0:30 so let's go to the best sellers tab
0:33 right here and let's scroll around and
0:35 let's click on one of these products
0:37 this is the fifth bestselling product in
0:39 Beauty and personal care so let's click
0:41 on this product and let's see how much
0:43 money this is making and this is a
0:46 rosemary mint scalp and hair
0:49 strengthening oil but using a tool
0:51 called helium 10 which is a free tool
0:54 that you can download you can click on
0:55 x-ray and you can see how much any
0:57 product on Amazon is making now this is
0:59 a free tool but to unlock all the

1:03 we can see that this product is making

1:23 products very easy but we don't want to
1:25 sell this product we want to find our

1:33 popular searched items and to find out
1:35 what is the most searched items all you
1:37 have to do is start typing so if I put
1:40 the letter A here for instance it tells
1:42 me that airpods is the most likely
1:45 autocomplete it's the most likely thing
1:46 that people are searching for that
1:48 starts with a if I type in B Bluetooth
1:50 speaker is the most popular thing that
1:53 starts with a B bathing suit for women
1:54 baby wipes all that but the real trick
1:57 is if you put ba BB BC and if you do
2:02 this you'll get Auto completes and we
2:04 can see here be Beach Tow beach bag but
2:09 this third one is really interesting I I
2:11 don't want to sell a beach towel I don't
2:12 want to sell a beach bag but berberine
2:15 what is burine let's click on that and
2:17 let's find out and we can see all these
2:19 different berberine products right here
2:22 and let's click on one of them let's
2:23 click on this one and let's see how much
2:25 this berberine product is making this
2:28 product is making one $ 1.5 million
2:32 every month this is a a pretty simple
2:34 product now the problem is we probably
2:36 don't want to sell another burine
2:38 supplement it seems like there's a lot
2:39 of berberine supplements on here however
2:42 when there's something that's this
2:44 popular sometimes even though we may not
2:46 sell a berberine supplement maybe
2:48 there's something related to it that we
2:49 might want to sell and this is the
2:51 secret hack that I use to find
2:53 profitable products on Amazon so as I
2:55 mentioned there's this tool helium 10
2:57 and they have this Chrome extension but
2:59 they also have a website where you can
3:02 go in and you can do product research
3:04 and I'm going to show you how to use

3:27 in just a second but first let me show
3:29 you what I think is the best tool for
3:31 finding a products and that's this
3:33 magnet keyword research tool and most
3:35 people use blackbox almost nobody
3:38 understands that you should actually be
3:39 using the magnet tool so let me show you
3:41 how we can use this what you do here is
3:43 you enter a keyword you enter something
3:45 that you think people are searching for
3:47 in Amazon and we know that people are
3:49 searching for berberine in Amazon so I'm
3:51 going to copy that and I'm going to
3:54 paste that here because we already know
3:55 that a lot of people are searching for
3:57 berberine in Amazon and we can see that
4:01 220,000 people per month are searching
4:04 for berberine on Amazon that means
4:06 there's a lot of people searching for
4:07 bouring and when that many people are
4:09 searching for something there's probably
4:11 related things where there is
4:13 opportunity so what I recommend doing at
4:15 this point is going here down below and
4:19 clicking on magnet IQ score this is a
4:21 score of how good of an opportunity
4:23 helium 10 thinks that a product is we're
4:26 going to go through these one by one and
4:28 Amazon will tell you how how many people
4:30 per month are searching for a given
4:32 keyword and when you click on it you can
4:34 see what is being sold so what we're
4:36 going to look for here this is one of
4:38 the secrets for making money with Amazon
4:40 we're going to look for something with a
4:41 high search volume but that when we
4:43 search it in Amazon no one's really
4:46 selling that product and I bet you we're
4:47 going to be able to find a winning
4:49 product here and I'm going to go one by
4:51 one down this list and see what we can
4:53 find and right here I found that over a,
4:55 people per month are searching for
4:57 berberine tea and when we search for
4:59 this in Amazon there's no products that
5:02 are berberine tea the only products are
5:04 powders capsules and things like that so
5:08 what we need to do is we need to make a
5:09 product that is berberine but in tea
5:12 form and we'll end up being able to make
5:14 a lot of money and boom just like that
5:16 we found a product now if you are
5:17 struggling to find a product to sell on
5:19 Amazon there's another tool that you can
5:21 use here and that's this black box tool
5:24 and before I show you how to use this I
5:25 do want to mention that if you are

6:00 you're looking for a product to sell on
6:01 Amazon that you want to be aware of the
6:02 first thing is you're going to want to
6:04 find a product to sell on Amazon that
6:05 you can charge at least $15 for because
6:09 if you're selling your product for less
6:10 than $15 it's hard to be profitable
6:13 Amazon charges a lot of different fees
6:15 there's the Amazon FBA Pick and Pack fee
6:17 there's the 15% fee just to sell on
6:19 Amazon there's manufacturing cost you
6:21 got to pay for the shipping of your
6:22 product from overseas into the United
6:24 States there's a lot of different fees
6:26 and yes you can be profitable if you
6:27 charge less than $15 but it's hard you
6:30 also probably want to sell a product
6:32 that is at most $85 because if you're
6:35 selling a product that's more than $85
6:37 it's hard to convince people to buy it
6:40 as an Impulse buy on Amazon when
6:42 someone's buying something that's more
6:43 than $85 they want to do research they
6:45 want to make sure that they get the
6:47 right one The Sweet Spot for finding a
6:50 product to sell on Amazon is between $15
6:51 and $85 now that being said I I've had
6:55 students that have sold products for
6:56 less than $15 Troy he sold his tennis
7:00 grips for I think around $10 and still
7:02 made money and on the other hand Brent
7:04 he sold his product seir proo for $99
7:07 which is more than $85 and he still made
7:10 over a million dollars in sales last
7:12 year and if you don't know his story
7:14 crazy story he did that while being a
7:17 full-time first responder helicopter
7:18 pilot and having and raising two
7:21 beautiful kids so he didn't have a lot
7:23 of time and he was able to do it so you
7:25 can do it too and all the rules that I'm
7:27 going to be telling you right now you
7:28 can break them them like these are what
7:30 I recommend but there are people that
7:32 break these rules and they still have
7:34 success another rule is I try to find
7:35 products that weigh less than one pound
7:38 because if your product weighs over a
7:40 pound you're going to have to pay more
7:42 money for the Amazon FBA Pick and Pack
7:44 fee and if you don't know what I'm
7:46 talking about here the way that Amazon
7:48 FBA works is you're able to sell
7:50 products on Amazon's website but if you
7:53 want your products to be prime eligible
7:55 and trust me you want your products to
7:56 be prime eligible you need to send your
7:58 products in into the Amazon warehouse
8:01 and then when you get an order on Amazon
8:03 someone sees your product they buy it
8:05 Amazon will pick pack and ship the
8:06 product out for you that's how it's able
8:08 to be prime eligible and the reason you
8:10 want your products to be prime eligible
8:12 is because if your product's Prime
8:14 eligible you're going to get more sales
8:16 for your product if your product weighs
8:18 over a pound and you are doing FBA or
8:20 even if your product weighs over a pound
8:21 and you're shipping it yourself shipping
8:23 costs are going to be a lot more
8:25 expensive so we want a product that
8:27 weighs under one pound the other thing
8:29 is some categories are better than
8:31 others for instance I really recommend
8:34 selling in the pet supplies that's a
8:36 great category pets are the new kids uh
8:40 there's also kitchen and dining and
8:43 there's home and kitchen health and
8:45 household Grocery and Gourmet and let's
8:48 see what else here H I don't want to do
8:51 that one and I also want to do Beauty
8:53 and baby products and baby products and
8:56 pets are great because people will spend
8:59 spend a lot of money on their baby on
9:01 their pet and right now for Millennials
9:04 uh a lot of Millennials they don't have
9:06 kids yet but they do have maybe a puppy
9:09 or cats and they're willing to spend a
9:11 lot of money on their animals uh so this
9:15 is some of the criteria that I recommend
9:17 you look for and what's really cool
9:19 about this tool specifically is when I
9:22 click on search it's going to find
9:24 products that are already being sold on
9:25 Amazon that match our criteria let me
9:28 just give you a little taste of what we
9:31 can find here there's this product right
9:32 here that is making
9:34 $280,000 in monthly Revenue let's look
9:36 at this product just to get an idea of
9:39 these are just collars these are very
9:41 basic collars they've got a brand on
9:42 them though that's probably made to
9:44 roome premium dog collar beautiful these
9:48 are the kind of products that you want
9:49 to sell this is a premium product it has
9:51 a strong brand I'm willing to bet that
9:53 they have some kind of a a social media
9:55 presence this is exactly the kind of
9:57 products that you want to sell and this
9:59 black box tool helps to inspire you it
10:01 helps to give you ideas of what to sell
10:03 I wouldn't copy this exact product
10:06 unless you can think of a way to make a
10:08 better version so for instance maybe you
10:11 could create a branded dog caller that
10:14 speaks to a specific demographic or a
