0:03 What's up, Primal Gang? Let's watch the
0:06 video first because he talks too fast
0:09 and lot of nonsense.
0:13 And uh yeah, when you watch it, just
0:16 think about it that he's being nice
0:19 because he wants to um gain clients,
0:23 okay? Cuz he has something to sell.
0:25 Here's what I eat in a day as a fat girl
0:26 on a cruise. For breakfast, I had an
0:29 everything bagel with smoked salmon,
0:30 some chive cream cheese.
0:32 >> The bagel will have carbs to help supply
0:33 energy for an exciting day on a cruise.
0:35 Salmon will have protein, healthy
0:36 omega-3 fatty acids to fight
0:38 inflammation, vitamin D. Although she's
0:39 probably getting a lot on a cruise, this
0:41 is an excellent way to start the day.
0:42 These cruises often have fresh fruit
0:43 available for breakfast, so definitely
0:45 dive into that as she did. Excellent
0:47 choice. This was dinner. I was really
0:49 hungry, so I got two entre. Now, this is
0:50 a super nutrient-dense meal. The steak
0:52 is going to be loaded in your protein,
0:54 dietary fats, B vitamins, iron,
0:55 magnesium. The potatoes going to be
0:57 packed in potassium, going to be a
0:58 starchy carb, gonna be super filling.
1:00 Broccoli will pack that fiber, fully
1:01 potassium. Carrots are going to pack
1:02 beta carotene, good for skin and eye
1:03 health. And she got a second entree in
1:04 the fish fillet, which is a white fish,
1:06 super lean protein, making this even
1:08 more filling. Nice work. You can't have
1:09 a nice meal like that on a cruise
1:10 without finishing with a little sweet
1:12 treat for balance and moderation. And
1:13 she goes with the tiramisu. Excellent
1:15 option. Then I found this little ice
1:16 cream bar on the pool deck. You already
1:18 know. And it was a late night and we had
1:19 a few too many drinks. I forgot to
1:20 record, but we also finished the night
1:22 with a few slices of Sento's pizza.
1:23 Honestly, it was probably mediocre, but
1:24 I was too lit to care. She ended the day
1:26 off with some ice cream, pizza, a couple
1:27 drinks with friends, and that's really
1:28 what it's all about when you're on a
1:30 cruise, getting some nutrient density in
1:31 while still enjoying yourself. Great
1:34 work. So, as you can see, the video is
1:36 titled, "What I eat in a day as a seed
1:40 oil problems girl on a cruise." So, the
1:42 first meal was everything bagel with
1:46 smoked salmon, chive cream, and cheese.
1:49 Everything bagel is basically a grain
1:53 sludge that has many type of seeds,
1:56 usually like sesame seeds and poppy
1:58 seeds to give it some type of
2:01 interesting taste. But in reality, it's
2:05 actually toxic just like all seeds. In
2:07 the past, honestly, I used to eat this
2:09 and it's and it's not too bad,
2:11 especially if it's fresh fresh and it's
2:14 out of bakery. I'm I'm not going to say
2:16 I'm not going to lie that it tastes bad,
2:19 okay? Cuz it doesn't. They add seed oils
2:23 to it and fortified wheat and who knows
2:26 what else to just make it so fluffy cuz
2:29 normally without those chemicals or
2:32 whatever and oils, it would be just a
2:35 boring bread. But even in this form, you
2:39 will al always need some type of animal
2:42 foods to consume it. Some type of spread
2:45 or something cuz um on its own it's just
2:47 dry and you can barely swallow it. You
2:50 would need to be incredibly hungry to
2:53 just eat it on its own. The green leaves
2:55 are just cringe. I don't think I have
2:57 anything to say about that. If you're on
2:59 this channel, you should already know
3:02 that I don't have a good opinion about u
3:04 the green leaves. It is not food for
3:08 humans. And there's some smoked salmon.
3:10 I am pretty sure that sometimes smoked
3:13 salmon is raw just because cooked salmon
3:16 would have like a different color. And
3:19 salmon if it if it wasn't raised if it
3:21 wasn't raised in the white. So if if it
3:24 was farmed salmon, then it it's not good
3:26 for you to consume it because it was
3:29 raised in a toxic environment and it's
3:32 not good for you. I tried wild salmon
3:36 raw this year, but um I wasn't a big fan
3:38 of it. Maybe I could eat it once a year,
3:42 but I'm not a huge fan. I like beef. And
3:44 there's the rest of the vegetables and
3:47 some lemon. The problem I have with this
3:50 meal right here is that there's not
3:52 enough meat. Like the plate should be
3:56 full of meat, okay? And eat as much meat
4:00 as you want. There's no need to consume
4:02 the bagel and the green leaves and the
4:05 veggies cuz cuz those foods are just
4:08 there so the restaurant can save money
4:11 on you cuz meat is the most expensive
4:15 thing on that u plate. The reason why
4:18 I'm not consuming any everything bagel
4:22 or um the green leaves or those veggies,
4:24 it's because um it's because I don't
4:28 have empty space left in my tummy after
4:31 I'm full of meat and animal fats. And if
4:33 there is any empty space left in my
4:36 tummy that is meant to be like that, so
4:39 the meat can travel through the
4:42 digestive system nice and easily without
4:44 any bloating. If I was on this cruise
4:47 and they served this up to me and there
4:50 was nothing else to eat than this, I I
4:52 would just eat the salmon. Yeah,
4:54 whatever. I know it's not healthy, this
4:57 type of salmon, but whatever. And and
5:00 the lemon and maybe those fruits. And I
5:03 would be very disappointed if they could
5:06 not give me more salmon. They could only
5:09 give me some bagel or whatever. I would
5:11 only eat the carrots and the bagel and
5:14 whatever. If there was no meat at all.
5:17 Man, this this meal is such a ripoff.
5:20 Like, it's daylight robbery. The orange
5:22 juice looks nice. I hope it's not Fanta
5:24 or something. Now, let's get into his
5:26 commentary. Oh, yeah, and I forgot to
5:28 mention, there was also chive cream
5:32 cheese. Cream cheese tastes nice.
5:34 Believe me or not, I I actually used to
5:36 work in a cheese factory, but um that's
5:39 a story for another day. Cream cheese
5:42 just tastes nice, but um yeah, it's not
5:44 too good for you. But if you have any
5:47 milk fat cravings, then yeah, you're
5:48 you're going to you're going to you're
5:50 going to find it tasty. Especially if
5:53 you're not eating our natural diet,
5:55 you're going to find it tasty. Something
5:58 like a cream cheese. But there is
6:01 actually natural cream cheese, something
6:03 like a brier. There are actually many
6:06 versions of raw cheeses that are similar
6:09 to brier, but those are expensive. And
6:11 these cruises, they're not going to
6:14 serve up something expensive unless you
6:16 unless you pay a lot for the cruise. But
6:19 if if you did not pay, then yeah, it has
6:21 to be profitable for them. Yeah. Let's
6:24 see what what he has to comment. He says
6:27 that it's full of carbs that um that
6:29 will provide energy for the day. Yeah,
6:31 there's no denial. Carbs are going to
6:34 provide energy. I keep saying this all
6:37 the time. Carbs are for energy and not
6:40 for the maintenance of your body. And he
6:43 also says how salmon has healthy
6:46 omega-3s and it fights inflammation. How
6:50 about if it was um um formed farmed
6:54 salmon? He doesn't say a word about it.
6:56 It's like misinformed. This guy is a
6:59 complete hustler. He just wants to
7:02 hustle people. He doesn't care about
7:04 hurt because if he did care about hurt,
7:07 then he would actually research um what
7:10 he talks about. He only cares about
7:12 money and results. And I'm not saying
7:16 that his clients would not lose weight
7:19 if um if they would listen to him. Like
7:22 I guess he would tell them to eat less
7:25 calories or whatever, eat more fruit and
7:28 eat more vegetables and eat more
7:31 plant-based and reduce oil consumption
7:34 and whatever. And yeah, that is going to
7:38 lead to lead to um weight loss. But um
7:40 his clients also going to end up
7:42 malnourished and miss out on many many
7:45 nutrients. So yeah, for dinner she had
7:48 New York strip, which is a steak
7:50 basically. So it's some cooked muscle
7:54 meat and baked potato. Yeah, the steak
7:58 is fine. I get it that yeah, they they
8:01 want to eat it cooked because uh if if
8:05 if the waiter would show up with the raw
8:07 steak, they would freak out or
8:10 something. Man, that that baked potato
8:12 just looks so sad. Unless you place
8:15 inside some butter, then yeah, it can be
8:18 consumed. I don't know. I I lost respect
8:22 for potatoes this year completely. It
8:25 doesn't matter what recipe I use, it
8:27 just doesn't taste it just doesn't taste
8:30 the same, man. Once you eat raw meat
8:32 from a healthy animal, that's all you
8:34 want to eat. And some nice blood
8:36 oranges, of course. And these days I
8:40 also eat like one banana per day when I
8:42 can find a ripe one. Wait, wait. Cuz I
8:45 can't really find ripe ones just because
8:48 um I'm I'm kind of getting tired of
8:51 citrus fruit. So yeah, bananas feel nice
8:54 but not dirty a day just like Durian
8:57 Liar says and freely. Whatever. Back to
8:59 this video. Yeah, potatoes are boring
9:02 and there are carrots and broccoli.
9:04 Listen, some carrots can be sweet and
9:07 when it's when it's like boiled or
9:10 whatever, it's not too It doesn't feel
9:12 toxic at all. I mean, once you chew it
9:14 enough, you can kind of feel something,
9:18 but it's edible. It's not as bad as
9:21 broccoli. Cuz back in the days when I
9:23 was vegan or even not a vegan or
9:26 whatever, I avoided broccoli just
9:29 because it's it smells so bad. even if
9:32 it was fresh or what? I don't know.
9:35 There was something off about broccoli
9:38 and u I avoided it. Of course, this guy
9:40 is not going to mention how it contains
9:43 oxalates or whatever cuz then his uh
9:46 sensitive customers are going to get
9:49 triggered and they are not going to buy
9:52 his program or one-on-one coaching or
9:54 whatever he's selling. I'm not even
9:56 interested what he's selling. And on
9:58 this plate, there's also some type of
10:01 sauce. I guess that also has seed oils.
10:03 Maybe the baked potatoes also have seed
10:07 oils. Maybe this um this meat was also
10:10 I'm not sure. I I have no idea about
10:13 these cooking techniques, but there are
10:16 seed oils on this plate. He does say
10:19 good things about the steak. And yeah,
10:21 it is going to have all of that even if
10:24 it's cooked, but it would have more of
10:27 it if it was raw because the cooking
10:30 process makes things evaporate. And you
10:33 know what he said about carrots? The
10:35 carrots are going to have keratin and
10:38 keratin is good for the eyes and it's
10:40 good for skin health. Like can you
10:43 believe that a domesticated root from a
10:47 wild toxic root like wild carrot is
10:49 going to be good for eye and skin
10:52 health. If I would reach out to this guy
10:55 to tell him and correct him on things
10:57 that the way he thinks and stuff, he
10:59 would read the email and would think
11:03 that yeah this um this is not going to
11:05 help with my profits. So I'm not going
11:08 to listen to this troll on the internet.
11:11 and he's saying how you can't have a
11:13 nice meal without finishing with a nice
11:15 sweet dessert.
11:18 Ideally, after a steak, it it would be
11:21 nice some orange juice. It just goes so
11:24 well, even after fish. I guess that fish
11:26 was cooked in seed oils. So, there you
11:29 go. It's seed oils again. I just know
11:31 that chefs usually cook it with seed
11:33 oils. Maybe it was butter. I I don't
11:35 know. I'm I'm just guessing that it was
11:38 with cedos. This diet doesn't have too
11:41 many seed oils, but I I think she has
11:44 seed oil problems because when she's not
11:46 on this cruise, she's eating like
11:49 Kentucky fried chicken or whatever. And
11:51 for dessert, she's going for a tiramisu.
11:54 Man, tiramisu is so disappointing.
11:57 Actually, I can't tell you any green
12:00 sludge dessert that is not disappointing
12:03 for me for in in my reality. Even my
12:06 favorite green sludge dessert that used
12:10 to be is the triple Swiss roll. Whatever
12:13 it's the Swiss roll. The cream inside is
12:16 just so sweet that what man are you
12:18 trying to give me diabetes or you're
12:21 trying to poison me? It's too much, man.
12:24 You one slice is too much. But when you
12:27 have seed oil problems and you're not
12:29 eating real food, you're going to think
12:31 that yeah, that's such a treat to eat a
12:34 tiramisu. Now, this type of ice cream I
12:36 used to have when I was a kid. Listen,
12:40 it has many horrible chemicals inside
12:43 and also seed oils. The ice cream itself
12:46 has seed oils and that I don't know
12:48 what's that called. The ice cream cone
12:52 that also has grain sludge and seed oil.
12:56 Maybe some eggs. Who cares? It's bad.
12:59 Then she also had some alcohol, quote
13:02 unquote, a few drinks and a few slices
13:05 of Sorrentos. I guess it's some type of
13:06 pizza. I'm going to look it up right
13:10 now. Okay, so Sorrentos is apparently
13:12 some type of pizza that is crispier and
13:15 it's with a specific Italian cheese.
13:17 Yeah, whatever. I'm not going to lie, it
13:21 does look delicious. I have weakness for
13:23 uh cheese that was melted and it
13:26 stretches. That's so delicious. And I
13:29 have nothing against
13:32 the the the tomato sauce. Tomato sauce
13:34 and melted cheese. Yeah, that's
13:37 delicious. But that grain slud dough
13:39 thing, it has no taste. Okay. There's no
13:42 reason to eat that. I always say that
13:44 instead of pizza, it's better to just uh
13:47 eat an omelette like an egg omelette
13:50 that was uh cooked in butter or tallow
13:54 and um you drop some cheese with with it
13:57 to to melt together. Or you can just
14:00 have a primal version of it and drink
14:03 the egg yolk raw and eat some nice
14:07 griier cheese or filo de la Alpi or Lancash.
14:09 Lancash.
14:13 These three are are my favorite favorite
14:16 cheeses. Now I get it that maybe they
14:18 don't have it on the cruise. During a
14:21 liar in an old video, he says if there
14:23 was only cheese, he would take off the
14:25 topping. Now you should do the other way
14:27 around. You should take off the topping
14:32 and eat the topping only. But many times
14:34 these pizzas and restaurants, they they
14:37 add seed oils to the dough to make it
14:40 more fluffy or whatever. And they also
14:43 add oil on top of the pizza. Like, oh my
14:46 days, they do that because oil is
14:48 cheaper than cheese. So, there you have
14:51 it. Basically, she had seed oils on
14:54 every meal. Okay, I just looked it up.
14:58 The tiramisu, maybe some storebought
15:01 tiramisu can have seed oils, but it has
15:05 coffee. Like, come on. And what is this
15:08 guy has to say to this meal? Great work.
15:10 If it is such a great work, then how
15:13 come she has seed oil problems? Oh, I
15:16 know. It's because she literally had
15:18 seed oils on every meal. Thanks for
