1:28 there's a lot of people who can't afford
1:30 it so most of the people who come there
1:31 can't pay for it so they're trying right
1:34 they live off of grants and money so my
1:35 my wife went there and she was there all
1:37 day with my son and it was just a room a
1:39 blank room and there was all kinds of
1:40 kids in there and there was no toys and
1:42 there was no colors on the wall the end
1:44 my wife came home and tell me i called
1:46 the director i said how much would it
1:48 take to make that room amazing and put
1:49 toys in there and paint color on the
1:51 wall and put balls and make it so kids
1:54 can see on the tv he said oh my god what
1:55 are you asking i said what would it take
1:57 to do that he said i think fifty
1:59 thousand dollars would make it amazing i
2:00 said what's your account i wired him
2:02 fifty thousand bucks in eight minutes
2:04 and right now they're working on making
2:06 that place for those kids to go in there
2:08 when they're sick and not feeling good
2:10 to make them feel amazing and feel alive
2:11 i don't know what lights you up but i
2:13 have goose bumps right now so when
2:14 somebody tells me money doesn't buy

3:32 jet in my hometown and my whole family

3:38 see me do you ever see me post a picture
3:39 of my plane on my instagram i'm not the
3:41 guy that holds up money or shows you in
3:43 my plane
3:45 or my house that's
3:48 the house of my dreams i don't do that
3:49 i don't want people to follow me because
3:51 i hold stacks of money on a on a
3:53 facebook ad
3:55 right i want people to know me for the
3:56 heart i have
3:58 but i'm blessed to have more success
3:59 than i ever could have dreamed possible

6:00 never would have got to the ability to
6:01 do the things that he was able to do

6:19 but we all overestimate what we can do

6:50 daughter was like i want to help this
6:52 there's too much separation in our world
6:53 right now who can we help out to help

6:57 become the human race my son had his
6:59 idea i'm like okay what do you want to
7:01 spend go online find a great company
7:02 find somebody that's got five star
7:04 rating go come back to the table who are
7:06 we going to donate money to how does
7:08 that feel what does that do for your
7:09 soul right now what does that do for
7:11 your heart right now is that bigger than
7:13 anything else
7:16 but i'm telling you don't do that until
7:19 your gut until your mask is on
7:20 that's the part we all want to do who
7:22 wants to do that who wants to donate
7:25 more give more impact more right but who's
7:26 who's
7:27 i'm not saying you shouldn't help out
7:29 now if you don't donate a million out of
7:31 10 million you won't donate you know i
7:32 mean if you won't donate a dollar out of
7:34 10 you won't donate a million out of 10
7:38 million we can do things now but be more
7:40 selfish more greedy with your time your
7:42 money and all of it right now put your
7:43 focus on you but you're focused on being
7:45 successful because then in one year
7:47 three year five years
7:49 you get to cut checks and make an influence

7:54 and that's what i consider being success

8:18 long ago it could have been 20 years ago
8:19 and it was something that was really wealthy

8:23 and i was i i'm like i came from a kid
8:25 it was in a trailer park and i was
8:26 already in business i was already doing
8:29 well but nothing like that and i flew on
8:31 this plane and it was like you just
8:33 drive your car
8:34 to the plane you drive right out on the tarmac
8:36 tarmac
8:38 i'm in shock you get out of your car you
8:39 take three steps you walk up into the
8:41 plane it takes off you land and when you
8:43 land your rental car is waiting at the
8:47 bottom of the steps i'm like holy crap
8:49 this is unbelievable there's food on the
8:50 plane there's a bathroom on the plane
8:53 it's like this is ridiculous this can't
8:55 be possible and i remembered that plane
8:57 and i remember thinking to myself
8:59 i'm buying one of these someday i'm
9:00 going to buy it after i hit certain
9:02 criteria after i saved enough after i
9:05 gave enough away i'm buying one of these
9:07 and i've chartered since then i've
9:10 probably phoned phone mostly private i
9:11 don't know 10 years i don't i never talk
9:13 you never hear me talk about this look
9:15 at this some of us some of you i have a
9:17 relationship with for seven to ten years
9:19 never shared this because i don't that's
9:21 why i don't want you to respect me
9:22 because i got a big house and a plane i
9:24 want you to respect me for my heart my
9:26 feeling and how i got here that's what i
9:28 hope i hope i share that with you guys
9:29 you see a lot of people go on your
9:31 facebook right now i guarantee there's
9:32 somebody holding the half a million
9:34 bucks in their hand and someone else in
9:35 front of their lamborghini and someone
9:38 else showing off their watch right you
9:39 never see that with me i wear a pretty
9:41 much a gray t-shirt today it's a very
9:43 special day i have a greenish gray shirt
9:45 on it's a special day right here i
9:47 digress i was on that plane probably 15
9:50 18 years ago i bought that plane
9:54 uh a year ago but was it easy
9:57 no have i failed miserably yes have i
9:59 doubted myself absolutely have i felt
10:01 like an imposter more than you'll ever
10:04 know or ever believe
10:05 but it's possible
10:08 the only thing is we have to stay in the
10:10 game we have to find what drives us we
10:12 have to keep moving forward we have to
10:15 say to ourselves again i know so i see
10:16 so many incredible people out here i
10:18 know the success you've had this isn't
10:20 about you not having success success up
10:22 until now it's about me hopefully

10:31 like yes i have a plane i have a i have
10:32 a beautiful home
10:34 but i'm not flashy i don't i drive a
10:36 ford pickup truck by the way guys if you
10:38 lived in arizona and you saw me at a red
10:42 light i drive a white ford f-150 every
10:45 day i do not have any other car i don't
10:47 have motorcycles i don't buy watches i
10:49 have a really nice watch on my wrist
10:50 right now if you know watches it's one
10:52 of the nicest watches out there it was a
10:53 present from tony robbins from all the
10:55 work we do together or else i'd have a
10:57 simple little watch or not wear one at
11:00 all so i'm really simple in some areas
11:01 and then i get to do the things that i
11:02 want but i wouldn't do any of those
11:05 things that i want unless i could give
11:08 at the level i want to give
11:10 last year i donated more to charity than
11:12 ever before in my life
11:13 i needed to i need a break last year
11:14 this year right
11:16 right
11:20 so that's my message for today is
11:22 it's all possible
11:23 dream big
11:25 but no we have to put in the work it
11:27 doesn't come by accident there's no
11:29 magical money machines you don't invent
11:31 something today and be rich tomorrow you

11:59 and at the end of the day i would do it
12:01 a million times over i get to be with
12:02 you amazing people and here's the thing

12:06 if i would have stayed and just went

12:09 and worked for someone else even though
12:11 i knew i had more to give the world and
12:12 i'm not saying a job is bad i'm saying
12:14 the wrong job right
12:16 i still would have failed i still would
12:18 have felt like an imposter i still would
12:20 have been ridiculed all those things
12:21 still would have happened but i would
12:23 had someone else with their foot on my
12:26 head so if somebody says to me man be
12:27 doing your own thing going for that next
12:30 level is scary yes it's even scarier to
12:31 think that i have to listen live by
12:33 someone else's rules for the rest of my life
