The core theme of this content is the profound importance of "alignment" in all aspects of life, emphasizing that true fulfillment and divine purpose are achieved when our actions, beliefs, and desires are in sync with God's will and divine patterns.

11:00 a.m., or 6:00 p.m. Comes from
Exodus chapter 25 in verse 40 in the New
Living Translation. Notice these words,
"Be sure that you make everything
according to the pattern I have shown
you here on the mountain." And I'm
speaking today from the subject simply
seated. This is in the context of God
speaking very very specifically to Moses
concerning the
construction of the holy tabernacle
which was God's place that he would
actually dwell physically among his
people Israel.
And the tabernacle was to be put in the
center of the whole community of where
the people lived. And isn't it
interesting that it started out with
God, the tabernacle being in the center
so that people's focus was on God and
that God was the center of their
community. He was the center of the
community. Now we put city hall at the center.
And uh but God is still God.
One time my dad was in a meeting and uh
and somebody said, "Mr. Bronner, you you
ought to be at the head of the table."
My dad said, "Wherever I am is the [Applause]
[Applause]
head." And and and I believe it that way
with God. If you try to put God on the
backside of a mountain, he's God
wherever he is. Do you think that if God
is in a different position than where
you expect him to be that you diminish
God in any way? But here God had given
very very specific instructions,
dimensions to Moses concerning how the
tabernacle should be constructed. I
meant in terms of of length this way. It
was given in terms of cubic. The cubic
is the distance generally from a a
person's elbow about to the tip of the
finger was roughly 18 in. So when you
get all of that, you see those
dimensions that is so many cubics this
way. It's approximately 18 in. He was
giving them that. He even told them
about the loops, the curtains. God is a
is he's an incredible interior designer.
He gave specifications about the table
of showbread, about the lampstand, how
they should be made, about how the ark
of the covenant should be constructed,
the materials that should be used, the
dimensions that were to be given. God
very specifically laid it out. When God
says, "I know the plans that I have for
you," declares the Lord. Jeremiah 29:11.
When God says that, "I know the plan."
It's not think. It's not hope. It's not
maybe. It's not that I guess. God says,
"I've got very specific plans for you.
Very specific." Now, he's telling Moses,
"I didn't show you this just to to to
let you see what I could come up with."
He says, "You make sure to make it down
there the way that I showed it to you in
the mountain." The mountain is a type of
the spirit of God. It's a type of the
spirit. So God says, "Whatever I show
you in the spirit, make sure that you
create it, re reproduce it in the
natural, the way that I showed it to you
in the spiritual, so that the two come
into alignment."
You see Jesus told us you know thy
kingdom come thy will be done on earth
as it is in heaven in alignment until
things come into alignment power does
not flow.
It is when there is an alignment of
things. Have you ever been out? You
know, I grew up, you know, people are so
prissy and bougie
now. But in my generation, we grew up,
you know, drinking out of what, you
know, folks from the north don't even
know what this is. But we grew up
drinking out of the
spigot. You call it a faucet. But when
it's on the side of the house, it's a
spigot. And you're drinking from the
water hose.
And so when we would be outside playing,
we would just We didn't go in the house
to get water. We went over to the water
hose and and sometimes, you know, you
turn it on and so when another person is
waiting, you you you put you bend the
valve. And when the next person's time
to to drink, what they did, they
released it. They straightened it up and
brought it into alignment. Then the
water flowed.
Things don't flow while they're crooked,
while they're bent. You have to come
into alignment and then the power flows.
God's power flows in alignment. So God
was saying, "Listen, what I have shown
you up here, I want you to make it there
according to the pattern. Don't deviate
to the left nor the right. Don't take
privileges and improvise on what I've
shown you. How dare you think that you
can improve on what God does?"
Everything that God made when he did it,
he said, "That's good, if I have to say
so myself.
There are sometimes he sort of out did
himself. He said, "hm, that's very
good." And so when God shows you
something, don't ever assume in your own
arrogance becoming pompous and
superilious that you know better than
God. God says, "I want you to make it
down there the same way that I have
shown it to you here in in the pattern."
And sometimes those of you who are in
leadership, those of you who are bosses,
those of you who are over anything, you
can sometimes give instructions to
people that are under your uh
instruction, under your command, under
your leadership. I know we call it
servant leadership, but they're they're
under your command. And and and just
because you told them what to do doesn't
mean they're going to do it and carry it
out to the letter, does it? And this is
why uh Lewis Jetner Jr. said this that
people don't do what you expect but what you
you
inspect and this is why God was giving
him some accountability here is God said
listen I want you to make this according
to the pattern that I've showed you in
the mountain because people don't do
what you expect they do what you inspect
and so God wanted him to align this
thing according to the pattern that he
had shown Moses on the mountain or in
the realm of the spirit now here's what
I want you to understand about the word
alignment the The word alignment carries
both discipline and destiny. Say discipline.
discipline.
Destiny. The word alignment carries both
discipline and destiny. It's not just
about being straight. It's about being
purposefully in line with something that
is greater than you are. It's about
being in line with something that is
greater than you are. So when you talk
about alignment, it takes discipline to
come into alignment.
And if you come into the alignment, it
it also speaks of destiny. Both
discipline and destiny are built into
alignment. Alignment actually comes from
a French word that literally means to
line up or it means to arrange in a line
like you are arranging things in a line.
uh in it in its ultimate understanding
here. It it it literally means when
alignment means to bring into line to
bring into line. I wish some people
children. Just bring them into line
because we have so much in our culture
right now that is out of out of
alignment. It's it's out of line. This
is not the way that it was designed to.
and and it all roots back to the most
basic unit of society. It doesn't start
out in the state house nor in the
school. It starts in the home. It starts
in the family. Starts in the family. God
says, "Listen, because I'm I'm just
telling you, God God ordained the family
before he ever ordained the church."
And if you're looking for the church to
be the solution to something that's got
to emanate from your
home, I'm just talking about alignment.
Uh the whole relationship of Jesus
Christ to the church is about a marriage.
marriage.
It's about a bridegroom and the bride.
That's a familial thing that has nothing
to do with church. And so when he's
talking about, he says, "I want you to
build your families down though down
here on earth the way that God says the
family of God is, you know, we we we're
looking to get to heaven when all of
God's children get together." What a
time. What a time. My God. We'll be able
to sing and shout and dance and do all
of those things, but we'll be able to
get together, black and white and brown
and and you know, whatever folks from
all nations of the world, every hue,
every complexion, every tongue, every
ethnos, every nation, every ethnic
group, all of us, God says the walls are
going to come down because when you get
in kingdom, kingdom is not about walls.
It's about bridges.
Walls divide, bridges connect. And and
God's so interested in in connecting our
heart. And let me just say this to you
that we misrepresent Christ
Christ
whenever our audio doesn't match our video.
You ever seen a movie like that? years
ago, we used to see these movies and
they were they were Asian in in origin
and we were looking at subtitles and
they just could never get the the words
words
synchronized and it was frustrating to
look at it because the video was all
from the audio. This is about alignment
is when your actions are aligned to your
vision. when your actions are in
alignment with your vision and and and
that that's going to take some bringing
things or putting things in line. If you
start an organization, you better put
things in line very clearly. You better
make it very very clear. This is the
reason the Bible says write the vision
and make it plain, not confusing, not
not
befuddled, not using pompous
words, a grandiloquent cescipelia. You
better make it plain. Just make it
plain. Make it plain. And so, uh, that
that requires what we would call
rectitude. And in the biblical context,
rectitude signifies moral integrity,
uprightness, and righteousness aligning
with the principles of living a life
that is right and good in God's
eyes. This is not about perfection. This
is just about having righteous heart.
Please understand,
I don't think that God would have a
friend of shady character.
And David was a man that was con called
Did he sin? Absolutely. Do you sin? Absolutely.
Absolutely.
And yet God considered David a righteous
man. A righteous man is not a man that
never sins. He's a man who is quick to
repent every time he sins.
Whereas if you don't have a heart of
integrity, you you'll do wrong and go
home and sleep. You know that there's
some people that are that are so nasty.
They will mistreat others, abuse
others. And I've asked myself, I wonder
how that person sleeps. I I I I asked
one man, I said, "How do you sleep at
night?" He said, "On my left side. [Applause]
[Applause]
You you you will you will absolutely be
surprised at how people can do you wrong
and go home because they don't even have
a conviction because they have quieted
the voice of the Holy Spirit and so
grieved the Holy Spirit in them that
they no longer even have a conviction.
That's when you know that you're in
terrible trouble. I mean, as long as you
come under conviction, you're all right
with God.
you're in a dangerous position whenever
you get to a place where you lose the
conviction of the Holy Ghost in your heart.
heart.
And so, uh, I just want you to realize
that alignment is about what God has
declared in the heaven, our walking it
out on the earth.
Uh a preacher years ago got on the bus
one day and uh this was when you had to,
you know, pay and the folks would give
you change. The bus driver gave him too much
much
change. And and the preacher looked at
it and and and he gave the man the money
back that he had given him extra. He
said, "You gave me too much change."
And this man said to him, he said,"I
visited your church
yesterday and I just wanted to do this
to see if you were really worth
listening to." [Applause]
[Applause]
Here's what DL Moody said, the great
evangelist, founder of Moody Bible
He said, "One out of a hundred people
will read the Bible. The other 99 will
And so if somebody is reading your life
and if your life is not
if the video of what they see
is not in line with the audio
of the Rama, the spoken word
that he's given that's based on the logos,
logos,
then we misrepresent Christ because our
line lives are maligned. So, he's
calling us into alignment.
Alignment. It's it's a place that that
God I believe that he's calling us and
and and I want you to think about this.
Who is it that is in your
world that when you think of them or you
hear their voice, it causes rectitude in
you, moral uprightness. It it causes you
to bristle. I mean, the moment you daddy
home, for some of y'all that got crazy mas,
mas,
it's like the minute your mama call your
name, it's just, man, man, your mama
here. And you know your mama, you know
she crazy.
and she shows up. So when the moment
that you hear that mama is here, I mean,
you're just scared or or that daddy is
here or that grandma is here, you the
moment you hear their voice on the other
end of the phone, it just causes it's
like moral rectitude that happens. I
can't tell you the number of people over
the years that when they've come to meet
with me, they the moment that they sit
down, they they said, "Oh, but bishop,"
they they said, "I I feel like I'm in
the principal's office.
you know, like they've done something
wrong. It's like like I messed up. Like
what's what what's
wrong? There ought to be somebody that
when you think about
them that it makes you straighten up
that it causes moral
rectitude in your own life. You need to
have somebody that when you think of
them, somebody sacrificed for you,
somebody who who laid good foundations
and then you know that your life is out
of alignment with the way that you were
raised with the way that you were
raised. And I realize that some people
have a they've been raised from a wrong
foundation. And if you were raised from
a wrong foundation, you don't live
according to how you were raised. You
have to live according to how you were made.
made.
wonderfully and fearfully in the image of
of
God. It's not about that. But it's
interesting. Have you ever known that
you've uh been able to go to a
chiropractor? They know too well when
you've done damage to the body or to the
bones or to the nerves that are in your
body. They know when these things are
out of alignment with your spine.
Something is out of alignment with your
spine. I mean, you can have pain in your
left leg all the way down going all
radiating down your left leg and the
problem emanates from your spine. And
that's why when they bring things into
alignment in the spine, the other pain
that's in the body will clear up. And
sometimes just because something below
your belt is
misbehaving. It's really because you are lacking
lacking
rectitude in your spine, you don't have
any backbone. You got a funny bone where
your backbone ought to be.
and and and God is just calling us into
alignment. And and notice this that when
the body is brought into alignment, pain
is relieved. Pain is relieved. A
function and range of motion are
improved. Just when your body is brought
into alignment, it supports the body's
natural ability to heal when it your
body is brought into alignment. And it
promotes long-term wellness. These are
some things that happen if you just get
your your your spine aligned. Yes,
that's the framework for your life. Uh
pain, you know, pain is a sign of disorder.
disorder.
Disorganization. Something is out of
order. And it's the body screaming to
you, you've got something out of order.
Straighten it out. Something is wrong.
Pain is your engine hot light that turns
on. It lets you know there's a problem.
And I want you to realize this that
alignment is connected to
assignment. Alignment connects you to a
mission or to a purpose that is bigger
than you. Are you aligned with your
call? Are you aligned with the mission
that God put you in the earth to do?
Because alignment is connected to
assignment. Yes. Your alignment. And
this is why there are other people that
are allowed to do some things that based
on your call, God won't let you do it.
Anybody know what I'm talking about? I
mean, that's not their their assignment.
But if it's your assignment, there are
certain thing that you have to be
disciplined with that don't apply. I
mean, you know that if anybody that's
competing for the Olympics, they have to
have a discipline in their diet, in
their exercise routine, that does not
apply to me. Don't get me up at at that
time of morning to to work out.
That's not my assignment.
So they have a different
regiment that they have to walk by
because of their assignment. Your
alignment is always connected to your
assignment, always connected to to where
you're going. And uh you'll discover
that when who you're aligned with, that
mission, that purpose is generally
something that's greater than you. I
mean, you you think of of how Ruth
aligned herself with Naomi.
There was another uh you know uh
daughter-in-law that Naomi had home girl said
said
deuces the son that you produced for me
he's dead now see you wouldn't want to
be you but Ruth said where you go I will
go where you live I will live she
aligned herself with Naomi and it put
her in the lineage of Jesus Christ
when the Lord spoke to the the prophet
Samuel he said I want you to go to
Bethlehem Guess who lived in Bethlehem? Jesse.
Jesse.
And Bethlehem was a tiny little place.
I've been there several times. It's it's
a tiny it's I would call I would call it
as big as a
subdivision. Bethlehem. And yet Jesse
was in
Bethlehem where young David was. I think
of the align alignment that happened
between Elisha and Elijah. I think of
the alignment that had to happen between
Joshua and Moses. Because remember
alignment is about assignment. I I think
about the alignment that had to happen
between the disciples of Jesus and Jesus
that there had to be an alignment. Uh
you you might
know that in uh 2 Kings chapter 4, the
Bible talks about Elisha the prophet who
had uh you know he had prophetically
declared to this rich woman uh this
Shounomite woman that she was going to
have a son and she did have the son and
then the son at a certain age came in
and said oh mama my head is killing me
my head is killing me and she went and
laid him on the bed and and the child
died and she sent for the man of God.
She went to go get the man of God. Yes.
Who prophesied this baby into her life.
And when Elisha
came, Elisha stretched himself over the
child. And not just in any kind of
way. He put his mouth to the child's
mouth, his eyes to the child's eyes, and
his hands to the child's hand. He
aligned his body with a dead body.
You will be surprised at how many things
have died because they got out of alignment.
alignment.
And the only thing that Elisha the
prophet did to bring a dead body back to
life was to align it, to realign it the
same way that you have to have the
wheels of your car aligned. Your front
wheels have to be aligned because if you
don't ever align them, it'll start
pulling one direction. If you just you
can't set it and forget it. That's right.
right.
It'll have a pull on it just like
there's a pull on your life. Every time
that you set your mind to do what's
right for rectitude, something is
pulling you on social media. Something
is pulling you in the garbage music that
you're listening to. Something is
pulling you. It is getting you out of
alignment. He stretches himself and and
notice the order there. He had to he put
his mouth on his mouth first because if
you're going to bring anything into
alignment, you've got to first start
speaking the same thing.
Then he put his eyes to his eyes. They
align the eyes. Because if we don't
speak the same thing, we will never see
the same vision. Because words create
images. So if I speak the same thing, we
can see the same thing. Then notice the
hands alive.
If we don't speak the same thing, see
the same thing, we cannot do the same
things with our
hands. And so if you need to be able to
do something this together, you got to
be able to be together in what you
speak, be together in what you speak. I
remember one time my wife and I, we were
in a time sharing meeting. You know the
kind of pressure that they put on you?
We we came into agreement
beforehand and we said, "I don't care
how good it sounds. I don't care what
they offer us. The answer is no." No.
No. We had already
decided. You know, we still own that
piece of property [Applause]
[Applause]
today. I told that man, I said, "You're
really good." I remember his name. His
name was VJ, the Indian guy.
rascal. I get mad every time I think
about it.
But and and
and my brother and his wife had had done
the same thing. They we don't care what
bought. There has to be an alignment
where you're saying the same thing,
seeing the same thing, and doing the
same thing with your h with your hands.
That alignment, just I want you to think
about that in all three of those
dimensions. If you really want something
to come into alignment in your life,
speak the same thing so that you can see
the same vision and so you can do the
same thing. You have to make it
according to the vision. And the vision
comes because of what is spoken. God
speaks because words create images.
Words create images. And we have to
align all three of them. What we say,
what we see, and what we do. And that
creates the three-fold cord that is not
easily or quickly broken.
And I want you to understand this too.
All of the single people raise your
hand. Well, good God
almighty. Oh my
I know everybody is not supposed to be
married. I'm not confused about that.
Some people that you you do someone else a
a
favor by remaining single. But let me
let me just say that for the for the
ones who are praying and believing God
for a spouse, the ones that may be in
relationship right now. Let me just say
this. I've lived long enough to
understand this
now. Alignment has a frequency.
And I don't know about you, but I I am
discerning enough in my spirit now that
when I meet people, I can tell something
about their their frequency. You can
call them vibes and vibrations and
frequencies and reading the spirit or
whatever. I don't know what what you can
call it what you want to call it.
But I can tell when I'm getting bad
vibes from somebody.
I can tell when we're on two different
frequencies. I don't care how cute you are.
are.
Uh it's that there is it's is something
if if you start if it affects your
breathing and your nervous system that
is your body giving you the first signal
that this person is not aligned with who
I am as a person. If you have to change
the essence of who you are in order to
make somebody happy you need to learn to
I'm talking about dating folks now. Now,
you know, if you if you're married, you
you're going you're going to need some
counseling and therapy and you know, and
some other Christian believers to help
you to walk through. But I'm I'm I'm
just talking
about and I'm I'm let me let me give you
this. Raise your hand. Single folks
again. Oh, God. My
Let let me tell you something that has
helped me over the
years. If ever I'm I'm to come into
partnership with somebody to do something
something
um and and I don't know whether I ought
to do this or not and I've prayed about
it and I said, "God, speak to me."
me."
Sometimes you you there there's a brain
that you have in your
gut. You get this feeling down in the
pit of your stomach. not not up here,
but down in
here. And and if if my if I can tell
that the frequency that of our alignment is
is
off, because everything has a vibration
that's coming from it, a frequency that
it produces, and if it's out of line
with who God called you to be and what
he called you to do, you need to
recognize that. and and and here's what
what you need to do to say if if I'm in
this connection, this relationship with
this person
and God, I'm trying to see whether this
is a fit from you or
not, I would say this to you. I I close my
eyes and I see how I feel in
here as I imagine myself walking away
from that person, walking away from that deal.
deal.
Do I feel peace or do I feel
anxiety? And if my first instinct is an
exhale of peace to
say when I imagine them walking away, I
realize you're not designed for
me. This is not for
me. If I I mean, I'm not saying, you
know, there are some trepidations that
you can have on the inside of you just
because you don't know. And sometimes,
let me just say this, sometimes it hurts
to do what's right.
And there's anxiety in doing what's
right because now that I'm cutting this
off, I've got an unknown. Am I helping
anybody? I I just I want you to
understand that it's not just clear-cut
that if you do the right thing that you
going to feel all good and butterflies
and, you know, and all warm and fuzzy.
No, no, no, no. You you may not sleep
that night, but it's the right thing.
Yes. And when you are aligned, there's
something about being aligned that holds
you in the decision that is right.
There's something about being aligned
that will help you. Now, um my question
to you is
this. How
aligned are the major areas of your
life? And I want to give you a few areas
here. Number one, is your faith aligned
with God's word? Is your faith are you
believing God for something that is
inconsistent with his word? I want you
to think about that. If is if it's
inconsistent with God's word or his
nature, then it's not aligned with your
faith. So, are are you waiting for God
to do something that God told you to
do? I've seen people call themselves
turning their children over to God. No.
No. He says, "You train up a
child." No. No. Don't bring your bad
me. Train up a child in the way that he
should go and when he's older, not
depart from it. Here's here's what that
originally uh version says. It says,
"Train up a child according to their
natural inclination, their natural
bend." You got to see if a child has an
artistic bend. And now you're trying to
put him into a very, you know, left
brain function. It's It's just not going
to work out and you're going to be
frustrated over and over again. And and
you got to be able to see it and release
it even if it doesn't line up with what
you wanted for them. The question is,
how has God made them?
So that you can see that, speak to that,
and empower that and release that. Is
your faith aligned with God's word?
Number two, is your framework for
Christian living aligned with your daily
input? Is is is it aligned with your
daily input? That is the music that
you're listening to, the images that
you're looking at, the material that you
are reading. Is it in alignment with
your Christian framework for believing?
I meant uh you you are experiencing
brain rot from some of your internet
scrolling and it's not healthy. Number
three is your family aligned with the
values that you desire for your family
and think about what values do you
really desire for your family? You know
for me I mean you know uh that there
were very clear family values that we
had my dad established for us. God
first, family second, business career
third. that that was an order of
priority. I'm telling you when you when
you do first things uh a success is
often times this the the result of
people doing first things first. It's
when you do second and third things
first that you get your life out of
order. A and then this this old just
mother wisdom of of of uh of our family
that said work
hard, be honest. And here's this third
one, keep good company. My god, because
bad company will corrupt you. It'll mess
you up. Work hard. It was the principle
that they gave us were simple, but not
everything that's simple is easy.
So, what are your family values? And so,
when you when you just go back to
whatever the values of your family, are
you living in a way to where you're in
alignment with your family values?
Number four, are your finances ali
aligned with wise business principle?
I mean, if your output is more than your
income, then your upkeep is going to be
your downfall.
It's, you know, and and let me just say
this. I think all of the ladies know
this that uh that romance with no
finance is a
nuisance. I I think you you figured that
out. But are are your finances aligned
with with with good solid business
principles? Are you uh invested in in in
particular things that that that uh that
appreciate in their value as a or are
you all of the things that you buy are
they a depreciating
asset because you're headed in the wrong
direction. Uh you businesses don't just
uh deal by weekly or monthly type of
thing. They have a five and 10 year
plan. So you got to have some long-term.
So are your finances aligned with that?
Here's number five. Are your friends
aligned with your values? My God. Just
think about about that. And and I' I've
told you this. Everybody needs a fool in their
their life.
life.
Everybody needs a fool in their life
just to help take some of the pain
away. Laughter is medicine.
You need that food that knows how to
make you laugh. Some of you are that person.
But then you also need friends that are
able to challenge you,
that are able to correct you, that are
able to put you into remembrance as to
who you really are. You know, uh, a best
friend is a friend that brings out the
best in you.
Are your friends aligned with your
values? Number six, are your fitness
results aligned with your exercise
routine and your diet
plan? Now, this we're talking about
alignment. I I know that this is not
sexy until it
is. You get aligned and I'm telling you
when it when it's aligned.
Oh, alignment is quite sexy. It's just
that the process to getting there
because it speaks of discipline and
destiny. Please understand that the end
of that this is about discipline and destiny.
destiny.
It takes discipline to get to destiny.
Alignment is trying to get you to the
highest revelation of God's will and
purpose for your life. That thing that
is good. Remember, it's discipline and
destiny. And I would say this,
discipline is nothing but selfrespect at
its at the highest
level. You really want to think about
it. When you see a disciplined person,
they really respect themselves. They're
like, I'm not going to put that in my
body. that I'm not going to do that. I'm
not. Discipline is nothing but
self-respect at the highest level. And
don't wait for the opportune time to get into
into
alignment. And don't expect alignment to
be comfortable. Here's what I would say
to you. Alignment is uncomfortable
because adjustments must be made and
pressure must be
applied. If you're going to do anything,
well, it's not going to be comfortable.
It's not going to be comfortable. I want
you to notice in in Genesis chapter 1
and verse 28. And God blessed them and
God said to them, "Be fruitful and
multiply. Fill the earth and subdue it
and have dominion over the fish of the
sea and over the birds of the heavens
and over every living thing that moves
on the earth." This is the mandate that
God gave Adam and Eve as part of their
blueprint of what they should do and
what they should become. But uh the the
Hebrew word, that's the interesting one
that I wanted to bring you to your
attention in this verse in uh Genesis
1:28 is is the word subdue. It's the
Hebrew word
kavash. And it's not about, you know,
being harsh to somebody or exploiting
people or dominating them. But uh kavash
uh is it it reflects the tension between
power and
purpose. The kavos, the subdue it,
subdue. Uh and and I want you to notice
this. He said, "I want you to be
fruitful, multiply,
um subdue, uh you fill the earth, subdue
it, and have dominion over these
things." Because you see, if you don't
learn to subdue it, you'll never be able
to reproduce that thing in a proper way.
So, this is this is about taming. It's
about bringing into alignment the things
that are out of harmony with God's will.
And so our measuring line to know
whether something has rectitude in it,
whether this thing is aligned or not.
You know what the Bible calls that
thing? It's called a plum line. It's
called a plum line. And uh it's used for
determining vertical alignment.
Isaiah chapter 26 and verse 7 says this
that the way of the just is
uprightness. Oh most
upright God you are uprightness. You are
the standard. You weigh the paths of the
just. Other versions uh to to weigh the
path of the just means to make the path
of the just level. I wonder why. Have
you ever noticed that when you when
you're climbing a hill, you have a
tendency to sort of lean forward? It
gets it sort of gets you out of
alignment trying to climb a hill. So God
said that he makes the path of the just
level so you don't have to mess up your alignment.
