0:03 Why are you filming yourself so close,
0:07 M&M's? And um why are you using your
0:11 viewers as your emotional tampon?
0:14 Hey, sugar people. Okay, let's make a video.
0:16 video.
0:18 Emma's not been feeling too good, guys.
0:21 The sugar diet. Blame the sugar diet and
0:24 blame your past diet because of having
0:26 so many seed oils and so many processed
0:28 foods and pasta and grains and all of
0:30 that. It happens to everybody. It
0:33 happened to me that um I had some
0:36 starches and and cedos and yeah, I
0:38 gained like 10 kilograms, but yeah, I
0:42 lost it and um yeah, whatever. And I I
0:45 don't crave uh so much junk food as you are.
0:47 are.
0:52 Um hence why I have not made any videos
0:54 for a while,
0:55 but I'm starting to feel a little
0:58 better, a little bit better today.
1:03 And so here we are. Well, if you have um
1:07 I interrupt a lot, if you have no energy
1:10 and um you don't feel well to actually
1:12 make a video, what can I expect you to
1:15 actually pay attention to information
1:17 that you never heard about, you're just
1:21 going to listen to um Skeleton King and
1:24 the other people who are like, "Yeah,
1:26 whatever." I don't know how can can even
1:31 someone um make up that the thing that u
1:34 Cole is actually a nice guy. How is he a
1:37 nice guy? I I can't imagine him being a
1:39 nice guy. Okay. I would feel totally
1:43 unsafe and um I I wouldn't um I wouldn't
1:47 trust him to to just even be like 2 m
1:50 away from him. I would need to be like
1:53 10 20 m at least if it if he was like in
1:56 the area. So, how can somebody watch his
2:00 videos and actually listen to them?
2:03 Okay, I want to have a look at some
2:07 comments on my most recent video to sort of
2:08 of
2:13 get me going. Okay, get let's get us but
2:15 have some sugar, man, and have some
2:19 energy. Chatting and talking. Um, so my
2:21 most recent video was actually 5 days
2:24 ago now.
2:27 and and you haven't uploaded for 5 days
2:30 again. So yeah, there you have it. Sugar
2:32 doesn't give you energy. It's debunked.
2:36 It doesn't fix anything. Yeah, there you
2:37 have it. I could finish this video right
2:42 here. I was talking about how I am doing
2:45 my own sort of sugar diet now, how I'm
2:47 working with things. Um,
2:49 Um,
2:53 as I said, I've not been feeling too
2:56 Yeah, sorry for interrupting again. So,
2:59 she's doing her own version of um sugar
3:04 diet cuz um she wasn't satisfied with
3:07 what Cole was recommending. So, she
3:08 thought that she's going to experiment
3:13 with um with um what was the name like
3:16 seed oils cuz basically she was eating
3:20 like nuts like nuts coated with sugar
3:23 and um toxic nuts coated with sugar.
3:27 Imagine eating that. And she was eating
3:30 the the what the jellies which have like
3:33 tons of chemicals and yeah has some
3:37 sugar of course and um concentrate like
3:40 concentrated flavors and what else it
3:43 was? There was that uh fizzy drink which
3:46 which had sweeteners. Okay. And and
3:52 coloring agents and all of that. Great. Um
3:54 Um
3:56 so I think it's important to sort of
4:00 take care of yourself first really over
4:02 and above
4:03 all the other things of course kids
4:07 first then you know then yourself anyway
4:09 how can you take care of yourself
4:13 without giving yourself the the building
4:16 blocks that uh are going to take care of
4:19 your body it's impossible to to do that
4:21 on on just sugar molecules
4:25 and u like toxic chemicals
4:29 and u I don't care that you don't uh you
4:32 don't approve my message or whatever
4:34 you're trying to discard it like I don't
4:37 care about that at all. I'm making this
4:39 video for someone who who actually will
4:43 listen. So 5 days ago I made a video
4:45 like updating everybody and we've got
4:47 some comments as usual. So let's have a look.
4:48 look. Um,
4:50 Um,
4:53 somebody said, "I do skeleton city
4:55 pyramids level two and three. A good mix
4:57 of fruit, lean meat, and veg. Mindless
5:00 eating and not caring. A devil may care
5:02 eating pattern is how I got overweight."
5:05 So, yeah, me too.
5:08 So, I got overweight by mindless eating
5:11 and not caring. Um, but I just want to
5:14 seed oils, mainly seed oils. Just admit
5:16 it. Confirm that that's not what I'm
5:19 doing. Um, you know, in the video I
5:22 talked about how I've been eating more
5:24 more intuitively. Still very high
5:26 percent sugar because that's intuitively
5:30 what I want to eat. Um, but that is not
5:33 mindless eating. So, I have not been
5:37 mindlessly eating um, and not caring. I
5:39 have definitely been caring and
5:41 definitely try to be as mindful as
5:43 possible every time I'm eating. So, I'm
5:46 focusing a lot on, you know, really
5:50 trying to listen to what my body wants
5:53 so that I can avoid getting further. You
5:55 have no idea what your body wants. Your
5:58 body knows what it wants, but you you're
6:01 completely deny it cuz um yeah,
6:03 obviously you're scared of liver. And if
6:05 you're scared of it's one thing to be
6:08 scared of of eating liver and you would
6:11 at least eat other other parts or
6:14 whatever or at least some some type of u
6:17 good meat but yeah you're not really
6:20 doing that overweight and hopefully drop
6:23 some weight too.
6:26 So um
6:27 this week I haven't been weighing
6:31 myself. um had a lot going on and then
6:33 it was my period and then I was like,
6:36 well, I'm definitely not going to worry
6:38 about my weight when I'm on my period.
6:42 Um and I mean guys, this is obviously
6:46 a different situation for me. I this is
6:47 a different position for me if you like.
6:49 I wasn't coming from this position
6:51 before when I was making my videos about
6:53 the sugar diet. Obviously, I was very
6:56 focused on losing weight at that time.
7:00 And although that is something I do
7:03 still want to do,
7:07 um I think it's important for me to
7:11 try and find the root cause um of the of
7:13 my issues.
7:15 The root cause is that you're not
7:17 getting enough nutrients and you end up
7:21 overeating on the on on foods that u
7:24 don't don't have those micronutrients
7:26 and yeah that's the cause and you really
7:29 wouldn't need to lose much weight. Okay.
7:31 Like it would happen just naturally on
7:34 my diet or or a cooked version at least
7:36 of it like something that Paul Saladino
7:39 recommends and you could still get
7:43 honey. You could still eat fruit and you
7:45 would be better off um listening to Paul
7:49 Saladino than um listening to to
7:52 Skeleton King or or Cole.
7:55 Which actually brings me on to a comment
7:57 from somebody who I normally don't agree
8:01 with. Sorry, just adjusting there. Um,
8:04 we normally don't agree, but this person
8:06 still continues to to comment, which is
8:09 fine. I'm happy for people to comment,
8:11 but on this
8:13 at this time, I actually agree with what
8:15 he's saying.
8:19 So he said your body isn't a result of
8:22 your diet as you stated not directly
8:24 more importantly your diet is a result
8:27 of your emotional wounds your
8:30 brainwashed beliefs about yourself like
8:33 everyone has to be healthy you have to
8:35 have undone all the trauma but no one
8:38 looks there they think a band-aid is the answer
8:40 answer
8:42 just stop eating xyz and you'll lose
8:44 weight end quote only to put it all back
8:46 on because the behavior behavior and
8:48 internal dialogue hasn't changed. If you
8:51 want real dietary help, you need to go
8:53 within and sort yourself out or else the
8:55 excuses won't stop and you'll continue
8:58 the trauma cycle. Once you do that, your
9:00 diet will be a result of your internal
9:02 health and then your body will change
9:04 accordingly. Most people start at the
9:06 body and the diet and never feel on
9:09 track because they're not. say
9:11 say
9:14 which is false cuz um no matter how good
9:17 you are treated by your family and let's
9:20 say you you you have have people around
9:23 you you who love you and you also love
9:26 them back and everything goes well but
9:28 you're eating McDonald's and you're
9:30 eating lot of seed oils you're still
9:32 your body is still going to to change in
9:36 a bad way okay so yeah this is
9:38 completely false like you can have the
9:40 most beautiful life and if you are on
9:43 seed oils then um yeah this is what just
9:45 h this is this is what happens you're
9:48 getting overweight it doesn't matter how
9:50 much trauma or even in the other way
9:53 around let's say you have to deal with
9:56 lot of stress and work and whatever and
9:58 trauma but you're eating a really good
10:00 diet you're probably going to have some
10:04 dark eye circles or whatever but um
10:06 you're definitely not going to be like
10:13 Yeah. So, it's just cope. It's just cope
10:17 and M&M's. Coping on M&M's. This is
10:22 where I'm coming from right now. So,
10:25 um yeah, like talking about like
10:27 emotional wounds and stuff. I'm not
10:28 going to make this an Emma therapy session
10:30 session
10:31 um cuz I don't think anyone is
10:35 interested in an Emma therapy session.
10:38 But um I do want people to know that
10:43 actually if you do have this deep rooted trauma
10:45 trauma
10:49 um um somehow it can be the cause that uh
10:51 uh
10:53 you're like stressed out and whatever
10:56 and because you're also not getting the
10:58 right nutrients. you're like hormonally
11:01 imbalanced and you reach out to to eat
11:05 foods that we are like not supposed to
11:08 eat. Emotional wounds,
11:11 unhealthy sort of
11:15 um mindset and patterns going on.
11:18 You know, focusing on fixing that
11:21 sometimes can actually help you to fix
11:24 your weight problem rather than
11:27 eliminating certain foods. So, I'm still
11:30 very much of the belief that um sugar is
11:33 my preferred fuel source for my body.
11:35 Yours might be completely different. I
11:37 know that I feel much better when I have
11:40 more sugar. Okay, then have some more
11:44 sugar and um see how it goes.
11:46 But you haven't uploaded in like 4 days
11:48 or something. Again, 5 days are going to
11:51 pass by and then another 5 days are
11:53 going to pass by in between your videos.
11:57 And um yeah, not much going on really. So
11:59 So
12:02 it's clearly not okay.
12:06 Um and I have nothing against sugar cuz
12:10 yeah, I I do consume some sugar. And um
12:13 yeah, just it it shouldn't be your
12:17 primal fuel. That's that's for sure. And
12:19 everybody likes to make a meal out of
12:23 that. Let's say just for the um
12:25 just for the lols. Um people like to
12:28 think that all I eat is sugar. So um I
12:30 don't just eat sugar, guys. Like I've
12:32 done experiments over the last couple of
12:35 weeks. Yeah. You explained that you had
12:40 some um bread and butter. Okay.
12:42 How does that have the building blocks?
12:45 It's just some fat and whatever. But the
12:48 if the if the butter was pasteurized and
12:51 all of that, it's not much really. It's
12:54 better than to be a vegan 100%.
12:57 Cuz I think it still has vitamin A or whatever.
12:59 whatever.
13:02 It's better than to be a vegan, but um
13:05 it's uh just not going to be enough. And
13:08 bread, there's no reason to eat bread.
13:12 But um yeah, how can I explain this? and
13:14 she doesn't even know that bread
13:16 actually has seed oils.
13:19 Sometimes it doesn't, but still man,
13:22 yeah, it's not too good. And maybe a
13:23 month where I've like made videos
13:27 talking about how I have done like
13:29 almost a candy only diet. I've done
13:32 obviously very high sugar f high sugar
13:35 fasting type diet and now I'm focusing
13:40 on more of a um mixed diet but it's
13:45 still weighted more towards high sugar
13:48 than anything else um because that's
13:50 what I like to eat.
13:54 So that's always going to be my go-to
13:57 source. Um, and people say that's the
13:59 only thing you know you like. I also
14:02 like when when when I crave some some
14:05 carbs, I have some fruit juice. Okay,
14:08 it's fine. I also like sugar. Okay, in
14:10 that way. You can call me like a sugar
14:12 addict or whatever. But I do have not as
14:15 much as Emma definitely and not as much
14:18 as durian rider, but I do have have
14:20 carbs, okay, in terms of fruit and fruit juice.
14:22 juice.
14:24 But to believe that that's the only
14:26 thing I like. No. 100%. No matter how
14:29 much sugar I I eat, I I'm I'm going to
14:32 want to eat some some raw meat. Well,
14:34 you're addicted to sugar and that's why
14:36 it makes you feel better. Well, no, because
14:39 because
14:42 of all there are so many other things
14:47 going on that are not related to
14:52 sugar um that are affecting my mood, you
14:55 know, um and affecting how I feel and
14:57 what I'm doing and all the different
15:00 things like, you know, sugar
15:04 fuels my body and I feel that,
15:07 man. It it fuels you in terms of of
15:11 having energy to move from from A to B
15:13 or something or
15:16 but it's not something that maintains
15:18 you. Okay.
15:23 It it's just a a simple molecule that um
15:26 that gives you some energy to be able to
15:29 move and um yeah hunt some animal and uh
15:31 and yeah that way you you are getting
15:36 your what actually maintains your body.
15:38 So whether or not you agree with that is
15:41 really irrelevant and nonsensical
15:44 because you to make it very simple sugar
15:47 is like is like the charger of your
15:50 phone. Okay, you charge it up. It can
15:52 act that way, but you can also run on
15:55 fat. Okay, but but let's say sugar is
15:58 the charger and the components of your
16:01 phone and all of that need to be
16:02 maintained. Okay, cuz if your screen
16:06 goes off or whatever because uh
16:08 how can I put it? you did not change
16:11 certain parts in time cuz it burned out
16:13 or something and it wasn't properly
16:15 maintained cuz the the maintenance would
16:18 be the the animal products because of
16:20 that. Let's say your screen burns off
16:22 and um yeah now the screen has burned
16:25 off just because one microchip wasn't
16:28 replaced in your phone and you did not
16:30 taking care of it by eating meat. Okay,
16:33 because if you that's why you eat meat
16:35 for maintaining the the health of your
16:41 body. Okay. And um same way the fats uh
16:44 can be used as energy just like sugar is
16:46 is used as energy. And yeah, that's
16:48 that's exactly what you need to know.
16:51 Sugar alone won't build your cells.
16:55 Okay? Cuz what happens is um your cells
16:57 start to self cannibalize. The less
17:01 important cells are getting um robbed by
17:04 nutrients and they lose their quality.
17:07 Okay? cuz more vital cells need need
17:09 their nutrients. They need cholesterol
17:11 and all of that. That's why vegans say
17:14 that cholesterol is produced in the body
17:17 and all. You can't tell me how my body
17:19 feels on sugar. But anyway, I'm not
17:21 going to get into it. This is just a
17:24 sort of chitchat, okay? An update. Yeah,
17:26 you're getting like a sugar rush and now
17:28 you think that, oh my days, I have so
17:30 much energy.
17:32 And uh yeah, probably you keep spamming
17:35 it and you end up sleeping like 12 hours
17:38 or something.
17:40 Um a checkin to let you guys know where
17:43 I'm at. So um it's not that I've given
17:45 up trying to lose weight. Quite the
17:47 opposite. I'm trying to focus on the
17:50 bigger picture.
17:54 Um, you know, a lot of my issues
17:57 are very deeprooted
18:04 and they come from childhood and and and
18:08 continued into adulthood and I know a
18:09 lot of people will be able to relate to that.
18:11 that.
18:13 So that's why I'm sort of making this,
18:16 if you like, so that anyone who does
18:19 gravitate to me and anyone who sort of
18:23 does end up clicking on this video and
18:26 they feel that way, um, you know, that
18:28 that maybe they'll find some comfort in
18:30 knowing that they're not the only person.
18:32 person.
18:36 Um, and that's okay.
18:38 Yeah. um whatever you're going through,
18:41 it's easier to deal with deal with it if
18:43 you're you just have a proper nutrition
18:48 and you're well rested and well treated.
18:52 But u yeah some of sometimes the one of
18:55 some of those are are lacking and yeah
18:57 but nutrition is really important to
19:01 being like like hormonally stable and
19:05 all of that and being a calm person.
19:10 It's okay to take a minute and
19:13 really try to look at what the problems
19:18 are. Um, so like the person said,
19:20 you know,
19:22 they think a band-aid is the answer.
19:24 Well, I never really, and maybe you guys
19:26 feel the same, I never really felt like
19:29 I was putting a band-aid on my problems
19:33 by dieting. I mean, I was sort of just I
19:36 thought maybe if I could get my weight
19:37 under control, my other issues would get
19:39 under control
19:42 um as well. And
19:45 that I don't that I think is the wrong
19:47 way round. But it's not like I was
19:50 consciously thinking, oh, put a band-aid
19:53 on this or change these three. Yes, you
19:55 kind of forced yourself into this. It's
19:57 actually a good thing cuz it's better
20:01 than um than keep on doing the seed oils
20:04 and starches thing and some meat or just
20:06 eating whatever cooked food. It's
20:08 actually better that you're looking for
20:11 the answers but um you looked for the
20:15 answers in the wrong place. Okay, it happens.
20:17 happens.
20:20 I I tried the durian rider protocol so I
20:23 know what what it's about. But at least
20:25 the difference is that I came to my
20:29 senses, okay? Groups or whatever. The I
20:31 think people need to realize that the
20:33 only reason I'm making videos even about
20:36 the sugar diet is because the sugar diet
20:38 suits me so well because of the foods
20:41 that I like to eat. So, you will never
20:43 see on this channel me doing a keto diet
20:46 or a carnivore diet.
20:48 How does it suit you? Well, how many
20:52 glasses of fizzy drinks can you drink?
20:54 How many? I I don't get it. I couldn't
20:56 eat. I couldn't drink. But yeah, it's
20:58 not a fair comparison.
21:01 And how many jellies can you eat? Like,
21:04 come on. You eat a handful and how many
21:08 more? Like, what? How can you eat so
21:11 much of of jellies? I I just don't get
21:14 it, man. It just seems to be like really
21:16 strange. It's like a fruit replacement.
21:18 I would understand if it was some type
21:21 of dried fruit and you're having some
21:24 coconut water next to it
21:26 cuz yeah, that's what basically jellies
21:28 would represent is some some type of
21:31 dried fruit.
21:34 But um yeah, I don't get it. How can you
21:36 like it?
21:38 It's it's impossible
21:41 diet or that will never happen because I
21:43 am never going to be the person that's
21:45 successful on that diet because I don't
21:50 like the foods. So I know some
21:52 but what I recommend are the only foods
21:57 for humans. There's nothing else.
22:00 How how can you you be like like
22:02 whatever just eating processed sugars
22:05 cuz that's all you show in your shorts.
22:07 I haven't seen fruit at all. Correct me
22:10 if I'm wrong. Let's see how much fruit
22:12 there is. Oh, yeah. I saw some fruit juice.
22:21 This is some type of salad or whatever.
22:24 Yeah, some type of stir fry.
22:26 Yeah, there is some fruit. Yeah, but
22:34 I guess watermelon. I don't know.
22:36 whatever. Yeah. Let's say do you do have
22:38 some fruits? Then why why not just stay
22:42 on fruit and u and where's the honey or
22:46 or something like that?
22:48 People sort of I've said before I've
22:49 tried lots of different diets and I have
22:53 tried um elimination diets um but I've
22:56 never really I am not eliminating
22:59 anything. Okay.
23:02 I eat exactly what I want. If if I would
23:06 crave some type of junk food right now,
23:08 I would go and buy it. And um yeah, you
23:11 should be envy of that cuz I literally
23:14 can eat just Cheetos or whatever. Not
23:16 just that, but if I wanted to, I I could
23:19 just go downstairs right now and just
23:21 buy it for myself. And it's a good
23:26 position to be in be in that um in that
23:28 how to say
23:30 it's it's good to be in that position
23:32 that to be able to just to just go and
23:35 buy any junk food that you want. But you
23:36 don't want to do it cuz you know what?
23:38 You're not going to feel good from that.
23:41 And it's not also not the taste is going
23:43 to be disappointing cuz I already have
23:45 better foods than that. It's like I I
23:48 figured it out already.
23:51 But you you you you didn't really cuz um
23:54 you I bet you're craving some type of
23:57 junk foods cuz cuz you told me that u
24:01 yeah you would have a pizza or whatever
24:03 really gone to the extent of but keep on
24:06 discarding my opinion.
24:10 It's your problem. It's not mine to the
24:13 at the point where you're discarding my
24:15 opinion just because your emotions got hurt.
24:17 hurt.
24:19 Yeah, that's that's your problem from
24:22 then. Um, yeah, you should just watch
24:24 this video anyway and maybe learn
24:27 something and yeah,
24:30 cuz who else really makes videos about
24:35 you and giving you good advice? No one
24:38 but these people are just acting like um
24:41 they are so special or something like
24:44 you're not special. Okay. Uh because I'm
24:47 going to move on and uh yeah, probably
24:49 that's this is the last video I made on
24:51 you and next time I'm just going to
24:53 cover other topics that is not even
24:56 related to sugar diet. So don't feel
24:58 like so special. Feel like this is a
25:01 gift for you. And even if you disagree,
25:04 you should listen to it cuz um yeah,
25:06 actually nobody does videos about me cuz
25:10 I'm I'm correct. And um yeah,
25:13 there's nothing to there's nothing to um
25:16 um this like like you can't prove me
25:19 wrong because if if you if you just
25:23 don't agree about me uh don't agree with
25:25 me about the sugar diet, you're clearly
25:28 wrong cuz uh this this is the only way
25:32 around what I am saying. And um yeah, I
25:36 don't care that you have like um 3,000
25:40 subscribers. Yeah, who cares? Or you're
25:43 getting 1.5. Like she's so proud of her
25:47 viewers. Like it's incredible. Like um
25:49 she she believes that, oh, this guy is
25:51 just a small YouTuber. He doesn't show
25:54 his face or whatever. I already told her
25:56 if she's this proud of her viewers, just
25:59 go and collect the the cop already. like
26:02 not the cup like the the trophy of so
26:06 many viewers or collect the sugar trophy
26:09 like doesn't matter to me in the end of
26:13 the day I'm healthier okay and um yeah I
26:16 definitely have better advice
26:19 but um I I'm I'm actually used to these
26:21 type of things cuz um even in real life
26:26 I do give advice to people that um how
26:28 what they could improve or whatever
26:31 And um I remember the exact same
26:35 scenario with an ex. I um this was way
26:38 before got this like this was like 10 15
26:42 years ago. Okay. And u I told her to
26:46 stop drinking fizzy drinks cuz um the
26:51 sweeteners can cause headaches and can
26:54 can cause neuro like neurological
26:57 damage. And uh she she did not listen
27:00 and she was having headaches but she was
27:04 buying it anyway. And um one time I
27:06 remember she went into the store and
27:08 just bought it and I had to carry it cuz
27:10 because she wasn't feeling well and I
27:12 was like sure I'm going to carry your
27:15 your toxic fizzy drink just um yeah just
27:18 don't cry. But yeah, we ended up
27:20 breaking up because um yeah, they can't
27:23 can't stay with someone who is just so
27:27 low on energy and um drinks like fizzy
27:30 fizzy drinks that are toxic and doesn't
27:32 listen to me.
27:35 Fully committed to any particular way of
27:37 eating because
27:40 I've always I'm not committed to
27:43 anything. Okay, this comes naturally
27:47 100% naturally. I'm not committed. I'm
27:50 so unserious that I could light up a
27:54 cigarette right now and smoke it and u I
27:57 I would not care. Okay. And uh I I would
28:00 I would just quit the next minute. I
28:03 would be like half h yeah it's not that
28:06 good and just throw it away and never
28:09 think about it ever again. Or any any
28:12 food that I would crave. Let's say you
28:14 would you would give me like a nice
28:19 pizza or whatever and I couldn't get get
28:22 uh down too much of it cuz cuz simply
28:26 simply I I I just can't what what type
28:28 of fast food do you recommend me to try
28:31 like what I don't know man you can't
28:33 show me anything
28:36 unless it would be some type of nice
28:39 wild meat or something even cooked like
28:43 a rare cooked Um, I don't know. Deer
28:46 steak. Okay. Oh, yeah. I I would I would
28:49 try that definitely. But what else there
28:51 is to eat? Some type of nice exotic
28:54 fruit. I had that before. Or something
28:57 that I didn't have. Yeah. Or I don't
29:00 know, oy oysters or something. Yeah, I
29:02 would. I definitely would try that. But
29:04 what else is there is there to eat? Nothing.
29:06 Nothing.
29:10 Definitely not jelly. jelly, whatever
29:13 jellies she's having, and fizzy drinks.
29:15 Come on. Like, that would be like a
29:17 total total downgrade. And the funny
29:20 thing is that those fizzy drinks cost as
29:22 much as fruit juice
29:26 or sometimes even more expensive. Ended
29:28 up wanting to go back to the foods that
29:30 I'm comfortable with, which is carbs.
29:32 Which is why I say to you guys, if any
29:35 diet is going to work for me, it's going
29:38 to be the sugar diet.
29:40 In other words, if any diet would work
29:42 for you,
29:45 it would be something with carbs, which
29:48 is why cuz you're already having animal
29:50 fat. You're having some butter and
29:53 whatever. What's your excuse to not have
29:56 um to not have actually steaks instead
30:00 of butter and um like fatty fatty fatty
30:04 cuts of meat and some some um some fruit
30:08 juice and some orange or whatever. Okay.
30:10 Yeah. And that way you're not having
30:13 carb cravings cuz you're satisfied from
30:16 from good fruit and you're have um
30:20 you're also satisfied from from meat.
30:21 And I'm not saying the sugar diet hasn't
30:24 worked. giant one. It hasn't. What I'm
30:26 saying is my
30:28 my issues
30:31 issues
30:34 that I struggle with are
30:35 are
30:39 what prevents me from being able to
30:42 release weight. It's not the sugar diet
30:45 doesn't work or anything. This is cope.
30:47 It's not that the sugar diet doesn't
30:50 work, but it actually doesn't work in
30:53 reality like that. Or it's not that I
30:56 need to go and eat liver or whatever.
30:58 Some some person suggested that I need
31:00 to go and eat animal liver. I
31:04 recommended that and um yeah, I'm proud
31:06 of that recommendation. The thing is
31:08 that um it's like I said, it's one thing
31:12 to be disgusted by liver or whatever cuz
31:14 you're like not used to the taste and it
31:18 would be like super intense to you.
31:20 And um but the thing is you're you're
31:22 not you're not only disgusted by liver.
31:25 I think you're like disgusted also of of
31:28 raw meat or
31:30 when you're like disgusted of raw egg
31:32 yolks and you're disgusted of
31:34 everything. Yeah, that's an issue.
31:36 That's going to be an issue. And you're
31:39 also afraid to eat it cooked cuz you
31:41 don't want to touch it or whatever and
31:44 you don't want to cook it. Come on.
31:46 Yeah, that is going to be a huge issue
31:48 cuz it's basically your natural diet.
31:51 It's like a cow rejecting to eat grass
31:54 cuz uh now they only want to eat minced
31:58 meat from a pork. Okay? And uh yeah,
32:00 they just going to refuse. That's that's
32:02 never going to happen. Okay? because the
32:06 cow naturally is going to eat grass
32:08 and that will cure my problems which is
32:11 just ridiculous. But anyway,
32:16 um okay, okay, let's get back to that.
32:17 Person suggested that I need to go and
32:21 eat animal liver and that will cure my
32:23 problems, which is just ridiculous. But anyway,
32:30 I'm not saying that liver magically is
32:34 going to remove all your all your your
32:39 issues cuz um yeah um you probably have
32:41 done plenty of damage to your body.
32:45 Okay. But um definitely some liver would help.
32:47 help.
32:50 That's 100% would would give give you
32:52 like better hormones and would give you
32:54 actually the building blocks better than
32:58 uh anything that you you eat right now
33:04 and yeah that's just how it is and
33:06 that's why you end up craving all these foods.
33:08 foods.
33:12 But actually eating liver cooked like
33:16 cooked somewhat like in let's say you
33:19 would cook it like until it's rare.
33:22 Okay. Or or somewhat raw in the middle
33:26 or eating it like completely raw. Um it
33:29 does feel magical. Okay. For the first
33:32 time cuz you just enter like in a state
33:36 of mind that you didn't felt before.
33:40 And um I even said this when when I had
33:42 it for like the first few times. I I
33:44 said it in the got this comment section
33:49 that um it it feels really intense and
33:51 people were commenting like, "Oh, it's
33:53 just placebo. It's just I don't know
33:56 what." No, it's not placebo at all. You
33:58 you you enter like in a different
34:00 reality. Trust me, when when you're
34:03 having like like you it's like waking up
34:06 or something. That's how I could explain
34:09 it. And I I can't I can't really explain
34:13 that to you. Like it has to be felt,
34:15 but um I guess you're not just not going
34:19 to feel it cuz you're disgusted by it. Um
34:21 Um
34:23 I'm not sure where I'm going with this
34:31 So
34:34 yeah, um this this is some type of
34:36 interesting brainwiring.
34:39 So she mentions that uh that eating
34:42 liver is ridiculous. And now she says
34:44 that uh I'm not sure where I'm going
34:47 with that. So um yeah, there's there's
34:50 not much logic here going on. It's just
34:52 feelings. Okay.
34:54 Um yeah, I I think I can end this video
34:56 cuz uh I have to go to work. I'm
34:58 checking in. I've been keeping an eye on
35:00 everyone else.
