2:52 here and a vacan diet is usually lower
2:55 calorie density so you I'm going to try
2:57 to stay focused on what she says really

3:02 having snacks and Foods on hand that you
3:05 enjoy otherwise you will be craving meat

3:23 used to have as much sugar as I wanted
3:26 and that's how I quit veganism cuz uh I

3:44 like cholesterol and the bone marrow and
3:47 whatever you you're having cows one
3:50 marrow and they they they have almost
3:52 the same things as you have like it's
3:56 it's like a molecular level it it just
3:59 has it and plants don't have it
4:01 kind of and you crave that because you
4:05 need that and no matter how much sugar
4:08 rice or um whatever you're having like
4:10 what what what you guys having like
4:12 fruit juices or whatever no matter how
4:17 much you have of that or any uh like U
4:19 like mock meats or whatever you're
4:21 having it's not going to have the same
4:24 thing as animal as animal
4:27 foods of hunger so it's totally normal
4:29 to have those Cravings you just have to
4:31 to identify and realize why you're
4:34 having them and then you don't you're
4:38 having them because um you lack those
4:40 nutrients need to eat that food because
4:42 you just have your vegan Alternatives
4:45 but always carve up that's number one
4:46 why carbs so important there's so much
4:48 carb anti- carb in the media the
4:50 mainstream media alternative media carbs
4:52 are bad don't eat rice don't eat sugar
4:53 don't eat fruit why are carbs so
4:55 important carbs are so important because
4:58 every cell in your body runs on sugar
5:00 your brain exclud exclusively runs on
5:03 sugar and Omega 3s and that's why you
5:06 need to consume fish but yeah fish is
5:08 not really safe nowadays cuz it's full
5:11 of microplastics and heavy
5:13 metals and uh it yeah it's really hard
5:16 to get good fish or what the easiest
5:19 source is to just eat a raw
5:23 brain like from a healthy animal it's
5:27 delicious we need carbs period full stop
5:29 end of we do need carbs I don't deny it
5:32 but that's not all what you need and you
5:34 need carbs to keep satisfied to keep
5:37 lean to keep slim to keep energized for
5:39 your brain D function to sleep properly
5:41 to keep your hormones happy everything
5:44 you need carbs damn I I don't promote a
5:47 keto diet like what like I didn't say
5:50 that I know that some people like are
5:53 very scared of cars but not me on point

10:12 the pesticides like it still has
10:14 pesticides but not as many cuz you're
10:18 not not eating the the the shell of the
10:23 fruit or the you peel it off or you
10:27 yeah to and see what happens so just
10:30 just suggest that definitely I've done a
10:32 lot of dietary experience in my life and
10:33 that's why I can speak with such
10:35 conviction promoting vegan and
10:38 definitely carbs as NATA said carbs are
10:40 the foundation the most important
10:42 regardless of what a diet you follow
10:44 what you believe in carbs are always
10:49 king and queen corbs are important cuz
10:52 if you look at what we what our taste BS
10:57 like it's sweet and and the taste of
11:01 animal flat animal fat cuz that's why
11:03 people are so crazy after cheese and
11:05 eggs and and
11:08 meat and they also like their mangoes or
11:11 whatever cuz yeah that's our our natural
11:14 food like I didn't claim that that sugar
11:20 bad yeah the more carbs you eat the
11:22 healthier you become and the leaner I
11:24 mean look at our lean you know because
11:26 the more carbs you eat the less fat and
11:29 protein you eat fat and protein are
11:32 anabolic and remember that fat is 9
11:35 calories per gam and carbs only 4
11:37 calories per gam so remember that when
11:41 you come calories don't
11:45 matter and um it's not going to be the
11:47 same if you're having like raw fat or
11:50 cooked fat cooked cooked animal fat I
11:52 mean it's not going to be the same or
11:58 oils and you should always eat it like
12:01 like from healthy animals cuz especially
12:05 from the in the fat it gets gets stored
12:07 like like a lot of things and yeah you
12:10 should be careful with that and you
12:12 should not put it in the same category
12:14 with seed
12:17 oils and calories don't matter cuz once
12:21 your your your you reach your
12:25 um your uh nutrient deficiencies like I
12:28 don't like once you satisfy your nutrient
12:29 nutrient
12:33 needs um you're not going to eat as
12:36 much and yeah that's the difference
12:38 between raw meat and a
12:42 hamburger or a or or a um a vegan
12:44 hamburger with which won't really
12:47 satisfy with you you're going to just be
12:50 be be hungry again and you guys think
12:54 that you just need sugar to to satisfy
12:55 those those
12:58 Cravings but yeah it just won't help
13:00 that's why eat like every I don't know
13:03 how many hours cuz you're having like 5
13:05 minutes or whatever like as much as as
13:08 you need but um yeah it just won't
13:11 satisfy you a vegan is just just not the
13:15 way coming from a a fatty standard
13:17 American or standy oie standard Aussie
13:20 diet now that you are on a vegan diet
13:22 it's lower calorie density so you really
13:24 have to focus on carbing up so you don't
13:27 flounder around and you don't fall into
13:29 previous yeah this is just going to be
13:33 the same thing over and over so um I'm
13:35 just going to give you an advice Natasha
13:39 like you are with this guy okay you're
13:43 with this guy and um you can't have any
13:46 children and you don't even plan to have
13:49 any children like at at this
13:52 point if you are not together with
13:55 someone for their kids to have kids with
