0:28 weather so let's start with sunny
0:31 weather sunny weather is my favorite
0:34 type of weather when it's sunny outside
0:38 I'm happy for me hot weather is better
0:42 than cold weather some people don't like
0:45 the heat but I don't mind the heat it
0:48 can be uncomfortable but for me that's okay
0:49 okay
0:52 some places are too hot though for
0:55 example the city of Las Vegas is really
0:59 hot in the summer I like hot weather but
1:03 not that hot in really hot cities you
1:06 need to stay inside during the afternoon
1:10 in the u.s. most buildings in hot cities
1:14 have air-conditioning ok now let's talk
1:18 about cloudy days I hate cloudy days
1:21 when the Sun is not shining I feel a
1:25 little sad because I love sunny days but
1:28 cloudy days are normal every city has
1:32 cloudy days some cities are always
1:35 cloudy like London I can't live in a
1:36 cloudy city
1:39 I need sunshine do you like sunny or
1:43 cloudy days more okay now let's talk
1:47 about rainy days for me rainy days are
1:51 the worst I love being outside so this
1:54 is why I don't like the rain when it
1:58 rains I can't do anything outside I have
2:01 to stay indoors all day some people
2:04 really like the rain my wife likes the
2:08 rain but only when she's inside she says
2:11 that the sound of the rain is calming I
2:12 don't agree
2:15 I don't like the sound of the rain it
2:18 reminds me that I can't go outside of
2:21 course you can go outside when it's
2:24 raining but you need to take an umbrella
2:27 if you don't have an umbrella you get
2:30 wet sometimes it starts raining when I'm
2:33 not home and I don't have an umbrella
2:37 with me this is the worst I don't like
2:41 getting wet also when it rains it can be
2:45 dangerous to drive many people have car
2:48 accidents when it rains when the streets
2:52 are wet you need to drive slower if you
2:55 don't you can have an accident
2:59 on rainy days there are a lot of car
3:02 accidents I don't like driving in the
3:04 rain all right now let's talk about
3:08 windy days some cities have a lot of
3:12 wind and this can be good or bad if you
3:15 live in a hot city the wind can be good
3:19 because it cools the city down but if
3:22 you live in a cold city the wind can be
3:25 bad because it makes it even colder if
3:28 the wind is really strong it can cause
3:32 problems sometimes trees fall down
3:36 because of the strong wind usually I
3:40 prefer days that aren't windy okay
3:43 lastly let's talk about the snow it
3:47 doesn't snow in my city so I don't see
3:51 the snow often some years my family goes
3:53 to the mountains in the winter to ski
3:57 and snowboard I like the snow but I
4:00 don't want to live in a snowy city it's
4:03 too cold and life is more difficult in
4:06 the snow I have some students that live
4:09 in really cold cities during the winter
4:13 the temperature can be minus 20 or minus
4:17 30 degrees Celsius for me that's crazy
4:21 I don't like the cold another bad type
4:24 of weather is stormy weather in the u.s.
4:26 we have some bad
4:29 storms like hurricanes and tornadoes
4:32 I've never seen a storm like this before
4:35 but I've seen many thunderstorms
4:38 these storms are not that bad but I
4:41 don't like lightning lightning can be
4:45 scary okay that's all for today leave a
