0:01 This is what it looks like when the
0:04 president is unwell. You will notice
0:07 real contrasts to prior presidents, both
0:10 Democrats and Republicans. This near
0:12 psychotic break took place on social
0:15 media. It included messages posted
0:17 overnight and very early this morning.
0:19 Let's get right into it because there is
0:21 a lot of consequence here. Donald Trump
0:23 starting quote, "The actual numbers that
0:25 we would have to pay back if for any
0:27 reason the Supreme Court were to rule
0:30 against the USA on tariffs would be many
0:33 hundreds of billions of dollars. And
0:34 that doesn't include the amount of
0:36 payback that countries and companies
0:38 would require for the investments they
0:40 are making on building plants,
0:43 factories, and equipment for the purpose
0:45 of being able to avoid the payment of
0:48 tariffs." Blah blah blah. I won't even
0:50 read the entire thing to you, but what
0:53 the president here is arguing is that it
0:55 would be really complicated to fix his
0:58 total screw up of blanket tariffs on
1:00 everything and everyone. And so the
1:02 Supreme Court should just forget about
1:04 what the law is, forget about
1:06 interpreting the Constitution and the
1:08 presidential powers, and just say
1:10 everything Trump did is fine. Because at
1:12 the end of the day, it would be really
1:15 inconvenient to have to change anything
1:18 and give the tariff money back. Not a
1:21 very convincing argument for keeping
1:23 tariffs if they are otherwise
1:26 unconstitutional or exceed the power of
1:28 the presidency. Not a great argument,
1:29 but maybe it's the best one that Donald
1:32 Trump has. Trump continuing in another
1:35 post. Effective immediately, any country
1:37 doing business with the Islamic Republic
1:41 of Iran will pay a tariff of 25% on any
1:42 and all business being done with the
1:45 United States of America. This order is
1:48 final and conclusive. Thank you for your
1:50 attention to this matter. What I love
1:52 about this is even with executive
1:54 orders, Trump seems to think that an
1:57 executive order is a law. An executive
1:59 order is sort of a note from the boss
2:02 which tells someone to do something and
2:04 what you're asking them to do might be
2:06 legal legal or it might not be. It might
2:10 be doable or it might not be. But this
2:12 is not even an executive order. This is
2:14 just a post to truth social. And Trump
2:16 seems to think that by saying this order
2:20 is final and conclusive, it just makes
2:22 it so. Now, of course, Donald Trump has
2:25 a mechanism for putting a 25% tariff on
2:28 uh anybody, I guess, doing business with
2:30 Iran. We could discuss the politics of
2:31 whether that's a good idea, who that who
2:33 that really hurts. If the Supreme Court
2:34 is sort of looking at the
2:36 constitutionality of it, but the idea
2:39 that the line, the order is final and
2:40 conclusive. It's sort of like if I am
2:44 here and I go, I declare and then I
2:46 think that that has any value. Listen, I
2:48 said I declared it. I I don't know what
2:51 else I could really do. childish.
2:54 Childish in every way. Then, and Trump
2:56 is just racking up the L's here on the
2:58 topic of congestion pricing in
3:00 Manhattan. Donald Trump says, quote,
3:03 "Congestion pricing in Manhattan is a
3:06 disaster for New York. It's got to be
3:08 ended immediately. It's never worked
3:11 before and it will never work now. I
3:13 love New York and hate to see it being
3:16 destroyed so rapidly with such obviously
3:21 foolish policy." You know, I um I kind
3:22 of like the congestion pricing, I have
3:24 to tell you. But but David, it's more
3:26 expensive to drive into lower Manhattan.
3:28 Yeah, I know. And so fewer people are
3:31 doing it. It It's so funny. Most of the
3:33 time that I'm in lower Manhattan, I've
3:34 taken the subway because it is actually
3:37 faster and more convenient. However, uh
3:41 if I need to be down there and having
3:43 the car is more convenient, I think it's
3:46 like seven bucks or something like that.
3:49 And because the congestion pricing has
3:51 dissuaded a lot of people from driving
3:53 their cars into that area, just the
3:56 other day I parked near the uh the stock
3:58 exchange area, which is part it's it's
4:01 part of the um congestion pricing area.
4:02 There was no traffic. It was a time
4:04 where in the past there would be a ton
4:06 of traffic. I just drove right to the
4:07 garage that I needed. I needed to bring
4:09 some stuff. and that I I think that it's
4:12 been a great success both because I'm
4:14 personally benefiting from the
4:16 convenience of fewer cars when I need to
4:18 be down there with a car. Uh but also
4:20 from a pollution standpoint, it is
4:22 keeping a bunch of cars out of lower
4:24 Manhattan. By what nature, by what uh
4:26 metric Trump says it has failed, I don't
4:29 really know. Okay, Trump then unleashing
4:31 on Biden. It just every single one of
4:32 these posts, Trump is just wrong about
4:34 everything he's saying. Quote, "Under
4:36 sleepy Joe Biden and the radical left
4:38 Democrats, the average American
4:39 household's monthly utility bills went
4:43 up massively over 30%. I never want
4:45 Americans to pay higher electricity
4:47 bills because of data centers.
4:48 Therefore, my administration is working
4:50 with major American technology companies
4:52 to secure their commitment to the
4:54 American people, and we will have much
4:56 to announce in the coming weeks." Okay.
4:57 And then he goes and he mentions a bunch
4:59 of different companies. Couple thoughts
5:02 on this. Number one, electricity is up
5:05 under Trump more than 10%. And so the
5:07 idea that rising utility rates were only
5:08 a problem under Biden, it's happening
5:10 under Trump as well. But maybe more
5:12 importantly, a lot of people have jumped
5:15 on this whole data center, electricity
5:19 use, um AI, water use, and and all of
5:22 this different stuff. These things are
5:25 concerns, but you also need to think
5:26 about them in context. Like just as an
5:29 example, the AI water use one. I just
5:33 read a very good study, mostly debunking
5:35 it. Like yes, there is some water use
5:39 associated with AI, but it's quite
5:42 modest really, particularly compared to
5:44 all of the other uh sources of of water
5:46 use. And it's like Trump just hears a
5:48 little kernel of something and then is
5:49 like, I don't know, that sounds pretty
5:51 good. And then finally, just hours ago,
5:54 Donald Trump unleashing on Minnesota
5:56 where he says, quote, "Do the people of
5:58 Minnesota really want to live in a
5:59 community in which there are thousands
6:02 of already convicted murderers, drug
6:05 dealers, and addicts, rapists, violent
6:07 released and escaped prisoners,
6:09 dangerous people from foreign mental
6:11 institutions and insane asylums, and
6:14 other deadly criminals too dangerous to
6:16 even mention. All the patriots of ICE
6:18 want to do is remove them from your
6:20 neighborhood and send them back to the
6:22 prisons and mental institutions from
6:24 where they came. Most in foreign
6:27 countries who illegally entered the USA
6:29 through Sleepy Joe's horrible open
6:30 border policy. Okay. And then he goes on
6:33 and on and on. And he closes with, "Fear
6:35 not, great people of Minnesota. The day
6:37 of reckoning and retribution is coming.
6:40 As usual, total confusion about what
6:43 this is really about. First of all, ICE
6:45 would only have jurisdiction with regard
6:49 to undocumented immigrants and arguably
6:50 in cases where they are trying to
6:53 denaturalize or whatever. The vast
6:56 majority of convicted individuals
6:59 anywhere are not undocumented
7:01 immigrants. They are just naturalborn
7:03 Americans which are outside of the
7:06 mandate and scope of ICE. And it's funny
7:09 how of course motans want to live in
7:11 peace, but the vast majority of the
7:14 chaos is being caused by ICE and by the
7:18 raids. Think about the level of
7:20 uncertainty that is being brought to the
7:22 streets by the very presence of Donald
7:23 Trump's Icecoon. So Trump could turn
7:25 that off overnight and it would all of a
7:27 sudden be a much better environment for
7:30 motans. The guy doesn't know what's
7:32 going on. He is desperate. He is
7:36 cornered and he is grasping at straws.
7:38 Scams and identity theft rarely start
7:40 with a hacked password. They usually
7:43 start when your personal information is
7:45 easy to find online. Your address, phone
7:47 number, relatives, employment history.
7:49 That information lives on countless data
7:51 broker sites on the internet, accessible
7:53 to almost anyone unless you actively
7:56 remove it. Our sponsor, Incogn is a
7:58 service that handles that for you.
8:00 Incogn doesn't just focus on one
8:02 category of sites. It works to take down
8:04 your personal data wherever it appears
8:07 online, reducing the raw material
8:09 scammers use to impersonate you or
8:11 target your family. Incogn will
8:13 automatically handle removals across
8:15 hundreds of known sites. But the most
8:17 powerful feature is custom removals,
8:18 which is included with the unlimited
8:20 plan. If you find your info anywhere,
8:22 even an obscure directory, a business
8:25 database, something new, you paste the
8:27 link into Incogn, their team will work
8:29 to get it removed. That level of
8:32 coverage really matters. Even a single
8:34 exposed profile can lead to fraud,
8:37 harassment, identity theft. Incogn's
8:40 removal process is independently
8:42 verified by Deote. And you can get 60%
