what's going on you guys today we're
going to be doing a 30 minute chest and
back workout so we're going to be using
a pair of dumbbells for this workout as
well 30 pound dumbbells you can go ahead
and grab 10 pounds 5 pound whatever
you've got access to anywhere between 10
and 30 pounds is advisable for this
workout to be very effective before we
go ahead and begin the workouts i'm
going to answer one question from one of

it impossible for my body to look like a
bodybuilder it depends on what you
consider a bodybuilder physique so if
you're looking for something crazy at 13
well honestly i'ma tell you right now
your body is not even at its full
potential it's not going to look that
way but it's good to build the habit
starting at that age you want to start
training from that point because i
started training using body weight
routines when i was 12 i guess i can't
remember exactly you have to build the
habits you have to build the lifestyle
and that way when you're older your body
is ready for it start training now build
the habits and keep going when you're
around 15 16 then you're going to see
some serious progress that's all i got
