0:01 in today's video I'm going to share with
0:04 you five simple habits that made me my
0:06 first million dollars now listen before
0:08 you click away or you think you know
0:09 what maybe this is a little too simple
0:11 or maybe you know I've already watched a
0:14 few videos like this I do not give a
0:15 if you're trying to make your first
0:18 ,000 online or you're already a
0:20 multi-millionaire you're either going to
0:22 learn what to do in this video or be
0:24 reminded of what you're not currently
0:26 doing because I guarantee there is less than
0:27 than
0:30 0.01% of you that are far following
0:33 these five things religiously every
0:37 single day so with that intense intro
0:38 out of the way these five things
0:41 honestly I followed religiously day in
0:43 and day out to make my first million
0:44 dollar and by the way I'm not going to
0:45 sit here and pretend that if you follow
0:47 these five things you're just going to
0:49 start making money out of nowhere no you
0:51 need the right business Mall you need
0:53 the right vehicle you need to actually
0:55 find out what way is the best way to
0:57 make money for me because we're all
0:58 different so I'll go ahead and leave a
1:01 link down below to the updated 2024
1:04 version of the best business model to
1:07 follow this year I go ahead and I
1:08 compare a bunch of different business
1:09 models out there and I tell you which
1:12 one is the best one to make $10,000 a
1:13 month online because you can pretty much
1:15 make your first ,000 with any business
1:17 Mall there's many many business mods but
1:20 what is the best one to make $10,000 a
1:23 month online in profit consistently so
1:25 once you finish watching this video and
1:27 you know exactly The Five Habits that
1:28 you need in order to become a
1:29 millionaire well then you can go ahead
1:32 and watch that YouTube video and get an
1:33 understanding of what business model
1:36 works best for you in your scenario so
1:38 the first habit that helped me make my
1:41 first million doll is laying out my
1:44 clothes the night before crazy I know
1:46 like what a shocker listen before you
1:48 try to downplay some of these stuff ask
1:51 yourself it seems simple am I doing it
1:53 because more than likely you're not why
1:55 is it that when you're in the Army you
1:57 lay out your clothes the night before so
1:59 that way you can spring out of bed and
2:00 you don't have to to think about
2:02 anything and that's the exact same I
2:03 actually have two sets of clothes laid
2:06 out I have my gym clothes so I have okay
2:07 I'm going to wake up and I'm going to
2:09 train in the morning and listen
2:10 throughout the years as I became a
2:11 millionaire and then a multi-millionaire
2:14 and then a Deca decamillionaire I've
2:15 tried different things I've tried
2:17 training at night I've tried training in
2:19 the day I've tried training midday I've
2:21 sometimes I train twice a day you know I
2:23 mix things up but to make my first
2:24 million I train first thing in the
2:27 morning every single day so I would have
2:28 my gym training stuff so that way when I
2:30 woke up because when you wake up it can
2:32 be cold a all the time you know I grew
2:34 up in London so it's cold dreary you
2:36 don't want to get out of bed and
2:38 anything that mentally stops you or any
2:40 little piece of extra thinking you need
2:42 to do in the morning is very dangerous
2:44 so that's why go ahead and lay out your
2:46 gym clothes the night before then when I
2:48 came back from the gym I actually had my
2:49 next set of clothes laid out which is
2:51 just my normal day-to-day working
2:53 clothes for you maybe that's your office
2:56 clothes your uh school clothes whatever
2:58 it is the point is it is your uniform
2:59 for the day you know whether you have an
3:01 online business or whatever stage you're
3:03 at with your career it's your uniform
3:05 for the day I really can't explain how
3:06 important your morning is and that it's
3:08 a very fragile time of the day for you
3:09 you really need to be careful about
3:11 making too many decisions first thing in
3:13 the morning you know everyone famously
3:15 knows that guys like Mark Zuckerberg um
3:17 uh Steve Jobs they pretty much wear the
3:19 same thing again and again every single
3:21 day so that way it eliminates decision
3:22 fatigue you know they don't need to
3:24 think about what clothes should I wear
3:25 today and by the way I think you should
3:28 have maybe not that same philosophy but
3:30 where it's the exact same but just
3:31 simple stuff I just have you know if I
3:33 don't have any meetings outside the
3:34 house like for example for today I just
3:36 wear a simple t-shirt some trousers and
3:38 some shoes and that's it it's just very
3:39 easy stuff to put together I don't
3:40 really need to think about it so
3:42 eliminate as much decision fatigue as
3:44 possible lay out your clothes the night
3:46 before and trust me I can tell you
3:47 especially if you have a tough time
3:49 waking up I feel like even just laying
3:51 out your clothes is just an anchor to
3:52 yourself it's just like you've made a
3:54 little micro promise to yourself yeah
3:55 I'm going to wake up tomorrow and I'm
3:56 going to train because I've already laid
3:58 out my training clothes it's it's like
4:01 that first commitment point now the next
4:02 habit that helped me make my first
4:06 million dollars was planning out today
4:07 the night before I don't care at what
4:09 time of the day you sign off maybe for
4:11 you you know you sign off work-wise at
4:12 6:00 p.m. and you're not really going to
4:14 think about work the rest of the night
4:15 maybe you know that you're going to a
4:17 nice dinner you're enjoying whatever it
4:18 is but the point is when you finish up
4:20 with your office work you know whether
4:21 that's you're starting an online
4:22 business and you know that you're
4:24 finished with your work blocks for the
4:26 day I want you to sign off in whatever
4:27 way that works best for you you know
4:29 I've tried a bunch of stuff I've
4:30 assigned my non-negotiable tasks for the
4:32 next day which is just one or two things
4:34 that I have to do non-negotiables and
4:36 then three to five nice to haves but the
4:37 point is if I finish those one or two
4:39 non-negotiables the entire day is a
4:41 success in my mind so I've done that but
4:43 not scheduled you know hour by hour and
4:44 then I've gone to the point in the past
4:46 where I've scheduled literally hour
4:47 blocks you know I'm doing this every
4:49 single hour and I follow a strict sort
4:51 of hourly schedule things will change
4:53 for you as time goes on you'll find the
4:55 flow that works best for you you know
4:56 these days I just set my one or two
4:58 non-negotiables and then the nice to
5:00 haves because my schedule is always
5:01 moving and I started my first
5:03 entrepreneurial Adventure 10 years ago
5:05 at this point so I really trust myself
5:07 to know how to sort of morph and change
5:09 my schedule depending on whatever the
5:11 day can throw at me so as I said whether
5:13 that's written on pen and paper whether
5:14 that's in the notes section of your
5:17 phone or your computer whatever works
5:18 best for you there's no right or wrong
5:20 answer here the point is when you finish
5:23 up your work for the day go ahead and
5:25 plan the next day there's some crazy
5:26 things that happen while you sleep and
5:27 there's some crazy things that happen
5:29 overnight your brain is going to sort of
5:31 mle over and your brain subconsciously
5:33 is going to start thinking about the
5:35 problems and problems I mean that in a
5:37 positive way the challenges the puzzles
5:38 that you have to go through the next day
5:40 and how you can do it as efficiently as
5:42 possible so plan the following day the
5:44 night before and that leads perfectly
5:45 into the third thing that helped me make
5:47 my first million dollars and that is
5:50 never ever wake up and not know what
5:51 you're going to do in the gym as a
5:53 workout and that kind of ties into
5:54 planning the night before the night
5:56 before I would actually plan my workout
5:57 now these days in the morning I do a lot
5:59 of tennis I do boxing you know I have my
6:01 coaches my one-on-one coaches so they
6:03 kind of lay out my full protocol I don't
6:05 need to do too much thinking there but
6:06 yeah really it's very very important
6:08 that the night before you already know
6:10 what you're doing in the gym once again
6:12 this all kind of ties into the fact that
6:14 your brain is going to be stimulated and
6:15 it's going to start thinking okay I need
6:16 to do this tomorrow I need to do that
6:18 tomorrow and it's going to start working
6:20 in the background and in my experience
6:21 it's not going to be a thing that keeps
6:23 you up or you have tough time sleeping
6:25 it's just there and your mind's kind of
6:26 working in the background to already
6:28 start as I said solving some of these
6:30 problems thinking about the workout how
6:32 things are structured etc etc so as I
6:34 said night before or at a minimum at
6:36 least when you wake up in the morning
6:37 plan out your workout just make sure you
6:39 don't go in the gym you're in the gym
6:40 you're looking around you know oh what
6:43 do I do because training takes willpower
6:44 and that's already Zapped half of your
6:46 willpower for the next day now the
6:48 fourth thing and this was massive for me
6:50 and still to this day is massive is turn
6:52 your phone on airplane mode I actually
6:53 know which one of my friends turn their
6:55 phone on airplane mode because half the
6:56 time when I message them it doesn't show
6:58 it's delivered it just shows it's sent
7:00 and for me airplane mode is a very good
7:02 sign that someone respects their time
7:04 it's a very good sign that someone
7:06 understands that listen I'm going to
7:07 affect the world I don't want the world
7:09 to affect me now if you're in a line of
7:10 work let's say for example you're a real
7:12 estate agent where you need to be on the
7:15 phone talking to people 24/7 this that
7:17 like I'll be honest I'm on calls maybe
7:19 hours a day on my phone talking to my
7:21 leadership groups inside of my different
7:22 companies but obviously I'm in a
7:23 fortunate position where I've been
7:25 running my businesses for so long where
7:27 I kind of decide when we have the phone
7:28 call but as I said I empathize that for
7:30 some people they do need to you know
7:31 they really do make money from their
7:34 phone and being uh accessible quite
7:35 often and you know really being
7:37 accessible to other people but for the
7:39 people that aren't protect your time put
7:41 your phone on airplane mode and you know
7:42 even if you do make your money from
7:44 being accessible at a certain point
7:45 let's say even just for your workout
7:46 just your workout alone you know let
7:49 that 30 minute 45 minute 60 Minute 90
7:51 minute whatever it is let that time be
7:52 your peaceful time put your phone on
7:55 airplane mode relax leave it give 100%
7:58 to what you're doing so yeah I remember
7:59 uh probably the first few few years that
8:01 I started my my first serious business I
8:03 had my phone on airplane mode half the
8:05 day and I actually had two phones and
8:07 these days I have definitely a lot more
8:09 than two phones you know these are just
8:11 some on my desk I have quite a few more
8:12 in my vaults but back then I had two
8:14 phones and you could even do like a an
8:16 iPod Touch in an iPhone and I used to
8:18 put my phone on airplane mode and
8:19 anything else that I needed for example
8:22 audible uh Spotify while I was working
8:24 out uh even access to Uber I would just
8:25 have that on the second phone or you
8:27 know as I said you could do iPod touch
8:28 or whatever it is that works best for
8:30 you and I would have that as my
8:31 additional thing where essential
8:33 Services I could have on that and then
8:35 the other phone could just be put away
8:37 and once I was done with my serious work
8:39 the non-negotiables for the day then I
8:40 could access my other phone so by the
8:42 way the whole idea of airplane mode is
8:44 really just protecting your time
8:46 safekeeping your time and making sure
8:48 that you are your priority and that's
8:50 really what I did when it came to social
8:53 media advertising platforms obviously
8:54 the first real business that I had was
8:57 an advertising agency that I had for 6
8:58 years and you know I always used to tell
9:00 people around on me you know even in
9:02 movies the drug dealers will say you
9:03 know never use your own product I always
9:05 viewed social media and the internet
9:07 like that like I want to be someone
9:09 who's benefiting from this and not
9:11 someone else benefiting from my
9:12 attention and that's why turning your
9:13 phone on airplane mode that's why
9:16 limiting your social media use is just
9:19 so so incredibly important now the last
9:20 habit that helped me make my first
9:22 million and I know this sounds simple
9:25 but I know that 99% of you guys don't do
9:26 this drink one liter of water first
9:28 thing in the morning and make sure that
9:30 that water is by bedside or somewhere in
9:32 your room so you don't procrastinate
9:34 because this is something to this day I
9:36 still struggle with uh for me just
9:38 drinking water is just so boring so
9:40 tedious that's literally the reason for
9:42 one of my company's big day where we
9:43 have a line of hydration products
9:45 whether that be our can for our
9:47 electrolyte sachet but yeah the point is
9:49 drink water first thing in the morning
9:52 and also make sure preferably to put an
9:53 electrolyte packet in there I'm not even
9:55 trying to plug my product because it's
9:57 sold out and I don't really know when
9:58 it's going to be back in sock so whether
10:00 it be a big b day electrolyte sachet one
10:02 other company or what I used to do back
10:04 in day is just a little sprinkle of sea
10:06 salt and sometimes I'd squeeze some
10:08 lemon in there as well but the point is
10:09 as you're drinking you know so much
10:10 water first thing in the morning just
10:12 try to get a little bit of salt in so
10:13 that way you actually retain the water
10:14 because a lot of times you'll drink the
10:16 water but because you've lost so much
10:18 sweat people don't realize how much
10:20 sweat and salt you lose while you're
10:22 sleeping whether it's warm whether it's
10:24 cold it doesn't matter you still sweat a
10:25 lot while you sleep so it's really
10:26 important just to get a bit of sodium in
10:28 the morning people don't realize the
10:30 water that we drink these days they've
10:31 stripped out all of the minerals and
10:33 everything from it so as I said drinking
10:35 water is not enough you have to
10:37 remineralize it and as I said whether
10:39 you want to use electrolyte sachet or
10:40 literally just some cheap sea salt and
10:42 sprinkle that in there the point is
10:44 first thing in the morning make sure you
10:46 are hydrating properly and as I said I
10:48 know this sounds so simple but up until
10:49 a year ago and literally creating a
10:51 brand new company just to make a product
10:53 that fits my needs I even struggled with
10:55 this so that's really the fifth and
10:57 final thing well actually you know what
10:58 I'm going to say one more thing about
11:00 this most you guys are banging so many
11:01 coffees first thing in the morning
11:03 you're you know you're having a double
11:05 espresso a venty cold brew blah blah all
11:07 this that won't do anything you
11:09 need to hydrate first you need to drink
11:11 first you need to just drink some water
11:13 first get some fluids in your system so
11:15 ladies and gentlemen those are the five
11:16 simple habits that made me a millionaire
11:18 and by the way I want to be very honest
11:20 with you guys I have to revisit these
11:21 habits all the time and even my life
11:23 because obviously as you go further and
11:25 further along your journey you know each
11:26 phase of your life demands a different
11:28 thing from you there's um you know in
11:30 your free time go watch go watch the
11:32 Jeff Bezos interview he did in 2023
11:34 where he basically broke down his life
11:36 and a lot of it he said is oh I wake up
11:38 and I just kind of like hang around for
11:40 a couple hours I just read newspaper I
11:42 eat breakfast I go for a walk like I
11:43 just float and I think also he woke up
11:46 at 8:00 or 9:00 a.m. like even me I wake
11:47 up at 9:00 a.m. because I'm on call
11:49 sometime until 2: or 3:00 because most
11:52 of my employees are in America so with
11:54 time zone issues living in Dubai you
11:56 know I'm not the perfect ideal spitting
11:58 image of wake up at 5:00 a.m. Club wake
12:00 up at 6. am Club I am doing the thing
12:02 that makes sense for my current stage in
12:04 my career and my life and you are going
12:06 to need to adapt and mold and do the
12:08 same for you you know there was points
12:09 in my life I used to wake up at 5:00
12:11 a.m. used to wake up at 6:00 a.m. but no
12:12 matter how my schedule changes or the
12:15 traveling or this or that the one thing
12:17 that remains true I must continue and
12:19 follow these five habits that actually
12:21 help me make my first million to make
12:23 sure that I sustain it so ladies and
12:25 gentlemen on that note I hope you enjoy
12:27 this video and as always I'm watching
