0:02 Friends, it's T-Man and I'm back with a
0:04 video. I want to
0:06 let you listen to this. The reason why
0:08 you don't want to eat salt. This is
0:11 another reason
0:13 is one of the worst things a cancer
0:17 patient anybody can do next to cooking.
0:19 Why is that? Because sodium is an
0:21 explosive. It is more volatile than nitroglycerin.
0:23 nitroglycerin.
0:27 If you take pure sodium
0:30 and put it into one block about the size
0:32 of a football, it will take out New York
0:35 City and all of its building. Just one
0:38 block that size.
0:40 My father worked on he was an inventor.
0:43 He first bearing computer. He worked on
0:46 jet engines for the military and General
0:48 Electric. And they were given $2 billion
0:51 to make sodium into a weapon.
0:54 But it was so volatile that just 1 and
0:56 1/2 degree temperature change would set
0:58 it off. They couldn't control it
1:00 anywhere like nitroglycerin. And they
1:02 still don't use nitroglycerin as a
1:05 weapon cuz they can't control it. Sodium
1:09 is worse. So what happens when salt it
1:11 has other minerals bound with it of
1:13 course unless it's sodium chloride or
1:16 sodium iodide which is manufactured.
1:19 So that neutralizes it while it's in
1:21 your mouth, but you can hear it popping.
1:24 You can hear it cutting into the mucus.
1:25 Then you gargle with it and it breaks
1:29 down mucus. It's an explosive.
1:30 So what happens when it gets into the
1:32 blood? Your body separates the sodium
1:35 and all of a sudden it starts exploding.
1:36 Now when a cell eat
1:38 >> That's insane, man.
1:43 >> It eats 93 to 117 nutrients. that every
1:46 nutrient on this planet
1:49 in a smorgasborg and a cell opens by
1:51 ionization and it absorbs that smorges
1:54 organ and eats a balanced diet. When you
1:57 use salt, even just two little bitty
2:00 grains at a meal, you will kill two
2:03 million red blood cells and make every
2:05 cell in your blood deficient.
2:07 it will break that molecule, start
2:09 breaking up those clusters of
2:11 smorgesborg and the cell may get
2:15 anywhere from 23 to 70 nutrients instead
2:18 of 93 to 117.
2:20 So your body goes under constant deficiency.
2:21 deficiency.
2:22 >> Now let's get to the most important
2:24 part. Salt will always be toxic for the
2:27 human body. If you have children, then
2:29 you probably know that you shouldn't
2:32 feed a baby or even older children salt
2:35 because a baby can die from a very small
2:38 amount. Whereas an adult will throw up
2:40 and have diarrhea from it because your
2:44 body tries to detox from the toxic salt.
2:46 Depending on the body weight of the baby,
2:48 baby,
2:52 one to two grams of salt will be deadly
2:56 for the baby. And um the more cells you
2:58 have, the more
3:01 body mass you have, the bigger you
3:05 become, the older you grow, the more
3:07 salt you will be able to tolerate.
3:08 That's why when you eat typical fast
3:12 food, really most food today, you're
3:15 microdosing toxins. That's what you do
3:17 when you ingest salt. That's why it's of
3:19 course not deadly. It just kills your
3:22 cells and poisons you. That's why you
3:24 feel so dehydrated. You have headaches
3:28 from it, but it's not deadly.
3:30 The same amount that you as an adult can
3:33 ingest is deadly for a baby.
3:35 It should simply be understood that
3:37 there's nothing you can do to change
3:39 this. Salt will always be toxic for you.
3:42 Just because uh you don't die from it as
3:45 an adult doesn't mean anything. You're
3:47 still killing your cells.
3:50 If something is uh toxic for a being, no
3:51 matter how old the being is, it's always
3:54 going to be toxic for the being.
3:57 Meaning that if you die from salt as a
4:00 baby, it just means that you
4:02 poison yourself slowly when you're an
4:04 adult. That's it. If something is toxic
4:06 for a being, it's just toxic for the
4:09 being. The age is irrelevant. It's just
4:11 sometimes deadly when you're younger.
4:13 And when you're older, because of more
4:17 body mass, you kill your cells without
4:20 actually dying from it because you have
4:22 more cells.
4:25 Uh ginger is toxic for the human body at
4:29 any age. It's simply deadly for a baby.
4:32 Take anything you want. Uh any toxic vegetables,
4:34 vegetables,
4:37 root vegetables specifically.
4:39 >> This is a great video, man. This is a
4:41 lesson to be learned right there. How
4:42 can something be healthy for you is bad
4:44 for you? Yeah, cuz it's not healthy for
4:46 you. They've convinced you though. It is
4:51 though. All of these detox juices, uh,
4:53 >> being a hunger,
4:56 >> detox juices, uh, it's all the same.
4:58 But, uh, a lot of these people believe
5:02 that you detox from something that's
5:04 inside of you when you consume sea water
5:07 or water mixed with salt. That doesn't
5:10 exist. If you ingest something and it
5:13 poisons you, then you will respond by
5:15 having diarrhea because you want to get
5:17 rid of it or you will vomit because you
5:18 want to get rid of it. There's no food
5:21 on this earth that makes you detox on
5:24 the spot that doesn't exist. Liver is
5:26 going to help you to detox but slowly
5:28 and you will most likely never even
5:30 notice anything because detoxing is a
5:33 slow process that happens over days,
5:35 weeks, months
5:38 and it feels good essentially. But uh
5:40 when you ingest something and you right
5:42 away want to throw up or have diarrhea,
5:44 you feel super horrible, you poison
5:47 yourself. And everybody who consumes
5:49 salt water says that they feel this
5:51 because you poison yourself. That should
5:53 be clearly understood. There's nothing
5:56 on this earth that helps you to uh detox
5:57 right away. You ingest something and it
5:59 helps you to detox
6:02 whatever toxins there are in your cell.
6:04 That doesn't exist. It's simply in your
6:06 stomach. You feel nauseous and then you
6:08 throw up and have diarrhea because it's
6:10 toxic. Your body tries to eliminate it quickly.
6:10 quickly.
6:13 >> Salt demineralizes, destroys intestinal
6:17 bacteria, cause all kinds of problems.
6:24 But it does it just like an antibiotic.
6:27 It is ruthless. The second worst thing
6:34 >> Sugar. I know sugar is not as bad as salt
6:37 salt
6:38 soy sauce.
6:41 >> Sugar will in the intestinal tract. The
6:42 sugar doesn't necessarily break down and
6:44 destroy bacteria
6:47 uh as easily as salt does cuz salt
6:50 dehydrates the bacteria completely dries
6:52 it up. Sugar doesn't.
6:54 >> Now remember this. It will be important
6:57 as we go on. 0.5 to 1 g of salt per
7:00 kilogram of body weight is toxic for the
7:01 human body. Meaning that if you have a
7:04 baby and he or she is 2 to 3 kg, then
7:07 very little salt will be lethal for this
7:09 baby. Whereas if you have a child and he
7:10 or she is
7:16 Something to truly ponder.
7:22 >> 30 kg than 15 to 30 g will be lethal for
7:23 this child on average.
7:25 >> No, I got to tell you the truth. I had
7:27 no idea. I mean, I had an idea salt was
7:29 bad, and I don't I personally don't
7:31 don't want anything with salt in it. And
7:33 if it something's really salty, I know
7:36 right away. Um, I always thought it was
7:39 bad cuz it dries you up or ages you or
7:40 dehydrates everything inside your body.
7:43 Didn't know like, yeah, it will, it's
7:44 like an antibiotic. Yeah, it's going to
7:46 dry up and kill everything. Your good
7:47 bacteria, man. It's going to dehydrate
7:49 it, dry it all up, kill everything
7:51 inside you. It's like you're inbalming
7:53 yourself from the inside out. It's crazy.
7:54 crazy.
7:56 >> It always depends. I wouldn't risk it
7:58 obviously at all.
8:00 >> Right. They throw salt on everything.
8:02 >> You should simply be aware of what
8:05 you're doing to your body and uh your
8:08 family members. Now, let's go. Um,
8:10 >> see, I heard people used to put like
8:12 salt on raw meat. They would put like
8:14 salt or whatever. The truth is they
8:17 actually dried they dried the meat to
8:20 carry with them like beef jerky. That's
8:23 I learned that later. That cuz where did
8:24 they get the salt from? They have no
8:26 salt. If you have no salt, you can't
8:28 salt meat, right? You'd have to get salt
8:30 from somewhere. Where would you get it
8:32 exactly? Maybe somewhere where you live
8:33 close to something that there was salt
8:35 there, you would be able to get salt.
8:38 But if you don't have salt, you you
8:39 don't have salt to put on meat. You have
8:41 to dry the meat and carry it around like
8:44 beef jerky. See what I mean? You people
8:45 can people have known been known to eat
8:47 rot rotting meat. Meat that would rot.
8:49 They just leave it out uh leave it out
8:51 there rotting or whatever. But you can
8:53 dry they would dry meat out like make
8:56 into beef jerky out in the sun. I mean
8:58 it depends, right? But yeah, that was
9:00 one way they did it. So it wasn't really
9:02 they weren't really ingesting a lot of salt.
9:03 salt.
9:06 with these reports. Uh there was a
9:08 systematic review of fatalities from
9:12 ingesting salt to assess
9:14 if relatively moderate doses of salt
9:15 could be
9:17 >> I heard that natives they would dry meat
9:19 and and and carry it around and eat it
9:22 like beef jerky. That's how they did it.
9:23 Where do you think they came up with the
9:26 invention of beef beef jerky? That's how
9:27 they learned. That's how they learned it.
9:30 it.
9:32 Yeah. You don't uh cuz you don't have
9:33 salt. You're not going to salt meat,
9:36 carry it around, [ __ ] raw, salted,
9:38 you know,
9:42 >> fatal. In 27 reports, there were 35
9:45 fatalities documented, 19
9:47 >> That's crazy cuz salt poisons you. You
9:49 die. You can die from it.
9:52 >> Adults, 16 in children, the lethal dose
9:54 was estimated to be less than 10 g of sodium.
9:55 sodium.
9:56 >> There's of course a difference between
9:58 salt and sodium. Sodium is a mineral.
10:02 salt is um this crystallized rock, but
10:04 I've already explained that in the past.
10:07 It doesn't really matter in this case, >> right?
10:08 >> right?
10:11 >> That was in uh two children, less than
10:16 25 g of sodium in four adults.
10:19 The frequency of fatal ingestion of salt
10:22 is uh not able to be discerned from our
10:25 review. The hospital records indicate
10:28 that salt overdoses are relatively
10:32 common. Consideration could be given to
10:33 placing warrant labels on salt
10:35 containers and shakers. Um, I don't
10:38 think they do that. Such warning labels
10:40 can have the added advantage of reducing
10:44 dietary salt consumption, but you see it
10:46 everywhere in so-called health food
10:49 stores, organic stores along with the
10:55 Way too little people are aware of this.
10:59 Also, as I said, uh on average, that
11:02 specific number is lethal. Of course, as
11:05 you can see, even smaller amounts can
11:07 be. That's why you shouldn't mess around
11:09 with salt at all. There were 19
11:10 >> That's crazy.
11:13 >> Fatalities reported in 16 females and
11:16 three males, blah blah blah. In 12
11:18 fatalities, assault was administered as
11:21 an aatic. That's um for the human being
11:23 to throw up.
11:25 Maybe they ate something bad, some kind
11:30 of procedure. Whatever the case, it's
11:32 typical for the human to throw up
11:35 because obviously it's toxic and that's
11:37 why they did that. whatever the
11:40 circumstances were. In four, the salt
11:43 was administered as a part of an
11:45 exorcism ritual. That actually makes
11:48 sense. And then they died from that.
11:50 That's crazy. In three, ingestion was
11:53 inadvertently mistaking salt for sugar. Wow.
11:55 Wow.
11:57 >> That's a messed up way to go.
12:00 >> And that's even more crazy. One for the
12:03 reason ingestion was unknown. The
12:04 average lower and average higher
12:07 estimated doses of sodium ingestion was
12:10 60 to
12:12 Google pixel
12:15 118 g respectively. Of course, we don't
12:18 know how big they were, how much they
12:21 weighed, none of that. It's always going
12:24 to depend on your body weight.
12:27 That goes for any toxins. The ingested
12:29 doses in individuals were estimated to
12:33 range from 6 to 400 g. In four
12:36 fatalities, the estimated sodium
12:41 dose ingested was under 25 g.
12:44 Yeah, I wanted to go over this because
12:47 of what he promotes himself. on his own
12:50 blog he talks about drinking plasma
12:52 which he doesn't even promote but he
12:54 calls it plasma even though again it has
12:58 no chemical relation to it whatsoever
13:00 again as in zero I just want to repeat
13:03 it so that it's clear how delusional he
13:08 is um it's really crazy and I think that
13:10 the salt did that also that's really the
13:14 sad part by drinking very salty plasma
13:15 it doesn't make any sense what he's
13:19 saying let's say 40 g per liter of water
13:21 or more.
13:25 Do you understand? Oh my god. Oh my god.
13:27 How crazy this is. So dangerous. So
13:30 irresponsible. We will oversaturate the
13:34 body with minerals. Well, no, you won't.
13:37 with sodium and chloride
13:40 as in a 100 times more than your body
13:42 can tolerate which is why you will have
13:45 a mineral imbalance and even more which
13:48 I will talk about and uh I will also
13:52 show clips from aus wonder planets who
13:55 actually studied this on a biochemical
13:56 level which is irrelevant to him and the
13:59 body will now need way more water to get
14:01 those minerals out of the body no it's
14:04 just a response to the toxicity That's
14:06 it. One will immediately experience
14:09 profound diarrhea and thirst. Yes.
14:12 Obviously, as the body will require more
14:14 water to eliminate those minerals, those
14:16 What are you talking about, man? He even shows
14:17 shows
14:20 >> get rid of the toxins which is the salt
14:22 >> and writes about it himself how bad it
14:24 is. I love the ending. Love and light to
14:28 us all. Yes, the light, the vibrations
14:31 and frequencies. Open your chakras to
14:34 the toxic salt and let it detox you by
14:38 vomiting and having diarrhea. The [ __ ]
14:40 man. It's also interesting what a wonder
14:42 planets wrote about this topic. I worked
14:44 with people who had long histories of
14:47 headaches. 90% of these people ate a lot
14:49 of salt when they stopped consuming all
14:52 types of conan salts which are radical
14:54 that is harmful including sea salt. They
14:56 stopped having frequent headaches. Of
15:00 course, periodically their headache
15:02 returned. Whenever the headaches return,
15:04 I had their blood and urine analyzed
15:06 each analysis showed sodium molecules
15:10 clumping just as if they had recently
15:14 consumed condiment salts seeing as they
15:17 are everywhere because uh you're being
15:20 uh slowly poisoned essentially. They
15:23 assume me they hadn't um I guess
15:26 consumed any Yeah. Also, all of the
15:28 analysis showed high levels of dead cells,
15:29 cells,
15:31 which I will get to in a second,
15:33 especially liver and brain cells. The
15:36 conclusion I drew was that radical salts
15:38 that stored in the body and killed the
15:40 surrounding cells by dehydrating them.
15:42 Exactly. I realized that the salt and
15:44 cells in the blood and urine indicated
15:47 that the body was cleansing salt and
15:50 dead cells and the salt store throughout
15:51 the body, especially in the brain and
15:53 sometimes liver and brain. And this
15:54 makes complete sense.
15:58 >> They took uh fresh frog legs,
16:01 freshly slaughtered, put salt on them.
16:04 Those those legs are just jumping all
16:07 over the place. They put pepper on some
16:10 and just one twitch. Now pepper you
16:13 think burns and rot do damage. However,
16:15 if you understand the chemistry between
16:19 the two that sodium is an explosive, you
16:21 see what that why that and it goes on.
16:23 They sprinkle it on once and they leave
16:25 the camera on for 3 minutes and it
16:27 spasms the whole time. They're not
16:30 putting more salt on it. Salt is a
16:31 dangerous chemical.
16:35 >> People say now it's salt. See salt is
16:39 salt is salt. It's concentrated sodium.
16:41 And when it goes into the body, your
16:43 body separates so much of it, isolates
16:46 it into pure sodium. So it goes around
16:49 blowing up cells.
16:51 water. It clumps together.
16:53 >> The reason I showed you what a found out
16:55 about it in the laboratory is because it
16:58 perfectly aligns with the reported
17:00 causes of death from ingesting salt
17:03 which are usually the same especially in
17:06 babies. It's caused by hemorrhagic
17:09 necrosis. This means that the organs
17:11 which are the ones that are affected the
17:13 actual cause of death rupture essentially.
17:15 essentially.
17:18 Necrosis just means that the cells die.
17:20 your whole body dies. In this case, the organs.
17:22 organs.
17:26 It's a pretty messed up way to die. And
17:28 this also happens in adults, except that
17:31 you need a lot more salt for this to
17:37 happen. And what also happens is um that
17:40 your brain swells, which again was reported
17:42 reported
17:43 it all perfectly align.
17:46 >> Even that's freaking crazy, bro. I
17:47 didn't know these things about the
17:50 headaches and the brain swelling. [ __ ]
17:53 Salt is a poison when you think about it
17:57 >> with what a found out. And this is
17:59 caused by any salt. Table salt,
18:01 Himalayan salt.
18:04 >> That a guy Vander plants was a genius,
18:06 man. That guy was smart. Really smart to
18:08 to discover this
18:11 >> sea salt. Name your favorite salt. I
18:12 mean just everything he discovered about
18:15 natural food and things you know
18:17 >> guy's very smart
18:19 >> when you consume very little you're
18:22 simply micro doing and causing a small
18:25 amounts of necrosis that's it the
18:27 swelling is a body's response really to
18:30 the toxicity but in the end you have
18:33 brain damage or liver damage uh and
18:36 these organs rupture and you die and if
18:39 you have a small being
18:42 then uh salt will be the end of them.
18:45 That's why what he promotes is worse
18:48 than really what any vegan raw vegan
18:51 futarian even brearian promotes because
18:54 it's one of the worst ways to die. Salt
18:56 is that incredibly dangerous.
18:58 >> Cops claim Spears poisoned her son with
19:00 lethal levels of salt, severe headache,
19:01 and convulsions.
19:03 >> He was having seizures. In the middle of
19:07 those was a sea salt container.
19:08 >> Sea salt.
19:11 >> Sea salt. few seconds, minutes, he
19:15 turned into the most sick child, burying
19:18 his head into the bed, the pillow,
19:20 turning, wretching. He was trying to
19:21 throw up.
19:23 >> Lacy gave Garnett a lethal dose of salt,
19:25 which moments later caused his brain to
19:28 swell and ultimately killed him.
19:29 >> The main thing to take away from this
19:32 video is that if something is toxic for
19:35 an animal, then it always will be toxic.
19:38 No matter how old you are, a baby animal
19:41 will simply respond worse to these toxins
19:42 toxins
19:45 because the animal is smaller. The
19:47 bigger animal will still suffer, but not
19:50 as much. It will kill your cells. It
19:52 will damage your organs, but if it's
19:55 small amounts, then you won't notice it.
19:58 Except if you do it all the time,
20:00 eventually, of course, you will notice
20:02 the damage.
20:05 That applies to any toxins. also sea
20:09 toxins. Chocolate can be consumed even
20:12 by bigger dogs. It's always bad for
20:14 them. It also depends on how the animal
20:17 can um detox from these toxins. But a
20:20 puppy is of course going to respond to
20:23 it very badly and they can actually die
20:26 from a lot of chocolate. Again, it's
20:29 just about the size.
20:31 It's the same reason why you can shoot a
20:34 tranquilizer into
20:39 a horse, but um you will need a lot of
20:41 this uh poison
20:44 for the horse to sleep, but if it's a
20:46 smaller horse, you will need less. It's
20:48 always been the same, but it's always
20:51 going to be bad for the animal. It's
20:59 This uh selfhealers protocol is all
21:01 about ignoring your senses, not
21:03 listening to your intuition. It's
21:05 counterintuitive. The same as raw
21:07 veganism, futarianism. That's why they
21:10 look so similar. The people who do that
21:13 very old, dehydrated skin, dark eyes,
21:16 circles, actually literally circles all
21:19 around. All collagen gone, completely
21:24 dehydrated as much as you can be. really
21:27 he looks worse than uh most raw vegans
21:33 That's really messed up. Um
21:35 that's really crazy that he talks about
21:38 listening to your
21:41 sense of taste but then ignoring it when
21:43 it comes to something else that he promotes.
21:44 promotes.
21:48 >> Oh yeah. And really, coffee >> weird
21:48 >> weird
21:51 >> compared to water with salt is a
21:53 delicacy. I've never tried it, but I can
21:56 imagine. Or take whatever you want.
21:58 Ginger juice.
22:00 >> That is just crazy, man. It's a long
22:02 video. I don't want to play the whole
22:03 video. Just what? I'm only interested in
22:05 the salt stuff.

22:17 weird. It's almost actually pleasant to
22:19 consume ginger juice. This is really one

22:35 >> Accessing ability.

22:39 support the channel. See you in the next
