0:02 This AI update just broke YouTube
0:04 automation and nobody is using it. Now
0:07 guys, Chatbt has just pushed a brand new
0:09 update that absolutely changes the game
0:11 for YouTube script writing and kind of
0:13 content creation as a whole. Now, this
0:15 affects not just faceless YouTube, but
0:17 even real creators. And what you can
0:19 essentially do now is copy any YouTube
0:21 niche within literal seconds. It doesn't
0:23 matter if we're talking about long form,
0:25 short form, or even ultra long form. And
0:26 I want to show you guys exactly how to
0:28 do that in today's video. Now, really
0:29 quickly guys, if you want to go ahead
0:30 and join my publicly Discord server,
0:33 that's discord.gg/1%.
0:34 It's a really cool community where we
0:36 all just sort of network, but I won't
0:38 yap anymore. Let's get into the video.
0:40 So guys, firstly, let's find a niche
0:41 that we want to copy. For reference,
0:43 we're going to go ahead and look at this
0:45 channel here, the Amagi. Now, if you
0:46 guys don't know what these guys post,
0:48 they essentially post a bunch of kind of
0:50 anime based content similar to like what
0:52 if story times, and they obviously post
0:55 pretty long-term content and obviously
0:56 long form. Now, if we go ahead and check
0:58 their revenue, and FYI, these guys have
1:01 done over $3 million in total revenue
1:03 over the last couple years, and I'm
1:04 going to show you exactly why. They
1:07 doing 11.2 mil long form views a month,
1:09 and the RPM on a channel like this is
1:11 about $7. So, this would be an example
1:13 of one of those niches that has a ton of
1:15 longevity and a ton of scalability. So,
1:17 if you wanted to copy a niche like this,
1:18 previously in the past, it would
1:20 obviously take quite a while to pay for
1:21 the script writing, voice acting,
1:23 editing costs, and everything associated
1:25 with this. But of course, as I said, all
1:26 they post is videos like, "What if
1:28 Naruto befriended Kurama as a child?"
1:30 "What if Naruto just didn't care?" You
1:31 can see they still perform really,
1:33 really well in terms of views. So, this
1:35 is still a channel and kind of a niche
1:36 as a whole you can get into. Now, I've
1:39 gone ahead and copied this entire kind
1:41 of structure of script within literal
1:43 minutes. Now, this works with any
1:44 different kind of niche, but for the
1:45 sake of today's video, we're going to go
1:47 ahead and presume you wanted to copy the
1:49 amagi. Now, one thing I will say is this
1:51 niche is an even better example to copy
1:53 solely because none of the content is
1:55 real. Now, what I mean by that is the
1:57 fact that what if Naruto befriended
1:58 Kurama, right? This isn't source
2:00 material. This isn't a real thing that
2:02 actually happened in the story line. And
2:04 AI is really good at storytelling as a
2:05 whole. So, let me go ahead and show you
2:07 exactly what I did. Now, this is the
2:09 most important part. I obviously took a
2:10 screenshot of the channel's homepage.
2:12 This is a brand new thing you can now do
2:14 on JBT where it can sort of analyze
2:16 specific images. I said, I'm starting a
2:18 YouTube automation channel in this exact
2:20 same niche. I want to copy their video
2:22 script style, one for one, same pacing
2:24 style, and optimized. This is very
2:26 important for AVD and viewer retention.
2:27 Now, what I said was using all the
2:29 information I provided, write me a
2:31 prompt to give Chachabt to copy this
2:33 niche one for one for the video idea.
2:35 What if Naruto had the renegon, make it
2:36 20 minutes long, and make me the prompt
2:38 to give Chachabt. Now, guys, this is
2:40 kind of what's changed. You can actually
2:43 get the prompt, then give Chachib again
2:45 from Chachib. I know it might sound like
2:47 a brain, you know, mess up right now,
2:48 but I'm going to show you what I went
2:50 ahead and did and how crazy this is. So,
2:51 of course, whatever niche you want to
2:53 copy, you want to simply go ahead and
2:55 copy their YouTube URL, look up YouTube
2:57 transcript downloader, and of course, go
2:59 on to any of these websites and download
3:00 their transcript for the sake of
3:02 YouTube's new policy. I can't actually
3:03 show you these websites, but you know,
3:04 it's completely free. You can find it
3:06 yourself. And of course, all I said was,
3:08 of course, the video title that I went
3:09 ahead and stole. What if Sasuke gave
3:11 Naruto the renegon? And I, of course,
3:13 went ahead and pasted in their script.
3:16 Now, this is where it gets insane. AI
3:18 went ahead and gave me a master prompt
3:20 that I handed back to Chachabt to
3:21 further better the script. So, as you
3:23 can see, it wrote me an insanely long
3:25 prompt. You were writing a YouTube
3:26 script for a long form Naruto, what if
3:28 video, blah, blah, blah. It gave me a
3:30 bunch of optimized kind of retention
3:32 hacks, right? Voice and pacing, using
3:34 metaphors about souls. Why did this
3:36 happen? It kind of structured and laid
3:38 out the entire video based on the
3:40 reference we gave it. This is
3:42 revolutionary guys and is going to
3:43 change the YouTube game as a whole. Now
3:45 of course I went ahead and copied that
3:47 and I pasted it back to Chach and I
3:48 essentially copied the entire thing I
3:50 wrote and I said go ahead and do that.
3:52 Now this is of course the most important
3:54 part when you are and for the first time
3:56 when you actually get the prompt itself
3:57 you don't need to use this but when
3:59 you're actually generating the final
4:01 script you want to ensure you do have
4:04 deep research activated. This is very
4:05 very important. And essentially what
4:07 this is going to do is kind of make sure
4:08 the script is perfect, the pacing is
4:10 amazing, and of course it's optimized
4:12 for viewer retention. Now, yes, it does
4:14 take about 10 to 20 minutes to kind of
4:16 do deep research, but I guarantee you
4:18 guys it is very much worth it. I mean,
4:19 we obviously went ahead and recorded it
4:21 and obviously sent it to Chbt. We said
4:23 same exact style as the reference script
4:25 I sent from the Amagi channel. No cues,
4:27 just pure script. And bang, there we go.
4:29 What if Naruto had the renegon? One of
4:30 my favorite stories I've ever imagined
4:33 in the Naruto universe is one that flips
4:35 a script on Destiny. an amazing script.
4:36 Listen to kind of our competition and
4:38 see how comparable it is.
4:40 >> One of my favorite stories I ever got to
4:43 tell was what if Sasuke gave Naruto the sharing.
4:44 sharing.
4:46 >> It is perfect. It has a Persona based
4:48 channel and of course it kind of acted
4:50 as if it was talking in first person
4:51 similar to kind of the reference script
4:53 that we gave it. This is effing insane,
4:55 guys. And if you utilize this correctly,
4:57 you were sitting on an absolute gold
4:59 mine. Now, next thing, writing and
5:01 actually copying the script style
5:02 itself. And guys, really quickly, if you
5:04 want to go ahead and work directly with
5:06 myself and my team, go ahead and check
5:08 out start.ininovolt.co, it's my personal
5:10 site and you can book a completely free
5:12 call directly with me to see if we're a
5:14 good fit and we can kind of scale your
5:15 channel to $7,000 a month. Doesn't
5:17 matter if you're a complete beginner.
5:18 I'd love to talk to some of you guys.
5:19 So, go ahead and check that out. Now,
5:21 getting back into the video, this is
5:24 arguably the most important part. Now,
5:26 this is training and doubling down on
5:28 your specific chat model. What most
5:30 people kind of get wrong and why a lot
5:32 of people tend to think that the
5:33 specific niche they might be doing takes
5:35 longer than it really does in reality is
5:37 because they are doing this entire
5:40 process every single time which is not
5:41 necessary. Now, as you guys can see, if
5:43 I go ahead and pop open the sidebar
5:45 right here and I simply refresh my
5:48 chatbt page, you will see now this
5:50 YouTube script prompt kind of chat has
5:52 completely come to my account. So, I can
5:54 simply rename this to for example the
5:57 emagi copy. From now on, this chat will
5:59 actually be there. I can go ahead and
6:00 archive it. I can share it. I can
6:02 actually give it to my editing team or
6:04 your managers or whoever it might be. So
6:06 rather than every single time making a
6:07 brand new script, you can essentially
6:09 just get AI to write the prompt and of
6:10 course give it straight back to it
6:12 without needing to train your model
6:14 every single time. And that's of course
6:15 doubling down on kind of the specific
6:18 model itself. Now coming up next, this
6:20 has also changed and this is even
6:22 crazier. Now, of course, previously to
6:24 make thumbnails like this, these are
6:26 somewhat animated, right? So, yes, they
6:28 are using Naruto and they are using kind
6:30 of public PGs, but as you can see, like
6:33 what if Sasuke g the showing gun? These
6:34 thumbnails would of course require you
6:36 to pay someone to go in Photoshop and
6:38 kind of make fake screen caps. But
6:40 what's actually changed is you can
6:42 actually replicate even copyrighted
6:43 images like this and obviously
6:45 characters that are owned by domain and
6:47 IP. You can actually copy this with AI.
6:49 Now, if we were to simply go onto
6:50 Fiverr, for example, and we were to look
6:52 up something along the lines of YouTube
6:54 thumbnails, you would of course have
6:56 needed to pay someone like this, $17,
6:59 $20, $25. But if you go ahead and check
7:01 out Vid IQ, this is completely free by
7:03 the way, their thumbnail generation tab
7:06 is 100% free. All you have to do is, of
7:07 course, paste in the link of the video
7:09 you want to go ahead and copy. Press
7:11 video and then paste in the reference,
7:13 and it'll of course have it there. I
7:16 would say, what if Naruto had the
7:17 Renegon? And of course, this is what it
7:19 went ahead and made me. It makes me
7:20 three options. And of course, this was
7:23 the first one it gave me. What if Naruto
7:25 had the rene gun and it has a perfectly
7:27 drawn animation character that is
7:29 amazing for what we need. Now, guys, I
7:31 just want to emphasize how
7:33 astronomically gamechanging this is.
7:35 Previously, this type of thumbnail, and
7:37 by the way, this is replicating
7:39 handdrawn images, right? This would have
7:41 cost upwards of $50 to even $100 in the
7:43 past. And as I've just showed you, you
7:45 can steal the idea, the script, and the
7:47 thumbnail in literal minutes. And it
7:49 only gets crazier from here. So, of
7:52 course, what's up next? Video ideiation.
7:53 Now, how do we handle this? What do I
7:55 mean by this? Video ideation, of course,
7:57 means coming up with the ideas of the
7:59 theories themselves. This is very easy.
8:00 I'm not going to sugar coat it. I'm not
8:01 going to waste time. Take a screenshot
8:04 of their most recent top 12 videos or
8:06 so. Head back to CHBT and say exactly
8:08 this. And here we go. I sent it a
8:09 screenshot of, of course, the channel we
8:11 just took a screenshot of, and I said,
8:13 I'm copying this exact niche of YouTube
8:15 automation channel based off their vids
8:17 that performed well. Make me 20 what if
8:20 ideas built on clickability and CTR. CTR
8:21 of course meaning clickthrough rate.
8:23 Now, what the reason why we're kind of
8:24 saying based off the vids that performed
8:26 well is of course we're targeting
8:28 outliers. And outlier being a video that
8:29 performed exceptionally well
8:31 comparatively to their other videos. And
8:33 of course, in this case, it would be
8:34 like this one here. What if Naruto just
8:36 didn't care? It did eight times better
8:37 than their usual upload. What if Naruto
8:40 befriended Kurama as a child 9.5x? And
8:41 of course, there's just a ton of kind of
8:43 ideas here that have scalability. So, by
8:45 simply doing this, what AI is going to
8:47 do is give us even more ideas. So, we
8:49 can simply build up a board and automate
8:51 this entire process. And for some
8:53 reason, it decided to use deep research.
8:54 So, I simply stopped. I said, don't use
8:56 deep research. There's no need to use it
8:58 on stuff like this. But here we go. It
9:00 gave us a bunch of ideas. What if Naruto
9:02 befriended Sasuke as a child? What if
9:03 it's Hachi trained Naruto instead of
9:05 Jeriah? FYI, guys, these ideas are
9:07 great. As a Naruto fan myself, I kind of
9:09 know what the fandom sort of likes. Some
9:12 of these are actually fantastic ideas.
9:13 What if Naruto lost hope? Aka, what if
9:16 Naruto went rogue? Now, by simply having
9:18 one of these ideas and already having a
9:20 trained model, you can simply go like
9:22 this. Of course, go back and just press
9:24 deep research with that and it will make
9:26 the entire script based off your
9:28 previous trainings. This is effing
9:30 insane, guys. And you would be so dumb
9:32 to not take advantage. So, what have we
9:33 covered so far? We've covered kind of
9:36 finding a niche, copying the exact style
9:37 exactly how to do that in minutes,
9:39 downloading all their thumbnails and
9:40 replicating those through the use of AI
9:42 and of course video ideation. The next
9:44 thing that kind of comes up is of course
9:45 voice acting. Now guys, for a channel
9:48 like this, I would without a doubt
9:50 recommend 11 Labs. It is far better than
9:52 anything else on the market. And if you
9:53 do want quality and you do want to be on
9:56 par with kind of a persona based channel
9:57 like this where, for example, if we
9:58 watch one of their videos, you can
10:00 somewhat tell that the channel is, you
10:02 know, owned by a human. But
10:04 realistically and kind of the way we
10:05 would structure it is we'd want the
10:07 audience to think it is a real person
10:09 consistently across all the videos. But
10:11 of course do it with 11 Labs. So we'd
10:13 simply head over to 11 Labs and find a
10:15 somewhat highquality voice that sort of
10:17 meets our criteria. And of course an
10:19 exact example of this would be Mark,
10:20 right? Let me go ahead and play this for you.
10:20 you.
10:22 >> I think this is a really nice way to
10:24 just talk naturally together. You know,
10:25 talk plainly.
10:27 >> Absolutely insane. Now, what I'm going
10:29 to do to even further this model to show
10:31 you guys how insane this is is I'm
10:32 simply going to grab the intro part of
10:34 this script and just show you how nuts
10:36 this is. And here we go. I've gone ahead
10:37 and pasted this in. So, let's go ahead
10:39 and press generate speech and see what
10:39 it cooks up.
10:41 >> One of my favorite stories I've ever
10:43 imagined in the Naruto universe is one
10:45 that flips the script on Destiny. I've
10:47 always wondered what would happen.
10:48 >> So, you would simply increase the speed
10:50 and of course remove the gaps with a
10:52 simple editing software. Super super
10:54 easy. And especially in a niche like
10:55 this where the editing is not intensive
10:58 whatsoever, you could 100% automate a
11:01 channel exactly like this in literal
11:02 minutes. Now, as I've said, there are
11:04 alternatives to 11 Labs if you cannot
11:06 afford it, if it's too expensive for
11:07 kind of what you need. Some of those
11:09 being fish audio or kind of our grader
11:11 online. There's a bunch of different
11:12 kind of softwares that can do it. For
11:14 example, our grader online or
11:16 fish.audio. These are both very, very
11:18 cheap alternatives. But of course, if
11:19 you are kind of open to sort of spending
11:22 the money, I would 100% recommend 11
11:24 Labs. Now, the final part is of course
11:26 editing. Now, I'd say this is the one
11:28 point we've sort of got to where AI
11:30 isn't yet able to replicate any niche
11:32 consistently. Now, there are some niches
11:34 it can replicate. And that's kind of a
11:35 software I'm currently working on. More
11:37 info on that soon. But in a niche like
11:39 this, realistically, you are going to
11:41 need to either edit yourself or pay an
11:43 editor for these videos. Realistically,
11:45 all they've done is added a borderline
11:47 and just put in clips from the TV show
11:48 itself. If you do need an editor for
11:49 something like this, I would simply go
11:52 onto Upwork and merely press post a job
11:54 and write up a little bit of a prompt.
11:55 Now, of course, you go here, press post
11:58 a job, and simply write up a real real
11:59 short prompt about what you need. And
12:01 when you are choosing an editor or any
12:03 sort of kind of freelancer on Upwork, I
12:05 would without a doubt recommend settling
12:08 for the fixed price option rather than
12:09 hourly. One thing I've noticed over the
12:11 years in kind of working on Upwork with
12:12 all of my channels is the fact that if
12:15 you do work on an hourly basis, a ton of
12:16 the people you work with are simply
12:18 going to say that it took them longer to
12:20 do the job than it actually did in
12:21 reality. And bang, just like that,
12:22 you've automated your script writing,
12:25 video ideation, editing, and essentially
12:27 voice acting for very, very little
12:29 margins and in a niche that has a ton of
12:31 scalability. And you could definitely
12:32 compete with them because there is
12:33 really no competition in a niche like
12:35 this. And guys, keep in mind everything
12:37 we show today works in any niche you
12:38 might be looking into. Once again, guys,
12:40 if you want to work directly with me,
12:42 check out start.ininovolt.co. Feel free
12:43 to book a completely free call with
12:45 myself and we'll see if we can help
12:46 scale your channel to 10k a month. And
12:48 if you guys do want to go ahead and join
12:49 my public Discord server, that's discord.gg/1%.
12:51 discord.gg/1%.
12:52 I look forward to seeing you all in the
12:53 next video. I hope you learned something
12:55 new and I will catch you all later. Have
