 your energy cadence throughout the day.
7:08 So, for example, for me, I get my best
7:10 work done between like 9:00 p.m. and
7:12 3:00 a.m. That's me personally. I don't
7:13 get my best work done in the morning.
7:14 I'm actually not really much of a
7:16 morning person. And even before, like 7
7:18 8 years ago, I used to wake up at 5:00
7:20 a.m. 6:00 a.m. in the morning. And I
7:21 still wasn't really that productive in
7:22 the morning. So, every person is
7:24 different. And with that, you need to
7:26 find your energy cadence. You need to
7:27 find how your energy flows throughout
7:29 the day. And then from there, tweak
7:31 based on that. The fifth thing that the
7:34 top 1% do is they stack identity, not
7:36 just habits. The 1% ask, "What would a
7:38 high performer do right now?" Because
7:39 when that's your identity, you almost
7:41 don't need to have habits in place.
7:43 Identity precedes habits. Because if you
7:45 have a certain identity, you'll take on
7:47 the habits of that person. So for that
7:49 reason, I use identity based goals. So
7:51 instead of, oh, I'll try to read daily,
7:53 instead I say, I'm the kind of person
7:55 who never misses a day of learning.
7:57 Change your default identity and the
7:59 rest will follow suit. Honestly, your
8:01 identity dictates pretty much 80 to 90%
8:03 of all of your actions. Now, moving on
8:04 to the next thing that high performers
8:06 do, the top 1% do. And it's quite
8:08 interesting when you speak to especially
8:09 people who are earlier on in their
8:10 journey. They're like they get so
8:12 overwhelmed and they're like, "Oh, you
8:13 know, I don't have enough time and this
8:14 and that." And it's like, "Okay, cool."
8:16 Well, let's treat your calendar like a
8:18 crime scene. And why do I say that?
8:20 Well, your calendar exposes the truth.
8:23 It never lies. You see, every yes is a
8:25 trade against what matters most. Look at
8:27 your week. Would a top performer live
8:30 like that? Color code things, revenue,
8:32 creation, maintenance, and also wasting
8:34 time on screen. By the way, it's a lot
8:35 of work, but if you actually track it
8:37 for a week, you're going to start to see
8:39 where are the leakages. Like, where are
8:40 you literally spending 45 minutes
8:42 messing around on something that isn't
8:45 an IPA? IPA stands for income producing
8:46 activity. Where are you scrolling and
8:48 wasting time and messing around, but
8:50 then selling yourself a story that for
8:52 some reason you don't have enough time?
8:53 And finally, we get to the seventh and
8:56 potentially my favorite weapon of the
8:59 top 1%. And that is weaponize boredom.
9:01 You see, boredom is a feature, not a
9:05 bug. It is the gateway to creativity and
9:06 depth. Do you ever notice how most of
9:07 the time your best ideas come in the
9:09 shower or when you're doing something
9:11 like I don't know driving. I guess most
9:12 people these days are listen to music or
9:14 podcasts or whatever driving but like
9:15 yeah let's say in the shower. The reason
9:16 why most of the time people have great
9:18 ideas in the shower is cuz you're not on
9:19 your screen. You're not on your phone.
9:20 You're not looking at Tik Toks or this
9:22 or that. Like you have time to actually
9:23 sit in silence. And that weaponized
9:25 boredom is actually where the best ideas
9:26 come from. It's where you can actually
9:28 tap in with your intuition. And you know
9:30 you don't need to think. You don't need
9:31 to ask someone. You don't need to
9:32 consult anyone. You know what the right
9:34 next step is and generally what the
9:36 right direction to move towards is. So
9:38 with that I encourage no music walks,
9:41 phone free mornings and silent work
9:43 sprints. There is something deeply
9:45 profound when you just give yourself
9:46 space. Okay? When you give yourself
9:50 space to be to sit in the silence,
9:51 things come to you. You get downloads.
9:53 You get things in you know whatever you
9:55 believe in life. You get this divine
9:56 energy where all of a sudden you're like
9:58 problems that were ongoing for so long.
10:00 All of a sudden, you know, the answer
10:01 just comes to you like that. But you
10:03 have to allow space. Going all the way
10:04 back to the first thing we discussed,
10:06 which is learning how to say no. Okay?
10:08 When you give yourself that space, you
10:10 give your intuition space to find the
10:12 answers. So please, I beg of you, let
10:15 the mind breathe and rebuild. Boredom is
10:17 your brain detoxing, flushing the junk
10:19 so original thoughts can breathe. I
10:20 think that's really important. Let me
10:23 repeat that. Boredom is your brain
10:25 detoxing. Okay? flushing out all the
10:27 junk so that way the original thoughts
10:29 can breathe and have room to breathe. So
10:31 listen, now that you understand my seven
10:34 productivity principles, you just need a
10:36 clear plan on how to make money online
10:37 as quickly as possible. Now you're like,
10:39 "Okay, cool. I'm productive. Now I'm
10:41 firing on all cylinders. Now I can do in
10:43 1 hour what used to take me 5 hours.
10:45 Amazing. Like this is great." But then
10:46 the next logical question is like,
10:48 "Okay, what do I do with this new
10:49 superpower I have?" Well, the best thing
10:51 that you can put that attention to is
10:54 making money online in a way that fits
10:56 your lifestyle and is on your own terms.
10:58 So, that is exactly why I'm going to
10:59 recommend you the video I mentioned
11:00 earlier. As I said, it's going to be a
11:02 link in the description. No email
11:04 opt-in, no taking you to some other
11:05 funny website. It's literally going to
11:07 keep you on YouTube. So, I want you to
11:08 go ahead and check that video out in 1
11:10 second. Before that, it's really
11:12 important that you engage in videos like
11:14 these. So, if you were me, what would
11:16 have been the eighth productivity tip of
11:18 the top 1%? So, I'm actually going to
11:19 read all the comments. Go ahead and
11:21 leave a comment. What's the one thing
11:22 you think I didn't mention that I should
11:24 have included in today's video? I'm
11:25 going to be curious. I'm going to be
11:26 reading the comments. Once you've
11:27 commented that, go ahead and make sure
11:28 you click on the video. We're going to
11:30 be dissecting many, many different
11:31 paths. There is no right or wrong
11:33 answer. The truth is, life is very
11:35 nuanced and you have to find the right
11:37 option for you. So, that is what we
11:39 explore in this video. And with that, I
11:40 hope you enjoyed today's video. Go
11:42 ahead. I will catch you in the next
11:44 video. And as always, I'm watching from
