0:21 when we first started working with Vevo
0:24 it was really about providing our guests
0:27 with information in terms of where
0:29 people are congregating on the mountain
0:32 so that our guests remain comfortable
0:35 while they're visiting with us this past
0:37 ski season we expanded that to lift wait
0:40 times so it's doing observed analytics
0:43 to determine how long a wait time is at
0:45 each particular lift
0:47 their data analytics is really
0:50 impressive it's a really easy process to
0:52 implement their solution it's it's not a
0:54 tremendous amount of work on our part
0:58 it's basically installing sensors near
1:00 the lift areas with veravu's guidance
1:03 and then really their secret sauce is
1:05 all the analytics that occurs behind the
1:09 scenes it's just very impressive how
1:11 accurate it is with very little
1:14 intervention on our side it's it's a bit
1:16 of a cliche in the tech industry but it
1:18 just works internally you know our
1:21 employees access the data the same way
1:23 that a guest would but it provides them
1:25 into insights so that when they're
1:28 interacting with a guest they can help
1:31 direct them to you know areas to go on
1:33 the mountain it's very similar from from
1:35 a guest perspective but guess has an
1:37 opportunity to look at all of our base
1:41 area lifts see how much crowding may be
1:42 occurring in that area and then
1:44 furthermore whether or not there's
1:47 there's any wait time overall it's an
1:50 honest and open relationship I've had a
1:52 really positive experience interacting
1:55 with available staff they're also really
1:58 open to feedback so as we look for
