0:01 today we're going to talk about how to
0:03 get rid of this toenail fungus toenail
0:05 fungus is really not a problem of the
0:07 toenail it's a systemic problem and so
0:09 if you just treat it right here in this
0:11 location you may or may not be
0:13 successful long term and one of the big
0:15 problems of treating the toenail fungus
0:17 with medication is if you're going to be
0:18 treating it for a period of time which
0:21 is usually about three months there are
0:23 side effects that come along with it
0:25 like liver damage wouldn't it be nice to
0:27 do something that didn't have any side
0:29 effects before we get to the solution I
0:30 want to quick just go through a couple
0:32 little facts that you need to know about
0:34 tonal fungus if you look up the actual
0:37 cause it'll say your feet are too sweaty
0:38 and then you all of a sudden got this
0:40 Tona fungus A lot of people have sweaty
0:42 wet feet and they don't get toenail
0:44 fungus this specific toenail fungus can
0:47 invade the toenail but it can also cause
0:51 other skin infections jock itch athletes
0:53 foot infections in your beard infections
0:55 in the skin on your legs and even your
0:59 scalp this specific microb lives on
1:01 protein and it your nail it just so
1:02 happens to be pure protein one of the
1:04 problems that people have treating this
1:07 topically is that the cream does not
1:09 penetrate deep enough in the nail to
1:11 kill off the microbe this microb is
1:15 bearing itself deep inside the protein
1:16 part of the nail and there's something
1:18 very unique about this microbe and how
1:22 it survives it has the ability to evade
1:26 or Escape your immune system defense and
1:28 there's several mechanisms that it uses
1:32 one is it grows really slowly over time
1:33 so your immune system doesn't
1:35 necessarily see it number two it has the
1:39 ability to suppress your teac cells the
1:41 other thing that it can do is it can go
1:43 into a dormant State and then wait for
1:46 the right moment to come out of
1:48 remission and it could stay in this
1:51 dormant state for years this microbe is
1:55 uniquely resistant to UV radiation part
1:56 of the sunlight spectrum is called
1:58 ultraviolet and that does have the
2:01 ability to kill C microbes and fungus
2:04 but not this specific microbe called T
2:06 ruum it can survive despite how much UV
2:07 that you put on it so you couldn't
2:10 necessarily put a UV light directly on
2:12 the toe now it wouldn't work this next
2:14 part is going to give you the secret of
2:16 the treatment for getting rid of this
2:18 tonal fungus remember when I said that
2:21 this micro can go into a dormant state
2:22 that means it can be reawakened at
2:24 certain times when the timing is just
2:27 right so the first question is what are
2:30 the triggers to go into this dormant
2:32 sleep State well the number one trigger
2:35 to cause this microb to go into this
2:37 dormant state is when your immune system
2:40 especially these tea cells can finally
2:42 work and attack it your body's immune
2:45 system is a very hostile environment for
2:47 pathogens including this fungus and it
2:49 forces the microb to go into this
2:52 hibernation mode this remission recently
2:53 there was a kind of a hurricane that
2:55 came through we lost power for a couple
2:58 days and I have a garage with a freezer
3:00 filled with meat and each portion of
3:03 meat is in this vacuum sealed plastic we
3:06 have a backup generator and so I assumed
3:08 that all of our freezers were working
3:11 somehow it blew a fuse in the garage and
3:15 I did not know that until 2 weeks later
3:17 inside those plastic packages with the
3:21 meat see worms crawling around I see
3:24 microbes moving around I'm like what the
3:26 heck where did that come from they
3:27 couldn't have actually invaded that
3:29 plastic because I had them so protected
3:31 well those microbes were already in
3:34 there in a dormant State and so much of
3:36 the microbes that we have even in our
3:38 body the good bacteria also can go in a
3:40 dormant State apparently some of the
3:43 bacteria around that meat woke up with
3:46 the trigger of having a certain warmer
3:49 temperature and so one goal is to take
3:51 this fungus and put it into a dormant
3:53 state if someone were to put some
3:56 antifungal cream or take anti-fungal
3:58 medication that would also put it into a
4:01 dormant state not necessarily kill it
4:04 then when you stop taking the medication
4:06 it doesn't stay in a dormant state it
4:08 comes out of remission another thing
4:10 that will cause it to go into a dorm
4:11 state is having the environment being
4:14 cooler and dry so then the next question
4:16 is how do we wake up this microb that's
4:18 dormant on your toenail well we actually
4:20 can change the environment we warm up
4:22 the environment we make it moist we add
4:24 a little sweat in there and it can wake
4:27 it up but having a warm moist
4:30 environment is not enough to actually
4:33 cause a microbe just to appear there
4:35 another trigger to wake them up is to
4:37 change a part of the environment that
4:40 involves pH because this microbe grows
4:43 best in a pH of eight which is pretty
4:46 alkaline so it doesn't like in an acid
4:49 environment and normally your skin is
4:51 acidic this next thing is the most
4:52 important thing the biggest activator to
4:55 of having this dormant microbe become
4:58 alive is when your immune system gets
5:00 suppressed how does your immune system
5:03 gets suppressed stress being a diabetic
5:06 being overweight taking in an antibotic
5:07 because now we killed off all the
5:09 bacteria and the bacteria are there to
5:11 keep this fungus in check so if you have
5:12 an imbalance there this is when we get
5:14 an overgrowth of certain fungus but the
5:16 biggest thing that will reawaken dormant
5:19 microb especially a fungus is having a
5:21 vitamin D deficiency your immune system
5:24 becomes suppressed vitamin D is the most
5:27 important nutrient to support and allow
5:30 the immune system to work in the toenail
5:32 you have a lot of receptors for vitamin
5:35 D and these funguses have a unique
5:36 strategy of
5:40 downgrading the vitamin D receptors not
5:42 only is this microb shutting down your
5:44 immune system but it's shutting down the
5:48 ability to use vitamin D the goal is
5:50 just to be able to activate your immune
5:53 system Army against this darn pathogen
5:54 that's all we're trying to do and make
5:56 the environment so hostile for this
5:58 fungus that it just stays in a dormant
5:59 State you don't want to just take a
6:01 regular ular amount of vitamin D3 you
6:06 need to take more vitamin D at least
6:09 25,000 international units every single
6:10 day now some people need to take it even
6:12 a little bit more but what this is going
6:14 to do it's going to build up your immune
6:17 system to the point where this fungus
6:20 has no choice but to go into a dormant
6:21 State and we're doing this systemically
6:25 all over because it's not really a local
6:27 problem it's an whole body problem and I
6:28 don't know if this is true because I
6:30 don't have a lot of information but if
6:32 you could find liquid vitamin D and put
6:35 it on your toenail topically I'm not
6:37 100% sure if it would speed things up
6:39 but it's worth a try based on certain
6:41 case studies and other reports of people
6:43 using higher doses of vitamin D3 there's
6:45 been a pretty good success at riding
6:48 this tonal fungus and doing it without
6:51 side effects because in the end you have
6:52 your immune system back there's some
6:54 other things that I'm going to recommend
6:56 as well zinc but not just any type of
7:00 zinc zinc python this form of ink is
7:02 just not talked about very often and
7:04 sometimes they put it into a cream
7:05 sometimes they will put it into a
7:06 certain soap which probably would be a
7:08 good idea but it has very powerful
7:10 antifungal properties here we have the
7:12 vitamin D to help you from the inside
7:14 out with your immune system and then
7:16 from the outside in we use zinc
7:18 topically the other thing I'm going to
7:21 recommend is to get some shoes that are
7:22 breathable because we want to change the
7:24 temperature and we want to keep the feed
7:26 as dry as possible also change your
7:29 socks very frequently wash them wash the
7:31 SHO shoes so that this fungus can't stay
7:33 and live in your shoes and when you use
7:35 detergent when you wash them that
7:36 detergent usually will kill off the
7:38 fungus as well now you have a plan and a
7:41 solution that won't give you additional
7:42 side effects thanks for watching and I
