1:14 activities for instance I like going for
1:16 a simple walk or I would love going for
1:20 cycling which gives me chance to refresh
1:22 my mind and it is also a good physical
1:24 exercise okay
1:27 have you ever been on a camping trip yes
1:29 I went to a camping trip it was back in
1:32 2019 when I went to a camping trip with

1:40 yes I would be willing to try camping
1:43 again since I already went once it was
1:45 an amazing experience I would like to
1:47 experience it again
1:50 now let's move on to part two in this
1:52 part I'm going to give you a topic on a
1:54 camping trip and I'd like you to talk
1:57 about it for one or two minutes before
1:59 you talk you will have one minute to
2:01 think about it you can make some notes
2:03 if you wish
2:07 and here's the topic
2:10 I would like you to describe a time when
2:13 you went on a camping trip
3:20 okay time is up remember you have one or
3:22 two minutes for this so don't worry if I
3:24 stop you I'll tell you when the time is
3:26 up would you please start now I would
3:28 like to talk about the memorable
3:29 experience that I had when I went
3:32 camping it was an Adventure film Journey
3:34 for me it helped me to reconnect with
3:36 nature and it also helped me to bring
3:39 back lasting Memories We went camping at
3:41 Sajak which is situated in Chittagong
3:44 Bangladesh it is well known for its
3:47 breathtaking views and the Towering
3:49 Cliffs as well as the hiking
3:51 opportunities accompanying me on this
3:53 trip were my closest friends we decided
3:57 to embark on this journey together to
3:59 get an escape from the hustle of the
4:01 city and to indulge ourselves in the
4:05 Tranquility that nature has to offer
4:08 we experienced a variety of activities
4:11 when we were when we went camping we
4:14 definitely went hiking which was the
4:16 highlight of the trip we absolutely
4:19 loved the views we went hiking on
4:22 several days and we also went to the
4:25 helipad to watch the sunset together and
4:28 we also loved the authentic food that
4:31 the city had to offer the mesmerizing
4:34 Beauty left us in awe at every turn when
4:36 we went hiking it was absolutely
4:39 breathtaking there were some few
4:41 highlights for me as well for example
4:43 the tea the specialty which they served
4:47 in bamboo it was amazing as it was
4:50 winter so we were in need of it we also
4:52 took some camping equipments with us
4:55 because we wanted to have an authentic
4:57 camping experience
5:00 however I faced some discomfort there as
5:03 there were no modern amenities so we had
5:06 to adjust to the basic living conditions
5:08 which was a bit difficult for me as I've
5:11 never done it before also the localities
5:13 were not very welcoming to us the
5:16 tourists in particular seemed like we
5:18 were doing some harm to them however
5:22 regardless of the bad experiences it was
5:24 a trip worth remembering the serenity
5:28 touched our souls and it was an ability
5:30 from for us to disconnect from
5:33 technology to witness the pleasure that
5:35 nature has to offer
5:37 I would love to go for the trip again if
5:40 I ever get the chance
5:42 thank you now I have some follow-up
5:45 questions and I'm going to ask you
5:47 what did you learn from your camping
5:51 trip well I learned a lot of things for
5:53 example I learned how to appreciate the
5:55 Tranquility that nature has to offer and
5:58 I also learned how to adjust to local
5:59 Living Styles as there were no modern
6:02 amenities present and what other outdoor
6:05 activities do you like to do I love
6:07 cycling as a matter of fact because it
6:09 not only refreshes my mind but it is
6:11 also a great physical exercise for me
6:14 and it also gives me an escape from the
6:17 hustle of the academic activities
6:19 so this is the end of the part two may I
6:22 have the pencil and paper
6:24 thank you nice
6:30 now move on to part three and in this
6:32 part I'm going to ask you some questions
6:34 what are some benefits of spending time
6:37 Outdoors well there are not only
6:39 emotional benefits but physical benefits
6:41 related to spending time Outdoors as
6:42 well as there are numerous physical
6:45 activities that we can get involved in
6:48 and it reduces blood pressure and muscle
6:52 tension it also refreshes our mind
6:54 how has technology affected people's
6:57 relationship with nature technology
6:59 acted as a bridge for people's
7:02 relationship with nature as we can
7:04 capture the moments that we spend
7:06 outside in nature and relieve them when
7:08 we are back home
7:11 yeah what are some environmental impacts
7:13 on camping
7:16 there are some positive and some
7:18 negative environmental impacts of
7:20 camping for the negative part I would
7:23 say some campers literally on the
7:26 campaign sites which is a negative
7:28 environmental impact but on the positive
7:30 side some campers are environmentalists
7:34 so they take that opportunity to spread
7:36 social awareness
7:38 what are some ways that people can be
7:40 responsible campers
7:42 well people can be responsible campers
7:45 by following some rules for instance the
7:47 first one should be remembering that
7:50 they cannot litter and do environmental
7:51 damage when they're on the campaign
7:54 sites and if they're well equipped that
7:56 is also an advantage that way they can
7:59 protect the environment and themselves
8:02 do you think that people need to have
8:04 certain skills to go camping definitely
8:07 I believe people require certain kills
8:09 to have a safe camping experience for
8:11 instance they need to have proper
8:13 Geographic knowledge so that they don't
8:16 get lost they should also be familiar
8:18 with building campfires which is an
8:21 essential need for camping they should
8:23 also have some medical expertise in case
8:26 any injuries occur so these are the
8:28 things I think that are essential for a
8:30 safe camping trip
8:32 and my last question is
8:34 what are some of the benefits of
8:38 experiencing nature firsthand
8:40 I believe there are numerous benefits of
8:43 experiencing nature firsthand one of
8:45 them would be it provides a good mood
8:48 which helps us to be more mindful
8:51 it reduces stress level which is good
8:52 for the elderly
8:56 it improves a person's ability to focus
8:59 which is good for students as they go
9:01 through a lot of academic stress and
9:04 lastly it provides a better sleep which
9:06 will help us to function The Next Step properly
9:07 properly
9:09 thank you this is the end of the
