0:29 complicated idea, but just feel and just
0:32 let go. Forget just for a moment the
0:34 montane of technical tips that only
0:37 confuse you. In just a few minutes, you
0:39 may discover your best ever swing. A
0:41 swing that flow naturally. I didn't
0:43 invent this method. It was created by a
0:45 profession from Wales. You may be heard
0:48 of him, Bill Owens. He made a buzz in
0:51 France with his method back in the 90s.
0:54 and I met him in 2003 and we stayed
0:57 close ever since. He told me this entire
1:00 method and it changed literally my life
1:02 forever. This natural approach is based
1:06 on five simple step. Each step only work
1:08 if you've done the previous one and you
1:10 need to reach the final step to gain the
1:12 real control of the ball and also
1:14 peaceful flowing energy in your game.
1:16 And you'll see golf has never felt this
1:18 easy. So stay focused until the end.

1:37 Bill's philosophy. For him, playing golf
1:40 is as easy as walking. When you walk,
1:43 you walk almost 10 miles on the golf
1:45 field. And that mean you're going to do
1:48 like uh 10,000 of step with a kind of
1:50 rhythm and it's come from the feet. And
1:53 it truly believe it's 100% natural. You
1:55 don't need to build your swing. Just
1:57 feel fill the club head. Let the club
1:59 left for you. Just fill your body with
2:01 uh this feeling of walking. Left foot,
2:11 The first step is that you need to relax
2:12 especially the upper body totally
2:14 because you're not in charge to control
2:16 the club. So the first step is watch
2:18 forward and feel that you breathe out
2:20 and feel that all the tensions in your
2:23 shoulder in your arms in your wrist are
2:25 disappearing or going low as low as you
2:28 can means in the fits. I feel that my
2:31 upper body is relaxed. You see that if I
2:33 take my club I'm relaxed. You might
2:34 think I'm stiff. I'm not stiff at all.
2:36 I'm relaxed, but it's just the weight of
2:39 the club that make my my arm straight.
2:41 Nothing more. I'm relaxed. The upper
2:43 body is super relaxed. This is the first
2:44 thing. You need to keep that in mind.
2:46 And I know you're not relaxed on every
2:48 golf shot for sure. Then take your club
2:50 and put this club and the lower back
2:52 like this. And let your arms totally
2:54 relax like this because they are
2:56 relaxed. So you stuck the club between
2:58 your lower back and your wrist. Then I
3:01 look forward and now you need to wake up
3:04 the feeling from the big toe. left toe,
3:06 right toe. You need to remember that
3:07 your feet is the connection with the
3:10 ground. Left toe, right toe. Then you

5:14 And I keep the finish 7 second. I'm here
5:16 and I do nothing with my arms. They are
5:19 hanging. I just
5:22 past, present, future. And then I keep
5:24 my finish. Seven second. I watch
5:26 forward. Don't look at the ball. There
5:28 is nothing to watch on the ground. You
5:29 don't care about the ball. It's an accident.
5:31 accident.
5:35 Past, future, keep the finish. And then
5:37 you you feel that you need to let the
5:40 club fell through gravity. It's not you
5:42 to decide what the club wants to do.
5:45 When it's there, I do nothing. It's just
5:48 the club is following my body, my walk.
5:50 Just like when I walk, my arms are
5:52 following my my fits. The club and arms
5:55 are going to follow the fits when you do
