0:02 using AI to help with sports betting is
0:05 a very popular topic but unfortunately
0:07 almost every video that I've seen on
0:09 this is either some creators selling you
0:11 some scammy product or they're not
0:13 correctly prompting the AI models to get
0:16 you the best outputs possible and so in
0:17 this video I'm going to show you Tech
0:20 some techniques and strategies that you
0:22 can leverage whether it's chat GPT deep
0:26 seeks R1 reasoning model or grock 3 to
0:28 help us with sports betting advice so be
0:30 sure to stick around for the entire
0:33 video now a very important disclaimer is
0:35 what I'm going to show you in this video
0:37 is not Financial advice or gambling
0:40 advice as all I'm doing are showing you
0:42 ways that we can leverage AI models to
0:45 assist us in analyzing different sports
0:47 bets and if this happens to be your
0:49 first time to the channel welcome my
0:51 name is Ryan and my mission is to help
0:53 you navigate the overwhelming world of
0:55 artificial intelligence and if you want
0:57 to know my favorite AI tools and prompts
0:59 that I'm using for marketing and content creat
1:00 creat
1:02 be sure to get my free AI marketing
1:04 Essentials guide you can find the link
1:07 for this in the video description or pin
1:09 comment below now in this example I'm
1:11 going to be comparing my sports betting
1:14 advice across open ai's 01 reasoning
1:17 model deep seeks R1 reasoning model and
1:20 also grock 3 and more specifically this
1:22 think mode right here you must be using
1:24 reasoning models in order to get the
1:27 best outputs for this specific scenario
1:29 this is one of the big problems a lot of
1:30 people when they're doing anything
1:32 reasoning related they just default to
1:35 either the free version of chat GPT or
1:37 they're using a language model that is
1:39 not trained for reasoning so that is the
1:41 very first point that I want to make and
1:43 I'm going to be using all of these AI
1:45 models to help me with betting
1:49 predictions for UFC 313 which is the UFC
1:51 event this weekend as I'm recording this
1:53 and a little side note here betting on
1:55 UFC fights is one of my vices I'm a huge
1:58 UFC MMA fan and so why not leverage my
2:01 skill set of AI to maybe help me win a
2:02 little bit here and there with betting
2:05 on UFC now in order to get the most
2:07 helpful and unbiased sports betting
2:10 advice possible from these AI models
2:12 what we need to do is provide it with
2:14 data data on the betting odds and so in
2:16 this example I'm using a website called
2:19 fight odds. I like this site because it
2:21 lists all the different odds across
2:23 various bookies around the world for
2:25 money line and just a quick note I am
2:27 only going to be using money line in
2:30 this example for these fights obviously
2:31 if you want to do something like over
2:33 under rounds total points over and under
2:35 if you're trying to bet football
2:37 basketball Etc that would apply to a
2:39 different situation but I'm just going
2:41 to be doing money line for all these
2:43 different fight odds right here so what
2:44 you would want to do is take a
2:47 screenshot of all of these odds and if
2:49 you want to bet on over or under you
2:51 could take a screenshot from a different
2:53 bookie website like my bookie right they
2:55 have the over and under rounds right
2:57 here you could use DraftKings FanDuel
2:59 Etc so once you have those images of the
3:02 odds what you want to do is open up chat
3:05 GPT I'd recommend using 01 as that is
3:07 its Advanced reasoning model right now
3:09 for plus users I don't think free users
3:11 get access to this I could be wrong on
3:13 that and then what you want to do is
3:16 upload the images of the fighting odds
3:17 or betting odds and then you want to
3:19 prompt it with an advanced prompt that
3:21 looks like this I'm not going to read
3:23 this word for word in this video I will
3:25 leave this in the description below if
3:26 you want to use this but I've been
3:29 fine-tuning this prompt over time and so
3:30 I've kind of dialed it in to get the
3:32 answers that I'm looking for and then
3:34 I'm going to hit enter and while it's
3:36 doing that I went ahead and did the same
3:38 thing on deep seek I uploaded those
3:40 images of the betting odds used the
3:43 exact same prompt I made sure that R1
3:45 model was enabled and then I hit enter
3:47 same thing on grock 3 the uploaded
3:50 images are right here I copy and pasted
3:53 that prompt I'm on grock 3 I also used
3:54 the think mode and I'm going to hit
3:56 enter and now I'm going to skip ahead
3:58 and wait till these outputs are complete
4:00 all right so here's here's the response
4:02 that I got from chat GPT and this did
4:05 take 52 seconds for it to come up with
4:07 this now what I do like about this
4:09 response is it has a detailed analysis
4:11 for every single fight so here's the
4:13 main event Alex Pereira Who's the
4:16 champion versus babed angal has the
4:18 betting odds right here and it breaks it
4:20 down by record and opposition style
4:23 matchup physical attributes recent
4:25 performances and form and X factors it
4:27 does that for every single fight based
4:30 on the images that I uploaded and if I
4:31 scroll down it breaks it down into a
4:34 nice table format has the fight here the
4:36 approximate odds it gives its pick and
4:38 then it also provides its reasoning now
4:40 one other thing that I added to this was
4:43 a confidence level based on a scale of 1
4:45 to 10 10 being the most confident notice
4:47 how some of these picks it has an eight
4:50 on confidence a six or a five uh I have
4:52 yet to see a one or a 10 which is really
4:54 interesting but that is just the quick
4:57 results here that chat GPT came up with
5:00 if I look at Deep seek this took 2
5:01 seconds to come up with an answer and
5:03 what I like about deep seek is its Chain
5:05 of Thought reasoning it breaks down its
5:08 entire thought process step by step and
5:09 here's the table that it provided not as
5:12 legible as what we just saw on chat GPT
5:14 um but here it has some of the fights it
5:15 didn't break down all of the fights so
5:18 the answer is incomplete when using deep
5:20 seek um but you'll see the confidence
5:21 level on some of these you have an eight
5:24 out of 10 uh they have a nine out of 10
5:26 here Ang gov's wrestling so they're
5:27 confident Ang go is going to win via
5:29 money line and they're nine out of 10
5:31 that's a really interesting pick it also
5:33 has some key notes down here has a value
5:36 play caution um but I really like the
5:39 response of grock 3 for this scenario
5:42 actually it has a took 46 seconds for it
5:44 for it to think about this and here it
5:46 breaks down every single thing that it
5:47 thought about and I like how it breaks
5:49 this down with its Chain of Thought
5:51 reasoning so first it has the table of
5:53 predictions for all the different
5:55 matchups here it has Alex Pereira
5:57 picking it to win confidence level five
5:59 out of 10 and then a quick little EXP
6:01 explanation Pray's slight favoritism
6:03 suggest a marginal Edge due to striking
6:05 power could counter this in a close
6:08 fight uh phiv jayen Turner mandal lios
6:10 now what I like about this is it threw
6:13 in an underdog pick here often times
6:15 when I would try to use chat GPT to help
6:16 with sports betting advice for other
6:18 sports like basketball for instance it
6:20 would often pick the favorites every
6:22 single time so I have it here in this
6:24 prompt where to say like hey sometimes
6:26 pick underdogs where you think there's
6:28 value and it makes sense based on all
6:30 the research and Analysis that you were
6:32 doing so I like that but it's only
6:34 giving me a four out of a 10 confidence
6:36 level um so if I scroll down it looks
6:37 like it's still picking favorites for
6:40 the most part yeah so all favorites here
6:43 uh except for looks like Jaylen Turner
6:46 at plus 125 now what I also like about
6:48 this is it provides a detailed analysis
6:50 underneath the predictions table so here
6:52 it gives me the odds it gives me the
6:56 analysis prediction confidence uh does
6:57 this for every single fight that I
6:59 upload and then it also has some notes
7:02 at the limitations value plays uh
7:04 confidence but one thing I did notice
7:06 about grock 3 and its response is there
7:09 were several airs like Jasmine juv vious
7:11 however you say her name she's not on
7:13 this card uh Maurice Green I don't know
7:15 if that's even a real person he's not on
7:18 this card uh Jake Hadley's not on this
7:20 card he actually just got cut by the UFC
7:22 um and there's also some other errors I
7:24 was noticing in here as well so while I
7:27 like kind of the format that grock 3
7:29 used it was very inaccurate in its
7:31 respon response deep seek was accurate
7:33 but it was very slim in its response it
7:35 didn't have as many details compared to
7:39 grock 3 or open AI 01 if I had to give
7:41 the nod here I'd probably go to open AI
7:44 or chat GPT using its 01 model it
7:46 followed my instructions I really like
7:49 this table format I also really like the
7:51 analysis for each fight now what you
7:53 could do is you could chat one by one
7:55 and ask it to break down each fight
7:57 versus just providing all of it in one
7:59 response if you have the time that's
8:00 probably a better way to do it and you
8:03 could say research this fight research
8:05 both Fighters look at their statistics
8:07 right and really break down each
8:09 individual fight now I even took this to
8:12 another step and I used chat gpt's deep
8:14 research functionality and I basically
8:16 asked it are you able to compile
8:18 statistics of every UFC fighter on the
8:21 roster and I asked it for specific stats
8:23 in a table format and so here it gave me
8:25 all these different statistics doing
8:27 deep research from all the different
8:29 sources that it used and so once I
8:31 compiled all of this data and you'll see
8:33 all the sources right here I said great
8:35 great now compile all of this data into
8:38 a CSV file that I can download here it
8:41 provided that CSV file so then what I
8:42 could do is I could come back to my
8:45 original chat with UFC predictions come
8:48 back here upload that CSV file let's see
8:50 if I can find it here on my desktop
8:52 here's the UFC fighter statistics and
8:58 I'll say great uh now uh use the UFC
9:01 statistics I've uploaded uh to help you with
9:02 with your
9:04 your
9:06 predictions and let's see what this
9:09 looks like when this is complete all
9:11 right so that only took chat GPT 7
9:14 Seconds to analyze that uploaded CSV
9:15 file and this is where it gets really
9:17 cool it had some really in-depth
9:20 statistics on striking attempts per
9:22 minute strikes landed per minute which
9:25 is slpm and saapm 60 or striking
9:28 accuracy and also take down defense so
9:29 now it's breaking down all the different
9:32 fights from a statistical analysis and
9:34 it does this for all the fights and if I
9:36 scroll down I should have an updated
9:38 table right here yep so then it has the
9:40 updated table with the odds the pick the
9:42 confidence level the reasoning and then
9:44 it has all the statistics inside the
9:46 reasoning uh Ana Live's lower strike
9:48 attempts per minute versus pereira's
9:50 higher output giving him a solid path to
9:52 control on the ground um so this is just
9:55 some really interesting stuff here and I
9:56 hope I'm getting the juices flowing for
9:58 you guys in how we can start to leverage
10:01 AI to assist us with sports betting now
10:03 is what I'm showing you a silver bullet
10:05 no now watch all of these picks be
10:07 completely wrong is that's just the
10:09 nature of sports gambling there are
10:11 often factors that these algorithms and
10:13 bookies can't factor in on a given fight
10:15 for whatever reason mental toughness
10:18 illness right there's so many different
10:20 variables that go into this stuff but
10:21 I'm going to be monitoring it this
10:22 weekend I'm going to throw down probably
10:25 a little $5 parlay and all these
10:27 different picks that AI provided or that
10:29 Chad GPT provided and then run it
10:31 through myself then kind of compare the
10:32 different results but this is just
10:34 something that I really unlike in one
10:36 unique use case that you can start
10:39 leveraging AI for now one final tip that
10:41 I want to leave you with in this video
10:44 is we can actually turn this entire chat
10:46 into a custom chpt so we can easily come
10:49 back to this type of task in the future
10:51 all you need to do is prompt it with
10:53 something like this task could you make
10:55 a prompt or instructions if I want to
10:57 make a custom GPT for this task again in
10:59 the future provide a name description
11:01 instructions and conversation starter so
11:04 here it created a GPT profile name
11:07 description instructions conversation
11:09 starter remember all of these
11:11 instructions and descriptions and name
11:13 it got from all the data that I provided
11:16 in this chat and so what I did on a new
11:19 window is simply create a new custom GPT
11:21 I called it MMA Sports better gave it
11:23 all those instructions that chat GPT
11:26 provided me with in the previous chat
11:28 gave it a conversation starter and we
11:30 can now do this process more efficiently
11:33 by using a custom GPT and I'll leave a
11:36 link to this newly created custom GPT in
11:38 the video description below if you guys
11:40 want to check this out now I'm not
11:41 guaranteeing results or anything like
11:43 that so don't get mad at me if something
11:45 doesn't work this is something that I
11:47 literally just created in seconds based
11:50 off my original chat right here so I
11:52 hope you enjoyed this video basically
11:54 showing you some other ways that you can
11:56 use AI models to assist us with
11:58 extracurricular activities like sports
12:00 gambling again quick disclaimer this is
12:02 not Financial advice this is not
12:04 gambling advice I'm just showing you
12:05 some ways that you can use these AI
12:07 models for fun and if you've made it
12:10 this far into the video I truly
12:11 appreciate you be sure to give me a
12:13 thumbs up subscribe to the channel if
12:15 you found value and also leave me a
12:17 comment below did you learn something in
12:19 this video do you have any other tips
12:21 and tricks on using AI for for sports
12:24 gambling excuse me I would love to hear
12:26 all of your thoughts and lastly for
12:28 those serious about wanting to learn AI
12:31 i' recommend looking at my AI marketing
12:33 insiders Community I recently launched
12:36 this and this is a nobs community for
12:38 marketers content creators business
12:40 owners anyone who's serious about
12:42 wanting to leverage AI to grow their
12:44 business or personal brand all sorts of
12:46 good content in here and including all
12:48 of my courses that I've created there's
12:49 hundreds if not thousands of dollars
12:52 worth of value in here and I also do
12:54 weekly Q&A calls where you can hop on
12:56 every week and kind of pick my brain for
12:58 anything related to Ai and marketing so
13:00 if you guys want check that out I'll
13:01 leave that in the video description or
13:05 pin comment below and most importantly I
13:06 hope all of you watching this have a
