The content is a critical review of a video by "High Carb Regenerator" who has returned after a hiatus, seemingly abandoning his previous high-carb, low-fat vegan stance to reintroduce animal products, including beef, eggs, and butter, and express dissatisfaction with his previous diet.
What's up? How's the Primal Gang doing?
Um, I'm going to review um High Carb
Regenerator video, his latest video. The
thing is that he has disappeared for
like two or three months. I'm not sure.
And um he disappeared right after saying
that the sugar diet doesn't work. And uh
he went back to eating Twinkies and all
type of junk foods and Dorito chips and
whatever else. He also ate, I guess,
like so-called normal food. But the the
thing is that he's he's no longer vegan
if he eats Twinkies.
And I created a post um that uh why he
can just come back and say it that um
what happened and to admit that I was correct.
correct.
And um guess what happened? He in in his
latest video. I already saw the first
five minutes, but yeah, I let you hear
it for yourself what he has to say.
Let's get into it.
I'm back for now. I'm not going to
probably make a ton of videos. I have no
idea. I don't know where this is going
to go. I really don't. But I wanted to
make a video. I kind of wanted to give
an update of
>> let me tell you what happened because
he's he no longer believes in high carb
lowfat diet. He he lost his like
so-called personality or something and
he doesn't doesn't know anymore doesn't
identify himself as a high carb
regenerator or whatever. what's been
going on with me, where I've been, how
I've been doing, a couple other things.
I know there is a number of you that
like hearing from me, so hopefully
you'll see this video. I have had to get
rid of a number of haters who have been
still hating on the Emma
uh conversation that I had with her. I
haven't heard from her since that day.
I wanted to give kind of a synopsis of
what's been going on this last I feel
like two months since I made a video,
maybe three. I Let me tell you what
happened to to u you and Emma. You
realized how I was correct
and um you are scared of eating raw meat
or or more animal-based foods. somehow
you're just scared of it and um because
of that you just went back to your old diet.
diet.
Haven't really missed it, but I did want
to give an update. U this might help
somebody out there. I don't know. So,
I've been making my own bread. I've got
two different mixers over here. Not
mixers, two different grain mills over
here and a mixer.
>> All right. Yep. It's better to make your
own bread than buy it from the store cuz
at least you can control the ingredients
somewhat. You're not going to put seed
oils and flavor enhancers or who knows
what else. You're just going to put I
guess you're just going to put flour and
yeast and maybe salt as much as you
want. I don't know. I guess you do need
to put some salt.
Whatever. I I have no clue. I one time I
made pizza dough. It it it came out
nice. I would say it was the best dough
I ever had, but
I have no experience in baking stuff,
man. Yeah. Let's see what he has to He
apparently has like a wall windmill
inside his apartment like the wind
rotates the whatever turbine. I don't
know, man. What's it called? and
and people from from his town just uh
bring a lot of flour to him and um yeah
he makes he makes flour for them and
puts it in sack. Yeah, that's what
happens. I guess I can try and Yeah,
Yeah,
>> look at that.
>> There they are.
>> Um here's some spring water. Yeah, it
looks like it's in glass. Yeah, that's nice.
nice.
I guess this is the Yeah, I guess this
is the bread cooker.
And um here you put inside the grains.
Oh, wow. Okay, now I get it. It looks
like a laboratory, but yeah, whatever.
This is the bread cooker. Yes, 100%. And
this is the thing that you put in the
grains, the wheat or whatever. Wheat is
evil, by the way. You put the wheat here
and you grind it up into flour. And I
guess he uses like wool wool grain
flour. Okay. And this after he made
flour, he mixes up in the bowl with
yeast or salt or whatever ingredients.
Then he places it inside this thing cuz
this thing like mixes it up, you know. I
guess it's it's it's that thing. Yeah.
And then he toss it out from here or
maybe leave it like maybe he makes like
sour dough. Maybe he leave it for a day
or something to let the dough rise and
then places it inside here to make like
bread like homemade bread. All right. Whatever.
And
I have
been making my own bread. I've even been
making bread for other people. I've been
shipping bread to other people. Uh it's
wonderful bread. It's got every
nutrient. It's got 40 of the 44
nutrients that we need to survive to to to
Man, bread is so boring. And and I am
from Eastern Europe and I and I used to
love bread, but the only bread I loved
actually it was um when it was super
ultra fresh when it came out hot from
from the store. Like even in the store
it was still hot
like from the bakery. And yeah, that was
the only type of bread that I like. If
the bread stayed for like one day and
then yeah it it just tastes tasted I
don't know it tasted like a neutral
taste like it no longer had that that
same feeling then when it was fresh
but nowadays I I don't think I I would
be fan of the the fresh bread either. I
didn't had bread for like really really
long time. I think when when first time
not when first time when I quit um the
high carb low fat low-fat vegan diet um
I had some pate with uh with bread.
Yeah, I did have that. And I also had
actually bread and butter. I remember
having that cuz first time I didn't just
jump straight into the primal diet. I um
I I was just just um you know
reintroducing animal products and I was
even consuming um some type some type of
cheesy pastas and uh yeah whatever else
you know basically just starch with with
made with animal products you know to
get so-called comfortable again with
animal products but uh very quickly I
started switching to fresh bakery stuff
not fresh bakery like fresh botcher
stuff and yeah I was uh I was kept
reducing my consumption of of um of cranes
cranes
you know manufacturer life
it's been wonderful and so when I first
started making it was probably I I did
make some lives talking kind of in the
rudimentary stages of the idea of making bread.
bread.
I was originally um grinding mill in the Vitamix.
Vitamix.
It was too
inconsistent. So, I bought a hand crank
and grain mill. And
I'm just going to give an an overall
synopsis of everything. And so, and I
was doing that for a little while. I'm
like, you know what? I'm going to I I
think I'm going to like making bread. So
I I walked
the thing about making bread,
man. When years years ago I made that
pizza dough for myself like homemade, I
remember the the flour thing it was so
sticky and it was sticking to my hands
and uh it was so difficult to do the
dishes after cuz that that flour thing
just sticks to the to the bowl and oh my
days man just oh
it's not enough that it takes time to to
make it. It also takes skill to make it
and it you also need to turn the oven
on. You also need to place it in the
oven. You have to watch out to not burn
it or whatever. Then you also do the
dishes. Oh my days, man. It's just it
takes so much. It's it's a waste of time
to make bread at home. Well, I get it
that if you have some type of machine
that maybe Yeah, even then. Yeah, bread
is is not a food for me.
I'm I'm no longer buying bread and
the only way way to actually quit bread
is to eat more meat. Meat from an from a
healthy animal and also organs and all
of that. And for carbs, you have some
some fruit, some fruit juice. Today I
had one banana and uh some some orange
juice. Yeah, that that was all my carb intake.
intake.
over to a uh thrift store uh not too far
from here and they had a bread maker. So
>> wait, don't get confused. I also ate
meat, of course. I eat wheel, minced
meat, and some bone marrow and some lamb liver.
liver.
>> I was using this uh hand crank and I was
just making using the bread maker and uh
it was making bread for me and I'm like
I kind of want to just do my you know
like get a mixer and everything like
that. So that is what you see over here.
>> Yeah, we see your laboratory.
>> By the time I got to this stage over
here, I was kind of living off of bread
and it was wonderful.
I was having uh how can it be wonderful
living out of bread? That just sounds so
u so sad. I I already saw the video up
until like five minutes and um yeah,
he's gonna say something else and that's
why I made this video. I you're actually
gonna see it in the thumbnail, but yeah, whatever.
