0:35 did an insane job and i'm so happy
0:36 they're my best friends in the whole

0:40 kind of the first thing when you walk in
0:42 i'm very proud of it is my james tyrell
0:44 i have always wanted a james trail so i
0:46 was really excited when i got it
0:48 it's so peaceful and calming and he
0:50 actually makes these pieces to meditate

0:52 it's actually called scorpius and i'm a
0:54 scorpio so
0:58 i hold it close to my heart this is my
1:00 i guess formal living room i made sure
1:02 there was no tvs in here so we get into
1:04 a lot of deep talks in here we actually

1:07 than i thought i would i usually have
1:08 the fire going whether it's winter
1:10 summer fall spring whatever it is
1:12 i wanted to keep the tones pretty
1:13 minimal kind of earthy
1:15 just because i love really colorful art
1:17 the clements are so good at adding these
1:19 little pieces that just make you feel
1:21 really cozy but also just are super chic
1:23 when they brought these flower pillows i
1:24 was like oh my god i need these
1:25 they make it feel really good in here
1:27 these wooden beams add
1:29 a really nice touch and then i have this
1:32 really cool 1965 radio phonographo
1:34 i just got it for christmas i'm super
1:36 excited about it i went to the
1:37 record shop with my friends we got a
1:41 bunch of stuff i need to pop into it
1:44 this is my bar area you always need a
1:45 good bar
1:47 my mom is notorious for having the best
1:49 bars just like really beautiful really
1:51 set up pretty well so
1:52 i feel like this is a really special
1:54 place i've kind of let loose in this
1:56 house a little bit more like i've thrown
1:57 some birthday parties here so
2:00 we've had good times right off the bar
2:02 is just a really nice kind of dark moody
2:03 powder room
2:06 this though is this massive stone
2:09 sink that i was like dying for and it's
2:12 about 300 pounds and the guy who did my
2:13 house basically said it was the hardest
2:16 part of the entire house was putting
2:17 this in they had to like try a million
2:18 times because they had to like
2:20 restructure the walls behind it and stuff
2:20 stuff
2:22 so this guy is probably never leaving
2:30 this is my office area i hang in here
2:31 with the people i work with a lot of the time
2:32 time
2:34 i don't personally use it a lot but my
2:37 girls do and connected to my office is
2:39 this really nice walkway it's actually
2:40 one of my favorite parts of the house
2:41 just because of the amount of light that
2:43 comes into it it connects to my nice
2:45 little courtyard out here which is
2:47 also one of my favorite places in the
2:50 whole house
2:52 you kind of lead into this room which i
2:53 have now
2:55 created into an art studio this was a
2:56 movie theater for like the first year
2:58 that i lived here but
3:00 i had an idea i was really stressed out
3:01 i was working a lot and
3:02 me and my friends used to just go in the
3:04 backyard and paint i was like i do that
3:05 all the time and i don't really use this
3:07 room as a theater so much
3:09 so i converted it and i love it i was
3:10 here last night so like there's still
3:12 stuff set up for me
3:14 just last night painting i'm not good at
3:15 painting but i
3:17 thoroughly enjoy it and i consider it a
3:18 form of therapy
3:20 so i love coming in here and just vibing
3:22 out and making really horrible things
3:24 but it honestly lets a lot out of me and
3:25 my friends and i come in here sometimes
3:27 we'll throw on basketball on the screen
3:28 drink some wine and like just paint or
3:30 color or whatever we're like
3:32 really we're really nerdy but it's cool
3:34 i have all these little jumpsuits
3:35 there's literally six of them just for
3:37 anyone who comes in here
3:38 so you don't have to get dirty or you
3:40 can get dirty and not worry about it one
3:41 has my name on it my assistant's got
3:43 this for me for my birthday or for christmas
3:44 christmas
3:46 i think christmas also these are made
3:47 from canvas
3:48 so i think one day i'm going to take
3:50 these i'm just going to paint over them
3:52 everything in here is made to become a mess
3:54 mess
3:57 this is my dining room which i love
3:58 there's a lot of woods in here
4:00 we kind of did this double rug thing
4:02 which i thought was really cool
4:04 and it warms up the room a lot me and my
4:05 friends come in here actually
4:08 more than i thought i would and i try
4:09 and use it as much as i can
4:10 just because it is a nice way to like
4:12 talk to each other sometimes we find
4:14 ourselves eating in the family room and
4:15 just watching tv and not speaking to
4:16 each other so
4:18 we come in here a good amount i love
4:20 this room so much we open the doors
4:22 especially when it's nice out which is
4:23 almost always because we're in la
4:25 i found this table right when i bought
4:27 the house and
4:28 the chairs i think i always liked the
4:30 idea of mix and matching chairs
4:37 my kitchen this is most definitely the
4:38 most used room in the house
4:42 we are in here almost every single
4:44 day and night i make dinner with my
4:46 friends most of the time and i never knew
4:47 knew
4:48 that a certain kitchen could make you
4:50 want to cook so much because my last
4:52 house i never cooked and then i got here
4:55 and this kitchen just like makes me
4:57 want to cook and bake i think i saw a photo

5:04 i kind of used that as inspo and made
5:05 this kitchen i had a really
5:07 white just like simple stale kitchen in
5:09 my last house which are very beautiful
5:10 but i just i kind of wanted to warm it
5:12 up and i thought it went so well with
5:13 this house
5:15 i have all these really cool faucets and
5:16 they kind of
5:18 recommend that you don't clean them a
5:20 lot so that they kind of start to age
5:22 it kept that farmyish vibe that i have
5:23 going on
5:26 oh yeah my pot filler i use this every
5:27 day when i was building the house they
5:28 were like do you want a pot filler and i
5:29 was like no i don't need a pot filler i
5:31 use it every day because i'm a tea
5:38 this is my tv room family room whatever
5:39 you want to call it
5:41 i have you know my really nice cloud
5:42 couch i feel like everyone has a cloud
5:44 couch but they really are the best
5:46 i redid it into this kind of a little
5:48 bit rougher of a fabric just to kind of go

5:50 with my house a little bit more we watch games

5:55 we watch the bachelor we chill out and
5:56 then these doors all open really nicely
5:58 and we go hang out there
5:59 it's a nice little entertaining area
6:01 it's just nice to get fresh air and like
6:03 i said i live in la so it's always sunny
6:09 so down here technically these are two
6:11 bedrooms but i needed the space so i
6:13 kind of made these into like a fitting
6:14 room which i also kind of call my hannah

6:17 and my glam room so i'll take you to the
6:19 room it's always
6:21 kind of a mess this is where i do all my fittings
6:22 fittings
6:24 and kind of throw clothes in here this
6:25 is where i pack for
6:27 long trips or trips at all even if it is
6:29 a little bit cluttered in here or a
6:30 little bit of a mess i
6:34 know where everything is this is my glam room
6:34 room
6:37 also very used room in my house everyone
6:39 in my family has a good glam room
6:40 there's a really nice door so my glam
6:42 people can come in and out really easily
6:44 and not have to walk through the whole
6:45 house and this wall of magazines is
6:46 something that kim
6:48 started a long time ago we all kind of
6:50 copied her and so i'll give her full
6:52 credit for this idea
6:54 but we all have these walls in our house
6:55 it makes you feel good about

7:50 and my mom
7:52 had these in every single house that she
7:53 owned that i grew up in when i bought

7:56 she was like i saved those doors i think

8:02 little memories all over the house that

8:06 they kind of go unnoticed but they mean

8:11 this is my massive bed i love it so much

8:15 all time it's nine feet by eight and a
8:16 half feet i believe

8:20 have these copper energy rings everybody
8:22 always asks me what these are
8:24 not exactly sure what they're supposed
8:25 to be good for but someone told me to
8:26 get them
8:27 i have them hidden all over my bedroom
8:29 there's one on each lamp
8:31 up here you're supposed to put them
8:32 around your water so i have these like
8:34 little water thingies and i put
8:36 my copper energy ring around them i
8:38 don't know i feel good around them
8:40 so i'm assuming they're doing something
8:41 this is my
8:44 double-sided fireplace and my massive tv
8:45 which i didn't really think
8:47 through so at night time when it's on
8:49 it's just really bright because it's so big

8:51 and then obviously you need a t-stand
8:53 because i am highly addicted to tea
8:56 so i have this little tea area really exciting
9:01 this is my master bathroom this might be
9:02 one of the most
9:04 structurally renovated parts of the
9:06 whole house this shower was less than
9:09 half the size i raised the ceilings i
9:09 made this all
9:12 glass so it felt more open i found this
9:13 really beautiful
9:16 stone and it was called gabbana and my
9:18 dog's name was gabona and she had just
9:20 passed away like a week prior it felt
9:21 like i was
9:23 you know supposed to have it and it has
9:25 that green tone in it kind of connecting
9:26 all the greens around the house the
9:27 earthy tones that i love
9:30 i get a lot of love for my gold tub i'd
9:32 say at least three times a week i'm in
9:33 this tub
9:35 it's my favorite ever and then this is
9:36 my closet
9:38 i don't think i've ever had a closet
9:39 this big so i was really stoked about it
9:43 fun fact i purge my closet at least
9:45 every two months i try and go through it
9:46 clean it all out and it is
9:48 one of my favorite things to do ever i
9:50 feel like a newborn baby
9:51 every time i do it but i won't take
9:53 complete credit for all of the
9:54 organization i had an amazing woman come
9:56 in her name's mary
9:57 she's a dream come true and a really
10:04 off my master is my backyard the whole
10:06 house is pretty much a u-shape so every
10:08 room almost connects to the backyard
10:09 surrounded by a lot of nature as you can
10:11 probably hear which i love it makes me feel

10:14 super out of la we hang out here so much
10:16 i just got all these vintage quilts so
10:16 i'll just
10:18 lay them all out on the grass and me and
10:19 my friends will come out here and just chill

10:21 meditate i did a sound bath out here the
10:23 other day it was really
10:25 so nice i'm pretty sure this is the same
10:27 pool that was here when the house was
10:28 built in the late 80s early 90s
10:30 it's not your typical modern
10:32 square-shaped pool i just loved how
