mind that conflict doesn't just belong
to the people who appear to be in

find out the meaning of what happened to
them and say you couldn't explain the
process if you're going to be followed
and check if they're willing to go ahead
number six who needs to be them in the
main meeting well ask the main
protagonists who needs to be there and
then invite those people to the mainland
number seven in the main circle focus on
hearing and understanding so support
each person to speak and to be heard
number eight when everyone has been
heard invite each person to take
responsibility for how they've acted
number nine finish with an action plan
and follow up later to check if these if
the action plan has restored trust and
