0:02 So, what if I told you the real reason
0:04 you can't compete with most SEO agencies
0:06 isn't your budget or even your team
0:08 size. It's that you don't know this AI
0:10 system that eliminates 80% of the work
0:12 but delivers better results. So, right
0:15 now, you're probably using AI to write
0:17 content and waiting months for results.
0:20 You have competitors who are using this
0:22 complete AI system to rank clients
0:24 within 30 days. They can charge premium
0:27 prices and scale their agencies without
0:29 long timeline. and every day you don't
0:31 know this system and you don't implement
0:33 this system, that gap is getting wider.
0:34 So, in this video, you're going to see
0:37 exactly how to use this complete AI
0:39 system to rank any local business in the
0:42 top three on Google Maps within a month.
0:44 You'll get the specific AI prompts that
0:46 eliminate 80% of the manual work and the
0:49 five-step process that works in 90% of
0:51 local markets. Now, I've been running my
0:54 SEO agency since 2016. I built it to
0:57 seven figures in under three years and
0:59 now I help hundreds of agency owners
1:01 deliver faster results. And this system
1:04 works for most local service businesses.
1:05 Now, if you're dealing with a broken
1:08 site with a thousand index pages and no
1:10 ranking whatsoever, you have bigger
1:12 problems to fix first. So, last year, a
1:15 Lasic Surgery Center owner in downtown
1:17 Chicago in the loop came to me after
1:19 firing his previous agency. He'd been
1:22 paying them $8,000 a month for 3 years.
1:24 They delivered everything that most
1:26 agencies promised. Weekly blog posts,
1:28 location pages for every suburb,
1:30 consistent content creation. Now, the
1:33 results looked super impressive on
1:36 paper. They had 80,000 monthly visitors
1:38 from Google search. And that traffic was
1:40 growing month over month. So, why did
1:42 this owner fire them and hunt me down?
1:45 Almost none of the traffic were actual
1:47 local customers. Their phone just wasn't
1:50 ringing. Their appointment book was
1:52 empty. Now, the agency kept showing them
1:54 these beautiful traffic graphs going up
1:57 and to the right, talking about building
2:00 authority and long-term SEO strategy.
2:03 Meanwhile, his $6,000 per surgery
2:06 business was booking zero patients. So,
2:07 when I looked at their local ranking
2:10 map, the problem was obvious. All that
2:13 content, all that traffic, all that
2:15 money, the rankings were solid, very
2:17 close to their address, but quickly
2:19 dropped off less than a mile away.
2:23 Here's what it looked like before.
2:25 So, that's when it hit me. Most agencies
2:27 are optimizing for the wrong target
2:29 entirely. They're trying to rank
2:32 websites when what actually gets local
2:34 customers is ranking the Google business
2:37 profile. So, once I shifted focus to
2:40 maps rankings, this LASIC center hit 93%
2:42 in the top three across a 100 square
2:45 miles centered on Chicago's loop. That's
2:48 millions of people. and they pay $5,000
2:50 every month because we delivered results
2:52 in weeks, not years. Take a look at
2:55 their current rank map.
2:58 So, here's what that $8,000 a month
3:01 agency missed and why most local SEO
3:03 advice is just plain wrong. When someone
3:06 searches plumber, Google shows a map
3:08 with three listings on top. Those are
3:10 the Google business listings, not their
3:13 websites. 60 to 70% of the traffic of
3:16 the clicks of the calls are going to go
3:18 to one of those three top spots in the
3:20 map. So, if you're not in the top three,
3:22 you're basically invisible. Even if you
3:25 rank number one organically below the
3:27 map, you're fighting for scraps, maybe
3:29 20% of the leftover clicks after the
3:32 maps and the ads. So, most agencies are
3:34 killing themselves trying to rank blog
3:36 posts and service pages when the only
3:39 real money is in the map pack. Now,
3:41 every page on a local website exists for
3:44 one job and one job only. Rank the
3:46 Google business profile higher. We're
3:48 not trying to rank blog posts. We're not
3:50 trying to rank service pages. We want
3:52 Google to trust and promote the Google
3:54 business profile. That is the singular
3:56 goal. All those questions about
3:58 duplicate content or content
4:00 cannibalization. If you start talking to
4:01 someone and they mention things like
4:04 that, they're focused on pages when they
4:05 need to be focused on the Google
4:07 business profile. And the reason that so
4:09 many SEO clients can see traffic graphs
4:11 going up while their phone stays silent,
4:14 agencies are bringing in searchers from
4:17 other cities, not local buyers who spend
4:19 money. But targeting maps is just the
4:21 first piece. Most businesses immediately
4:23 sabotage themselves with a basic setup
4:26 mistake. This common massive mistake is
4:29 choosing only one primary category, like
4:31 plumber, and then calling it a day. Now,
4:33 Google allows you to choose up to 10
4:34 categories. If you're only using one,
4:36 you're leaving money on the table.
4:38 Target at least three or four categories
4:40 on your business profile, not just your
4:42 primary one. So, if you're a plumber,
4:44 you might also add relevant secondary
4:46 categories like drainage service and gas
4:49 installation service. Now, next, list at
4:52 least 20 services on your GBP. Most
4:54 local businesses will list a handful,
4:57 but 20 services tells Google when to
5:00 show your business in search. Now, a lot
5:02 of people have no clue what services to
5:03 add, so they just guess. I'm going to
5:06 show you a quick way to get some really
5:08 good ideas. GMBB Everywhere is a free
5:10 tool that shows you the most common
5:12 secondary categories and services for
5:15 any primary category. Let me pull it up
5:16 real quick and show you what it looks
5:18 like. So, here I am. I have searched for
5:20 plumber Fort Wayne, Indiana. And I get
5:21 these top three. I don't want to look at
5:23 the top three. I want to look for a
5:25 business who is out of the top three.
5:27 So, I'm going to hit more places and I
5:28 get this view. So, these are the same
5:31 top three. And what I like to see is a
5:33 business out of the top three, but they
5:34 have a decent review count. Reviews are
5:36 typically hard to get. So, if I see a
5:38 business that's done the work in getting
5:40 reviews, but they're not yet in the top
5:42 three. That's a really good prospect.
5:43 Let's see if we can find one. Here you
5:46 go. They have 769 reviews. That's a lot.
5:48 And they're all the way down here in
5:51 position 9 or 10. So, I can turn on the
5:54 GMBB Everywhere Chrome plugin. And then
5:56 I can hit category finder. And that
5:58 brings me to this page. So we can see
6:00 the categories that they have. They
6:02 aren't a plumber only. They have a lot
6:04 of other primary categories. That's
6:05 probably one of the reasons they're not
6:07 ranking very high for plumber, but
6:09 certainly we can get them to rank high
6:11 for plumber. So you can see we have
6:12 these are the categories they have.
6:14 These are related categories that we
6:15 could think about adding. And then we
6:17 have related services down here that we
6:19 could add for each one of their primary
6:21 categories. If that's not quite enough,
6:23 I also have a fairly simple AI prompt
6:25 that you can use. I'll go ahead and show
6:27 it on screen. Screen share. ask AI to
6:30 copy it or you can join my school group
6:32 and find it there. This is a pretty
6:41 Now, finally, once you have the
6:43 categories and services, I want you to
6:45 go into your Google business profile and
6:47 fill out every single box. Your business
6:49 description, the services we just talked
6:51 about, the question and answer section,
6:52 the posts, the photos, the business
6:54 hours, everything. For every new client
6:56 that we on board at my agency, we always
6:59 start by doing a detailed GBP
7:01 walkthrough to make sure the GBP is
7:03 optimized and set up properly. Let me
7:05 show you exactly what that walkthrough
7:06 looks like. So again, this
7:08 documentation, this is what my team
7:10 actually uses for new clients. You can
7:12 get this in the school community.
7:13 There's going to be a link in the
7:15 description. And really, what we're
7:17 doing is writing everything down that we
7:19 would recommend changing. And we're
7:20 looking for the client to give us
7:22 permission to make these changes for
7:23 them. and we can just scroll through.
7:25 You want to make sure the name, address,
7:26 phone number matches, it's in the
7:28 footer, it has local schema, there's
7:30 content about the location, etc., etc.
7:32 Feel free. Go to the school community.
7:34 Take a look at this. It will break down
7:37 exactly what we look for. Brand new GBP.
7:39 This also links to another questionnaire
7:41 that will help us make sure we have the
7:43 correct information to fill out every
7:45 box in a new client's business profile.
7:47 Now, an optimized Google business
7:50 profile alone usually won't get you to
7:52 the top three by itself. It's table
7:53 stake. You need the website structure
7:55 that most agencies will get wrong. Now,
7:58 like I said, a lot of local SEO advice
8:00 out there is wrong. And weekly blog
8:03 posts can actually hurt your local
8:06 rankings. Stop doing weekly blog posts,
8:08 please. So many agencies are out there
8:09 creating content for local businesses
8:12 that doesn't help them rank locally. We
8:14 want to make a website follows the same
8:16 structure as the Google business profile
8:18 to build more trust and more relevance
8:20 with Google. We want to connect your
8:22 website with your GBP. So, here's how
8:25 that structure works. Your homepage or
8:26 your Google business profile landing
8:29 page should target the exact keyword
8:32 phrase, primary GBP category, and city
8:34 name. For example, plumber Fort Wayne.
8:36 This exact phrase needs to be in your
8:38 title tag, your H1 tag, and it should be
8:40 addressed immediately in the first
8:41 sentence or two of your content.
8:44 definitely include other words, but you
8:46 do need to include plumber Fort Wayne,
8:48 assuming of course you're a plumber in
8:50 Fort Wayne. So remember when you added
8:52 three or four secondary categories to
8:55 your business profile, I want you to use
8:57 each of those secondary categories as an
8:59 H2 tag on your homepage. Under each one
9:02 of those H2 tags, write a 100 words or
9:05 so about that secondary category. Next,
9:07 create a new detailed page for each
9:09 secondary category. Your target keyword
9:11 for each one is simple. Secondary
9:13 category plus city name. For example,
9:15 drainage service Fort Wayne. Include
9:17 exact match keywords in the title tag
9:19 and the H1 tag just like you did for the
9:21 homepage. Then choose the most relevant
9:23 services from your GBP for each
9:26 secondary category. Use each service as
9:28 an H2 tag and write 100 words or so
9:30 about that service. And finally, create
9:33 a new page targeting the keyword service
9:36 plus city name for every single service.
9:38 for example, water heater installation
9:40 Fort Wayne. Now, once you've done all of
9:42 this, you'll have around 30 pages on
9:44 your local website. We call this the
9:47 core 30. Each one of those is using the
9:49 target category or service and city
9:51 name. And together, this core 30 is
9:53 giving Google a massive amount of
9:55 relevance, comprehensiveness, and
9:58 authority. Now, instead of guessing what
10:00 content to create for all of these
10:02 pages, I'm going to show you exactly how
10:04 to identify the gaps that you have on
10:06 your current website. Here's an AI
10:07 prompt that's going to analyze your
10:09 website and tell you exactly what you're
10:11 missing. So, for this example, I'm just
10:12 going to show you what that prompt looks
10:16 like with WC Borkeelt. That's the same
10:17 plumber in Fort Wayne who has good
10:19 review quantity but isn't ranked very
10:21 high. The first thing to notice about
10:23 their website. Let me pull it so you can
10:25 see it. Is their title tag is the word
10:27 home. This is super common. This is
10:29 actually the most common title tag we
10:31 see in local businesses. Please, if you
10:33 catch nothing else from this video,
10:35 change your title tag to match your
10:37 primary category and your city name, not
10:50 So, here's the prompt. We do need some
10:52 inputs from Screaming Frog. So, this is
10:54 what Screaming Frog looks like. You're
10:56 going to put the URL, the domain here,
10:57 and then you're going to hit start. I've
10:59 already crawled this site and we need
11:01 the links all and the internal all. So
11:03 the internal all we can just hit export
11:05 and it's going to give me the internal
11:07 all and then we can click on links hit
11:08 export and it will give me the links
11:11 all. So then screaming frog it's free
11:13 for up to 500 URLs. And if you have
11:16 clients with more than 500 URLs or you
11:17 have a business website with more than
11:19 500 URLs, you should be able to afford
11:21 the relatively small license fee to go
11:23 above that. But for most of us, the free
11:25 version is fine. So, I'm going to give
11:27 Claude those two files. And I've
11:29 selected the Opus model here. Opus is
11:31 better at analysis. Sonnet is better at
11:32 writing. And I'm going to say the
11:34 primary category is plumber. I copied
11:36 all of the secondary categories from
11:38 GMBB everywhere. And I entered that the
11:40 city is Fort Wayne. So, I'll go ahead
11:42 and run this analysis. All right. So, we
11:44 have the analysis complete and the
11:46 executive summary. This particular
11:48 website has eight URLs and it's
11:50 basically missing everything. So, this
11:51 one's pretty simple. It needs
11:53 everything. What's interesting, we did
11:56 catch the title tag for the homepage is
11:58 home. So certainly that needs to be
12:00 updated. If you're watching this WC
12:02 Borkeelt, there's a lot of opportunity
12:04 to improve your GVP ranking very, very
12:06 quickly if you just add a little bit
12:09 more content gradually to your website.
12:10 You already have the review count to get
12:13 the calls. Just add some content and
12:15 you'll be golden. So that prompt is so
12:16 effective because it literally just
12:18 tells you exactly what pages you're
12:21 missing and what pages you need to write
12:23 to create to rank. Now you know the
12:25 structure, but of course creating 30
12:27 pages of content or in the case of this
12:29 plumber, he's looking at 60 pages of
12:31 content that would normally take months.
12:32 Here's how to do it in just a day or
12:34 two. So I have a single AI prompt that
12:36 can handle all of this for you. But it's
12:39 not your typical AI content prompt. This
12:41 prompt is designed to work for both
12:43 Google's traditional algorithm and for
12:46 AI systems like chat GPT and Google's AI
12:48 overview. So most people when they're
12:50 writing content with AI, they just open
12:52 up Chat GPT and they say, "Write an
12:54 article about plumbing services." That
12:56 gives you garbage that sounds robotic
12:58 and doesn't rank. This prompt is
13:00 different. It creates content that
13:02 sounds like genuine recommendations from
13:04 a trusted local expert while still
13:06 hitting all of the keyword optimization
13:09 that Google needs. So, let me show you
13:11 exactly what this looks like. Here's the
13:13 AI prompt that we use to generate all of
13:28 So, the example I'm going to show you is
13:30 to write homepage content that ranks
13:32 number one on maps while also being the
13:34 type of content that AI systems
13:36 recommend when people ask for local
13:38 services. Okay, so here we have the
13:39 prompt and again we want to target
13:41 category plumber. So this is going to
13:43 write content for the homepage. I have
13:45 some directions in the school group for
13:46 how to make slight changes to this
13:48 prompt if you're using it for category
13:50 pages that aren't the primary category
13:52 and for service pages. But for now,
13:53 we're just going to leave it like this
13:55 and go ahead and run it. Again, I have
13:57 Claude sonnet as the chosen model. This
13:59 does better job at actually writing.
14:01 Most of the instructions are in this,
14:03 not in what is visible on screen. All
14:04 right, so we have the content written.
14:06 And I'm going to go ahead and copy it.
14:09 And we usually check it in a zero GPT.
14:11 This is the AI detector. We know it's
14:13 not accurate. We usually just do this
14:14 because this is usually pretty good at
14:17 detecting bad lowquality content. And
14:20 there we go. First pass says it's human
14:21 written. Claude is very, very good with
14:23 the right prompts at writing content
14:26 that pass AI checkers in a day or two,
14:28 depending on how many pages you're
14:30 missing. And this is going to work for
14:32 both Google and ChatgPT. But honestly,
14:35 even perfect content won't rank without
14:38 this final component that so many skip,
14:40 Google's trust signal. Even if your GBP
14:42 is perfectly optimized and your website
14:44 structure mirrors your GBP exactly,
14:47 Google still needs outside verification
14:49 that your content is worth ranking, that
14:51 your business is trustworthy. This is
14:53 equally important when you're using AI
14:56 to generate content faster, and it's
14:58 important to get recommended by AI
15:00 itself. Now, first we need local
15:02 business schema structured data with
15:05 character for character GBP info. This
15:07 is code that goes on your homepage and
15:10 tells Google, "Yes, this website belongs
15:12 to this exact Google business profile."
15:13 If the information doesn't match
15:15 exactly, Google's going to be confused
15:17 about whether you're the same business.
15:19 Here's something kind of interesting.
15:21 There's a lot of evidence that Google's
15:24 own AI overview doesn't pay a lot of
15:26 attention to schema markup, but ChatGPT
15:29 loves it and relies on it heavily. So,
15:31 when people ask ChatGpt for local
15:33 business recommendations, having proper
15:35 schema gives you a huge advantage in
15:37 getting recommended. You can actually
15:40 give ChatGpt schema that it will repeat
15:42 when someone asks to recommend a
15:44 business local to you. Now, if you don't
15:47 know how to code, no problem. ChatGpt of
15:48 course can generate it for you. Just
15:50 give it your exact GVP information and
15:52 ask it to create local business schema
15:54 in JSON LD format. It will know what
15:57 that mean. You need external links to
15:59 validate your content. For the core 30
16:00 pages we just created, you're going to
16:03 want to source a mediumish quality link
16:05 to every single URL. That link is
16:08 basically a this isn't slop signal to
16:10 Google's algorithm. Now, the AI systems
16:11 don't care about these links. They're
16:14 just a signal to get these pages indexed
16:16 and to improve the trust from Google's
16:18 algorithm. For local businesses, you
16:20 don't need hundreds and hundreds of
16:23 links. A few strategic, highquality
16:26 local links will do more than 50
16:28 lowquality ones. Now, the absolute best
16:30 link for your local business, a local
16:32 chamber of commerce. A chamber of
16:34 commerce link is probably going to be $2
16:37 or $300 per year in most cities. But
16:39 that single link will provide more local
16:41 authority than almost anything else you
16:44 can do beyond chambers of commerce. Also
16:45 look for local sponsorship
16:47 opportunities, youth sports teams,
16:49 community events, local charities. Let
16:51 me show you a prompt on screen that I
16:53 have in my school group for finding
16:55 these local sponsorship opportunities.
16:56 Again, if you don't want to join the
16:58 school group, no worries. Go ahead and
17:00 freeze frame or ask AI to grab this
17:10 This will help you identify
17:13 organizations in your area that accept
17:15 sponsorships and will give you a quality
17:18 local link and local mention in return.
17:20 So, let me show you exactly what this
17:22 output looks like. I'm going to switch
17:24 it back to the Opus model and I'm going
17:25 to go ahead and hit the research cuz I
17:27 want to make sure that the AI actually
17:29 crawls the internet to find what I'm
17:30 looking for. You're also going to want
17:32 to embed your Google Maps listing on
17:34 your GVP landing page and create
17:36 consistent business citations. Your
17:38 business name, address, and phone number
17:40 across the internet. My favorite tool to
17:42 get these highquality citations is a
17:44 tool called Lead Snap. I'll put an
17:46 affiliate link in description. It'll
17:47 give you half off your first 3 months if
17:50 you decide to use it. Okay, so the AI is
17:52 done running. Here is the backlink list
17:55 that it has given to us. We have some
17:57 immediate ones that it's recommending.
17:58 And beyond that, it's giving us a list
18:00 of event sponsorships along with links
18:02 over to it. We have government and
18:04 educational institutes that we can
18:06 sponsor service organizations. Just an
18:09 excellent list of very powerful local
18:12 links that we could go after to get this
18:14 plumber and Fort Wayne trusted more by
18:16 both Google's algorithm and by chat GPT.
18:18 Now, with all five of these components
18:20 in place, you're going to typically see
18:24 movement within 2 to 4 weeks in 90% of
18:26 local markets. So now that you have the
18:29 complete AI system that eliminates 80%
18:30 of the manual work and gets local
18:32 businesses ranked in one month instead
18:35 of six, you have the GBP optimization,
18:37 the website structure blueprint, the AI
18:39 content prompts, and the trust signals
18:41 with citations that make it all work
18:43 together. But having the best local SEO
18:45 system in the world won't help you if
18:47 you don't have clients to use it on. So,
18:49 while you're explaining to clients why
