0:35 they promote really really bad posture
0:37 and can lead to a lot of chronic pain
0:39 and so what you'll find is that actually

0:44 has the exact same purpose is actually a
0:46 much better option okay so let's

0:49 one now the build quality is better than
0:51 I expected for the price because
0:53 remember it's only like 40 bucks which
0:55 is crazy now the majority of this is
0:57 made from a dense plastic making this
0:59 pretty light the flip side is it's quite
1:02 easy to move around if you're constantly
1:04 moving between maybe an Xbox setup and a
1:06 PC gaming setup now the seat cushion is
1:09 fairly firm but not in a bad way because
1:11 it's surprisingly supportive and it's
1:12 not uncomfortable to sit for long
1:14 periods of time the armrest feels solid
1:15 although they're not at the perfect
1:18 height for me but overall the build
1:19 quality is really really good for the
1:21 price I really wasn't expecting much and
1:23 well this feels quite good now the
1:25 Comfort here is actually much better
1:28 than I expected the seat cushion as I
1:30 said it feels very nice even after long
1:32 gaming sessions because you never have
1:34 that bottom out feeling how there isn't
1:36 enough foam left there isn't enough
1:38 padding left you never get that feeling
1:40 which is really good but the back rest
1:42 is the really impressive part with a
1:44 mesh design that gives a little when
1:46 leaning back into it and it actually has
1:48 some lumbar support which is very
1:50 impressive and it feels quite good no
1:52 the overall back is not super tall it's
1:54 not as tall as the other ones on the
1:56 list but again you have to excuse it for
1:58 the price point because it's very
2:00 affordable now adjustability here is is
2:01 exactly what you'd expect from this
2:03 price point having height adjustability
2:06 from the lowest at 17 inches to the top
2:07 of that seat cushion all the way up to
2:10 21 inches you also have tension
2:12 adjustability with the tension when
2:15 leaning back or while coming forward so
2:17 how you kind of rest so that's nice but
2:19 those are the only adjustabilities you
2:20 only have the height and the tension now
2:22 the color options here are huge so if
2:24 you did want to match your setup you can
2:26 definitely do that having black blue
2:29 green gray orange pink red and even
2:31 white overall if you're on a tight
2:33 budget this is extremely hard to go
2:35 wrong with but let's move on to the
2:37 number four spot which is a chair from
2:40 smug coming in at a price tag of 71.10
2:42 now the build quality here gets a little
2:44 bit more premium having an all metal
2:46 base which is actually very impressive
2:48 moving up the chair the majority of the
2:50 frame is made from a high density
2:52 plastic but it seems very very solid not
2:54 likely at all to break which is
2:56 something that is a real concern around
2:58 these price points trust me when we went
2:59 through a lot of different chairs this
3:01 seat cushion here is wrapped in a high
3:04 quality crisscross fabric which is a
3:06 very soft cushion which I do appreciate
3:08 but there's a little bit of an asterisk
3:09 there this also has armrest and the only
3:11 complaint here with the build is that
3:13 because the armrests are two pieces for
3:15 the top in some areas they do squeak a
3:16 little bit now they don't feel like
3:17 they're going to break they just well
3:19 have a little bit of a squeak in certain
3:21 little areas now Comfort here is really
3:24 good especially the back rest only
3:26 complaint here is and this was the
3:27 asterisk with that seat cushion the seat
3:29 cushion is very very soft but it has a
3:32 tendency to slightly bottom out so for
3:34 long periods of time three hours you
3:35 will kind of notice
3:37 um kind of your butt going numb not like
3:40 numb but it's just it's not as good as
3:41 some of the other chairs on the list
3:44 including the number five spot that seat
3:45 cushion was quite good now adjustability
3:47 here gets a step up not only having
3:50 height adjustability from 18 inches to
3:53 22 inches but this one also adds flip up
3:55 arm rests now this is great for two
3:57 reasons one if you just don't want arm
3:59 rest there you can just play without
4:01 having arm resting your way but the
4:03 second reason which I really like is
4:04 that you can store this way under your
4:06 desk and saves a ton of space in your
4:08 room so if you do have a smaller room or
4:10 you just want space it's really easy to
4:12 flip those armrests on push that thing
4:13 all the way onto your desk and you save
4:14 a ton of space there now for color
4:16 options you get to choose from either
4:18 black or gray on white and those are the
4:21 two this is overall a great option with
4:23 more features a higher back while still
4:25 maintaining a very affordable price tag
4:27 but with that let's move on to the
4:28 number three spot which comes from flash
4:31 Furniture this comes in around 150 bucks
4:33 although the prices do change on these
4:35 so again check the links below for

4:39 is quite good with the majority being
4:42 made of high quality Plastics some wood
4:44 for the base of the chair you can't
4:45 really see that but it's kind of under
4:47 where you sit but this feels very very
4:50 solid without being too heavy the chair
4:52 overall is a large chair so if you're a
4:54 taller person or just a bigger person
4:56 this is definitely a good option the
4:58 design makes this look very expensive
5:00 and overall probably my favorite looking
5:03 chair out of the whole list the seat
5:05 cushion here is nice and supportive it
5:07 also has a dip to it making you sit more
5:09 in the chair and in the cushion rather
5:12 than on the chair now Comfort here is
5:14 really good as the chair almost hugs you

5:23 important part because for those long
5:26 gaming sessions you do not want AC
5:27 cushion that's bottomed out now

5:32 adjustability from 17 inches to 21.5
5:35 inches also having the Leaning tension
5:37 and also like the last one having those
5:39 flip up armrest which is again great for
5:42 storing or if you just don't want to
5:43 have those armrests there well it's
5:45 great but I can't overdo the space
5:46 saving with having those flip up

6:33 fantastic with super thick plastic this
6:35 thing is definitely the heaviest chair
6:37 on the list but it's still easy to roll
6:38 around because of those Wheels I think

6:42 quality is definitely a very high tier

6:46 is fantastic and the overall seating

8:13 educating myself with the correct
8:15 posture and seating positions which is
8:18 unbelievably important especially for a
8:21 generation which is my generation that
8:23 we sit a lot of the time for long
8:25 periods of time to get away from chronic
8:27 pain one of the most important things is
8:29 to have a foot rest something that you
8:30 can rest your feet on the correct
8:33 position for seating is never to have
8:34 your feet under the chair putting your
8:37 feet on the base of the chair is not
8:39 good for you you do want your feet
8:40 resting on something having something
8:42 under your feet in front of you now the
8:44 Ergo foam foot rest obviously is a
8:46 luxury item you could probably get like
8:47 a cardboard box and fill it with
8:48 something but if you do want something
8:51 really really nice this is great it has
8:53 rubber on the bottom so you can move it
8:55 around fairly easily with your feet but
8:56 then when you have your feet on it it
8:58 doesn't move it has two heights so you
9:00 can actually either d increase the
9:01 height or increase the height depending
9:03 on how long your feet are or where you
9:05 want this to sit and overall it's just
9:07 very high quality it gives you some
9:09 softness to put your feet on but it's
9:12 also very supportive and if you do get
9:13 tired of just resting your feet there
9:15 you can flip this around and use it as a
9:17 rocker which is pretty cool all right
9:19 but now let's move on to the best budget
9:21 gaming chair on Amazon this comes from
9:25 flexi spot coming in at a price tag of
9:28 184.99 I have had this chair for a long
9:30 long time probably the longest time out
9:32 of all of these and well it continues to
9:34 impress me for the price the build
9:36 quality here is great with tons of dense
9:38 plastic construction that was very well
9:41 thought out and designed there's not as
9:43 much overall plastic as there was on the
9:45 number two spot but it doesn't need it
9:48 now rather than Fabric or foam this
9:50 actually uses a mesh design which is
9:52 extremely breathable so if you're ever
9:54 gaming in a smaller room or if you have
9:56 something like a 30 series or a 40
9:58 series graphics card or well your room
10:01 just gets hot but I know when I'm gaming
10:03 long periods of time the room gets very
10:05 hot the breathability of having a mesh
10:08 chair is so unbelievably nice when you
10:10 sit in it it's breathy and Airy while
10:12 some of the other chairs that have more
10:14 of the thicker foam seating can be more
10:16 comfortable in terms of like plushness
10:18 but they don't have that breathability
10:20 now next the armrests are really really
10:22 sturdy they don't even wiggle a little
10:25 bit now they're also not hard plastic on
10:26 the top but that's a rubber like
10:28 material so it doesn't hurt your elbows
10:30 or arms when you rest on them this also
10:32 comes with a headrest although I remove
10:35 mine as I don't really like headrests on
10:37 my desk chairs or gaming chairs now
10:40 Comfort here is awesome the mesh not
10:42 only feels great due to its
10:43 breathability but it balances the weight
10:45 of your body really really well and
10:47 comfortably allowing for those long
10:50 gaming sessions without any fatigue you
10:52 also pair this with the foot wrist and
10:55 it's a very very comfortable setup no
10:57 the seat part also has this super soft
11:00 almost like silicone pad in the front of
11:01 the chair so the fronts of your legs
11:03 under your knees never really get tired
11:05 of being on the edge of that chair this

11:09 believe it was directly copied from the
11:11 Herman Miller Aeron chair which I also
11:13 have and that's a great thing because
11:15 that's a you know sixteen hundred dollar
11:17 chair so this company obviously kind of
11:19 copied that at literally a fraction of
11:21 the price so that's really nice that it
11:24 passes on that well designed to the uh
11:25 consumer a more budget-friendly chair
11:27 now the mesh on the backrest slightly
11:29 stretches to your back when you lean
11:32 back due to the design it also gives you
11:34 a little bit of a lumbar support I
11:36 absolutely love this chair for the
11:39 comfort especially long-term gaming
11:40 sessions the Comfort on this for the
11:42 money is great now adjustability here is
11:44 also great having height adjustability
11:47 from 14 and a half inches up to 19 and a
11:50 half inches this has the lean tension
11:52 recline locking adjustability although
11:54 not quite as good as the number two spot
11:56 but it still has it multiple reclined
11:58 locking functions which is great and
12:00 then it has height adjustability for
12:03 those arm rests which I will say are
12:05 very very solid armrests the most solid
12:07 feeling armrest on the list which is
12:09 strange because the design doesn't seem
12:11 like they would be super solid but these
12:12 things are Rock Solid now as far as
12:15 color options there is gray black blue
12:18 and green so there you go overall the
12:20 best budget chair for gaming especially
12:22 for those long-term gaming sessions
