1:11 first let's talk about material so these
1:12 are made of a lightweight and breathable
1:15 material that consists of cotton
1:18 polyester and spandex these are hand
1:21 wash only and air dry only it may
1:24 benefit you to get more than one pair
1:25 depending on what you're going to be
1:26 wearing them for so you can wear one
1:29 pair while the other pair is drying now
1:31 let's talk about comfort and fit now
1:33 make sure you go to Grace and Abel's
1:35 website so that you can learn how to
1:37 measure your hands so you can decide
1:40 which size is right for you now I have
1:42 the medium pink compression gloves on my
1:44 hand right now and as you can see it's
1:45 actually a pretty good comfortable fit
1:47 now I normally wear small compression
1:49 gloves so I do feel that these might run
1:52 just a little bit smaller if you are
1:54 somebody that likes a little bit more
1:56 compression then you may want to size
1:58 down however if you are somebody that
2:01 seems to kind of fly fluctuate quite a
2:03 bit throughout the day then you might
2:05 want to go ahead and just make sure that
2:07 you size accordingly to the measurement
2:10 based on their website and here are the
2:12 size small on my hands and here you can
2:16 see a side by side of the small and the medium
2:21 now the one thing I love about these
2:23 Grayson able gloves is they come in so
2:26 many different colors and they come in
2:29 many different sizes now all of the
2:31 gloves come in small medium and large
2:34 however the black is the only color
2:36 currently that comes in an extra small
2:39 and an extra large so the black actually
2:42 comes in five different sizes depending
2:44 on when you're viewing this video that
2:46 might have changed so definitely make
2:48 sure you check that out if you need an
2:50 extra small or an extra large and you're
2:52 wanting to get those in a different
2:54 color now another great feature is their
2:57 skin care kind label which basically
3:00 means they don't have a label on the
3:02 inside of the glove so if you're
3:03 somebody that has a little bit more
3:07 sensitive skin and having a traditional
3:09 label on the inside of a glove bothers
3:11 you or is kind of itchy then you have
3:13 the ability to choose several different
3:16 colors that are skin kind now let's talk
3:20 about cost currently these run 99 99 US
3:23 Dollars which I feel like is pretty
3:25 middle of the road because compression
3:27 gloves can range anywhere from ten
3:29 dollars all the way up to forty dollars
3:32 or even a little bit more but they do
3:34 have bundle and save programs if you
3:37 purchase two three or five pairs of
3:39 gloves so of course the more you
3:41 purchase the more you save and these are
3:43 available not only in the US but also
3:45 internationally now let's talk about use
3:48 now there are several alternatives to
3:50 compression gloves there are so many
3:52 different types out there however I have
3:54 not come across a company that has so
3:56 many different colors to choose from
3:58 which is really great for somebody that
4:00 doesn't want to draw too much attention
4:02 to their hands and wants their gloves to
4:04 blend in with their outfit or on the
4:05 flip side maybe you're somebody that
4:07 doesn't mind and you want some bright
4:10 bold colors and you want to strike up a
4:12 conversation with someone now
4:14 compression gloves in general are
4:16 helpful because they provide a uniform
4:18 compression throughout your whole entire
4:21 hand this can reduce swelling it also
4:24 can therefore reduce joint achiness and
4:26 Joint stiffness too and the gloves can
4:29 also help keep your hands warm which is
4:31 very beneficial again to help reduce
4:33 that stiffness and that achiness now
4:35 with that though any types of
4:37 compression gloves no matter the gloves
4:40 you choose they are what I call low
4:42 stability which means that they don't
4:45 provide a lot of support to a joint so
4:49 if you have say thumb arthritis and you
4:51 feel like you need a little bit more
4:54 support just wearing a glove alone may
4:57 not provide that really good external
4:59 support that you need however you could
5:02 wear compression gloves under some kind
5:04 of a thumb support or wrist support so
5:07 therefore you can get the benefit of the
5:09 compression as well as then an
5:11 additional support to your hand or your
5:14 thumb now I will leave a link here and
