Aspen Snowmass is comprised of four
unique mountains each of those mountains
provide a different experience but when
you're on the mountain you can expect
top best in Industry service
when we first started working with Vevo
it was really about providing our guests
with information in terms of where
people are congregating on the mountain
so that our guests remain comfortable
while they're visiting with us this past
ski season we expanded that to lift wait
times so it's doing observed analytics
to determine how long a wait time is at
each particular lift
their data analytics is really
impressive it's a really easy process to
implement their solution it's it's not a
tremendous amount of work on our part
it's basically installing sensors near
the lift areas with veravu's guidance
and then really their secret sauce is
all the analytics that occurs behind the
scenes it's just very impressive how
accurate it is with very little
intervention on our side it's it's a bit
of a cliche in the tech industry but it
just works internally you know our
employees access the data the same way
that a guest would but it provides them
into insights so that when they're
interacting with a guest they can help
direct them to you know areas to go on
the mountain it's very similar from from
a guest perspective but guess has an
opportunity to look at all of our base
area lifts see how much crowding may be
occurring in that area and then
furthermore whether or not there's
there's any wait time overall it's an
honest and open relationship I've had a
really positive experience interacting
with available staff they're also really
open to feedback so as we look for
different information they were quick to
