0:09 stick to the diet because um the diet is
0:12 just unsustainable. First of all, let's
0:15 start with high carb regenerator. And
0:17 here's what he has to say. Pop-Tarts,
0:19 like I I I went through four bags of
0:21 potato chips, like the bigiz bags, a bag
0:25 of tortilla chips, two tubs of hummus. I
0:29 I mean it it's just this whole no fat
0:31 thing is just such a lie. It is such a
0:34 lie. And and then of course the first
0:36 comment on there has to be, well, you're
0:39 in a deficit somehow. So yeah, as you
0:42 can see, he admits that um he had super
0:45 oily foods. I mean, four bags of potato
0:49 chips and uh two tubs of hummus plus
0:52 PopTarts plus a bag of what was it?
0:55 Nachos. I wasn't paying attention. Yes,
0:58 it was nachos. Oh, he said bag of
0:59 tortilla chips, which is basically
1:02 nachos. It's same thing. It's some type
1:05 of corn snack with bunch of seed oils
1:08 and salt. Animal fat cravings in vegans
1:12 always end up in forms of oil cravings.
1:14 If when you're on on a vegan diet and
1:16 you're not going to eat animal fat,
1:19 you're going to eat oily foods. It's
1:22 always oily foods. And uh that's one of
1:24 the worst things you can eat honestly. I
1:27 mean it's not really the worst cuz uh
1:30 having something completely toxic from a
1:35 plant. It's far worse. But um cios are
1:38 pretty bad. Okay. Like it's not like a
1:41 it's not like a strong toxin that is
1:44 super powerful and you just instantly
1:48 feel bad from it. It's something that
1:50 lead leads to like health issues in the
1:52 long run. So yeah, basically High Carb
1:54 Regenerator couldn't stick to this diet
1:58 and he ended up spending $8,000 on
2:01 supplements to a doctor who actually
2:04 recommends a keto diet, like animal
2:07 animal-based keto diet. And um what he
2:10 tried to to talk with this doctor is to
2:13 make that animal-based keto diet into a
2:15 vegan keto diet. But he still bought the
2:18 supplements from him which costed around
2:22 eight 8,000 uh dollars. And of course
2:25 the diet did not work because he was uh
2:28 he's still stayed uh animal like like
2:31 not animal like plant-based. So he just
2:34 went back. No, no, no. Actually before
2:37 he did that he tried out Cole's sugar
2:39 diet and he was saying how oh how good
2:42 it works, how great the the sugar diet
2:46 is. what Cole recommends. But meanwhile,
2:50 Cole started changing up things. He
2:53 started adding candy, removing candy,
2:56 whatever. It was just sugar. Okay, it
2:58 was sugar fasting. Anyway, when you're
3:00 eating sugar in any form and that's all
3:03 you eat, it's it's sugar fasting. Okay.
3:06 And meanwhile, Cole started recommending
3:09 low protein foods like not low protein,
3:12 sorry, lowfat foods like zero fat
3:17 yogurts and lean meat and egg whites. He
3:18 literally was drinking on the live
3:23 stream um raw egg whites and high carb
3:26 regenerator. instead of listening to him
3:28 to go on lowfat
3:31 um animal products. What he's doing,
3:34 he's doing a compilation to try to
3:35 figure out what he was saying in the
3:39 past. While Cole admitted that it was
3:42 all just for views. It wasn't a legit
3:45 diet. He just made it. So he gets
3:49 audience so he can keep promoting his u
3:53 lowfat animal-based u well he still eats
3:57 some carbs but um he's mostly doing
4:00 lowfat low-fat animal-based foods right
4:03 now like coal cuz um yeah high carb
4:06 generator keeps sticking to this uh
4:09 vegan lifestyle or whatever. But even
4:13 then he lies about u he's he's a vegan
4:16 cuz u in one of his recent videos he
4:19 said he's not vegan. He says that uh um
4:22 he's u he's just a plant-based now or
4:25 whatever which means that he had some
4:28 type of animal animal products or
4:31 whatever. Maybe those pop-tarts also had
4:34 some eggs in it. So there you have it.
4:36 Okay. And let's jump to the second
4:39 victim of durian liar that I made video
4:41 about that still can't stick to this
4:45 diet. And um here's what he has to say.
4:48 Like this is what uh what he said in his
4:50 um his in his video where he was doing
4:53 durian liars protocols and he could do
4:56 it only for 4 days and after 4 days he
4:58 just stopped uploading videos. Like you
5:01 can check on his channel it's right
5:03 there. After 4 days, he just quit. And
5:06 this is what he said in his uh last
5:09 video of what he eats on the fourth day
5:13 cuz I'm tired. Anyways, um starting off
5:16 with some peaches and sugar. Ignore the
5:18 bag of chips.
5:20 That's my sister's groceries. Um I mean,
5:24 sometimes I I take like a chip or two,
5:25 but nothing big. So, I'm starting off
5:28 with sugar. But actually, he wants to
5:31 eat the entire bag. Not just one bag. He
5:33 wants to eat like four bags just like
5:35 high carb regenerator. That's how badly
5:38 he craves animal fats. And do you know
5:41 what's the reason why he quit uh doing
5:44 this? It's because I was leaving bunch
5:46 of comments. Stop doing this. You crave
5:49 animal fat, whatever. And he just he
5:53 just uh quit like that's it. And then he
5:55 went to the Philippines and I saw that
5:58 he has some chickens there. And uh I
6:01 told him that yeah, I bet that he's
6:03 having some eggs and chicken. So I bet
6:06 he's no longer vegan. And uh with that,
6:09 he just completely was just ignoring me.
6:12 Usually he just answers the females for
6:14 some reason. He doesn't want to watch to
6:17 like answer the the male commenters or
6:20 whatever. I don't know what type of
6:22 thing is this. I mean, whatever. He can
6:26 answer whoever he wants. But uh yeah, I
6:28 I was giving the best advice there.
6:31 Whatever. Some people want to like u to
6:33 like get a date through YouTube or
6:35 something. I don't know. They're here to
6:38 to like pick up chicks or whatever. So,
6:41 both of them, both High Regenerator and
6:44 Henry is vegan. They haven't
6:47 got any progress doing this diet and
6:49 yeah, they just quit. Okay. And now
6:53 let's jump into the dairy Amy situation.
6:55 So, Derry Amy, I released like bunch of
7:00 videos on her because he sorry he
7:07 she uh asked me to um to to to like
7:10 watch the journey of her weight loss and
7:13 she was uploading like regularly videos
7:16 and she had like 900 subscribers
7:20 and um poof, one day she just completely
7:23 deleted the channel cuz uh maybe She
7:25 thoughts that I'm bullying her or
7:27 something. And some vegan commented
7:30 under my comment section that I'm not
7:33 the in like in the middle of in the
7:35 middle of the word or whatever. So that
7:39 vegan said or it was unavailable. You
7:42 think you're the center of universe. L
7:44 MF AO. And it is not that I think that
7:48 I'm the center of universe or whatever.
7:50 It's uh just that it was clearly because
7:53 of me because she was really angry at me
7:57 last time when I called her vegetarian
8:00 cuz she clearly was uh eating dairy milk
8:01 chocolate. Like it's right there in
8:03 their videos. The proof is on my
8:05 channel. Go ahead and find the video if
8:08 you don't believe me where I expose her
8:11 that she's basically a dairy fairy
8:15 because um this is how vegans say when
8:18 um when a meat eater or someone non-vegan
8:19 non-vegan
8:22 um drinks milk they call call us dairy
8:26 fairies. Okay. And when someone likes
8:29 meat they call us cornists. Okay. Like
8:32 they have their names for us. So I I can
8:37 I can call u u Fruity Amy a dairy fairy
8:40 cuz um yeah she likes milk and uh
8:44 someone who has 900 subscribers. It
8:45 means that they were pretty serious
8:47 about YouTube and they were uploading
8:49 for like 10 years or something, but they
8:53 hid a bunch of videos cuz I know I I
8:56 mean at least 8 years and she had pretty
8:59 good videos like other than the diet is
9:01 u the her diet recommendations are not
9:04 good and she follows Durian Liars
9:08 protocols or at least she tried to. She
9:11 had some kangaroos filmed, nice Thailand
9:14 filmed there and like nature and
9:16 whatever. I don't know why you why she
9:18 had to delete it. she could just keep it
9:22 there and um just um review them later
9:25 and just just say how um yeah, she
9:28 regrets being a vegan and whatever and
9:32 how um raw meat is more healthy and
9:36 durian liar was um was just a liar and
9:40 AX is correct. AX was correct all the
9:44 time and AX saved my life because um AX
9:47 opened my eyes that maybe what I am
9:50 doing is not correct and I should change
9:53 diet and she started questioning herself
9:56 and so she deleted the channel and no it
10:00 was not just um videos put on on
10:03 unlisted or private because when when
10:06 someone puts them on unlisted or private
10:08 the subscriber counts still remains
10:12 there. Okay. But right now she just has
10:15 one or two subscribers. One is me and
10:19 one is maybe Coach Diabetes.
10:23 Coach Diabetes is um her boyfriend. So
10:26 yeah, Dary Amy was also craving animal
10:30 fat like crazy, like had crazy cravings
10:33 for animal fat and that's why she
10:36 couldn't stick to it and she also ate
10:39 seed oils. Okay, like you can see in her
10:41 video that I reviewed, the proof is
10:44 still on my channel that she had a bunch
10:49 of potato potato chips and plus that
10:53 dairy thing and plus she also had those
10:55 um um what's it called? It was some type
10:58 of vegan chicken or whatever. And yeah,
11:02 she had that plus saw a bunch of vegan
11:05 sushies and vegan hot dogs that she's
11:07 having. So yeah, all those foods are
11:10 just sign that she craves animal fat and
11:14 meat and um these type of meat
11:16 replacements are always high in seed
11:20 oils and that's what caused her to not
11:22 lose any weight on this high carb
11:24 low-fat diet because she was not doing
11:27 high carb lowfat. She was doing high
11:32 carb, high seed oil diet because durian
11:36 Ryder's protocols is hard to stick to.
11:38 Well, I hope that at least if she
11:41 deleted her videos and her channels, I
11:43 hope that something good comes out of it
11:47 and she quits veganism and um yeah,
11:50 maybe maybe tries Paul Saladina's diet
11:53 and then slowly switches to more primal
11:55 way of eating like eating raw meat. But
11:58 also the reason why she deleted her
12:01 channel. It could be that um I was like
12:04 bothering her with my video reviews cuz
12:06 um they they were like just such a
12:09 strong argument that she couldn't just
12:13 come up with anything and even um her
12:15 boyfriend couldn't come up with any good
12:17 arguments cuz they are both just tired
12:20 just like um Henry and just like high
12:22 carb generator like they couldn't come
12:25 up with counter arguments and I think
12:28 she deleted her channel cuz um she just
12:31 wanted to to lock in. Like this could be
12:33 another reason that she just wanted to
12:37 lock in um into this high carb, low-fat
12:41 diet and to just not get any distraction
12:43 uh from like the outside and to just
12:46 stick to the diet and to prove me wrong
12:49 that she can lose fat. But at what cost?
12:52 There are horrible consequences of the
12:54 sugar diet and this high carb, lowfat
12:57 diet. And I already mentioned it in in
12:58 another video. So, I'm not just I'm I'm
13:00 not going to get into that in this
13:03 video. Okay. And the fourth victim of
13:07 durian liars protocols is coach diabetes
13:10 aka coach carbohydrate
13:13 cuz he he's the same. He can't stick to
13:15 it and it's the same. They live in the
13:18 same house as Fruity Amy and uh yeah,
13:20 they eat the same. They eat dairy,
13:23 chocolate, and vegan chicken and all the
13:26 foods that I mentioned that uh uh Fruity
13:28 Amy eats. Okay, so they are both
13:31 basically like vegetarians or something.
13:33 I made um videos on him and yeah, we
13:37 already saw what he eats and um I when I
13:40 was reviewing his um foods, I was
13:42 telling him that yeah, this that does
13:45 not look good. I bet it's not tasty. And
13:48 um and then he eats the food and then
13:50 says that h it wasn't that good. And I
13:52 started laughing cuz um yeah, that's
13:56 just hilarious. I warned him and I I
13:57 told him that the food is not going to
14:00 be good because um yeah what what does
14:03 he eat like vegan chicken or whatever
14:06 and with vegan fish sauce like give me a
14:11 break. And on top of that high car sorry
14:14 such a complicated names man. uh this
14:18 coach diabetes guy wants to coach uh
14:21 Dairy Amy to get diabetes and uh it was
14:24 very successful cuz uh I bet that she's
14:28 pre-diabetic by now. But on top of that,
14:32 she uh coach coach what's the name?
14:35 Diabetes. So coach diabetes also forces
14:39 Dream Amy to exercise like she like he
14:44 pushes her to to just run and go run
14:48 marathons and and go ride the bike fast
14:51 and I saw him like riding super fast and
14:55 he's in front and Derry just
14:59 I'm not making this up. I I I swear I'm
15:00 not making this up. This is what it
15:03 happens. coach diabetes is in front on
15:05 the bike like somewhere on the road and
15:08 they aim it just just tries to keep up
15:11 with him and u yeah she's just
15:14 completely exhausted and redfaced and
15:18 and all of that and yeah it's um it's
15:20 not a healthy way to lose um it's not a
15:23 healthy way to lose weight at all. They
15:25 could just have watched all four of
15:28 these uh victims of Turion Liar. they
15:31 could have just watched my video on how
15:34 to lose weight and uh maybe stick to
15:36 something cooked version if they can do
15:39 the primal version and yeah that way it
15:40 would they they would have been more
15:43 successful with the weight loss plus
15:46 they would not have to eat potato chips.
15:50 they are all all of them are um addicted
15:53 to potato to potato chips and I can
15:56 understand that cuz as a kid I I grew up
15:59 and I I als I also always liked the
16:01 potato chips for some reason and even as
16:06 an adult and um yeah only only nowadays
16:11 I I managed to truly break my so-called
16:15 addiction to it cuz um yeah the food
16:18 just tastes so good that I'm eating and
16:20 um the others it it just feels fake. And
16:23 there is actually good um healthy way to
16:25 make potato chips. Like if you use
16:27 animal fat and just potatoes and you
16:30 slice them slice them thin or whatever.
16:32 Yeah, the it's not the healthiest thing
16:35 to to have some burnt potatoes, but but
16:39 still it's it's it's better than seed
16:42 oils. It's it's better than than a seed
16:45 oil potato chips. Anyway, I I don't take
16:47 any of these people seriously. Like when
16:49 they used to leave comments on my
16:52 YouTube channel, I I'm no longer take
16:56 them seriously. And um just like my Finn
16:58 Primal friend said in the video that
17:01 these these people are are basically
17:04 like not real. Like I don't know, it's
17:06 like something is going on with them.
17:09 And um it's like when you stick to a
17:12 vegan diet, you're you're not getting
17:14 the proper nutrition and you end up
17:17 hormonally imbalanced and um and your
17:20 senses are just not working properly.
17:23 Like look at get unfit with Natasha.
17:27 I think if she would eat meat, she would
17:30 never put up with the bad behavior that
17:33 Durian Liar puts her through. like
17:37 Durian Liar leaves and goes to China
17:40 with uh with Michelle from China and she
17:43 just stays home alone and waits on them.
17:47 I think that Durian Liar um got her into
17:51 this u into this diet to keep her weak
17:54 and to not stand up for herself. Anyway,
17:57 um if you have seen my videos and you
18:00 still decided to to be a vegan, I would
18:03 say that being a futarian is the best
18:06 thing if you're if you just want to keep
18:10 it vegan. But the thing is that getting
18:12 a lot of lot of good fruit is really
18:14 difficult. And the good thing about
18:16 fruit is that it has like the least
18:19 amount of toxins. Okay? And um that if
18:21 you're doing the sugar fast or whatever
18:24 and you're still want to do it then then
18:27 yeah fruit is is the best thing to do.
18:30 And the second best thing is uh is
18:33 starch and grains cuz uh yeah what else
18:35 you going to eat if you're scared of
18:38 eating meat our natural food. So yeah, I
18:41 I hope I cleared that up and you're not
18:46 going to like get into too much whatever
18:49 like other types of vegan diets where
18:52 they try to fix their microbiome with
18:56 tofu or I don't know what else, man.
18:59 Some type of root vegetables or these
19:02 sugar dieters they they consume like
19:05 sodas with sweeteners. Like at least eat
