2:40 unexpected truth about why conventional
2:43 productivity tools just don't cut it for
2:46 the ADHD Brain before I dive into the
2:48 how I need to share my journey with you
2:51 the journey to this discovery is as
2:53 crucial as the method itself if you
2:55 don't know the backstory you won't grasp
2:58 how all of this works and you won't be
3:01 able to apply it to your your own life
3:04 so let's get started first of all my
3:07 name is Nick most people know me from
3:10 YouTube Tik Tok or Instagram as one of
3:12 the biggest ADHD content creators with
3:14 around 3 million followers on all
3:16 platforms I live my dream as a full-time
3:18 content creator I travel the world
3:20 living a balanced happy and fulfilled
3:23 life nowadays a usual day for me looks
3:26 like this I start with a workout and
3:28 then efficiently complete all my work
3:30 tasks including content creat
3:32 communicating with my team contracts
3:35 taxes and emails before noon
3:38 effortlessly and with ease then I
3:41 happily enjoy my free time without tasks
3:44 that aren't done creeping up in my mind
3:46 and keeping me stressed throughout the
3:48 day but it wasn't always like that life
3:51 nowadays often still feels like a too
3:53 good to be true dream when I remember
3:56 how it used to be let's jump back in
3:58 time to a few years ago when I was not
4:02 only lost but also at my worst because
4:05 life for me with undiagnosed ADHD just
4:08 felt like hell I still get goosebumps
4:09 when I remember the struggle and
4:13 frustration I faced feeling cursed by
4:16 ADHD and just angry at life nearly
4:18 accepting that I have no chance at ever
4:21 achieving my dreams early on in life I
4:24 always felt like an outsider I just felt
4:27 like the world was not built for me I
4:29 felt like a different software that
4:32 wasn't compatible with the normal world
4:35 was downloaded into my brain I didn't
4:37 know what it was but I just felt so
4:40 different to everyone else during that
4:42 time my family moved back to Germany
4:43 from a foreign country because of my
4:46 dad's work and I really hoped it would
4:49 change everything for the better but it
4:51 didn't little did I know I was about to
4:53 face one of the biggest challenges of my
4:55 life back in Germany I got thrown into
4:58 one of the hardest education systems in
5:00 the world to put it into perspective I
5:02 had about 4 years of school material to
5:05 catch up on all while having to relearn
5:09 the German language yeah this easy one
5:12 right here this immediately felt like an
5:14 unclimbable mountain and made me feel
5:16 like I was living in a constant state of
5:19 overwhelm which made me feel insanely
5:21 behind everyone else more than ever
5:23 before during this time I had little
5:25 self-belief that I'll be able to
5:27 overcome it because I always struggled
5:29 in school I was one of those kids who
5:32 always excelled in subjects they loved
5:34 but just dragged myself through the ones
5:37 I hated this doesn't mean I didn't put
5:40 effort into those subjects in fact it
5:43 was the exact opposite I would try to
5:45 start studying weeks in advance and make
5:48 plans before tests but when I didn't
5:50 absolutely love what I was studying I
5:53 just couldn't get my brain to go on no
5:55 matter how hard I tried it felt like a
5:58 steam train coming with speed towards me
6:01 because the test were coming closer day
6:03 by day and the closer they got the more
6:06 stressed and overwhelmed I became but I
6:08 just couldn't get myself to study up
6:11 until the very last minute often only
6:13 just being able to escape being run over
6:15 by that speed train in time I felt like
6:18 I was endlessly wasting my life away in
6:20 procrastination mode I also didn't enjoy
6:23 myself at all while I was studying I
6:26 just sat there doing the most useless
6:28 stuff ever not allowing myself to meet
6:31 people or do fun stuff because I was
6:33 constantly telling myself that I'm
6:35 supposed to be productive right now I
6:39 was stuck screaming at myself why can't
6:42 I just do it what's wrong with me why am
6:46 I like this so many days weeks months
6:48 even years of my life were wasted in a
6:51 constant state of stress self-doubt and
6:55 self-hatred I was so sad about all that
6:57 lost time that I could have at least
7:01 spent in a fun way I felt so guilty and
7:03 ashamed for my behavior and wasting away
7:05 my life like that and then the day
7:09 before the test I often managed to grasp
7:13 just enough of it to barely pass it felt
7:16 like putting in 400% more effort and
7:19 pain than others just to get 30% of the
7:22 results they achieved and this wasn't
7:24 even the worst part teachers often
7:27 labeled me as a gifted underachiever you
7:29 have no idea how often teachers told me
7:31 me that I am smart and have so much
7:33 potential but that I am just too lazy to
7:36 apply myself that I could achieve so
7:40 much if I just tried everyone just
7:42 decided I was lazy and uninterested but
7:46 no one saw that I was trying so hard or
7:49 understood the internal battle I was
7:51 fighting all the time I just felt like
7:53 being held back by this invisible force
7:56 wanting me to fail in life it felt like
7:58 needing to push a big Stone up a hill or
8:01 having the world on my back despite my
8:03 struggles I managed to graduate high
8:05 school and barely get into University
8:08 where the same pattern just continued to
8:11 the point where I developed severe
8:13 anxiety crazy where something simple
8:15 like just not being able to follow
8:18 through and complete tasks can lead so I
8:21 decided to see a therapist I didn't know
8:23 it at the time but soon I'd enter a
8:26 pivotal moment of my ADHD Journey just a
8:28 couple of visits into therapy my
8:30 therapist threw me AC curveball I think
8:33 you should see an ADHD specialist she
8:35 said leaving me puzzled and even more
8:37 frustrated with myself I thought she
8:39 could help me but here she was
8:42 redirecting me to someone else I felt
8:44 broken again a few weeks later I was
8:45 sitting with a psychiatrist and he
8:48 started firing off these questions that
8:51 made it feel like my whole life all of a
8:53 sudden explained itself to me do you
8:55 tend to almost always complete tasks
8:57 last minute do you feel like you can
9:00 never catch a break are you constantly
9:04 feeling overwhelmed or anxious do you
9:06 try as hard as you possibly can but
9:09 still drop the ball in the end are you
9:12 super creative but can't find the
9:14 motivation to just even do the laundry
9:16 do you feel like you have lots of
9:19 potential but just can't realize it I
9:24 was like yes yes yes yes yes and yes and
9:26 you guys might have guessed it I got the
9:28 diagnosis ADHD maybe this rings a bell
9:31 for some of you discovering this was a
9:35 revelation first it felt odd it felt
9:36 like when you learn something
9:39 significant a significant truth before
9:42 knowing how to process it but after my
9:44 psychiatrist discussed it with me a
9:47 sense of comfort washed over me I felt
9:50 almost found as if pieces of a puzzle
9:53 were finally falling into place there it
9:56 was a scientific reason for the
9:59 Whirlwind in my mind I wasn't weird
10:02 weird or lazy or dumb I just have
10:05 ADHD finally an explanation for All My
10:08 Life's problems at that moment the
10:11 weight of years lifted in an instant
10:14 relief washed over me it was truly
10:17 liberating soon after my diagnosis I got
10:20 prescribed Ridin and I was so happy I
10:23 had so much hope that I'll finally break
10:25 out of this vicious cycle of
10:27 procrastination executive paralysis and
10:29 just not doing what I was supposed
10:31 supposed to do or wanted to do I thought
10:34 I would finally achieve some balance and
10:36 rest in my life and my life all of a
10:38 sudden turned around
10:41 180° I remember the exact day when I
10:43 took medication for the first time I was
10:46 sitting in a tax law seminar that I
10:49 hated from the bottom of my heart this
10:51 usually always felt like 90 minutes of
10:53 pure pain while not getting any
10:55 information into my
10:59 brain but all of a sudden I felt like
11:02 Cooper on the Limitless pill I picked up
11:04 the most boring information at hypers
11:08 speed and it felt so easy I was like wow
11:10 this is what neurotypical people feel
11:13 like all the time it was so hard for me
11:16 to comprehend how simple tasks which
11:19 were such a struggle for me were so easy
11:21 for normal people but it was amazing I
11:23 even started raising my hand usually I'd
11:26 only do this when wanting to go to the
11:28 toilet this was around the time when I
11:30 first said the goal of becoming a
11:32 full-time content creator because I
11:35 always loved movies and films and I felt
11:38 like I'd broken out of this vicious ADHD
11:41 cycle I was so confident that I could
11:44 achieve it and I was right I started to
11:46 consistently make videos I got some
11:48 traction on YouTube and made a lot of
11:51 progress at Uni everything was going so
11:55 insanely well it was almost too good to
11:59 be true and yes it turned out that it
12:02 was was to good to be true after a while
12:05 I felt less and less of the effects of
12:07 this pill and had to raise my dose to
12:09 still get the same effect out of it as
12:11 before and this is where everything
12:13 started to crumble my professional life
12:16 was picking up steam but my personal
12:18 life went on this extreme downward
12:20 trajectory every time I went on
12:23 medication I'd feel great for about 6
12:26 hours but then I'd have the worst come
12:29 down ever for like an hour I just felt
12:31 so insanely depressed and Drawn to cheap
12:34 dopamine it was like a stranger's brain
12:37 had momentarily taken over my own before
12:40 I returned to my usual self this messed
12:42 with me a lot especially because I took
12:45 riddlin almost daily not only that but
12:47 also my relationships took a toll my
12:49 girlfriend at the time told me I was no
12:52 longer the Nick she once knew and soon
12:54 we were on the verge of breaking up
12:56 which added just another layer to my
12:58 emotional strain and already complicated
13:02 feelings and she was right everything
13:04 good that ADHD brought into my life like
13:06 being spontaneous creative or even
13:09 something simple like being funny
13:12 vanished I essentially lost What defined
13:15 me I didn't recognize myself anymore and
13:17 on top of that I couldn't sleep I ended
13:21 up waking up at night stressed sweating
13:23 feeling like I was running an endless
13:26 race that I couldn't win I felt Restless
13:29 I felt like an alien again I felt
13:32 trapped this made my anxiety shoot up to
13:35 even now more completely unmanageable
13:37 levels I felt as though I had exchanged
13:40 a few hours of sharp focus and efficient
13:43 execution for a whole different level of
13:46 Hell transforming my life into a
13:48 complete nightmare once again I found
13:51 myself trapped in a new vicious cycle
13:53 from which I couldn't escape in my
13:55 efforts to fit in to belong to the
13:58 normal world I had fallen into another
14:01 dark place I felt utterly lost
14:03 overwhelmed by questions why is this
14:06 happening why me this pain gave me some
14:09 motivation to research the medication I
14:11 was taking and this is when I learned
14:14 that according to a 2010 study I found
14:18 on PubMed on average around 48% of ADHD
14:21 medication users experience side effects
14:23 now I want to highlight the fact that
14:25 there are some people whose medication
14:27 works really well for them but for
14:31 almost 50% including me they don't they
14:34 just don't so under the supervision of
14:36 my doctor as everyone should do if they
14:39 consider this I decided to come off
14:42 again and just like that I was back to
14:45 square one imagine running a race giving
14:47 it your all and just when you think
14:49 you're about to cross the finish line
14:51 you realize you haven't even started it
14:53 felt like being pushed through a time
14:56 machine that sent me back to my old self
14:59 trapped in the Vicious Cycle of being un
15:02 able to focus constantly procrastinating
15:03 and living in a state of executive
15:06 paralysis and overwhelming chaos I was
15:10 completely lost and entered a very dark
15:14 time of my life I hated it I couldn't
15:17 stand it it felt like a curse that I
15:19 just wanted to vanish I felt as though I
15:22 was trapped in a prison with no Escape
15:25 doomed to remain there indefinitely no
15:28 matter what I tried I always found
15:31 myself facing that cold prison wall at
15:34 the darkest point of all I felt numb
15:36 completely devoid of hope this
15:39 hopelessness transformed into anger and
15:42 then mutated into pure frustration but
15:46 the anger I felt eventually transformed
15:48 into an intense determination to solve
15:51 this issue for myself so I started
15:53 researching natural ways of techniques
15:56 to deal with my ADHD and soon after I
15:59 found myself deeply stuck in the
16:01 productivity Rabbit Hole in other words
16:04 I tried every productivity hack I found
16:06 on YouTube and Instagram Pomodoro work
16:08 blocks having my family hold me
16:11 accountable you name it I tried it the
16:14 more things I tried the more desperate
16:16 and intense I became finding a solution
16:19 to this problem became my whole purpose
16:22 my full identity I bought every course
16:25 planner productivity system app or tool
16:27 you can think of I think I spent close
16:30 to $10,000 just on that and no matter
16:32 what I tried the same thing just
16:35 happened over and over again every time
16:37 I tried a new product or system I
16:39 thought I figured it all out all of a
16:42 sudden I could focus I'd get things done
16:44 work was kind of fun and I even looked
16:46 forward to it a bit as I got a slight
16:50 Taste of progress but shortly after I
16:52 would always stop working and I'd be
16:54 right back where I started not being
16:57 able to focus stuck in executive
16:59 paralysis and just beating myself up
17:01 mentally because I just couldn't do the
17:04 work after failing so many times I
17:06 started to wonder if this was normal for
17:09 ADH deers or if I'm just a complete
17:11 failure looking for an excuse because
17:13 it's a fact that there are so many
17:16 insanely successful people out there who
17:20 also have ADHD so there must be a way so
17:22 I started learning everything I could
17:24 about my ADHD brain how is it different
17:26 from neurotypical people how does it
17:29 work is it even different and after
17:31 digging through tons of Articles science
17:34 material and studies I eventually found
17:38 a 2008 study on PBM that gave me some of
17:41 the answers I needed it explained that
17:44 people with ADHD naturally have
17:47 extremely low dopamine levels this means
17:50 we naturally have low internal willpower
17:53 motivation and ability to focus
17:55 especially when we do things we don't
17:58 enjoy because dopamine is the
18:00 neurotransmitter that controls all of
18:04 this it's a huge biological disadvantage
18:07 when it comes to execution but this made
18:09 me understand why every productivity
18:12 system I tried failed when it was new
18:15 and exciting or something I truly loved
18:17 it provided my brain with good dopamine
18:19 giving me the motivation to follow
18:22 through but as the excitement faded so
18:24 did the dopamine and the system stopped
18:27 working so naturally I thought to myself
18:30 if I can somehow raise my dopamine to
18:32 the level of a neurotypical person I
18:34 should have consistently sufficient
18:36 motivation and willpower to follow
18:39 through right this is when I started
18:41 researching natural ways to sustainably
18:44 raise my dopamine levels in the hopes of
18:46 being able to do exactly that the first
18:48 thing I stumbled upon was that I should
18:50 go and start exercising while eating a
18:53 high protein diet the problem with that
18:55 was that I'd already been doing that for
18:58 years which meant this obviously didn't
19:01 have enough impact on my dopamine levels
19:03 while going deeper down the rabbit hole
19:05 I stumbled upon brain supplements that
19:07 promised they were able to raise
19:10 dopamine levels for example alanine had
19:12 some scientific proof that I can help
19:15 with that I ended up taking lots of
19:17 different supplements clinging to the
19:19 hope that they would work yet I remained
19:21 unsure whether their effects were truly
19:24 different from not taking them at all
19:26 but after trying out countless
19:28 supplements I had to face the harsh
19:31 reality that some might help a bit but
19:33 that they are not effective enough to
19:35 raise the dopamine of an ADHD to
19:38 sufficient levels to have consistent
19:41 motivation focus and willpower this made
19:43 me realize that if there is something
19:46 that works it can't be built on my
19:48 dopamine levels or better said it
19:50 couldn't rely on my internal willpower
19:53 and discipline which at the time seemed
19:56 completely abstract and unrealistic but
19:59 then a few weeks went by and had an
20:01 important deadline I just needed to hit
20:03 it was a fairly big project I had a
20:05 couple of weeks to complete it and I
20:07 started to wonder how come I'm able to
20:10 do that why can't I work if I don't
20:13 absolutely have to and why can I become
20:16 an execution machine if I'm under severe
20:19 pressure and can I access the superpower
20:21 more frequently and without the anxiety
20:23 that goes with it so I did some research
20:26 and stumbled over an article explaining
20:28 the difference between external and
20:30 inter internal triggers when it comes to
20:33 sticking to deadlines it showed that
20:35 internal triggers like willpower and
20:38 discipline were varable meaning your
20:40 likelihood of sticking to deadlines
20:42 tasks and goals that you set for
20:45 yourself will 100% depend on the
20:49 discipline and willpower you have but it
20:52 also explained that external triggers
20:54 like deadlines from your boss clients
20:57 professors or teachers are not variable
21:00 they have a consistent impact on you and
21:02 your performance regardless of your
21:04 current willpower motivation and
21:06 discipline which made complete sense
21:09 because I thought back to all the times
21:12 I had this hyperfocus it was always when
21:14 there was a hard deadline that was set
21:16 by someone else I didn't want to let
21:19 down so I went ahead and immediately
21:22 hired an external accountability coach
21:24 to set my tasks and goals with me for
21:26 the week and then hold me accountable
21:29 for them in a weekly meeting believe me
21:33 I had high hopes for this coach but what
21:35 ended up happening was that I would just
21:38 complete the tasks last minute right
21:40 before our weekly accountability meeting
21:43 my daily life would still be a complete
21:46 mess of paralysis lack of focus
21:49 concentration Etc and then one high
21:51 stress period of trying to finish all
21:53 the work before the accountability
21:57 session so I thought okay I'm always
21:59 able to complete my tasks last minute
22:02 before the meeting what if I could
22:05 recreate this last minute effect
22:08 whenever I needed to complete a task
22:11 what if I didn't have just weekly
22:14 accountability but instead every single
22:17 day or better said every hour of the day
22:20 so I approached my accountability coach
22:22 with the idea and he made suggestions
22:24 that we implemented immediately we went
22:27 ahead and had meetings every day we
22:30 structured it like this the first 5
22:32 minutes of the meeting I tell him what
22:33 task I wanted to accomplish over the
22:36 next hour then I went ahead and worked
22:38 for 50 minutes while he was with me on
22:41 the call with our cameras on and in the
22:43 last 5 minutes of our meeting he would
22:45 hold me accountable for what I had
22:47 accomplished the first few times we
22:50 tried it it worked almost too well no
22:52 executive dysfunction no focus problems
22:55 just me and my task which I was always
22:57 able to tackle with ease but I didn't
23:00 celebrate just yet because often times
23:02 in the beginning something would work
23:05 and then the results would slowly fade
23:07 away but over the next few months I
23:10 tried this over and over again and it
23:12 would work every single time even when I
23:14 had to complete tasks I dreaded for
23:16 months like my taxes for example it
23:20 worked like magic it was almost
23:22 unbelievable the only problem I faced
23:25 was that it was way too expensive my
23:28 coach charged just about $100 an hour
23:30 hour and I just couldn't afford to do
23:32 this more than like once a week let
23:35 alone 6 to 9 hours a day which also
23:39 meant it was close to useless 1 hour of
23:41 focused work a week was not even close
23:43 to enough to accomplish my goals heck
23:46 even just to keep up with everyday life
23:48 so I tried to look for cheaper ways to
23:50 accomplish this I asked one of my ADHD
23:52 friends if they were down to try this
23:54 with me and after telling them about my
23:56 amazing experience they were hyped to
23:58 try it out
24:01 so we started having regular meetings
24:04 implementing the same structure as I did
24:07 with my coach in the first meeting we
24:08 told each other what we wanted to
24:10 accomplish over the next hour and
24:14 started working or at least pretended to
24:16 because after an hour we just looked at
24:18 each other trying to go through what we
24:21 had accomplished and we both managed to
24:26 achieve absolutely nothing Plan
24:29 B let's just kill each other we laughed
24:31 it off and said we'll do better next
24:34 time and try it again but it happened
24:37 over and over again my suspicion was
24:39 that we couldn't take it seriously
24:41 enough because we were good friends and
24:44 I could feel that there really wasn't a
24:46 strong sense of accountability like
24:49 there was with my coach so I did some
24:51 research to see if I might be right and
24:54 I came across a research study from Dr
24:57 Matthews of the association for talent
24:59 development the researchers found that
25:01 you have the following probabilities of
25:05 completing a goal by taking these
25:08 actions having an idea or goal 10%
25:11 likely to complete the goal consciously
25:13 deciding that you will do it
25:18 25% deciding when you will do it 40%
25:21 planning how to do it 50% committing to
25:23 someone that you will do it
25:27 65% and having a specific accountability
25:29 appointment with someone you've
25:32 committed to
25:35 95% I mean this made complete sense
25:38 every time I would want people without
25:39 professional Authority like family
25:41 members or friends to hold me
25:43 accountable or give me a deadline back
25:45 in my school days it just wouldn't work
25:47 so when I tried to implement this with
25:50 my friend the professional relationship
25:52 and commitment I had towards my coach
25:55 was just missing but I had an idea what
25:58 if I got more people from the ADHD
26:01 Community I built up to try this with me
26:03 we could split the costs for the coach
26:06 and everyone could benefit so I tried to
26:09 find as many people as I possibly could
26:11 to split those costs with and ended up
26:13 convincing a few of them to do this
26:15 together with me most also had ADHD a
26:18 few didn't but they all still shared the
26:20 same struggle with focus and execution
26:23 so we started having a weekly call with
26:26 the accountability coach planned our
26:29 weekly goals and set tasks with
26:31 everything we needed to get done daily
26:34 to achieve it then we would schedule our
26:36 Focus sessions which is what we called
26:39 our regular meetings every single day
26:41 for the entire week we would then all
26:44 try to get our most daunting tasks done
26:47 in the same call and split the cost now
26:49 at this point I was a bit scared that my
26:51 commitment to the accountability coach
26:54 will be diluted and I would fail because
26:56 there were too many people but we went
26:58 ahead and started the first 5 minutes
27:00 minutes of the call all committing to
27:02 our accountability coach in front of the
27:05 group then we went ahead and started
27:09 working and for me I felt relieved just
27:11 a few minutes in it had the same effect
27:13 as when I was alone with the
27:16 accountability coach instantly I was
27:19 able to focus and complete tasks at
27:21 hypers speed no matter if I was
27:24 interested in it or not it was amazing
27:26 after the first session when everyone
27:28 would report on what we had accomplish
27:30 within 50 minutes of work literally
27:33 everyone was able to complete what they
27:36 wanted to it was amazing no matter if
27:40 they had ADHD or not if anything being
27:42 in a group of people I was also
27:45 committed to supercharged the effect of
27:47 this accountability towards my coach
27:50 even more over the next few months it
27:52 just worked super consistently it was
27:55 amazing it felt like accessing exam
27:58 deadline pressure any given day but
28:01 without the anxiety I made so much
28:03 progress in my life during that time I
28:06 completed my tasks daily and as a result
28:09 of it I blew up on social media my
28:11 business grew tremendously as a result
28:14 of it and I achieved my lifelong dream
28:16 of becoming a full-time content creator
28:18 in just a few short months of
28:21 consistently posting and executing and
28:23 it wasn't just me everyone else in our
28:26 group reported tremendous progress on
28:29 their personal goals I tried to
28:32 understand why this was working so well
28:34 and started looking for a scientific
28:36 evidence that could explain it I found
28:39 an article by Dr Ross Ramsey ADHD
28:41 specialist and psychology professor at
28:43 the University of Pennsylvania School of
28:45 Medicine in which he stated I had the
28:48 observation that adults with ADHD are
28:50 more likely to initiate and engage in a
28:53 typically avoided task if someone else
28:56 is present with them and then I stumbled
28:59 over social facility ation theory in
29:01 which Norman triplet from Indiana
29:04 University discovered the co-action
29:06 effect specifically he observed an
29:10 increase in task performance purely due
29:12 to having another person present also
29:15 performing a task this is similar to a
29:18 recent study where people with ADHD
29:20 reported that simply having someone else
29:22 around who knows what they're supposed
29:25 to be doing increases the motivation for
29:28 the task Norman triplet also reports on
29:30 the audience effect or how the presence
29:32 of an audience just like my friends
29:35 alongside my coach can positively affect
29:38 performance what proved this even more
29:40 for me was a 2012 study on mirror
29:43 neurons which showed scans depicting
29:45 brain areas that play a crucial role in
29:48 the way people imitate other people's
29:50 behavior just like how we yawn when we
29:52 see other people yawn seeing other
29:55 people focus on performing tasks may
29:57 help us want to do the same thing
29:59 explain in why our Focus sessions with
30:01 more people than just me and my coach
30:04 have been so powerful and there is so
30:07 much more at 2019 study by copc Smith
30:09 and Bilbo showed that social
30:11 interactions like in the first 5 minutes
30:13 of our session can increase your
30:15 dopamine levels and therefore willpower
30:18 and motivation or human motivation
30:21 Theory Dr David mcleland identified that
30:23 if someone Compares himself with a
30:26 reference group that is highly achieving
30:28 that person is more likely to become
30:31 High achieving as well which is also
30:33 pretty similar to our Focus sessions
30:35 because we were obviously also
30:37 subconsciously comparing ourselves with
30:40 a reference group that's making progress
30:42 right now you should know the exact
30:45 steps we took to eliminate executive
30:47 dysfunction procrastination and poor
30:51 Focus which enabled us to consistently
30:53 get things done and finally make
30:55 progress in our lives we talked about
30:58 how adhders can't rely on Willpower and
31:00 discipline because of our low dopamine
31:02 levels and that therefore all
31:04 traditional productivity Solutions
31:08 simply don't work for us second we
31:10 talked about how external forces like
31:12 deadlines from our boss teacher or
31:15 Professor allow us to access last minute
31:19 deadline pressure and lastly we talked
31:21 about how we can access last minute
31:25 pressure every hour of every day by
31:27 having a focus session with an
31:29 accountability coach and a group of
31:32 people we are committed to so right now
31:34 you might be wondering how can I find a
31:36 group of people to do this with where
31:38 can I find an accountability coach for
31:41 this group and how do I manage to do all
31:44 that well you can obviously try doing
31:47 this yourself but it might take a long
31:50 time to get the setup you need to really
31:52 achieve the results you want and this
31:54 brings me to the reason I made this
31:57 video because after discovering this
31:59 proven meth method that significantly
32:02 helped me and others from my community
32:05 with and without ADHD I knew I had to
32:07 make it as accessible as possible for
32:10 everyone that's why I decided to commit
32:13 to the goal of helping 1 million adhders
32:16 by 2030 and because of that reason I
32:20 decided to launch the focus
32:23 Revolution this is the first ever
32:26 interactive program allowing anyone with
32:29 or without ADHD to leverage the method I
32:32 taught you earlier to become hyper
32:34 productive and get things done with
32:37 Focus Revolution anyone can achieve
32:41 laser sharp focus and Tackle daily tasks
32:43 effortlessly Paving the way for major
32:45 long-term achievements and a
32:48 well-rounded life so you can finally
32:51 reach balance and internal peace and our
32:54 launch earlier this year was just stone
32:57 cold proof for this just listen to what
32:59 our me members have had to say about it
33:02 it's like magic I get much more work at
33:04 them it's been lifechanging it really
33:07 has it raised my happiness not even 100%
33:11 but 500% that procrastination cycle like
33:14 we talked about before uh was kind of
33:17 pretty much over with now I can get
33:21 things done that I dreaded to do and
33:24 yeah that's so incredible this is the
33:26 miracle like really I know that sounds
33:30 like crazy but I mean it I never thought
33:32 when I joined that it would change my
33:34 life so much so quickly I'm getting much
33:36 more done basically just gave it a shot
33:40 and thank god it worked so um it has
33:44 changed a lot and I keep doing it I
33:46 think in the first week I started I
33:50 think the 31st of January I did more
33:54 what I did in the uh last 3 years I got
33:57 so much better focusing let's walk
34:00 through the interactive program together
34:03 so you can see all the amazing things
34:05 that are awaiting you within especially
34:07 noteworthy is the last point which
34:10 happens to be my personal favorite and
34:12 it's one that our members can't stop
34:15 raving about here's what you will get
34:17 after joining Focus
34:20 sessions you will get unlimited
34:24 247 access to our exclusive Focus
34:27 sessions led by top tier experts anytime
34:29 you need to power through tasks whether
34:31 it's pushing through a major project
34:34 handling work assignments taxes or
34:36 simply ticking off household chores you
34:39 can jump into a session and get it done
34:42 effortlessly here's how it works at the
34:44 start of each session you'll declare
34:46 your task to the coach and fellow
34:48 participants then for the next 50
34:52 minutes you dive into deep work this
34:54 method is highly effective because it
34:57 combines two powerful motivators expert
35:00 guidance and peer
35:01 accountability it's like having the
35:04 pressure of a deadline without the
35:06 Stress and Anxiety this is also why this
35:09 works forever and the results don't fade
35:12 away you are not relying on internal
35:16 willpower or discipline the external
35:18 forces will automatically allow you to
35:20 naturally boost your focus and do the
35:24 work this also explains why the results
35:25 people got from these Focus sessions
35:28 since the launch are so
35:31 mindboggling just hear firsthand what
35:33 people are saying about Focus sessions

35:45 is now procrastinating on

41:16 features why this group is filled with
41:19 welcoming and like-minded people that
41:21 understand you in a world where we as
41:24 adhders are mostly not understood lots
41:26 of members describe it as the first

42:25 foolproof momentum tracker and
42:27 consistency checklist
42:30 access to the brand new meditation guide
42:33 and all future added bonuses so now you
42:36 might be wondering all right Nick how
42:38 much is this going to cost to launch
42:39 this I have built up some serious
42:42 overhead costs by hiring over 15 highly
42:45 qualified Focus experts paying for the
42:48 top tier ADHD experts to be part of this
42:50 as well as my team in the background
42:53 which I just had to do though since my
42:55 reputation is everything and I could
42:57 only ever attach my name to a product
43:01 if I 100% believe in it bottom line is
43:04 that quality doesn't come cheap however
43:07 when you compare the price of focus
43:09 Revolution with $100 to $300 an hour
43:12 coaching will cost this will seem like a
43:15 total bargain think about it how much
43:17 would it be worth to you if you'd
43:19 finally stop procrastinating and get
43:22 things done consistently if you could
43:25 finally break out of this constant cycle
43:28 of feeling behind and overwhelmed due to
43:30 Executive dysfunction if you could go to
43:32 sleep each night knowing there isn't
43:36 anything left to do if you could finally
43:39 enjoy some free time guilt free because
43:41 you got all your tasks done on time and
43:43 you know you're making progress in life
43:45 if you would have asked me a few years
43:47 ago you couldn't have put a price tag on
43:49 this a few of my team members even
43:51 suggested that for the value we are
43:52 providing and the results people inside
43:56 are getting I could easily charge $1,000
43:58 a month but my main goal with Focus
44:01 Revolution is to help 1 million adhders
44:04 break free from the negative side of
44:06 ADHD and turn it into their advantage
44:09 therefore it needs to be as accessible
44:11 for as many people as possible
44:14 regardless of their financial situation
44:16 this means you don't need to invest
44:19 $1,000 a month or even $500 a month to
44:22 get access I am offering you direct
44:24 access to the focus Revolution and all
44:28 its perks for just a onetime fee of $17

45:06 on the most boring task how you will
45:08 consistently get things done without
45:11 procrastinating and without having to
45:15 rely on Willpower or discipline then you
45:18 can decide if it was worth it if you
45:20 don't get good results I can't feel good
45:22 about keeping your money so if it
45:24 doesn't work for you or you just don't
45:26 like it for any reason which I highly
45:28 doubt you can always just reach out to
45:30 our dedicated support team and you'll
45:34 get a 100% refund no questions asked and
45:38 also we don't charge ADHD tax this means
45:40 we will send you subscription reminders

45:57 this video and try out out your first
46:01 Focus session 100% risk-free right now
46:03 the only risk you could possibly face is
46:05 that you come back and see a higher
46:08 price for Focus Revolution because soon
46:09 I am sadly going to have to increase the
46:13 price to 4.97 up front and then 147 a
46:15 month this is to cover the costs of
46:18 hiring more focused experts as we grow
46:21 donate to ADHD Charities and continue to
46:23 put more money into the evolution of
46:25 this product but if you get in today
46:27 you'll benefit from leg Legacy pricing
46:30 which means the price will stay at $77 a
46:32 month for you
46:35 forever so click the link below and join
46:39 right now lastly I want to sum things up
46:41 as you've come to a very important
46:43 choice you have to make between two
46:46 different options with two largely
46:48 different outcomes the first choice is
46:49 you keep doing what you're doing at the
46:52 moment and you stay stuck in this
46:55 vicious cycle of procrastination
46:57 inconsistency executive paralysis
47:00 feeling behind and just continue to spin
47:03 your wheels without progressing on
47:05 anything that's truly important to you
47:07 most likely you'll still be in the exact
47:10 same place a year or 2 years down the
47:13 line or you go with option two you go
47:15 ahead and join the focus Revolution

48:37 one I get much more work done the thing
48:40 is I was um I was procrastinating a lot
48:43 especially like days when I don't have
48:44 an appointment when I have not like
48:48 nothing apart from recording podcasts
48:50 writing a new course you know like doing
48:53 doing the work you know um but no live
48:57 calls whatever um I was not able to to
49:00 to structure the day it was like time
49:02 went by I was youtubing I was there I
49:05 was like you know like the cling a bit
49:08 and then talking on the phone and and
49:11 time was running you know and this has changed
49:12 changed
49:15 completely I have to say I find it like
49:18 almost unbelievable it's been two weeks
49:22 almost I think and uh it's it's so great
49:24 like I was a bit skeptical at first when
49:26 Sebastian told me oh you need to see
49:30 this video of of Nick who's going to uh
49:34 tell us about the focus secrets and
49:36 things like that I had trouble uh of
49:38 course focusing on
49:41 tasks a lot of
49:43 procrastination uh so it was difficult
49:46 to get started on tasks for me and
49:49 everything would s like a big mountain I
49:52 love the Synergy of the group of this
49:54 sort of synergy that's this idea this
49:57 mind Flow It's like a common a common
50:00 Consciousness I mean like you are in
50:02 this group you are part of something
50:05 that is bigger than you but you feel
50:07 like you are meaningful once in your
50:11 life okay you feel like that time is
50:15 just yours okay and it's precious
50:19 because you realize how art has been
50:23 with for other the people to get things
50:26 done and I would say that it's good
50:28 feeling because you don't want to
50:30 disappoint yourself but at the same time
50:32 they want to make other people feel you
50:36 know disappointed so this this is not
50:39 accountability I found it really the key
50:42 it's like an addiction I can't do
50:46 anything without booking a focus
50:49 session if I if I don't book a focus
50:51 session I don't
50:56 work so I'm pretty much every day uh six
50:59 hours a day in in the
51:03 session it's not even hard to get up or
51:04 to be on
51:09 time it's just really motivating U yeah
51:14 the session starts at 9: I'm there at 9
51:18 and I start working finally
51:19 finally
51:22 finally I'm where I
51:25 belong I feel
51:27 like I'm Sur
51:31 rounded by the right people I feel
51:35 safe I feel good most importantly I feel
51:37 good about
51:40 myself you know I I do I feel good about
51:43 myself I feel like if I'm in this group
51:46 with these type of
51:49 people I'm not doing too bad I'm almost
51:51 like speechless because I I did have a
51:54 ADHD coach I found a few years ago when
51:55 I was like at the end of my ropes and my
51:58 husband was like so done with me and at
52:00 that point in my life every time I made
52:01 a mistake I had this voice in my head
52:04 that said you are so stupid you must
52:08 die a little yeah and um I love the
52:10 breathing exercises because I've always
52:11 had this little voice in my head that's
52:13 always like don't
52:17 breathe so this is really really helping
52:19 um like I had
52:22 a probably a lot of trauma in the past so
52:24 so
52:26 it's those negative voices are straight
